[0021] Hereinafter, a composite nonwoven fabric according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0022] A composite nonwoven fabric according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a first spunbond nonwoven fabric, a second spunbond nonwoven fabric, and a third spunbond nonwoven fabric, in this order.

[0023] The first spunbond nonwoven fabric and the third spunbond nonwoven fabric may each include sheath-core fibers.

[0024] Each of the sheath-core fibers may independently contain 50 to 90 parts by weight of a core and 10 to 50 parts by weight of a sheath.

[0025] The core may contain 20 to 50 parts by weight of elastic material and 50 to 80 parts by weight of non-elastic material.

[0026] The sheath may contain 70 to 93 parts by weight of elastic raw material, 4 to 20 parts by weight of non-elastic raw material, and 3 to 10 parts by weight of softener.

[0027] The composite nonwoven fabric may contain 70 to 95 parts by weight of elastic raw material and 5 to 30 parts by weight of non-elastic raw material.

[0028] The elastic material may include an olefin block copolymer, a styrene-based elastomer, a polyolefin-based elastomer, a polyester-based elastomer, a polyurethane-based elastomer, or a combination thereof.

[0029] The non-elastic material may include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, or combinations thereof.

[0030] The softening agent may include an erucamide-based softening agent, a wax emulsion, a reactive softening agent, a silicone-based softening agent, a surfactant, an ester compound, an ethylene bisstearamide-based softening agent, an ethylene-propylene random copolymer, an ethylene-butene-propylene copolymer, or a combination thereof.

[0031] The composite nonwoven fabric according to one embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration has the advantages of being soft to the touch due to its low permanent deformation rate and low coefficient of friction, low MD elongation, and high MD tensile strength.

[0032] Furthermore, the elastic raw material has a characteristic sticky feeling, which may cause discomfort to consumers. However, by changing the composition of each layer during the production of the composite nonwoven fabric and applying a softener, the sticky feeling of the elastic raw material can be offset, thereby providing a composite nonwoven fabric that feels soft and can be easily stretched by consumers when using an article containing the composite nonwoven fabric.

[0033] The composite nonwoven fabric has a permanent deformation rate of 15% or less.

[0034] The composite nonwoven fabric has a basis weight of 10 to 100 g / m 2 It is also.

[0035] The composite nonwoven fabric also has an embossing rate of 11 to 18%.

[0036] The composite nonwoven fabric may include a plurality of the second spunbond nonwoven fabrics between the first spunbond nonwoven fabric and the third spunbond nonwoven fabric.

[0037] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a composite nonwoven fabric 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0074] The structures of the composite nonwoven fabrics produced in Examples 1 to 11 (EX1 to EX11) and Comparative Examples 1 to 12 (CX1 to CX12) are shown in Table 1 below.

[0075] [Table 1]

[0076] Evaluation example: Evaluation of the physical properties of nonwoven fabric The physical properties of the nonwoven fabrics prepared in Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 to 12 were evaluated by the following methods, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.

[0077] (1) MD elongation and MD tensile strength: Using a tensile strength tester (Instron) measuring equipment, a tensile test was carried out according to the KSK0520 method under the conditions of a test piece width of 5 cm, spacing of 10 cm, and a tensile speed of 500 mm / min, and the elongation at maximum elongation and maximum tensile load were determined.

[0078] (2) Permanent Set Rate (%): The permanent set rate was evaluated using a tensile strength tester (Instron) according to the method shown in Figure 3. Specifically, nonwoven fabric specimens were prepared by cutting each of the nonwoven fabrics prepared in Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 to 12 to a length of 100 mm in the CD direction and a width of 50 mm in the MD direction. Each nonwoven fabric specimen was then stretched 100% in the CD direction at a speed of 500 mm / min using a pair of jigs (i.e., the distance between the jigs was increased to stretch the nonwoven fabric specimen to a length of 200 mm in the CD direction). This 100% stretched state was maintained for 30 seconds, and the distance between the jigs was then reduced to return the specimen to its original position (i.e., after relaxation), and the specimen was allowed to recover for 1 minute. Then, the specimen was secondarily stretched to 100% in the CD direction at a speed of 500 mm / min, and held at this 100% stretched state for 1 minute. The gap between the pair of jigs was then narrowed to return the specimen to its original position (i.e., after relaxation), and the test was terminated.

[0079] Referring to Figure 3, the permanent deformation is determined as the point at which the secondary elongation strength increases. That is, in the graph of Figure 3, force (i.e., elongation force) is applied from the 38% point during the secondary elongation, so the permanent deformation is recorded as 38%. The permanent deformation can be measured when the elongation is 100% or more.

[0080] (3) Coefficient of friction (μs): The coefficient of friction of the nonwoven fabric was measured using a TOYOSEIKI TR-2 in accordance with ASTM D 1894.

[0081] (4) Radioactivity: It was observed whether the nonwoven fabric was broken or not, and if it was not broken, it was recorded as "good."

[0082] [Table 2]

[0083] Referring to Table 2, it was found that the composite nonwoven fabrics prepared in Examples 1 to 11 had an MD elongation of 120% or more, an MD strength of 25 N / 5 cm or more, a permanent deformation rate of 15% or less, and excellent radioactivity.

[0084] On the other hand, the composite nonwoven fabrics produced in Comparative Examples 1 to 12 had MD elongation of less than 120%, MD strength of less than 25 N / 5 cm, permanent deformation rate of more than 15%, poor emissivity, and / or were unproducible.

[0085] Although the present invention has been described based on the drawings and embodiments, these are merely illustrative, and a person skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent embodiments are possible therefrom. Therefore, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the claims. [Explanation of symbols]
