Abstract

The present invention relates to a battery cell tray and a battery cell tray assembly, comprising: a lower plate formed with a receiving portion that receives one end of a battery cell; and an upper plate formed to allow the battery cell to pass through, the lower plate and the upper plate being coupled to be slidable relative to each other between a first state in which the opening of the receiving portion is open and a second state in which the opening of the receiving portion is at least partially closed. The battery cell tray and battery cell tray assembly according to the present invention are characterized in that they can receive, fix, and move battery cells having a bent shape, thereby reducing damage to the bent battery cells and the risk of fire during charging and discharging.
