Hepatocyte-targeting molecule and method of use thereof

Abstract

Provided herein are viral particles comprising heterologous viral glycoproteins and a targeting moiety, the targeting moiety comprising a polypeptide having the formula T-S1, where T is a target-binding domain that targets the viral particle to the liver, and S1 is a stalk moiety. The stalk moiety may comprise a variant Fc domain. The stalk moiety may comprise a mobile polypeptide domain. The targeting moiety comprising the formula T-S1 can be incorporated into a viral particle to assist in targeting such particle to a specific cell type. Also provided herein are compositions comprising the same and methods for using the same.
