A multi-temperature storage system (57), comprising: A) a grid framework structure (42), the grid framework structure (42) comprising: a) a support framework structure (44) having a plurality of storage columns (24), each of the plurality of storage columns (24) being arranged to accommodate a stack of storage containers (10), the support framework structure (44) comprising a load-bearing assembly of support walls (48), (58) arranged in a three-dimensional grid pattern having a plurality of modular storage cells (50) for storing a plurality of stacks of storage containers, at least one of the support walls being an insulating panel (58) arranged to separate the plurality of storage columns into a first group of storage columns defining a first temperature storage zone (60) and a second group of storage columns defining a second temperature storage zone (62); and b) one or more robotic loading handling devices on the grid framework structure (42) A) A radiative cooling system (72) comprising a cooling unit (76) and a closed network of tubes (74) in fluid communication with the cooling unit (76), wherein the closed network of tubes (76) extends into the first temperature storage zone (60) to circulate a heat transfer fluid to exchange heat with at least a portion of the first temperature storage zone (62), such that the first temperature storage zone is at a lower temperature than the second temperature storage zone (62).
