Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] As is clear from Figure 1 and Figure 5 of Patent Document 1, in the conventional drainage pipe structure described above, the length from the upper end of the lateral branch pipe connection portion of the lower drainage collecting pipe to the speed reduction mechanism is shorter than the length from the speed reduction mechanism to the lower end of the lower drainage collecting pipe.

[0005] To increase the drainage capacity of a drainage piping structure, it is necessary to secure a large space in the water collection section of the drainage manifold. However, if the length from the upper end of the lateral branch pipe connection to the reduction mechanism is shorter than the length from the reduction mechanism to the lower end of the lower drainage manifold, it is not possible to secure a large space in the water collection section of the lower drainage manifold, and therefore, it is not possible to secure sufficient air passage within the pipe. As a result, high drainage capacity cannot be secured. Furthermore, in the drainage piping structure of a building, it is sometimes necessary to secure a long space at the lowest floor, but in such cases, it is not possible to accommodate a long space at the lowest floor while ensuring high drainage capacity.

[0006] Furthermore, if a drainage piping structure is created in which a lower drainage manifold equipped with a reduction gear mechanism, as disclosed in Figure 5 of Patent Document 1, is used together with a typical upper drainage manifold (which has an upper pipe with an insertion portion that is inserted into the floor slab) installed on a floor above the lowest floor, the length of the body of the lower drainage manifold (the range from the upper end of the insertion portion that is inserted into the floor slab to the reduction gear mechanism) becomes shorter than the length of the body of the upper drainage manifold (the range from the upper end to the lower end of the insertion portion of the upper pipe).

[0007] In building drainage piping structures, when it is required to ensure a long clearance at the lowest floor, if the length of the body of the lower drainage manifold is shorter than the length of the body of the upper drainage manifold, it is not possible to ensure a long clearance at the lowest floor while also securing a large space for the water collection area at the lowest floor. Therefore, it is more difficult to ensure an air passage and suppress positive pressure inside the pipe in the lower drainage manifold than in the upper drainage manifold, and high drainage capacity cannot be achieved.

[0008] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and aims to provide a drainage piping structure that can secure an air passage in the lower drainage manifold, suppress positive pressure inside the pipe, and improve the drainage capacity of the drainage piping structure while accommodating the long installation of the lowest floor. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The technical means employed by the present invention to solve the above problems are characterized by the following points.

[0010] The drainage piping structure comprises a lower drainage manifold installed on the lowest floor of the building, an upper drainage manifold installed on a floor above the lowest floor, and a bend pipe connected below the lower drainage manifold, wherein the upper drainage manifold has a first upper pipe protruding above a first floor slab which is the floor slab of the upper floor, and a first lower pipe connected below the first upper pipe, the first upper pipe having at least one first horizontal branch pipe connection portion to which a horizontal branch pipe is connected above the first floor slab, and a first insertion portion inserted into a through hole formed in the first floor slab below the first horizontal branch pipe connection portion, and having a swirling vane formed on its inner circumferential surface, the lower drainage manifold has a second upper pipe protruding above a second floor slab which is the floor slab of the lowest floor, and a second lower pipe connected below the second upper pipe, the second upper pipe is on the upper floor or The lower drain manifold has a second upper pipe connection to which an upper pipe into which drainage flows, at least one second horizontal branch pipe connection to which a horizontal branch pipe is connected above the second floor slab, and a second insertion part inserted into a through hole formed in the second floor slab below the second horizontal branch pipe connection, the upper end of which is directly or indirectly connected to the second upper pipe, the lower end of which is connected to the bend pipe, and a reduction mechanism between the upper end and the lower end that reduces the flow velocity of drainage, the length of the second body portion in the lower drain manifold from the upper end of the second insertion part to the reduction mechanism is longer than the length of the first body portion in the upper drain manifold from the upper end of the first insertion part to the lower end, and the first length, which is the length from the upper end of the second horizontal branch pipe connection to the reduction mechanism, is longer than the second length, which is the length from the reduction mechanism to the lower end of the second lower pipe.

[0011] Preferably, the drainage piping structure has a second length that is no more than three times the inner diameter of the second lower pipe.

[0012] Preferably, the first length is no more than twice the second length.

[0013] Preferably, the lower drainage manifold has an extension between the second upper pipe and the second lower pipe, the second lower pipe is connected to the second upper pipe via the extension, and the first length is longer than the inner diameter of the extension.

[0014] Preferably, the system includes a horizontal main pipe connected to the bend pipe, and the reduction mechanism is a reduced-diameter section in which the inner diameter of the second lower pipe is reduced, with an extension line extending downward from the reduced-diameter section intersecting the inner surface of the second lower pipe.

[0015] Preferably, the reduction mechanism is a reduced-diameter section in which the inner diameter of the second lower pipe is reduced, and the second length is 3 times or less the minimum inner diameter of the reduced-diameter section.

[0016] The upper drainage manifold may be equipped with a flow deflector and / or a plurality of the swirling vanes. [Effects of the Invention]

[0017] According to the drainage piping structure of the present invention, an air passage can be secured within the lower drainage manifold, thereby suppressing positive pressure inside the pipe, and improving the drainage capacity of the drainage piping structure while accommodating the long installation of the lowest floor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0019] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the drainage piping structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The drainage piping structure according to the present invention is used in buildings with multiple floors (especially multi-story buildings), and can be used, for example, in high-rise buildings (as an example, buildings with 15 or more floors).

[0020] Figure 1 is an explanatory view showing one embodiment of the drainage piping structure 100 according to the present invention. The drainage piping structure 100 includes a lower drainage manifold pipe 200 provided on the lowermost floor of a building, an upper drainage manifold pipe 300 provided on floors above the lowermost floor, a bend pipe 400 connected below the lower drainage manifold pipe 200, and a horizontal main pipe 500 connected to the bend pipe 400.

[0021] All the pipes constituting the drainage piping structure 100 (the lower drainage manifold pipe 200, the upper drainage manifold pipe 300, the bend pipe 400, and the horizontal main pipe 500) are made of resin.

[0022] The upper drainage manifold pipe 300 is a drainage manifold pipe provided on at least one of the floors above the lowermost floor of the building, and is provided on one or a plurality of floors among the floors above the lowermost floor of the building. The upper drainage manifold pipe 300 is preferably provided on a floor including at least the floor immediately above the lowermost floor of the building.

[0023] As shown in Figure 1, the upper drainage manifold pipe 300 has a first upper pipe 310 protruding above the first floor slab S1 which is the floor slab of an upper floor, and a first lower pipe 320 connected below the first upper pipe 310. Figures 2 to 4 show the configuration of the upper drainage manifold pipe 300.

[0024] The first upper pipe 310 is a pipe disposed above the arrow indicated by reference numeral 310 in Figure 3 and Figure 4. The first lower pipe 320 is a pipe disposed below the arrow indicated by reference numeral 320 in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

[0025] The first upper pipe 310 includes a first upper pipe connection section 311 to which an upper pipe 550 for draining wastewater from the upper floor is connected, at least one first horizontal branch pipe connection section 312 to which a horizontal branch pipe 600 is connected above the first floor slab S1, and a first insertion section 313 which is inserted into a through hole formed in the first floor slab S1 below the first horizontal branch pipe connection section 312.

[0026] The first upper pipe 210 has a water collection chamber 315 that communicates with the first upper pipe connection 311 and the first lateral branch pipe connection 312 (see Figure 3). As a result, drainage from the first upper pipe connection 311 and the first lateral branch pipe connection 312 is collected in the water collection chamber 315.

[0027] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, in this embodiment, the first lateral branch pipe connection 312 includes lateral branch pipe connection 312A, lateral branch pipe connection 312B, and lateral branch pipe connection 312C. The lateral branch pipe connection 312A, lateral branch pipe connection 312B, and lateral branch pipe connection 312C are arranged in a T-shape in plan view.

[0028] In the following explanation, directions in a plan view (top view) may be expressed as the 12 o'clock direction, 3 o'clock direction, 6 o'clock direction, and 9 o'clock direction, following the positions of the numbers on a clock face. (See Figure 2 and later) In Figure 6, which will be explained below, the direction indicated by symbol 0 is the 12 o'clock direction, the direction indicated by symbol 3 is the 3 o'clock direction, the direction indicated by symbol 6 is the 6 o'clock direction, and the direction indicated by symbol 9 is the 9 o'clock direction. The lateral branch pipe connection part 312A extends in the 6 o'clock direction. The lateral branch pipe connection part 312B extends in the 12 o'clock direction. The lateral branch pipe connection part 312C extends in the 3 o'clock direction.

[0029] The first insertion portion 313 of the first upper pipe 310 is located below the first lateral branch pipe connection portion 312. The first insertion portion 313 extends vertically below the first lateral branch pipe connection portion 312. The first lower pipe 320 is connected to the lower part of the first insertion portion 313.

[0030] The first lower pipe 320 has a first upper pipe connection part 321 connected to the first insertion part 313 of the first upper pipe 310, and a first lower pipe connection part 322 to which the lower pipe 700 that drains wastewater to the lower floor is connected. As a result, the upper end of the first lower pipe 320 is connected to the first upper pipe 310 by the first upper pipe connection part 321, and the lower end is connected to the lower pipe 700 by the first lower pipe connection part 322. The lower pipe 700 is supported below the first floor slab S1 by a support member 750 that extends downward from the first floor slab S1 (see Figure 1).

[0031] As shown in Figure 3, the upper drainage manifold 300 has a first body portion 301 that extends from the upper end to the lower end of the first insertion portion 313. The upper end of the first body portion 301 is also the lower end of the first horizontal branch pipe connection portion 312. The lower end of the first body portion 301 is also the lower end of the first upper pipe 310. The first body portion 301 is formed in a straight shape and extends in the vertical direction.

[0032] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the upper drainage manifold 300 has a flow deflection section 302 that alters the flow of drainage. The flow deflection section 302 includes a flow deflection plate 303 and a swirling vane 304. The flow deflection plate 303 protrudes from the inner circumferential surface of the first upper pipe 310. The swirling vane 304 protrudes from the inner circumferential surface of the first lower pipe 320. The flow deflection plate 303 has a shape that includes a flat surface and is inclined with respect to the central axis (axis) of the first lower pipe 320. The swirling vane 304 has a shape that includes a curved surface and is inclined with respect to the central axis (axis) of the first lower pipe 320. The swirling vane 304 generates a swirling flow of drainage. However, the shape of the swirling vane 304 is not limited to the shape described above. For example, the swirling vane 304 may have a shape that includes a flat surface. The shape of the flow deflection plate 303 is also not limited to the shape described above. For example, the drift plate 303 may have a curved shape or other shapes.

[0033] The upper end of the flow deflection plate 303 is located below the central axis (axis of the pipe) of the first branch pipe connection 312. Preferably, the upper end of the flow deflection plate 303 is located below the bottom of the branch pipe 600. The lower end of the flow deflection plate 303 is located below the lower end (bottom of the pipe) of the first branch pipe connection 312. This prevents wastewater, whose flow direction has been changed by the flow deflection plate 303 and which has been given a swirling component, from flowing back into the branch pipe.

[0034] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the lower end of the drift plate 303 is located above the upper end of the swirl vane 304. As shown in Figure 2, the drift plate 303 and the swirl vane 304 are not in overlapping positions when viewed from above. As shown in Figure 3, the lower end of the drift plate 303 and the upper end of the swirl vane 304 are not in overlapping positions in the vertical direction. As a result, the wastewater guided by the drift plate 303 is led to the swirl vane 304, and flows downward as a swirling flow with an increased swirling component due to the swirl vane 304.

[0035] The first upper pipe 310 has a backflow prevention rib 314. The backflow prevention rib 314 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the first upper pipe 310. The backflow prevention rib 314 has a shape parallel to the central axis (axis) of the first upper pipe 310. The backflow prevention rib 314 includes backflow prevention rib 314A, backflow prevention rib 314B, backflow prevention rib 314C, and backflow prevention rib 314D.

[0036] Backflow prevention rib 314A is provided between the lateral branch pipe connection 312B and the lateral branch pipe connection 312C (between the 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock directions). Backflow prevention rib 314B is provided between the lateral branch pipe connection 312C and the lateral branch pipe connection 312A (between the 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock directions). As a result, backflow prevention ribs 314A and 314B can prevent wastewater flowing from the lateral branch pipe into the upper drainage manifold 300 from flowing into the adjacent lateral branch pipe.

[0037] The backflow prevention rib 314C is located between the 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions. The lower end of the backflow prevention rib 314C is located below the lower end (bottom of the pipe) of the first lateral branch pipe connection 312. This prevents backflow from the flow deflection plate 303 to the lateral branch pipe. The lower end of the backflow prevention rib 314C is located above the lower end of the flow deflection plate 303. This allows the swirling flow induced by the flow deflection plate 303 to flow down to the swirling vane 304 without being obstructed by the backflow prevention rib 314C.

[0038] The backflow prevention rib 314D is located between the 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock directions. The lower end of the backflow prevention rib 314D is at approximately the same height as the upper end of the flow deflection plate 303. This prevents backflow from the flow deflection plate 303 into the lateral branch pipe and facilitates the formation of a swirling flow.

[0039] In the above-described embodiment, the upper drain manifold 300 is equipped with one swirl vane 304, but the upper drain manifold 300 may be equipped with multiple swirl vanes 304. Also, in the above-described embodiment, the upper drain manifold 300 is equipped with a flow deflector 303, but the upper drain manifold 300 may not be equipped with a flow deflector 303. In other words, the upper drain manifold 300 may be equipped with a flow deflector 303 and / or with multiple swirl vanes 304.

[0040] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the outer surface of the upper drain manifold 300 is covered by a first outer layer material (first outer layer cover) 800. The first outer layer material 800 has a three-layer structure. The first outer layer material 800 is arranged in the following order from the side closest to the outer surface of the upper drain manifold 300: vibration damping material 801 (or thermally expandable fire-resistant material 802), vibration insulator 803 formed of fire-resistant inorganic fibers, and sound insulation cover 804. However, the configuration of the first outer layer material 800 is not limited to the above configuration and can be changed as appropriate.

[0041] As shown in Figure 5, the lower drainage manifold 200 has a second upper pipe 210 that protrudes above the second floor slab S2, which is the floor slab of the lowest floor, and a second lower pipe 220 connected below the second upper pipe 210. Figures 6 to 9 show the configuration of the lower drainage manifold 200.

[0042] The second upper pipe 210 is a pipe located above the arrow indicated by reference numeral 210 in Figures 7 and 8. The second lower pipe 220 is a pipe located below the arrow indicated by reference numeral 220 in Figures 7 and 8.

[0043] In this embodiment, the upper end of the second lower pipe 220 is indirectly connected to the second upper pipe 210 via an extension portion 223, which will be described later. However, the upper end of the second lower pipe 220 may be directly connected to the second upper pipe 210 (without going through the extension portion 223). In other words, the upper end of the second lower pipe 220 is connected to the second upper pipe 210 either directly or indirectly.

[0044] The second upper pipe 210 includes a second upper pipe connection section 211 to which an upper pipe 450 that allows drainage from the upper floor is connected, at least one second horizontal branch pipe connection section 212 to which a horizontal branch pipe 460 is connected above the second floor slab S2, and a second insertion section 213 that is inserted into a through hole formed in the second floor slab S2 below the second horizontal branch pipe connection section 212.

[0045] If the upper drainage manifold 300 is installed on a floor one level above the lowest floor of the building (the floor where the lower drainage manifold 200 is installed), the upper riser 450 may be the same pipe as the lower riser 700.

[0046] The second upper pipe 210 has a water collection chamber 214 that communicates with the second upper pipe connection 211 and the second lateral branch pipe connection 212 (see Figure 7). As a result, drainage from the second upper pipe connection 211 and the second lateral branch pipe connection 212 is collected in the water collection chamber 214.

[0047] As shown in Figure 6, in this embodiment, the second lateral branch pipe connection 212 includes lateral branch pipe connection 212A, lateral branch pipe connection 212B, and lateral branch pipe connection 212C. The lateral branch pipe connection 212A, lateral branch pipe connection 212B, and lateral branch pipe connection 212C are arranged in a T-shape in plan view. The lateral branch pipe connection 212A extends in the 6 o'clock direction. The lateral branch pipe connection 212B extends in the 12 o'clock direction. The lateral branch pipe connection 212C extends in the 3 o'clock direction. The lateral branch pipe connection 212B is located on the opposite side of the lateral branch pipe connection 212A, with the central axis Z1 of the second upper pipe 210 in between.

[0048] The second lower pipe 220 has an upper pipe connection portion 221 that is directly or indirectly connected to the second insertion portion 213 of the second upper pipe 210. As a result, the upper end of the second lower pipe 220 is directly or indirectly connected to the second upper pipe 210 by the upper pipe connection portion 221.

[0049] In this embodiment, the upper pipe connection portion 221 is indirectly connected to the second upper pipe 210 via the extension portion 223, which will be described later. That is, the upper pipe connection portion 221 is connected to the extension portion 223, and the extension portion 223 is connected to the second upper pipe 210. However, the upper pipe connection portion 221 may be directly connected to the second upper pipe 210 (without going through the extension portion 223).

[0050] The second lower pipe 220 has a bend pipe connection section 222 to which the bend pipe 400 is connected. As a result, the lower end of the second lower pipe 220 is connected to the bend pipe 400 by the bend pipe connection section 222.

[0051] The bend pipe 400 is supported below the second floor slab S2 by a support member 760 that extends downward from the second floor slab S2 (see Figure 1). Note that the support member 760 is omitted in Figure 5.

[0052] As shown in Figure 7, the second lower pipe 220 has a reduction mechanism 230 that reduces the flow velocity of the wastewater. In this embodiment, the reduction mechanism 230 is a reduced-diameter section 231 in which the inner diameter of the second lower pipe 220 is reduced. The reduced-diameter section 231 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the second lower pipe 220. The reduced-diameter section 231 has notches 232 provided in a part (one or more locations) in the circumferential direction (see Figure 9). However, the reduced-diameter section 231 may be provided around the entire circumference of the inner circumferential surface of the second lower pipe 220. The notches 232 create an escape route for air, which helps to concentrate the wastewater uniformly towards the pipe core (near the central axis of the pipe) and suppress the increase in negative pressure inside the pipe.

[0053] The reduced-diameter section 231 has an inclined surface 231a that transitions inward (towards the central axis Z2 of the second lower pipe 220) as it extends downward. The inclined surface 231a is tapered (frustoconical). The inner diameter of the reduced-diameter section 231 is smallest at the lower end of the inclined surface 231a. The minimum inner diameter D1 of the reduced-diameter section 231 is smaller than the inner diameter of the other parts of the second lower pipe 220. In other words, the minimum inner diameter D1 of the reduced-diameter section 231 is equal to the minimum inner diameter of the second lower pipe 220.

[0054] As shown in Figure 5, the reduced diameter portion 231 is located below the lower end of the second floor slab S2. In other words, the portion of the second lower pipe 220 with the reduced diameter section 231 protrudes downward from the second floor slab S2. However, the reduced diameter section 231 may be located at a height between the upper and lower ends of the second floor slab S2. In this case, the portion of the second lower pipe 220 with the reduced diameter section 231 is embedded in the second floor slab S2.

[0055] As shown in Figure 7, the lower drain manifold pipe 200 has a second body section 201 that extends from the upper end of the second insertion section 213 to the reduction mechanism 230 (upper end of the reduction mechanism 230). The upper end of the second body section 201 is also the lower end of the second lateral branch pipe connection section 212. The second body section 201 is formed in a straight shape and extends in the vertical direction.

[0056] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the lower drainage manifold 200 has an extension 223 between the second upper pipe 210 and the second lower pipe 220. The extension 223 is the portion between the upward and downward arrows indicated by reference numeral 223 in Figures 7 and 8.

[0057] An upper pipe connection portion 224 is provided at the upper end of the extension portion 223. The inner circumferential surface of the upper pipe connection portion 224 is fitted (or joined) to the lower outer circumferential surface of the second upper pipe 210. As a result, the second upper pipe 210 is connected to the upper end of the extension portion 223. The second lower pipe 220 is connected to the lower end of the extension portion 223.

[0058] In this embodiment, the second lower pipe 220 and the extension section 223 are composed of separate pipes. The extension section 223 is a body pipe that connects the second lower pipe 220 and the second upper pipe 210. Since the lower drainage manifold pipe 200 has an extension section 223 which is a body pipe, the length of the second body section 201 can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the extension section (body pipe) 223. However, the second lower pipe 220 and the extension section 223 may be a single unit (a pipe made as a single molded product).

[0059] As described above, the second lower pipe 220 is provided with a reduction mechanism 230. The diameter-reducing section 231 of the reduction mechanism 230 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the second lower pipe 220. The diameter-reducing section 231 is located at the top of the second lower pipe 220. The upper end of the diameter-reducing section 231 is in contact with the lower end of the extension section 223. More specifically, the upper end of the diameter-reducing section 231 and the lower end of the extension section 223 are in contact at the position (height) of the horizontal line indicated by the upward arrow labeled reference numeral 223 in Figures 7 and 8.

[0060] The extension section 223 is formed in a straight shape in the portion below the second upper pipe 210. The second lower pipe 220 is formed in a straight shape in the portion below the reduced diameter section 231 (the portion from the lower end of the reduction mechanism 230 to the lower end of the second lower pipe 220). The above-mentioned "straight shape" also includes those that have a tapered shape for draft angle, which is necessary for the structure of the mold for resin molding. In other words, the straight tubular portions of the extension section 223 and the second lower pipe 220 described above may have a tapered shape for draft angle. The inner diameter D2 of the portion of the second lower pipe 220 below the reduced diameter section 231 is smaller than the inner diameter D3 of the extension section 223 (D2 <D3)。

[0061] The inner diameter D3 of the extension section 223 is also the inner diameter of the second body section 201. Therefore, the inner diameter D2 of the portion of the second lower pipe 220 below the reduction mechanism 230 (reduced diameter section 231) is smaller than the inner diameter D3 of the second body section 201. In other words, the inner diameter of the portion of the lower drain manifold pipe 200 below the reduction mechanism 230 (reduced diameter section 231) is smaller than the inner diameter D3 of the second body section 201.

[0062] In the drainage piping structure 100, if it is desirable to ensure a long distance from the bottom surface of the second floor slab S2 to the bend pipe 400 for construction purposes (for example, when the horizontal main pipe 500 is positioned at a low location), if the portion of the lower drainage manifold 200 below the reduction mechanism 230 is made longer, even though the reduction mechanism 230 suppresses the increase in negative pressure inside the pipe, the flow velocity is re-accelerated by the length of the portion below the reduction mechanism 230, the negative pressure inside the pipe increases, and the drainage capacity A problem occurs where the force decreases.

[0063] Therefore, in the present invention, a countermeasure is adopted for the lower drain manifold 200 in which the length of the upper part of the reduction mechanism 230 (reduced diameter section 231) is increased without increasing the length of the lower part of the reduction mechanism 230 (reduced diameter section 231). Specifically, the lower drain manifold 200 has a characteristic configuration which will be described later.

[0064] The wastewater collected in the water collection chamber 214 from the second upper pipe 210 and the lateral branch pipes 600 is decelerated as it flows down from the water collection chamber 214 by hitting the inclined surface 231a of the diameter-reducing section 231. This suppresses the generation of negative pressure caused by suction as the wastewater flows down. Furthermore, as the wastewater flows down from the water collection chamber 214 along the inclined surface 231a, the outer edge of the flow below the diameter-reducing section 231 does not follow the inner circumferential surface of the second lower pipe 220, resulting in a flow similar to that of the second upper pipe 210. At the same time, the flow of wastewater containing air in the central part of the flow is maintained, thereby maintaining the desired drainage performance. In this case, the width of the wastewater flow containing air in the central part of the flow is narrowed by the diameter-reducing section 231, so the air in the central part of the flow is compressed, suppressing the generation of negative pressure.

[0065] As shown in Figures 6 and 8, the lower drainage manifold 200 is equipped with a flow deflector 215. The flow deflector 215 is located on the upper part of the second upper pipe 210. When wastewater flowing from the upper riser into the lower drainage manifold 200 comes into contact with the flow deflector 215, the wastewater flowing inside the lower drainage manifold 200 is deflected. This makes it easier for air to escape within the lower drainage manifold 200 and the riser, thereby reducing pressure fluctuations within the drainage piping structure.

[0066] In a top view (viewed from above in the axial direction of the lower drainage manifold 200), the position of the flow deflection plate 215 overlaps, at least partially, with the position of the notch 232 (see Figure 9) formed in the reduced diameter section 231. In a top view, the positions of the flow deflection plate 215 and the notch 232 may overlap completely or partially.

[0067] In a top view, the drift plate 215 and the notch 232 overlap in at least part, creating an air escape route at the location of the drift plate 215. This prevents wastewater from flowing into the notch 232, or reduces the amount of wastewater flowing into the notch 232, thus making it easier to create further air escape routes in the notch 232. This prevents wastewater from concentrating uniformly in the pipe core, eliminating air escape routes and suppressing the increase in negative pressure inside the pipe.

[0068] The second upper pipe 210 has a backflow prevention rib 216. The backflow prevention rib 216 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the second upper pipe 210. The backflow prevention rib 216 has a shape parallel to the central axis (axis) of the second upper pipe 210. The backflow prevention rib 216 includes backflow prevention rib 216A, backflow prevention rib 216B, backflow prevention rib 216C, and backflow prevention rib 216D.

[0069] Backflow prevention rib 216A is provided between the lateral branch pipe connection 212B and the lateral branch pipe connection 212C (between the 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock directions). Backflow prevention rib 216B is provided between the lateral branch pipe connection 212C and the lateral branch pipe connection 212A (between the 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock directions). Backflow prevention rib 216C is provided between the 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock directions. Backflow prevention rib 216D is provided between the 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock directions. The backflow prevention ribs 216 prevent wastewater flowing from the lateral branch pipe into the lower drainage manifold 200 from flowing into the adjacent lateral branch pipe.

[0070] In this embodiment, the lower drainage manifold 200 does not have swirling vanes. However, in other embodiments, the lower drainage manifold 200 may have swirling vanes. In this case, the lower drainage The swirl vanes provided on the manifold pipe 200 may be the same as the swirl vanes 304 provided on the upper drain manifold pipe 300, or they may be smaller than the swirl vanes 304 provided on the upper drain manifold pipe 300. In this case, the swirl vanes are a reduction mechanism that reduces the flow velocity of the drainage, but they are not a reduction mechanism that has a reduced diameter section 231.

[0071] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the outer surface of the lower drainage manifold 200 is covered by a second outer layer material (second outer layer cover) 900. The second outer layer material 900 has a three-layer structure. The second outer layer material 900 is arranged in the following order from the side closest to the outer surface of the lower drainage manifold 200: vibration damping material 901 (or thermally expandable fire-resistant material 902), vibration insulator 903 formed of fire-resistant inorganic fibers, and sound insulation cover 904. However, the configuration of the second outer layer material 900 is not limited to the above configuration and can be changed as appropriate.

[0072] As shown in Figures 1 and 5, the bend pipe 400 is located below the second floor slab S2. Below the second floor slab S2, the bend pipe 400 is connected to the bend pipe connection portion 222 of the lower drainage manifold 200.

[0073] The bend pipe 400 is a pipe that is curved 90 degrees in an arc shape. The bend pipe 400 has a first connection part 401 that is connected to the lower end of the lower drainage manifold pipe 200 and a second connection part 402 to which the horizontal main pipe 500 is connected. The first connection part 401 is open upward. The second connection part 402 is open horizontally (lateral). The horizontal main pipe 500 is located below the second floor slab S2 and one end is connected to the second connection part 402.

[0074] The following describes the characteristic configuration of the drainage piping structure 100 according to the present invention. However, the drainage piping structure 100 does not need to have all of the configurations described below, and it is sufficient to have at least one of them. Furthermore, the drainage piping structure 100 may have configurations different from those described below.

[0075] As shown in Figure 1, the length LB of the second body 201 (see Figure 7) of the lower drain manifold 200 is longer than the length LA of the first body 301 (see Figure 3) of the upper drain manifold 300 (LB > LA). This ensures an air passage within the lower drain manifold 200, suppresses positive pressure inside the pipe, and improves the drainage capacity of the drainage piping structure 100.

[0076] In building drainage piping structures, it is sometimes necessary to ensure a long clearance at the lowest floor. In such cases, by making the length LB of the second body 201 longer than the length LA of the first body 301, it is possible to ensure a long clearance at the lowest floor while also securing a larger space for the water collection area at the lowest floor. As a result, it is possible to ensure an air passage in the lower drainage manifold 200 compared to the upper drainage manifold 200, thereby suppressing positive pressure inside the pipe and achieving higher drainage capacity.

[0077] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, the first length L1, which is the length from the upper end of the second horizontal branch pipe connection 212 to the reduction mechanism 230 (upper end of the reduction mechanism 230), is longer than the second length L2, which is the length from the lower end of the reduction mechanism 230 (lower end of the reduction mechanism 230) to the lower end of the second lower pipe 220 (L1 > L2).

[0078] As described above, in the drainage piping structure 100, if it is desired to ensure a longer distance from the bottom surface of the second floor slab S2 to the bend pipe 400 for construction purposes, if the portion below the reduction mechanism 230 is made longer, even though the reduction mechanism 230 suppresses the increase in negative pressure inside the pipe, the tension of the air flowing inside the pipe below the reduction mechanism 230 increases, increasing the negative pressure inside the pipe and causing a decrease in drainage capacity. However, if the first length L1 is made longer than the second length L2 By doing so, this problem can be avoided and high drainage capacity can be obtained.

[0079] Furthermore, to increase drainage capacity, it is necessary to secure a larger space in the water collection section of the drainage manifold. By making the first length L1 longer than the second length L2, a larger space can be secured in the water collection section of the lower drainage manifold 200, and by ensuring an air passage within the pipe, high drainage capacity can be ensured while accommodating the long installation of the lowest floor.

[0080] In this embodiment, the upper end of the reduction mechanism 230 is the upper end of the reduced diameter section 231 (the upper end of the inclined surface 231a). In other words, the upper end of the reduction mechanism 230 is the part where the reduced diameter section 231 has a maximum inner diameter D3. The lower end of the reduction mechanism 230 is the lower end of the reduced diameter section 231 (the lower end of the inclined surface 231a). In other words, the lower end of the reduction mechanism 230 is the part where the reduced diameter section 231 has a minimum inner diameter D1.

[0081] Furthermore, the drainage piping structure 100 satisfies both LB > LA and L1 > L2 (satisfying both conditions), thereby securing an air passage within the lower drainage manifold 200, which suppresses positive pressure inside the pipe. Additionally, it suppresses the increased tension on the air flowing inside the pipe below the reduction mechanism 230, thereby suppressing negative pressure inside the pipe, and thus achieving high drainage capacity.

[0082] As shown in Figure 5, the second length L2 is no more than three times the inner diameter D2 of the second lower pipe 220 (L2 ≤ 3 × D2). This prevents the second length L2 from becoming too long relative to the inner diameter D2 of the second lower pipe 220. Therefore, regardless of the size of the inner diameter D2 of the second lower pipe 220, even though the reduction mechanism 230 suppresses the increase in negative pressure inside the pipe, the tension of the air flowing inside the pipe does not increase before the wastewater reaches the bend pipe 400, and the generation of negative pressure inside the pipe is suppressed.

[0083] In this embodiment, the second length L2 is between 2 and 3 times the inner diameter D2 of the second lower pipe 220 (2 × D2 ≤ L2 ≤ 3 × D2). However, the second length L2 may be 2 times or less the inner diameter D2 of the second lower pipe 220 (L2 ≤ 2 × D2).

[0084] As shown in Figure 5, the first length L1 is no more than twice the second length L2 (L1 ≤ 2 × L2). This ensures high drainage capacity by making the first length L1 longer than the second length L2, while eliminating the need to increase the slab thickness of the second floor slab S2 due to the first length L1 becoming too long. The lower end of the thermally expandable fire-resistant material 802 needs to fit within the through-hole in the second floor slab S2, but if the first length L1 is made too long, the position of the thermally expandable fire-resistant material 802 will drop, making it only suitable for thicker slabs.

[0085] As shown in Figure 5, the first length L1 is longer than the inner diameter D3 of the extension portion 223 (L1 > D3). To increase drainage capacity, it is necessary to secure a larger space in the water collection portion (for example, by increasing the inner diameter or lengthening the vertical direction). By setting L1 > D3, regardless of the size of the inner diameter D3 of the extension portion 223, it is possible to secure a long first length L1, which allows for air passage and enables high drainage capacity. In this embodiment, the first length L1 is more than twice the inner diameter D3 of the extension portion 223 (L1 ≥ 2 × D3).

[0086] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the lower drainage manifold 200 has an extension section (body pipe) 223 between the second upper pipe 210 and the second lower pipe 220, and the second lower pipe 220 is connected to the second upper pipe 210 via the extension section (body pipe) 223. This makes it possible to easily adjust the length of the second body 201 of the lower drainage manifold 200 by adjusting the length of the extension section (body pipe) 223.

[0087] As shown in Figure 5, the extension line EL1 extending downward from the reduced diameter section 231 intersects with the inner surface of the second lower pipe 220. This ensures that the second length L2 is maintained at a certain level regardless of the angle of the inner surface (inclined surface 231a) of the reduced diameter section 231. Therefore, when it is desired to maintain a long distance from the bottom surface of the second floor slab S2 to the bend pipe 400 during construction, the intersection of the extension line EL1 ensures high drainage capacity by having the first length L1 longer than the second length L2, while simultaneously maintaining that distance.

[0088] The extension line EL1 extending downward from the reduced diameter section 231 is a line that extends below the reduced diameter section 231 from a line that slopes along the inclined surface 231a of the reduced diameter section 231. In Figure 5, the point where the extension line EL1 intersects the inner surface of the second lower pipe 220 is indicated by the symbol P1.

[0089] As shown in Figure 5, the second length L2 is no more than three times the minimum inner diameter D1 of the reduced diameter section 231 (L2 ≤ 3 × D1). This ensures that even when the reduction effect is adjusted by adjusting the minimum inner diameter D1 of the reduced diameter section 231, the second length L2 is limited to no more than three times the minimum inner diameter D1, thereby suppressing the decrease in drainage capacity caused by increased tension on the air flowing through the pipe below the reduction mechanism 230. For example, the second length L2 can be between two and three times the minimum inner diameter D1 of the reduced diameter section 231 (2 × D1 ≤ L2 ≤ 3 × D1).

[0090] In addition to the characteristic configuration described above, the drainage piping structure 100 according to the present invention may also include the following configurations. The drainage piping structure 100 is not necessarily required to have the configurations described below, but it is preferable to have at least one of them.

[0091] As shown in Figure 5, the first length L1 is longer than the thickness L3 of the second floor slab S2 (L1 > L3). As a result, the reduction mechanism 230 is located below the second floor slab S2. However, the first length L1 may be shorter than the thickness L3 of the second floor slab S2.

[0092] As shown in Figure 5, the first length L1 is longer than the distance L4 between the end of the lateral branch pipe connection 212A and the end of the lateral branch pipe connection 212B of the second upper pipe 210 (L1 > L4).

[0093] As shown in Figure 5, the first length L1 is longer than the distance L5 from the top surface of the second floor slab S2 to the top end of the second upper pipe connection 211 (L1 > L5).

[0094] As shown in Figure 5, the first length L1 is longer than the vertical distance L6 between the central axis Z3 of the second horizontal branch pipe connection 212 and the lower end of the reduction mechanism 230 (reduced diameter section 231) (L1 > L6).

[0095] As shown in Figure 5, the point P1 where the extension line EL1 extending downward from the reduced diameter section 231 intersects the inner surface of the second lower pipe 220 is located above the horizontal main pipe 500. Furthermore, the point P1 where the extension line EL1 extending downward from the reduced diameter section 231 intersects the inner surface of the second lower pipe 220 is located above the bend pipe 400.
