Abstract

The present invention relates to an all-solid-state battery and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, in an all-solid-state battery according to the present invention, in a unit cell in which a cathode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and an anode layer are stacked, the cathode layer, the solid electrolyte layer, and the anode layer have the same cross-sectional shape and area, which may improve structural stability. In addition, sulfide-based solid electrolyte particles with different particle sizes are contained within the cathode active material layer, which reduces porosity, which may improve battery performance.
