T cell activation markers and methods for evaluating T cell activation

Abstract

This disclosure relates to a method for evaluating the activation state of T cells in a cell composition that may be used in connection with cell therapy, or to a method for generating cells for cell therapy. The cells in the cell composition may express recombinant receptors, such as chimeric receptors, such as chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), or other transgenic receptors such as T cell receptors (TCRs). The method provides markers and methods for using them to evaluate the activation of T cells in a cell composition.
