[0001] The present invention relates to a vibration isolation member and a soundproof floor structure, and in particular to a vibration isolation member that can be attached to either a floor base slab or a beam, and a soundproof floor structure using the same.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Various technologies related to soundproof floor structures have been developed, and in general, a resin-made soundproof member is disposed between the floor base slab and the beam, and the configuration is such that the elastic force of the resin is used to reduce vibration caused by sound transmission (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). As floor base slabs in low-fixity buildings, ALC floor slabs, PC floor slabs, extruded cement boards, wood panels, particle boards and the like are used, which are installed in a state of being laid across between beams.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0004] Patent documents 1 and 2 mentioned above are technologies relating to floor structures using resin-based (particularly rubber-based) elastic bodies. Patent document 1 uses a material obtained from vulcanized rubber composed of at least one rubber component selected from recycled butyl rubber containing a vulcanized gel component, and a thermoplastic elastomer. By keeping the rebound modulus and compression set within a predetermined range, it enables the reduction of radiated noise. Patent document 2, on the other hand, has a configuration that includes a viscoelastic body compressed and fixed between the floor base and the beam. This viscoelastic body improves workability by preventing deformation stress from acting on the viscoelastic body, while leaving the floor base unfixed to the beam, and allowing the contact surface of the viscoelastic body that abuts the floor base or beam to form a low friction resistance layer that allows horizontal movement, thereby preventing deformation stress from acting on the viscoelastic body.

[0005] However, the technology disclosed in Patent Document 1 does not allow for easy positioning of the elastic body, and since it is subject to shear deformation, it is unable to fully exhibit vibration isolation capabilities. Furthermore, although the technology disclosed in Patent Document 2 facilitates positioning, it was necessary to either form an adhesive layer on one surface or use a fixing jig in order to fix the position of the viscoelastic body.

[0006] Therefore, the elastic or viscoelastic materials used to construct conventional soundproof floor structures were in a trade-off relationship, requiring either the elimination of ease of positioning or the need for a separate configuration for fixing.

[0007] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its object is to provide a vibration-damping member that facilitates positioning and has a simple fixing structure, and a soundproof floor structure that uses this vibration-damping member. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] Therefore, the first aspect of the present invention relating to a vibration-damping member is a vibration-damping member that is disposed between a floor base plate and a beam and constitutes a soundproof floor structure, comprising: a clip portion detachably provided on either the floor base plate or the beam; and an elastic body installed on the clip portion, wherein the clip portion comprises: a flat plate-shaped base portion having a planar portion formed thereon that can abut against the surface of the floor base plate or the beam to which it is to be attached; and a pressing portion that is continuous with the base portion and positioned opposite the planar portion, and is biased toward the base portion by an elastic force, wherein the elastic body comprises: a contact surface portion that receives contact with the opposing surface of the floor base plate or the beam on the surface opposite to the planar portion formed on the base portion of the clip portion; an upright portion integrally formed with the contact surface portion such that the contact surface portion is supported parallel to the base portion while being at an appropriate distance from the base portion of the clip portion; and a connecting portion that is provided continuously with the upright portion and connected to the base end of the clip portion.

[0009] With the vibration-damping member configured as described above, by attaching the clip portion to the end of the floor base or a part of the beam, the contact surface portion of the elastic member is positioned toward the opposite surface of the floor base or beam that is not attached by the clip portion. Therefore, if the end of the floor base is installed on the beam to horizontally span the floor base between beams, the contact surface portion of the elastic member will inevitably come into contact with the opposite surface. In this installation state, the contact surface portion of the elastic member is supported by the upright portion at an appropriate distance from the base of the clip portion. As a result, the contact surface portion can deform by moving forward and backward (up and down in the height direction) toward the base within the gap between it and the base of the clip portion, and this deformation can dampen the vibration of the floor base supported by the beam.

[0010] The second invention relating to a vibration-damping member is the first invention relating to a vibration-damping member, wherein the contact surface portion is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate, the upright portion is composed of an extended region extending from a pair of opposite sides of the edge of the contact surface portion, the extended region is curved outward with respect to the direction in which each of the opposite sides faces each other, and the elastic body is configured to generate an elastic force by a restoring force in a direction that resists deformation that changes the curvature of the curved extended region of the upright portion.

[0011] With the vibration-damping member configured as described above, the rectangular contact surface constituting the elastic body is supported by upright portions extending from a pair of opposite sides (both edges of the contact surface). This allows the load acting on the base in the forward / backward direction (upward / downward direction) due to vibration transmission to be distributed to both sides. Since these upright portions are provided in an outwardly curved state, compressive or tensile forces acting on the upright portions are absorbed by the change in curvature of the curved state, and a restoring force acts in the direction opposite to this change in curvature, thereby damping the vibrations transmitted to the contact surface.

[0012] The third invention relating to a vibration-damping member is a configuration in which, in the second invention relating to a vibration-damping member, the elastic body is made of a strip of spring steel, and is formed by curving or bending at an appropriate position in the longitudinal direction of the strip, and the restoring force of the upright portion is adjusted by appropriately setting the width dimension of the strip.

[0013] With the vibration-damping member configured as described above, the contact surface, upright portion, and connecting portion constituting the elastic body can be integrally constructed from a single spring steel, and the elastic force against changes in the curvature of the curved upright portion can be exerted by the properties of the spring steel. Furthermore, by using the spring steel in a strip shape and appropriately setting the width of the strip, the deformation strength of the upright portion is substantially changed, thereby adjusting the restoring force against deformation. This allows a suitable resistance force to be applied to the amplitude (displacement) due to vibrations of the floor base transmitted to the contact surface, and effectively reduces vibrations of the floor base.

[0014] On the other hand, the first invention relating to a soundproof floor structure is a soundproof floor structure that uses any of the first to third vibration-damping members relating to the vibration-damping member, comprising a floor base plate, a beam made of H-shaped steel supporting the floor base plate, and the vibration-damping member disposed between the floor base plate and the beam, wherein the vibration-damping member has the clip portion attached to the flange of the H-shaped steel constituting the beam, and the elastic body is positioned toward the lower surface of the floor base plate, and the floor base plate is installed with the lower surface of the floor base plate in contact with the contact surface portion of the elastic body.

[0015] According to the soundproof floor structure described above, the clip portion of the vibration-damping member is attached to the flange portion of the H-shaped steel that constitutes the beam, so that the elastic body of the vibration-damping member supports the underside of the floor base plate. As a result, the elastic body interposed between the floor base plate and the beam can dampen vibrations from the floor base plate before they are transmitted to the beam, thereby suppressing vibration transmission to the floor below and achieving a soundproofing effect. In particular, in the case of a configuration that includes a vibration-damping member made of a strip-shaped spring steel and using an elastic body with an adjusted width, if low-frequency vibrations in the 20Hz to 400Hz range, known as everyday noise, resonate with the natural frequency of the floor base plate, the width dimension can be set to exert resistance (restoring force) against the amplitude (displacement) due to such resonance, thereby achieving a reduction in everyday noise.

[0016] The second invention relating to a soundproof floor structure is the first invention relating to a soundproof floor structure, wherein the floor base plate is horizontally mounted between a pair of beams, and the vibration-damping members are attached at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the beams, so that the contact surfaces of the elastic body abut against the lower surface of at least the four corners of the floor base plate.

[0017] According to the soundproof floor structure described above, a single floor base plate horizontally spanning between beams can be stably installed with vibration-damping members interposed between them. Furthermore, even if a localized vibration source that causes the entire floor base plate to vibrate acts only on a part of the floor base plate, a vibration-damping member close to the vibration source will act, enabling early damping of the vibration.

[0018] The third invention relating to a soundproof floor structure is a soundproof floor structure that uses any of the first to third vibration-damping members relating to the vibration-damping member, comprising: a floor base plate made of an extruded cement board formed with a hollow portion through it; a beam supporting the floor base plate; and the vibration-damping member disposed between the floor base plate and the beam, wherein the vibration-damping member is made by inserting the pressing portion into the hollow portion of the extruded cement board constituting the floor base plate and attaching the clip portion, and the elastic body is positioned toward the upper surface of the beam, and the floor base plate is installed in the beam shape with the upper surface of the beam in contact with the contact surface of the elastic body.

[0019] According to the soundproof floor structure described above, the clip portion of the vibration-damping member is attached to the hollow portion of the extruded cement board that constitutes the floor base, so that the elastic body of the vibration-damping member contacts the beam and supports the floor base. As a result, the elastic body interposed between the floor base and the beam can dampen vibrations from the floor base before they are transmitted to the beam, thereby suppressing vibration transmission to the floor below and achieving a soundproofing effect. The characteristics when the vibration-damping member is made of a strip-shaped spring steel are the same as those of the first invention relating to the soundproof floor structure.

[0020] Furthermore, the fourth invention relating to a soundproof floor structure is the same as the third invention relating to a soundproof floor structure, wherein the floor base plate has multiple hollow sections inserted in parallel, and is horizontally mounted between a pair of beams with the direction of insertion of the hollow sections aligned with the direction between the beams, and the vibration-damping members are attached to the hollow sections formed in the floor base plate at appropriate intervals, and the contact surfaces of the elastic body abut against the upper surfaces of the beams at least at the four corners of the floor base plate. In this case, it is substantially the same as the second invention relating to a soundproof floor structure. [Effects of the Invention]

[0021] According to the present invention related to a vibration isolating member, the vibration isolating member can be attached to a part of a floor base plate or a beam by a clip portion, and by laying the floor base plate across the beams in the attached state, the support of the floor base plate by the beams can be completed, facilitating the positioning of the vibration isolating member. Further, since the clip portion is composed of a base portion and a pressing portion, the attachment by the clip portion relies only on the biasing force of the pressing portion relative to the base portion. Therefore, when the floor base plate is moved in the horizontal direction (direction parallel to the plane of the floor base plate) after the floor base plate is installed (supported by the beams), the position of the vibration isolating member can also be varied. In particular, when the clip portion is made of metal such as stainless steel and the elastic body is made of spring steel, the frictional resistance is small, so that following movement of the vibration isolating member along with the movement of the floor base plate can be suppressed.

[0022] On the other hand, according to the present invention related to a soundproof floor structure, the state in which the elastic body of the vibration isolating member is interposed between the beam and the floor base plate is maintained, and moreover, by arranging the vibration isolating members at least at the four corners of the floor base plate, the state of the floor base plate with the elastic body interposed therebetween can be stabilized. At this time, since all the vibration isolating members are in the state of being attached by the clip portions, the positioning for interposing the elastic body is facilitated. In addition, as the weight of the floor base plate acts on the vibration isolating members, the vibration isolating members are held between the floor base plate and the beams, and a fixed state can be achieved with a simple structure. [0024] The embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. For the sake of explanation, the embodiments of the vibration-damping member will be described first, and then the embodiments relating to the soundproof floor structure will be described together with their usage. Note that each embodiment is merely an example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and each component can be modified as appropriate.

[0025] <First embodiment relating to vibration isolation member> Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of the vibration-damping member. Figure 1(a) shows the elastic body facing upwards, and Figure 1(b) shows it inverted. As shown in this figure, the vibration-damping member A of this embodiment is broadly composed of a clip portion 1 and an elastic body 2. The clip portion 1 is attached to a part of the floor base or beam, which will be described later, and the elastic body 2 is interposed between the opposing surfaces of the floor base and the beam.

[0026] The clip portion 1 comprises a flat base portion 11 and a pressing portion 12 that exerts a pressing force toward the base portion 11. The base portion 11 and the pressing portion 12 are configured to form an appropriate gap C1 via a continuous portion 13, and each portion 11, 12, and 13 can be integrally formed from the same material. For example, it can be constructed by bending a plate-shaped member made of stainless steel or other metal material at an appropriate point, and by positioning the area near the tip 12a of the pressing portion 12 closer to the flat portion 11a of the base portion 11 so that it is narrower than the gap C1 formed by the continuous portion 13, it becomes possible to press against the flat portion 11a by elastic force. The flat portion 11a is configured to have an appropriate area so that it can contact the surface of the target member (floor base plate or beam) to which the clip 1 is attached. Therefore, the base portion 11 is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate having an appropriate width W and length L, and is configured such that the clip portion 1 is placed on one side and the elastic body 2 on the other side, using predetermined ranges on both sides in the direction of its long side. In addition, a folded-over guide portion 12b is formed near the tip 12a of the pressing portion 12, so as to guide the pressing portion 12 in a direction against the pressing force when the clip portion 1 is attached.

[0027] The elastic body 2 is constructed as a curved strip-shaped member, with a contact surface portion 21, upright portions 22, 23, and connecting portions 24, 25 integrally formed, and is formed on the surface 11b opposite to the flat portion 11a formed on the base portion 11. The contact surface portion 21 is designed to contact the surface of the other member (the other of the floor base portion or beam) that is opposite to the member (one of the floor base portion or beam) to which the clip portion 1 is attached, and has a predetermined area to allow contact within an appropriate range. The upright portions 22 and 23 are arranged symmetrically at two locations on both sides of the contact surface portion 21 (both sides in the longitudinal direction of the strip), and are configured to support the contact surface portion 21 so as to form an appropriate gap C2 from the opposite surface 11b of the base portion 11. Furthermore, the connecting portions 24 and 25 are located on the base end side (the longitudinal end side of the strip-shaped portion) of the upright portions 22 and 23, and are formed as planar shapes of an appropriate size so that they can be connected to the opposite surface 11b of the base portion 11.

[0028] In this embodiment, the elastic body 2 is constructed by appropriately curving a strip of metal (for example, spring steel). The contact surface portion 21 and the connecting portions 24 and 25 are formed in a planar shape parallel to each other, while the upright portions 22 and 23 are curved in an arc shape to facilitate elastic deformation and bulge outward. The connecting portions 24 and 25 can be joined to the base portion 11 by welding, bonding, fastening, or riveting. The joining means will be described later, but here, both the clip portion 1 and the elastic body 2 are assumed to be made of metal material and are joined by welding (spot welding).

[0029] As described above, the upright portions 22 and 23 of the elastic body 2 in this embodiment are curved in an arc shape, and this arc shape is configured to bulge outward. Therefore, when a compressive or tensile force is applied to the contact surface portion 21 of the elastic body 2 in a direction perpendicular to its surface, it is assumed that the upright portions 22 and 23 will deform in such a way that their curvature changes. Since these upright portions 22 and 23 are arranged symmetrically at two locations on both sides of the contact surface portion 21 (both sides in the longitudinal direction of the strip), the surface of the contact surface portion 21 can be maintained parallel to the opposite surface 11b of the base portion 11, while the contact surface portion 21 can be displaced (raised and lowered) in the forward and backward direction toward the base portion 11.

[0030] As described above, in this embodiment, the vibration-damping member A has a clip portion 1 and an elastic body 2 arranged separately at both ends of a long, plate-shaped base portion 11. Furthermore, the pressing portion 12 of the clip portion 1 is positioned on the flat portion 11a side of the base portion 11, and the contact surface portion 21 of the elastic body 2 is positioned on the opposite surface 11b side of the base portion 11. Therefore, when the clip portion 1 is attached to either the floor base or the beam, the flat portion 11a of the base portion 11 comes into contact with the surface of the member on the side to which it is attached (either the floor base or the beam), and the contact surface portion 21 of the elastic body 2 comes into contact with the opposing surface of the other member (the other of the floor base or the beam). Consequently, when the floor base is supported by the beam, the elastic body 2 can be interposed between the two, and a reaction force can be applied to the vibrating floor base by the restoring force of the elastic body 2 (the restoring force of the upright portions 22 and 23).

[0031] <Usage of vibration-damping materials (Embodiment of soundproof floor structure)> Next, we will describe the usage configuration of the first embodiment relating to the vibration-damping member, while simultaneously describing an embodiment of the soundproof floor structure. Figures 2 and 3 show a first example of the usage configuration (the first embodiment relating to the soundproof floor structure).

[0032] In other words, the first form of use of vibration-damping member A (the first embodiment relating to a soundproof floor structure) is attached to the floor base plate 4, as shown in Figure 2. The floor base plate 4 used here is an extruded cement board (a so-called mace board) with a hollow section 5 passing through it. When this type of floor base plate 4 is horizontally installed between beams, the longitudinal direction of the hollow section 5 is positioned toward the beams. Therefore, the hollow section 5 opens at the end face on the side supported by the beam 3. The clip section 1 of vibration-damping member A is then attached using this opening 50.

[0033] As shown in the figure, a relatively thin thickness T is formed between the opening 50 of the hollow section 5 and the lower surface 4b of the floor base plate 4. By appropriately adjusting the length of the continuous section 13 that constitutes the clip section 1 of the vibration-damping member A (the distance between the base section 11 and the pressing section 12), the portion where the thickness T is formed can be clamped by the clip section 1. At this time, by inserting the pressing section 12 into the hollow section 5, the base section 11 can be brought into contact with the lower surface 4b of the floor base plate 4, and the elastic body 3 can be positioned below the base section 11. At this time, the contact surface 21 of the elastic body 2 is located below the lower surface 4b of the floor base plate 4 and is in a state where it can receive contact with the upper surface of the beam 3.

[0034] Thus, when using a floor base plate 4 made of extruded cement board (so-called mace board), if vibration-damping members A are attached in advance to the opening 50 of the hollow section 5 at an appropriate position, and the floor base plate 4 is horizontally installed between the beams while maintaining this state, the edge portion of the floor base plate 4 can be installed in contact with the upper part of the beam 3, and the elastic body 2 can be interposed between the upper surface of the beam 3 and the lower surface of the floor base plate 4. In the figure, the beam 3 is shown as an example made of H-shaped steel, but since the floor base plate 4 only needs to be placed on the upper surface of the beam 3, the beam 3 can be made of a material other than H-shaped steel. The vibration-damping members A to be attached may differ in the dimensions of the continuous section 13 that constitutes the clip section 1, but the overall configuration is the same as the embodiment described above.

[0035] Figure 3 shows the floor base plate 4 placed on the beam 3 as described above. Note that Figure 3 is a partial cross-sectional view. As shown in this figure, the floor base plates 4 (41, 42) that are horizontally placed between the beams are supported by the beam 3 with their end faces abutting against each other. The two floor base plates 41 and 42, which are arranged in a continuous manner, have the elastic body 2 of the vibration-damping member A interposed between them on the upper surface of the same beam 3, and in both floor base plates 41 and 42, the vibrations are absorbed by the elastic body 2. The pressing part 12 of the clip part 1 penetrates into the hollow part 5 of the floor base plate 4, and the base part 11 is in contact with the lower surface 4b of the floor base plate 4. As a result, the floor base plates 41 and 42 are firmly held by the elastic force of the pressing part 12, and once they are installed on top of the beam 3, the positioning is complete and the soundproof floor structure can be completed.

[0036] The vibration-damping member A is clamped between the hollow portion 5 and the lower surfaces 41b and 42b of the floor base plate 4 (41, 42) by its base portion 11 and pressing portion 12. That is, the base portion 11 is in contact with the lower surfaces 41b and 42b of the floor base plate 4 (41, 42), and the pressing portion 12 is inserted into the hollow portion 5 to clamp it. Therefore, when installing, the pressing portion 12 is elastically deformed to expand the gap with the base portion 11, and after installation, the pressing portion 12 is restored to its original state, thereby applying a biasing force toward the base portion 11. This biasing force provides a strong clamping force, maintaining the installed state of the vibration-damping member A.

[0037] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 4, the floor base plate 4 is constructed in the shape of a rectangular plate and is horizontally mounted on two adjacent beams 3 (a pair of beams 3A and 3B). Thus, one end is supported by one beam 3A and the other end by the other beam 3B. Here, if at least the openings 50 (see Figure 2) of the hollow section 5 located near the four corners of the floor base plate 4 are selected, and vibration-damping members A are pre-installed in these openings 50, and the floor base plate 4 is placed while maintaining this state, then elastic bodies 2 will be interposed at the four corners X1, X2, Y1, Y2 on the upper surface of the beams 3, and a soundproof floor structure can be constructed simply by horizontally mounting it between the beams.

[0038] <Second usage form of vibration-damping material (second embodiment of soundproof floor structure)> Next, a second example of the usage of the vibration-damping member (a second embodiment relating to a soundproof floor structure) will be described. Figures 5 and 6 show these examples.

[0039] In other words, the first form of use of vibration-damping member A (the first embodiment relating to a soundproof floor structure) is attached to a beam 3 made of H-shaped steel, as shown in Figure 5. The H-shaped steel that makes up the beam 3 has a structure in which flange portions 31 and 32 are formed on both sides of the web 30. The floor structure is constructed by arranging these flange portions 31 and 32 of the H-shaped steel vertically and installing the floor base plate 4 on one of the upper flange portions 31. Therefore, by attaching the clip portion 1 of vibration-damping member A to the upper flange portion 31 and positioning the base portion 11 of this clip portion 1 on the surface side (upper side) of the flange portion 31, the elastic body 2 can be installed on the upper surface of the flange portion 31.

[0040] At this time, by inserting the clip portion 1 sufficiently until the continuous portion 13 of the clip portion 1 abuts against the edge 31a of the flange portion 31, the longitudinal direction of the edge 31a of the flange portion 31 and the width direction of the continuous portion 13 come into close contact over a wide area, thereby stabilizing the mounting state of the vibration-damping member A. This completes the positioning of the elastic body 2 (positioning of the vibration-damping member A). Therefore, by attaching the same type of vibration-damping member A to both side edges 31a and 31b of the upper flange portion 31, and placing the floor base plate 4 on top of them, the lower surfaces 41b and 42b of the floor base plate 4 will come into contact with the upper part (contact surface 21) of the elastic body 2 of the vibration-damping member A, thereby constructing a soundproof floor structure.

[0041] Figure 6 shows a partial cross-sectional view of the soundproof floor structure after construction. As shown in this figure, the floor base plate 4 is horizontally mounted between the pair of beams 3, so that the mutually opposing end faces of the multiple continuous floor base plates 41 and 42 are arranged in a butt-joint state. Vibration isolation members A are attached to both ends of the upper flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3, and near the ends of the floor base plates 41 and 42 horizontally mounted between the beams, their lower surfaces 41b and 42b are placed on top of the elastic body 2 of the vibration isolation member A. This elastic body 2 is interposed between the beam 3 and the floor base plate 4, and when the floor base plate 4 vibrates, it absorbs the vibration and exhibits a soundproofing effect.

[0042] The vibration-damping member A is positioned to clamp the upper flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3 between its base portion 11 and pressing portion 12. The base portion 11 is in contact with the upper surface of the upper flange portion 31, and the pressing portion 12 is positioned on the lower surface of this flange portion 31. During installation, the pressing portion 12 is elastically deformed, expanding the gap between it and the base portion 11. After installation, the restoring force of the pressing portion 12 applies a biasing force toward the base portion 11 (relative to the lower surface of the flange portion 31), thus maintaining the installed state.

[0043] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 7, the floor base plate 4 is constructed in the shape of a rectangular plate and is horizontally supported by two adjacent beams 3 (a pair of beams 3A and 3B). Thus, one end is supported by one beam 3A and the other end by the other beam 3B. Here, vibration-damping members A are pre-installed on the upper flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3 at intervals corresponding to the size of the floor base plate 4 to be horizontally supported, and then the floor base plate 4 is placed on top. The vibration-damping members A to be pre-installed are provided at positions corresponding to at least the four corners X1, X2, Y1, and Y2 of the floor base plate 4. One beam 3A supports two locations X1 and X2 near the corner of one end, and the other beam 3B supports two locations Y1 and Y2 near the corner of the other end, thereby stably supporting the floor base plate 4 in a horizontally supported state.

[0044] As shown in the diagram, since the floor base plates 4 are installed one by one, the same type of floor base plates 4 will be installed in a continuous manner around the floor base plates 4 that have been installed earlier. Therefore, vibration-damping members A are installed in advance at positions (beams 3A, 3B) that anticipate this situation.

[0045] <Third usage form of vibration-damping material (third embodiment of soundproof floor structure)> Next, a third example of the usage of vibration-damping members (a third embodiment relating to a soundproof floor structure) will be described. Figures 8 and 9 show these examples. This example shows a case where ALC is used as the floor base 4.

[0046] In other words, when constructing a floor base 4 (41, 42) using ALC, it is not possible to apply localized loads. Therefore, an intermediate member 6 for load distribution is placed between the lower surfaces 41b, 42b of the floor base 4 (41, 42) and the upper surface of the beam 3. This configuration can also be common when the floor base 4 is constructed from a material other than ALC, as long as it is necessary to ensure the strength of the floor base 4.

[0047] The basic configuration is the same as the second usage method described above (second embodiment of the soundproof floor structure), where the vibration-damping member A is attached to the upper flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3, and the elastic body 2 of the vibration-damping member A is positioned on the upper part of the base portion 11 which is installed on the upper surface of the flange portion 31. The floor base plate 4 (41, 42) is placed on this elastic body 2 from above with the intermediate member 6 interposed therebetween. At this time, the contact surface portion 21 (Figure 1) of the elastic body 2 is not configured to directly receive contact with the lower surfaces 41b, 42b of the floor base plate 4 (41, 42), but it is in contact via the intermediate member 6, and in that sense, the contact surface portion 21 can be conceptualized as receiving contact with the opposing surface of the beam 3 on the opposite surface 11b of the flat portion 11a formed on the base portion 11 of the clip portion 1.

[0048] Here, the intermediate member 6 used has a plate-like portion 61 that abuts against the lower surface of the edge of the floor base plate 4 (41, 42) to distribute the load acting on the vibration-damping member A (especially the elastic body 2), or the reaction force (load) from the vibration-damping member A, and an auxiliary portion 62 that hangs down continuously from the plate-like portion 61. In order to obtain a sufficient load distribution effect, at least the plate-like portion 61 is selected to be made of a strong metal, and when the plate-like portion 61 and the auxiliary portion 62 are configured to be perpendicular to each other, the intermediate member 6 is the same as an angle material. Therefore, an angle material can be used as the intermediate member 6. The auxiliary portion 62 is for stabilizing the overall posture of the intermediate member 6 and for stabilizing the contact state with the floor base plate (ALC, etc.) 4, and if the above stability can be achieved without the auxiliary portion 62, it may be composed of only the plate-like portion 61. In particular, if the plate-like portion 61 is fixed to a predetermined area near the edge of the floor base plate (ALC, etc.) 4, it can be integrated with the floor base plate 4, and can be handled in the same manner as the second usage method described above (third embodiment of the soundproof floor structure).

[0049] When using an angle material as the intermediate member 6, it is preferable that the auxiliary part 62 abuts against the end edge of the upper flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3 via the continuous portion 13 that constitutes the clip portion 1 of the vibration-damping member A, as shown in Figure 9. By installing the intermediate member 6 in this state, the plate-shaped portion 61 abuts against the lower surfaces 41b, 42b of the floor base plate 4 (41, 42), thereby stabilizing the vertical orientation, and the auxiliary part 62 abuts against the flange portion 31 (via the continuous portion 13), thereby stabilizing the horizontal orientation.

[0050] Furthermore, the mounting state of the vibration-damping member A to the flange portion 31 is the same as in the second usage mode described above (third embodiment of the soundproof floor structure). Therefore, the vibration-damping member A is firmly attached to the flange portion 31, and the elastic body 2 located above it can absorb vibrations of the floor base plate 4 (41, 42) via the intermediate member 6. Consequently, when the floor base plate 4 vibrates, it absorbs those vibrations and exhibits a soundproofing effect.

[0051] <Fourth usage form of vibration-damping material (Fourth embodiment of soundproof floor structure)> Next, a fourth example of the usage of vibration-damping members (a fourth embodiment relating to a soundproof floor structure) will be described. Figures 10 and 11 show these examples. This example is one in which ALC is used as the floor base 4. As mentioned above, when constructing a floor base 4 (41, 42) made of ALC, it is not possible to apply localized loads, so an intermediate member 6 for load distribution is placed between the lower surfaces 41b, 42b of the floor base 4 (41, 42) and the upper surface of the beam 3.

[0052] The basic configuration is the same as the third usage method described above (third embodiment of the soundproof floor structure), in which the vibration-damping member A is attached to the upper flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3, but the vibration-damping member A is fixed to the intermediate member (angle material) 6 in advance. That is, the elastic body 2 constituting the vibration-damping member A is placed between the upper surface of the flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3 and the plate-shaped portion 61 of the intermediate member (angle material) 6, and in order for this elastic body 2 to absorb vibrations of the floor base plate 4 (41, 42) via the intermediate member 6, the elastic body 2 is directly fixed to the plate-shaped portion 61 of the intermediate member (angle material) 6. The fixing method may be adhesive or welding, but the figure shows fixing by riveting (screw fastening) (Figure 10).

[0053] Thus, by pre-fixing the vibration-damping member A to the intermediate member (angle material) 6, and then attaching it to the flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3 using the clip portion 1 of the vibration-damping member A, the intermediate member (angle material) 6 is inevitably fixed with the elastic body 2 interposed (Figure 11). In this fixed state, the plate-shaped portion 61 of the intermediate member (angle material) 6 is maintained parallel (horizontal) to the flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3, so by placing the floor base plate (ALC, etc.) 4 (41, 42) on the upper surface of the plate-shaped portion 61, a soundproof floor structure can be easily constructed.

[0054] In this embodiment, the auxiliary portion 62 of the angle material 6 does not need to be in contact with the vibration-damping member A, and therefore a gap is formed between it and the vibration-damping member A. Even with this configuration, the position of the plate-shaped portion 61 is stabilized by fixing with the clip portion 1 and by placing the floor base plate 4 (41, 42) on the plate-shaped portion 61, so there is no need to stabilize its position with the auxiliary portion 62. For this reason, the intermediate member 6 may be made only of a simple plate-shaped portion 61 instead of an angle material. However, if an angle material with an auxiliary portion 62 is used, it can function to protect the vibration-damping member A (to protect the clip portion 1 when attached).

[0055] <A modified example of the fourth usage form of the vibration-damping member (a fourth embodiment of the soundproof floor structure)> The fourth example of the usage form for the vibration-damping member (the fourth embodiment relating to the soundproof floor structure) has the configuration described above, and can be modified as shown in Figure 12, based on the same principle. That is, as shown in Figure 12(a), the auxiliary part 62 of the angle material used as the intermediate member 6 may be erected upward from the plate-like part 61.

[0056] In this case as well, the vibration-damping member A (elastic body 2) is fixed to the lower surface of the plate-shaped portion 61. Therefore, by attaching the vibration-damping member A to the flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) using the clip portion 1, the elastic body 2 is interposed between the flange portion 31 and the plate-shaped portion 61.

[0057] In the modified example shown here, as shown in Figure 12(b), the auxiliary portion 62 of the intermediate member 6 is erected upward from the flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3. As a result, the end faces of the adjacent floor base plates (ALC, etc.) 4(41,42) are not continuous with each other, and the auxiliary portion 62 is located in between. If the gap between the end faces due to this auxiliary portion 62 is acceptable, the auxiliary portion 62 can be used to position the end faces (tips) of the individually placed floor base plates 4(41,42).

[0058] <Second embodiment relating to vibration isolation member> Next, a second embodiment relating to the vibration-damping member will be described. This embodiment is shown in Figure 13. Figure 13(a) is an exploded perspective view, and Figure 13(b) is a longitudinal cross-sectional view. The vibration-damping member B of this embodiment is made by riveting an elastic body 2, as shown in Figure 13. Here, an example is given of using rivets 8 with a fixing plate member 7 interposed. Through holes are drilled in the fixing member 7 at appropriate locations to guide the insertion position of the rivets 8, and similar through holes are drilled in the base 11 of the clip part 1 and the connection parts 24, 25 of the elastic body 2 to set the riveting position by the rivets 8. The reason for using the fixing member 7 is to suppress the concentration of shear stress on the rivets 8, and it may not be used in the case of other fixing means (for example, fastening with bolts and nuts).

[0059] In Figure 13, the connecting portions 24 and 25 of the elastic body 2 are positioned on the flat surface 11a of the base 11, but they may also be positioned on the opposite surface 11b. In this case, the connecting portions 24 and 25 are positioned between the base 11 and the fixing member 7, and can be stably fixed by being sandwiched between the two 11 and 7.

[0060] <Other embodiments relating to vibration-damping members> As described above, the embodiment of the present invention relating to vibration-damping member basically consists of a clip portion 1 and an elastic body 2. Therefore, if the elastic body 2 is provided on the base portion 11 of the clip portion 1, it will be used in a similar manner and a similar soundproof floor structure can be constructed. Accordingly, for example, as shown in Figure 14(a), the elastic body 2 may be a solid elastic member (for example, a foamed plastic or rubber-based material). In this case, the upright portion 22 will be formed by the side portion (wall thickness) of the elastic body 2, and the connecting portion 24 will be formed by the bottom surface of the elastic body 2. The method of attaching the elastic member can also be appropriately selected, such as adhesive, fastening, or riveting.

[0061] Furthermore, Figure 14(b) shows a configuration in which the width dimension W2 of the strip shape constituting the elastic body 2 is made larger (wider than in the first embodiment). In this configuration, the regions constituting the upright portions 22 and 23 are also wider, which increases the resistance force during elastic deformation. Therefore, it can be used when the intensity (amplitude) of transmitted vibrations is large or when the vibration frequency is high.

[0062] Furthermore, Figure 15(a) shows a configuration in which the elastic body 2 has a U-shape, and Figure 15(b) shows a configuration in which it has an S-shape. As mentioned above, the elastic body 2 only needs to be interposed between the beam 3 and the floor base plate 4 and be able to absorb vibrations, so it can be made into various shapes. In the U-shaped configuration (Figure 15(a)), one end is open and the other end is curved to form an upright portion 22, and vibrations are absorbed by the elastic deformation of this upright portion 22. On the other hand, in the S-shaped configuration (Figure 15(b)), upright portions 22 and 23 are formed in stages on both sides, but by elastically deforming the whole, it is possible to absorb vibrations uniformly. Note that elastic bodies 2 of shapes other than those exemplified may also be used.

[0063] As the embodiments of the present invention are as described above, vibration isolation members A to F can be easily attached to a part of the member to be attached (beam 3 or floor base 4) by the clip portion 1. By attaching the clip portion 1 in advance and positioning vibration isolation members A to F in predetermined positions, the positioning of vibration isolation members A to F becomes extremely easy when the floor base 4 is horizontally placed between the beams (on the beam 3).

[0064] Furthermore, since the clip portion 1 is composed of a base portion 11 and a pressing portion 12, attachment by the clip portion 1 is solely due to the biasing force of the pressing portion 12 on the base portion 11, thus allowing the vibration-damping members A to F to move at least in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base portion 11. Therefore, when adjusting the installed floor base plate 4 to slide in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, the attached state of vibration-damping members A to F can be maintained. In the embodiment in which vibration-damping member A is fixed to the angle material, it is also possible to move the entire angle material, but once the position of the angle material is determined, there is little need to move it as only the floor base plate 4 needs to be placed on it.

[0065] Furthermore, in the above embodiment relating to the soundproof floor structure, by maintaining the elastic bodies 3 of vibration-damping members A to D interposed between the beam 3 and the floor base 4, vibrations caused by everyday noises, etc., can be attenuated by the vibration-damping members A to D. In addition, by arranging vibration-damping members A to D at least at the four corners of the floor base 4, the entire floor base 4 can be installed stably on top of the beam 3 while the elastic bodies 2 are interposed between the beam 3 and the floor base 4.

[0066] The embodiments described above are merely examples of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. The components can be modified as appropriate, or other components can be added. For example, although the thickness of the metal material constituting the clip portion 1 and the elastic body 2 is not described in detail, the thickness can be adjusted to appropriately control the biasing force of the pressing portion 12 in the clip portion 1, and the reaction force of the upright portions 22 and 23 in the elastic body 2.

[0067] Furthermore, in the embodiment relating to the soundproof floor structure, the floor base plate 4 (41, 42) is shown as a typical example as an extruded cement board having a hollow portion, and ALC is shown as an example in some cases. However, in the form in which vibration-damping members A to D are attached to the flange portion 31 of the beam (H-shaped steel) 3, a floor base plate 4 with a configuration other than that described above may be used.
