Abstract

Embodiments of this application disclose a coding method, a bitstream, an encoder, a decoder, and a storage medium. The decoding method includes the following: obtaining the relevant syntax element of the current block; the relevant syntax element is used to indicate whether or not to make a prediction for the current block based on both intrablock copy (IBC) technique and a transformation model list; identifying a reference block obtained by applying IBC technique to the current block; identifying a first transformation model obtained based on the transformation model list constructed based on the relevant syntax element, the constructed transformation model list includes at least two types of transformation models; and identifying a predicted block for the current block based on the reference block and the first transformation model.
