Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for standardizing pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), comprising culturing at least one PSC in the presence of an H3K9 HMTase inhibitor, the standardized cells produced as a result of performing this method, and the use of these cells in a protocol for generating derivatives of all three germ layers.
