Abstract

This disclosure relates to compounds based on thiazolopyridine-7(4h)-one, including compounds of formula I, i.e., isomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof of the 4H-[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridine-7-one or 4H-[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-b]pyridine-7-one compounds, as well as compositions thereof, and methods for treating cancers, particularly those characterized as high-frequency microsatellite instability (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR), such as those associated with WRN proteins.
