Abstract

A liquid transfer device (1) from one vial (12) to another comprises a component (100), the component (100) having a lower cylindrical portion (101) with an obliquely angled cylindrical notch that tightly receives the vial (12), the cylindrical portion (101) having an opening (2) on the side of the cylindrical portion (101) where the notch is located, and an upper cylindrical portion (102) communicating with it and having a cylindrical projection (3) that guides a tube (13) equipped with a spike (7), the upper cylindrical portion (102) having a groove (4) that holds the tube (13) in place during device handling. The cylindrical portion (103) consists of a recessed cylindrical portion (102) and a central cylindrical portion (103) located between the cylindrical portions (101, 102), the central cylindrical portion (103) having a longitudinal groove (5) to ensure precise positioning of the tube (13) during fluid transfer to another vial, and circular rails (6, 6') provided on each side of the cylindrical portion (103) to enable the shielding pot (11) and lid (10) to be fixed onto the element (100), the opening (2) extending in the cylindrical portions (103, 102), and the spike (7) connected to the Luer lock ring (8).
