Glutamate amino acid-producing microorganisms and method for producing glutamate amino acids using the same

Abstract

This application relates to a method for producing glutamate amino acids, comprising the step of culturing a Corynebacterium microorganism having the ability to produce glutamate amino acids in which the activity of a protein containing the amino acid sequence of Sequence ID No. 1 is weakened compared to its endogenous activity, in a culture medium; a composition for producing glutamate amino acids comprising the microorganism, a culture of the microorganism, a ferment of the microorganism, or a combination of two or more of these; and the use of the microorganism for the production of glutamate amino acids.
