Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a carrier, and in particular to a carrier having a canopy assembly, and a carrier including an engaging structure and an unlocking structure. Background Art

[0002] In recent years, an increasing number of people use carriers that can accommodate pets, such as sleeping baskets and sleeping boxes, when they need to go out with their pets. To facilitate the use of carriers under different weather conditions and external environments, some carriers are provided with canopies, but such canopies generally have complicated structures and are inconvenient to fold, and these canopies also prevent users from picking up pets from the carriers.

[0003] Furthermore, in the pet field, sleeping baskets and baskets are common carriers for carrying pets. In use, the sleeping basket or basket can be locked to a device such as a base or a cart via an engaging structure for placement, and the sleeping basket or basket can be unlocked from the base or the cart for movement by a user.

[0004] Therefore, it is necessary to provide an engaging structure and a corresponding unlocking structure between a sleeping basket or a basket and a base. Conventional unlocking members are generally disposed on the base, so that their positions are low and difficult to reach, requiring users to bend over for operation. Furthermore, the positions of some unlocking structures are not sufficiently obvious, which is inconvenient for users to find and operate. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a product in which the unlocking member is disposed on the sleeping basket, and in particular, the unlocking member needs to be disposed at a position that is easy to find and operate on the sleeping basket. [0063] Illustrative embodiments of this disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. While various modifications and alternative forms are possible, specific examples are shown in the drawings as examples. However, this disclosure should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described herein, but rather as encompassing all modifications, equivalents, and alternative forms that fall within the spirit and scope of this disclosure.

[0064] The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0065] As shown in Figures 1 to 5, Figure 1 is a perspective view of a carrier 100 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, where the carrier 100 is in a fully covered state. Figure 2 is a front view of the carrier 100 shown in Figure 1. Figures 3 and 4 are perspective views of the carrier 100 shown in Figure 1 in a half-covered state, respectively. Figure 5 is a perspective view of the carrier 100 shown in Figure 1 in a fully open state.

[0066] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the carrier 100 may include a housing 110, a bracket device 120, and a canopy assembly 130. The housing 110 has a bottom and a peripheral wall 112 connected around the bottom, forming a dwelling space 113 for placing a pet. The bracket device 120 is configured to support the housing 110, with at least a portion of it being installed below the housing 110. In one example, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the bracket device 120 includes an engaging member 1231, which is installed below the housing 110 at a distance from the housing 110. Specifically, the engaging member 1231 may be an annular structural member. The engaging member 1231 may also engage with a fixed seat assembly and / or a fixed belt assembly, etc., so that the carrier 100 is fixed to a vehicle seat (not shown).

[0067] In one example, the carrier 100 is covered at least partially by a seat cloth 150. Specifically, referring to Figures 1 and 3, the housing 110 may include a main body 111 and a seat cloth 150 covering the outside of the main body 111. In this embodiment, the seat cloth 150 covers at least partially the housing 110, and the engaging member 1231 of the bracket device 120 is located outside the seat cloth 150. In another embodiment, the seat cloth 150 may further cover a portion of the bracket device 120, and the engaging member 1231 is still located outside the seat cloth 150, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. In one example, the main body 111 may be a foam, and may be manufactured from a foamed material such as expanded polypropylene (EPP), expanded polyethylene (EPE), or expanded ethylene (EPO).

[0068] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the canopy assembly 130 may include a canopy frame 131 and a canopy 133. The canopy 133 is provided covering the housing 110 so as to shield the housing space 113 (see Figure 3) of the housing 110. The canopy frame 131 is connected to and supports the canopy 133. The canopy frame 131 is pivotally attached to the housing 110 so that the canopy 133 can be unfolded or folded relative to the housing 110. In other embodiments, the bracket device 120 may further include a first bracket (hidden by a seat cloth 150 in the figures but not shown) surrounding the housing 110, and the canopy frame 131 may be pivotally attached to the first bracket. Optionally, the first bracket may be positioned close to an opening above the housing 110, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0069] In this embodiment, the canopy frame 131 may include a first frame 1311 and a second frame 1312. The first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 are each pivotally attached to the housing 110 and can pivot relative to each other to move closer or further apart. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, the first frame 1311 can pivot relative to the housing 110 between a first position and a second position, where the first frame 1311 is substantially parallel to the upper edge 114 of the housing 110 when pivoted to the first position and substantially perpendicular to the upper edge 114 of the housing 110 when pivoted to the second position. Correspondingly, the second frame 1312 can also pivot relative to the housing 110 between a first position and a second position, where the second frame 1312 is substantially parallel to the upper edge 114 of the housing 110 when pivoted to its first position, and substantially perpendicular to the upper edge 114 of the housing 110 when pivoted to its second position. That is, when both the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 are in their respective first positions, they are considered to be furthest apart from each other. When both the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 are in their respective second positions, they are considered to be closest to each other. Of course, when the first frame 1311 or the second frame 1312 is pivoted independently, under conditions of no interference, the first frame 1311 or the second frame 1312 can further pivot to other positions beyond its second position, for example, it can pivot continuously at a certain angle beyond the second position, and this disclosure does not limit this.

[0070] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1, 3, and 4, both ends of the first frame 1311 may be pivotally attached to both sides of the housing 110 via the first pivot portion 1313, and both ends of the second frame 1312 may be pivotally attached to both sides of the housing 110 via the second pivot portion 1314. For example, both ends of the first frame 1311 may be provided on both sides (i.e., two opposing long sides) along the width direction D1 of the housing 110, and both ends of the second frame 1312 may be provided on both sides along the width direction D1 of the housing 110. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 are provided adjacent to each other, that is, the first pivot portion 1313 and the second pivot portion 1314 on the same side are adjacent to each other.

[0071] As shown in Figures 3 to 5, in this embodiment, the first pivot portion 1313 and the second pivot portion 1314 may be installed outside the peripheral wall 112 of the housing 110 and are located below the upper edge 114 of the housing 110 (i.e., lower than the upper edge 114). In other words, when the first frame 1311 and / or the second frame 1312 of the canopy frame 131 pivot to the first position, they are located below the upper edge 114 of the housing 110.

[0072] The first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 may each have a U-shaped structure, but the disclosure is not limited thereto and may have other shapes as long as they can surround the housing 110 when positioned substantially parallel to the upper edge of the housing 110.

[0073] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, the canopy 133 includes a first canopy section 1331 and a second canopy section 1332. The first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 can be extended or retracted relative to the housing 110, respectively. For example, the canopy 133 in this embodiment has three operating states: fully covered, half-covered, and fully open. As shown in Figure 1, when both the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 are extended, i.e., when the canopy 133 is fully extended, the canopy 133 is in the fully covered state. As shown in Figures 3 and 4, when one of the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 is deployed and the other is folded, the canopy 133 is in a half-covered state, at which time at least a portion of the storage space 113 of the carrier 100 is exposed, for example, half of the storage space 113 is exposed. As shown in Figure 5, when both the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 are folded, that is, when the canopy 133 is completely folded, the canopy 133 is in a fully open state, at which time the storage space 113 of the carrier 100 is completely exposed.

[0074] Normally, the user can use the fully covered state during transport of the carrier 100 to ensure that the pet inside the carrier 100 is better protected. If the user needs to take the pet out of or put it back into the carrier 100, the half-covered state can be used. The fully open state is the state used when the housing 100 is shipped, and since the housing 100 has a relatively small volume in this state, it can also be used to store the carrier 100 when the user is not using it.

[0075] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, the first canopy portion 1331 has a first edge portion 1331a and a second edge portion 1331b, where the first edge portion 1331a is the edge portion that is joined to the periphery of the housing 110 when the first canopy portion 1331 is deployed, and the second edge portion 1331b is the edge portion that separates from the housing 110 when the first canopy portion 1331 is deployed. Correspondingly, the second canopy portion 1332 has a first edge portion 1332a and a second edge portion 1332b, where the first edge portion 1332a is the edge portion that is joined to the periphery of the housing 110 when the first canopy portion 1332 is deployed, and the second edge portion 1332b is the edge portion that separates from the housing 110 when the first canopy portion 1332 is deployed. As shown in Figure 2, when the first canopy section 1331 is deployed, the first edge 1331a and the second edge 1331b of the first canopy section 1331 are substantially perpendicular to each other. Correspondingly, when the second canopy section 1332 is deployed, the first edge 1332a and the second edge 1332b of the second canopy section 1332 are substantially perpendicular to each other. When both the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 are deployed, the second edge 1331b of the first canopy section 1331 and the second edge 1332b of the second canopy section 1332 are joined to each other, thereby forming the entire canopy 133.

[0076] In one specific example, the first frame 1311 is connected to one of the first edge 1331a and the second edge 1331b of the first canopy section 1331, and the second frame 1312 is connected to one of the first edge 1332a and the second edge 1332b of the second canopy section 1332, thereby allowing the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 to be unfolded or folded relative to the housing 110.

[0077] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, the first frame 1311 is connected to the second edge 1331b of the first canopy section 1331, and the second frame 1312 is connected to the second edge 1332b of the second canopy section 1332. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, when the canopy 133 is deployed, the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 pivot relative to each other and move closer together, thereby bringing the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 closer together and joining them. For example, the second edge 1331b of the first canopy section 1331 and the second edge 1332b of the second canopy section 1332 are joined together, thereby completely shielding the accommodating space 113. At this time, the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 are approximately parallel to each other and approximately perpendicular to the housing 110 (i.e., both are in the second position).

[0078] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, when it is necessary to open the canopy 133 to a half-cover state, that is, to fold the first canopy section 1331 or the second canopy section 1332, one of the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 pivots away from the other, thereby driving the correspondingly connected first canopy section 1331 or the second canopy section 1332 to fold. When the canopy 133 is in a half-cover state, one of the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 is in its first position and the other is in its second position. As shown in Figure 5, when it is necessary to completely fold the canopy 133, the first frame 1311 and the second frame 1312 pivot and separate from each other, thereby driving the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 to fold until both the first and second frames are substantially horizontal (i.e., both are in the first position), forming a substantially horizontal frame surrounding the housing 110, causing the canopy 133 (including the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332) to be completely folded, thereby fully exposing the housing space 113 to the outside. As shown in Figures 3 to 5, when the first canopy section 1331 and / or the second canopy section 1332 is folded, the corresponding first frame 1311 and / or the second frame 1312 are located below the upper edge 114 of the housing 110, thereby avoiding interference with the user's actions of picking up or taking out the pet.

[0079] Optionally, the first edge 1331a of the first canopy portion 1331 may be irremovably connected to the housing 110, and the first edge 1332a of the second canopy portion 1332 may be irremovably connected to the housing 110. For example, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, the first edge 1331a of the first canopy portion 1331 and the first edge 1332a of the second canopy portion 1332 may be fixedly connected to the seat fabric 150 of the housing 110 by means of sewing or other methods, but the disclosure is not limited thereto, and fixed connections may be achieved by other methods. In other words, in this embodiment, whether the first canopy section 1331 and / or the second canopy section 1332 are unfolded or folded, the first edge 1331a of the first canopy section 1331 and the first edge 1332a of the second canopy section 1332 are always fixed and connected to the seat fabric 150 and cannot be removed.

[0080] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the carrier 100 may further include a connecting belt 134 and a fixing member 135. The connecting belt 134 has a first end 1341 and a second end 1342, one of which is fixedly connected to the first canopy section 1331 (or second canopy section 1332) of the canopy 133. The fixing member 135 includes a female connecting member 1351 and a male connecting member 1352 that are detachably connected to each other, and are installed on the other of the first end 1341 and second end 1342 of the connecting belt 134 and the second canopy section 1332 (or first canopy section 1331) of the canopy 133, respectively, and are used to hold the first canopy section 1331 and the second canopy section 1332 together. For example, in this embodiment, the first end 1341 of the connecting belt 134 may be fixed and connected to the first canopy portion 1331 by sewing or other methods, a female connecting member 1351 is installed on the second end 1342 of the connecting belt 134, and a male connecting member 1352 is installed correspondingly on the second canopy portion 1332. When the first canopy portion 1331 and the second canopy portion 1332 are joined to each other (i.e., in a fully covered state), the female connecting member 1351 and the male connecting member 1352 of the fixing member 135 can engage with each other, thereby connecting and fixing the first canopy portion 1331 and the second canopy portion 1332, thereby preventing the first canopy portion 1331 and the second canopy portion 1332 from separating during movement of the housing 110.

[0081] In one example, as shown in Figure 1, the connecting belt 134 may consist of a single connecting webbing, which passes through the female connecting member 1351 of the fixing member 135, and both ends of the connecting webbing are fixed to the canopy 133. The fixing member 135 may also use a magnetic buckle structure, that is, the female connecting member 1351 and the male connecting member 1352 may be a female buckle and a male buckle that engage with each other. However, the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the fixing member 135 may also use a zipper, hook and loop fastener (e.g., Velcro), a hidden buckle, an insert buckle, a hanging buckle, a hook buckle, etc.

[0082] As shown in Figures 6 to 15, a carrier 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. Specifically, Figure 6 shows a perspective view of the carrier 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, where the carrier 200 is in a fully covered state. Figure 7 shows a front view of the carrier 200 shown in Figure 6. Figure 8 shows another perspective view of the carrier 200 shown in Figure 6, where the canopy 230 has been removed to show the specific structure of the canopy frame 231. Figure 9 shows a perspective view of the carrier 200 shown in Figure 8 after the seat cloth 250 has been removed. Figure 10 shows a partially exploded perspective view of the carrier 200 shown in Figure 9. Figures 11 and 12 show perspective views of the carrier 200 shown in Figure 6 in a half-covered state, respectively. Figure 13 shows a perspective view of the carrier 200 shown in Figure 6 in a fully open state. Figures 14 and 15 show a front view and perspective view of the carrier 200 shown in Figure 6 in another fully open state.

[0083] As shown in Figures 6 to 9, the carrier 200 may include a housing 210, a bracket device 220, and a canopy assembly 230. The housing 210 has a bottom and a peripheral wall 212 connected around the bottom, forming a dwelling space 213 for placing a pet. The bracket device 220 is configured to support the housing 210, at least in part, being mounted below the housing 210. The housing 210 may include a body 211 and a seat cloth 250 covering the outside of the body 211. As shown in Figure 6, the seat cloth 250 covers the housing 210 at least in part, and optionally, the seat cloth 250 may also cover the bracket device 220 at least in part, with a portion of the bracket device 220 (e.g., an engaging member 2231) located outside the seat cloth 250 for mounting and securing. In one example, the main body 211 may be a foam, and may be manufactured from a foam material such as expanded polypropylene (EPP), expanded polyethylene (EPE), or expanded ethylene (EPO).

[0084] As shown in Figure 9, in this embodiment, the bracket device 220 may include a first bracket 221, a second bracket 222, and a third bracket 223. The first bracket 221 is mounted substantially horizontally at the upper end of the bracket device 220, mounted around the housing 210, and close to the opening of the housing 210 (i.e., close to the upper edge 214 of the housing 210, but at a certain distance). The third bracket 223 is mounted substantially horizontally at the lower end of the bracket device 220 and includes an engaging member 2231, which is mounted below the housing 210 at a distance from the housing 210 and is used to engage with a fixed seat assembly and / or a fixed belt assembly, etc., to fix the carrier 200 to the vehicle seat. The second bracket 222 is connected between the first bracket 221 and the third bracket 223, where the second bracket 222 includes a plurality of parallel U-shaped structures and forms the side and bottom frames of the bracket device 220, thereby contacting and supporting the side and bottom surfaces of the housing 210. As shown in Figures 8 and 9, when the seat fabric 250 covers the outside of the housing 210, the seat fabric 250 covers the first bracket 221 and the second bracket 222 of the bracket device 220, and the third bracket 223 is exposed outside the seat fabric 250, thereby enabling engagement with the fixed seat assembly and / or fixed belt assembly, etc.

[0085] The canopy assembly 230 may include a canopy frame 231 and a canopy 233. The canopy 233 is provided covering the housing 210 so as to shield the housing space 213 of the housing 210. The canopy frame 231 is connected to and supports the canopy 233. The canopy frame 231 is pivotally attached to the housing 210 or a bracket device 220 so that the canopy 233 can be extended or folded relative to the housing 210.

[0086] Specifically, as shown in Figures 8 to 10, the canopy frame 231 may include a first frame 2311 and a second frame 2312. Both ends of the first frame 2311 are located on both sides (i.e., two opposing long sides) along the width direction D3 of the housing 210 and are pivotally attached to a bracket device 220 (e.g., a first bracket 221) via a first pivot 2313, and both ends of the second frame 2312 are located on both sides along the width direction D3 of the housing 210 and are pivotally attached to a bracket device 220 (e.g., a first bracket 221) via a second pivot 2314, so that the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 can pivot relative to each other to move closer or further apart. In this embodiment, the first pivot portion 2313 and the second pivot portion 2314 may be installed on the outside of the peripheral wall 212 of the housing 210 and are located below the upper edge 214 of the housing 210 (i.e., lower than the upper edge 214).

[0087] The difference from the above embodiment is that the first pivot part 2313 and the second pivot part 2314 are installed so as to overlap at least partially, and selectively, the first pivot part 2313 and the second pivot part 2314 have the same pivot point, that is, the first pivot part 2313 and the second pivot part 2314 are pivotally attached to the bracket device 220 by the same pivot axis and can pivot relative to each other.

[0088] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, mounting seats 225 for attaching the canopy frame 231 are installed on the bracket device 220. In one example, two mounting seats 225 can be installed, each located on both sides (i.e., opposite long sides) along the width direction D3 of the housing 210. Selectively, the two mounting seats 225 are each located in the center of the two long sides of the housing 210. Each mounting seat 225 includes a first mounting portion 2251 and a second mounting portion 2252. The second mounting portion 2252 is installed on the bracket device 220, for example, on the first bracket 221. In one example, the second mounting portion 2252 may be a clamp, which can be clamped to the first bracket 221 and further secured and connected by screws or the like. The first mounting portion 2251 is installed above the second mounting portion 2252 and is configured to connect the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 of the canopy frame 231. In this embodiment, first pivot holes may be provided in the first pivot portions 2313 at both ends of the first frame 2311, second pivot holes may be provided in the second pivot portions 2314 at both ends of the second frame 2312, and a third pivot hole may be provided in the first mounting portion 2251 of the mounting seat 225. The positions of the first, second, and third pivot holes correspond to each other, and by passing the pivot shaft through the first, third, and second pivot holes in order, the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 can be pivotally attached to the first mounting portion 2251 of the mounting seat 225 and pivot coaxially with respect to each other, pivoting between the first, second, and third positions, respectively. The first position refers to the position in which the first frame 2311 or the second frame 2312 is pivoted approximately horizontally on one side; the second position refers to the position in which the first frame 2311 or the second frame 2312 is approximately vertical; and the third position refers to the position in which the first frame 2311 or the second frame 2312 continues to pivot approximately horizontally after exceeding the second position.

[0089] In one embodiment, the canopy 133 includes a first canopy portion 2331 and a second canopy portion 2332 that can be deployed or folded relative to the housing 110. As shown in Figure 7, the first canopy portion 2331 has a first edge portion 2331a and a second edge portion 2331b, where the first edge portion 2331a is the edge that is joined to the periphery of the housing 210 when the first canopy portion 2331 is deployed, and the second edge portion 2331b is the edge that separates from the housing 210 when the first canopy portion 2331 is deployed. Correspondingly, the second canopy portion 2332 has a first edge portion 2332a and a second edge portion 2332b, where the first edge portion 2332a is the edge portion that is joined to the periphery of the housing 210 when the second canopy portion 2332 is deployed, and the second edge portion 2332b is the edge portion that separates from the housing 210 when the second canopy portion 2332 is deployed. When the first canopy portion 2331 and the second canopy portion 2332 are deployed, the first edge portion 2331a and the second edge portion 2331b of the first canopy portion 2331 are substantially perpendicular to each other, and the first edge portion 2332a and the second edge portion 2332b of the second canopy portion are substantially perpendicular to each other.

[0090] In this embodiment, the first canopy portion 2331 and the second canopy portion 2332 constitute a single canopy, that is, the first canopy portion 2331 and the second canopy portion 2332 are integrally molded, or the second edge portion 2331b of the first canopy portion 2331 and the second edge portion 2332b of the second canopy portion 2332 are fixed and connected by a method such as sewing, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0091] Specifically, as shown in Figures 6, 7, and 11 to 15, the canopy 233 has three operating states: fully covered, half-covered, and fully open. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, when both the first canopy section 2331 and the second canopy section 2332 of the canopy 233 are deployed, the canopy 233 is in the fully covered state. As shown in Figures 11 and 12, when the first edge 2331a of the first canopy section 2331 and the first edge 2332a of the second canopy section 2332 are close enough to be approximately perpendicular to each other, the canopy 233 is in the half-covered state. As shown in Figures 13 to 15, when both the first canopy section 2331 and the second canopy section 2332 are folded, i.e., when the canopy 233 is completely folded, the canopy 233 is in the fully open state.

[0092] Unlike the previously described embodiment, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 6, 7 and 11 to 15, the first frame 2311 is connected to the first edge 2331a of the first canopy section 2331, and the second frame 2312 is connected to the first edge 2332a of the second canopy section 2332. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, when the canopy 233 is deployed, the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 pivot relative to each other and move apart, and the first edge 2331a of the first canopy section 2331 and the first edge 2332a of the second canopy section 2332 are joined to the housing 210, for example, to the upper edge or below the housing 210, so that the canopy 233 completely shields the dwelling space 213. At this time, both the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 are located in their respective first positions, thereby forming a substantially horizontal frame that surrounds the peripheral wall 212 of the housing 210.

[0093] As shown in Figures 11 and 12, when it is necessary to open the canopy 233 to a half-covered state, one of the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 pivots toward the other, thereby driving the canopy 233 (i.e., the first canopy section 2331 and the second canopy section 2332) connected between the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 to fold until the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 are substantially perpendicular to each other. That is, when the canopy 233 is in a half-covered state, one of the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 is in its first position and the other is in its second position. As shown in Figure 13, one of the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 is continuously pivoted toward the other until both the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 are positioned substantially horizontally and adjacent to each other, and the canopy 233 (including the first canopy section 2331 and the second canopy section 2332) is completely folded, thereby fully exposing the housing space 213 to the outside, i.e., in a fully open state. At this time, the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 are located on the same side of the housing 210, that is, one of the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 is in its first position and the other is in its third position.

[0094] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 14 and 15, another fully open state is shown, in which both the first frame 2311 and the second frame 2312 are pivoted to their respective second positions, that is, both are positioned perpendicular to the housing 210, and at this time the housing space 213 of the housing 210 can be fully exposed.

[0095] As shown in Figure 6, the carrier 200 may further include a connecting belt 234 and a fixing member 235. The connecting belt 234 has a first end 2341 and a second end 2342, one of which is fixedly connected to the canopy 233. The fixing member 235 includes a female connecting member 2351 and a male connecting member 2352 that are detachably connected to each other, and are installed on the other of the first end 2341 and the second end 2342 of the connecting belt 234 and on the housing 210, respectively, and are used to hold the canopy 233 closed relative to the housing 210.

[0096] For example, in this embodiment, a connecting belt 234 and a corresponding fixing member 235 are symmetrically installed on both sides along the longitudinal direction D2 of the carrier 200. As shown in Figure 6, taking the connecting belt 234 and corresponding fixing member 235 adjacent to the second canopy portion 2332 as an example, the first end 2341 of the connecting belt 234 may be fixed and connected to the second canopy portion 2332 by a method such as sewing, and a female connecting member 2351 is installed on the second end 2342 of the connecting belt 234, and a male connecting member 2352 is installed correspondingly on the housing 210. Alternatively, the connecting belt 234 and the corresponding fixing member 235 may be installed on one side of the housing 210 adjacent to the first canopy portion 2331. When the canopy 233 is in a fully covered state, that is, when both the first canopy section 2331 and the second canopy section 2332 are deployed, the female connector 2351 and the male connector 2352 of the fixing member 235 can engage with each other, thereby fixing the first canopy section 2331 and the second canopy section 2332 to the housing 210 and preventing the first canopy section 2331 and / or the second canopy section 2332 from opening (i.e., separating from the housing 210) while the housing 210 is moving.

[0097] If it is necessary to fold the canopy 233, the user can open the fixing member 235 on either one or both sides and rotate the canopy frame on that side (i.e., the first frame 2311 or the second frame 2312) to the other side, thereby folding the canopy 233, including but not limited to a half-covered state and a fully open state.

[0098] In one example, the fastening member 235 may be a magnetic buckle structure, that is, the female connecting member 2351 and the male connecting member 2352 may be a female buckle and a male buckle that engage with each other. However, the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the fastening member 235 may further be a zipper, hook-and-loop fastener (e.g., Velcro), concealed buckle, insert buckle, hanging buckle, hook buckle, etc.

[0099] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the housing 210 of this embodiment may further include a handle 260, and the handle 260 may be installed on the top side of the canopy 233, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0100] Referring here to Figures 16 to 21, another embodiment of the pet carrier L2600 is shown. As shown, the pet carrier L2600 has a front, rear, left, right, and top section formed by a combination of a first section L2602 and a second section L2604. The first section L2602 and the second section L2604 may or may not be separable.

[0101] The pet carrier L2600 may include a canopy unit L2610. The canopy unit L2610 includes a canopy frame L2612, a canopy arch frame L2614 movable relative to the canopy frame L2612, and a canopy L2616. The canopy arch frame L2614 may have a first positioning end L2618 and a second positioning end L2620, which are respectively attached to the canopy frame L2612. The canopy arch frame L2614 can rotate about a mounting axis that extends relative to the canopy frame L2612 through the first positioning end L2618 and the second positioning end L2620. In one embodiment, the canopy arch frame L2614 is mounted near the center of the front L26 and rear L28 of the pet carrier L2600, such that the first frame portion L2622 of the canopy frame L2612 is positioned on the first side of the mounting axis and the second frame portion L2624 of the canopy frame L2612 is positioned on the second side opposite the mounting axis. In the illustrated non-limiting embodiment, the canopy arch frame L2614 can rotate between a first position (Figure 16) and a second position (Figure 17), in which the canopy arch frame L2614 is positioned substantially adjacent to and perpendicular to the first frame portion L2622, and in which the canopy arch frame L2614 is positioned substantially adjacent to and perpendicular to the second frame portion L2624. In one embodiment, the canopy arch frame L2614 can rotate approximately 180 degrees between a first position and a second position. The canopy arch frame L2614 can be positioned at one or more positions between the first and second positions and can be held or retained at those positions. The canopy arch frame L2614 can be held at any position between the first and second positions, or at any position along the rotation path between the first and second positions, using any suitable type of positioning mechanism.

[0102] The canopy L2616 has a body including a first end L2626 and a second end L2628. In the illustrated non-limiting embodiments, one or more structural support members or support arch members L2630 are associated with the body of the canopy L2616 and, in some embodiments, are integrated with the body of the canopy L2616. The structural support members L2630 may be rigid, semi-rigid, and / or elastic and can move about the mounting axis in response to the rotation of the canopy arch frame L2614. As shown, the first end L2626 of the canopy L2616 may be connected to the canopy arch frame L2614, and the second end L2628 of the canopy L2616 may be connected to a second frame portion L2624 of the canopy frame L2612. Therefore, when the canopy arch frame L2614 is in the first position, the canopy L2616 extends from a position approximately adjacent to the first frame portion L2622 with respect to the mounting axis to the second frame portion L2624. When the canopy arch frame L2614 is in the first position, the pet carrier L2600 can be considered to be in a closed configuration. Similarly, when the canopy arch frame L2614 is in the second position, the first end L2626 of the canopy L2616 is positioned approximately adjacent to the second frame portion L2624 and the second end L2628 of the canopy L2616. When the canopy arch frame L2614 is in the second position, the pet carrier L2600 can be considered to be in a fully open configuration. As shown in Figure 19B, when the canopy arch frame L2614 is positioned between the first and second positions, for example, the pet carrier L2600 can be considered to be in a partially open position.

[0103] In one embodiment, the canopy arch frame L2614 may have a first portion L2632 of a locking mechanism or other connecting device positioned thereon, and a second portion L2634 of the locking mechanism or closing device may be positioned, for example, on the base L2606 (see Figure 20A). When the canopy arch frame L2614 is in a first position, the first portion L2632 of the locking mechanism can engage with the second portion L2634 of the locking mechanism (Figure 20B). This engagement can operate to hold the canopy arch frame L2614 in the first position. The locking mechanism formed by the first portion L2632 and the second portion L2634 may provide secure mechanical locking and, in some embodiments, may be a magnetic latch. However, it should be understood that any preferred mechanism for connecting the canopy arch frame L2614 to an adjacent portion of the pet carrier L2600 is within the scope of this disclosure.

[0104] In other embodiments, the pet carrier may include multiple canopy units. For example, in the non-limiting embodiments shown in Figures 22A to 26, the illustrated pet carrier L2700 includes a first canopy unit L2710 positioned adjacent to a first side of the pet carrier L2700 (e.g., left side L30) and a second canopy unit L2712 positioned adjacent to the opposing second side of the pet carrier L2700 (e.g., right side L32). In such embodiments, each canopy unit L2710, L2712 includes canopy arch frames L2714a, L2714b that are rotatable about their respective mounting axes relative to the canopy frames L2716a, L2716b. As shown, the mounting axes may be parallel to each other, positioned in the same plane, and positioned at a distance from each other.

[0105] The mounting ends L2718a, L2718b, L2720a, and L2720b of the canopy arch frames L2714a and L2714b of each canopy unit L2710 can similarly be attached near the center of the front L26 and rear L28 of the pet carrier L2700. In the illustrated non-limiting embodiment, the first canopy arch frame L2714a of the first canopy unit L2710 can rotate between a first position and a second position, in which the canopy arch frame L2714a is positioned substantially adjacent to and perpendicular to the canopy frame L2716a, and in the second position, the first canopy arch frame L2714a is positioned at a non-parallel angle to the canopy frame L2716a. In the illustrated non-limiting embodiment, the second position of the first canopy arch frame L2714a is substantially perpendicular to the first position. In such an embodiment, the first canopy arch frame L2714a can rotate approximately 90 degrees between the first and second positions. However, embodiments in which the second position is at a different angle to the first position are also within the scope of this disclosure. It should be understood that the first canopy arch frame L2714a can be positioned and held or retained at one or more positions between the first and second positions.

[0106] The central panel L2722 may be positioned between the first canopy unit L2710 and the second canopy unit L2712 and connected to the first and second canopy units L2710 and L2712, respectively. In one embodiment, the central panel L2722 is fixed to the pet carrier L2700 and the base L2706. The first canopy L2724a of the first canopy unit L2710 may have a first end L2726a connected to the first canopy arch frame L2714a and an opposing second end L2728a connected to the central panel L2722 (e.g., its edge). Furthermore, the first canopy L2710 may include one or more first structural support members or support arch members L2730a that are operable to maintain the shape of the first canopy unit L2710 when closed. When the first canopy arch frame L2714a is in the first position, the first canopy L2724a extends from a position approximately adjacent to the canopy frame L2716a to the central panel L2722. When the first canopy arch frame L2714a is in the first position, the first canopy unit L2710 of the pet carrier L2700 can be considered to be in a closed configuration. Similarly, when the first canopy arch frame L2714a is in the second position, the first end L2726a of the first canopy L2724a is approximately adjacent to the central panel L2722, and therefore adjacent to the second end L2728a of the first canopy L2724a. When the first canopy arch frame L2714a is in the second position (Figures 23 and 25A), the first canopy unit L2710 of the pet carrier L2700 can be considered to be in a fully open configuration. When the first canopy arch frame L2714a is in a position between the first and second positions, the first canopy L2724a of the pet carrier L2700 can be considered to be in a partially open position. In one embodiment, the central panel L2722 or canopy may include a retaining device (not shown) that is operable to hold the first canopy arch frame L2714a in the second position.

[0107] The second canopy unit L2712 may have the same configuration as the first canopy unit L2710. The first end L2726b of the second canopy L2724b can be attached to the second canopy arch frame L2714b, and the opposing second end L2728b of the second canopy L2724b can be connected to the central panel L2722. One or more second structural support members or support arch members L2730b are operable to support the central portion of the second canopy L2724b. The second canopy arch frame L2714b can move from a first position adjacent to the canopy frame L2716b (Figures 22A, 24A) and a second position adjacent to the central panel L2722 (Figures 23, 25B). The operation of the second canopy unit L2712 is substantially the same as that of the first canopy unit L2710, and therefore will not be described in detail here. In an embodiment of the pet carrier L2700 including the first canopy unit L2710 and the second canopy unit L2712, the position of the first canopy L2724a can be adjusted independently of the second canopy L2724b.

[0108] Although described as independent first canopy unit L2710 and second canopy unit L2712, in other embodiments a single canopy unit is also within the scope of this disclosure, wherein a single canopy frame is formed by canopy frames L2716a, L2716b, and the single canopy frame has a first canopy arch frame L2714a (rotatable as described above) and a second canopy arch frame L2714b (rotatable as described above), and it should be understood that the first canopy arch frame L2714a and the second canopy arch frame L2714b are mounted at different positions around the single canopy frame. In such embodiments, the canopy unit may also include two independent canopies L2724a, L2724b, which are connected by a central panel L2722, as described above. Alternatively, a single canopy L2724 can be used, having a first end L2726 connected to a first canopy arch frame L2714a and an opposing second end L2728 connected to a second canopy arch frame L2714b. In this configuration, the center of the single canopy positioned between the first canopy arch frame L2714a and the second canopy arch frame L2714b remains stationary with respect to the base L2706.

[0109] Similar to the embodiments shown in Figures 16 to 21, in this embodiment, each canopy arch frame L2714a, L2714b may have a first portion L2732a, L2732b of a locking mechanism or other connecting device located thereon, the first portion L2732a, L2732b being configured to engage with a second portion (not shown) of a locking mechanism or other connecting device located on the base L2706, for example, to hold the canopies L2724a, L2724b in the closed position.

[0110] In the embodiments shown and described herein, one or more canopy units L2610, L2710, L2712 are incorporated into both the first portions L2602, L2702 and the second portions L2604, L2704 of the pet carrier L2600, L2700. For example, a combination of canopies L2616, L2724a, L2724b and canopy arch frames L2614, L2714a, L2714b may form the first portions L2602, L2702 of the pet carrier L2600, L2700, and canopy frames L2612, L2716a, L2716b may be attached to the bases L2606, L2706 of the second portions L2604, L2704. In the illustrated non-limiting embodiments, the second portions L2604, L2704 include side walls L2607, L2707 projecting from the base. In one embodiment, the side walls L2607, L2707 extend around the entire circumference of the base L2606, L2706. The canopy frames L2612, L2716a, L2716b may be positioned on the side walls L2607, L2707. However, embodiments in which the canopy frames L2612, L2716a, L2716b are also positioned on the first portions L2602, L2702 of the pet carrier L2600, L2700 are also within the scope of this disclosure.

[0111] In one embodiment, the canopies L2616, L2724a, and L2724b of each canopy unit L2610, L2710, and L2712 are permanently connected to the pet carriers L2600, and L2700. However, in one embodiment, as shown in Figures 21 and 26, the canopies L2616, L2724a, and L2724b may be detachably attached to the pet carriers L2600, and L2700 by, for example, one or more connectors. In the illustrated non-limiting embodiment, the connectors L2640, and L2740 include a first portion L2642, and L2742 (e.g., a buckle) and a second portion L2644, and L2744 (e.g., a latch plate slidably housed within the buckles L2642, and L2742). Buckles L2642, L2742 are shown attached to the second portion L2604, L2704, for example, the canopy frame L2612, L2716a, L2716b, and latch plates L2644, L2744 are shown extending from the first portion L2602, L2702, for example, from the positioning ends of the canopy arch frame L2614, L2714a, L2714b. However, it should be understood that embodiments are also possible in which buckles L2642, L2742 are positioned on the first portion L2602, L2702 and latch plates L2644, L2744 are positioned on the second portion L2604, L2704. The connectors L2640 and L2740 shown and described herein are intended for illustrative purposes only, and any suitable connector capable of operating to releasably connect the first and second parts is within the scope of this disclosure.

[0112] Various embodiments of the pet carriers L2600 and L2700 further include at least one latch connector that can be used to engage with a corresponding seat anchor (not shown) of a vehicle seat (e.g., an automobile seat). In the illustrated non-limiting embodiments, for example, as shown in Figures 16 to 18B, the carrier L2600 has a plurality of latch connectors, including a first latch connector L70a and a second latch connector L70b. However, embodiments having only a single latch connector, or embodiments having three or more latch connectors, are also contemplated herein. At least one latch connector L70a, L70b may be integrated with the carrier L2600. For example, at least one latch connector may be permanently connected to the carrier L2600. Alternatively, at least one latch connector may be detachably connected to the carrier L2600.

[0113] In the illustrated non-limiting embodiments, at least one latch connector L70a, L70b is located on the base L2606, L2706 of the carriers L2600, L2700. It should be understood that embodiments in which the latch connector is located at other suitable locations around the carriers L2600, L2700 are also within the scope of this application.

[0114] Furthermore, while in some embodiments the latch connectors L70a and L70b are shown to be positioned adjacent to the rear side of the carriers L2600 and L2700, in other embodiments one or more latch connectors L70a and L70b may be positioned on another side of the carrier L2600, for example, on the right, left, or front side of the carrier L2600.

[0115] The latch connectors L70a and L70b can be switched between a closed or engaged configuration and an open or released configuration, for example, via a release actuator. In the closed or engaged configuration, the snap members (not shown) of the latch connectors L70a and L70b are closed or extended, and in the open or released configuration, the snap members of the latch connectors L70a and L70b are opened or retracted (not shown), thereby allowing separation from the vehicle's seat anchors. Although not shown, in some embodiments, the release actuators are located directly on the latch connectors L70a and L70b, and the user operates the release actuator on each latch connector to separate the carriers L2600 and L2700 from the corresponding seat anchors. In some embodiments, the release actuators are located at the connection point between the handle and the canopy or at other locations. The latch connectors L70a and L70b may be positioned in an extended position, extending and protruding from the bases L2606 and L2706 to engage with the corresponding sheet anchors when in use, and in a folded position, folding into the cavities of the bases L2606 and L2706 when not in use.

[0116] Note that the carriers L2600 and L2700 shown in Figures 16-17, 22A, 22B, and 23 are not subjected to perspective processing. However, the canopy units L2610, L2710, L2712 and side walls L2607, L2707 of the carriers L2600 and L2700 shown in Figures 18A-19B, 21, and 24A-27 are subjected to perspective processing. As a result, the canopy frames L2612, L2716a, L2716b, canopy arch frame L2614, first canopy arch frame L2714a, second canopy arch frame L2714b, and structural support members or support arch members L2630, L2730a, L2730b of the canopy units L2610, L2710, L2712 are displayed in the perspective view.

[0117] Regarding the carrier L2600, referring to Figures 16 and 17, the canopy frame L2612 (including the first frame portion L2622 and the second frame portion L2624) is located inside the carrier L2600. More specifically, the canopy frame L2612 is located inside the side wall L2607, shielded by the side wall L2607, and lower than the upper edge of the side wall L2607. As shown in Figure 21, the canopy arch frame L2614 is located inside the canopy L2616, and a portion of the canopy arch frame L2614 (hereinafter referred to as the extended portion) extends downward and extends beyond the edge of the canopy. Referring to Figures 18A-18B and 19C, when the canopy arch frame L2614 is in the first or second position, the extended portion of the canopy arch frame L2614 is located inside the side wall L2607 and above the canopy frame L2612. As a result, the canopy arch frame L2614 is located inside and shielded by the canopy L2616 and the side wall L2607, and the first portion L2642 of the connector L2640 is also located inside and shielded by the carrier L2600. The user can move the canopy arch frame L2614 between the first and second positions by operating the first portion L2632 of the locking mechanism.

[0118] Accordingly, with respect to carrier L2700, referring to Figures 22A to 23, the canopy frames L2716a and L2716b are located inside carrier L2700, more specifically, the canopy frames L2716a and L2716b are located inside the side wall L2707, the canopy frames L2716a and L2716b are shielded by the side wall L2707, and the canopy frames L2716a and L2716b are lower than the upper edge of the side wall L2707. Referring to Figures 24A and 24B, the first canopy arch frame L2714a and the second canopy arch frame L2714b are located inside the canopies L2724a and L2724b, and a portion of the first canopy arch frame L2714a (hereinafter referred to as the first extension) and a portion of the second canopy arch frame L2714b (hereinafter referred to as the second extension) extend downward and pass over the edge of the canopy. Referring to Figures 24A to 24B, when the first canopy arch frame L2714a is in the first position, the first extension of the first canopy arch frame L2714a is located inside the side wall L2707 and above the canopy frame L2716a, and the first canopy arch frame L2714a is located inside and shielded by the canopy L2724a and the side wall L2707. When the second canopy arch frame L2714b is in the first position, the second extension of the second canopy arch frame L2714b is located inside the side wall L2707 and above the canopy frame L2716b, and the second canopy arch frame L2714b is located inside and shielded by the canopy L2724b and the side wall L2707. The first portion L2742 of the connector L2740 is also located inside and shielded within the carrier L2700. The user can move the first canopy arch frame L2714a and the second canopy arch frame L2714b between the first and second positions, respectively, by operating the first portions L2732a and L2732b of the locking mechanism.

[0119] Referring to Figure 27, another embodiment of the pet carrier M320 is shown. In this embodiment, the pet carrier M320 is structurally similar to the pet carrier in the previously described canopy embodiment. In this example, the canopy M370 is pivotable by 90 degrees and is open about halfway compared to the canopy of the previously described pet carrier. Opposite the canopy M370 is the closing side M321 of the carrier M320. In one embodiment, the closing side M321 is adjacent to a central panel having a handle. In one embodiment, the closing side M321 may have a window, a zipper door, etc.

[0120] The overall situation in which the carrier N400 according to this application is applied to the base N500 will be explained with reference to Figures 28 and 29.

[0121] The carrier N400 is used to transport pets. In this embodiment, the carrier N400 is a roughly rectangular sleeping basket, but it should be understood that the carrier N400 may take on other suitable forms as long as the engagement structure N100 and unlocking structure N200 according to the present invention can be installed.

[0122] The carrier N400 can be engaged with the base N500 from above. The base N500 has a structure that is fixed to the vehicle, and thus the carrier N400 can be fixed to the vehicle via the base N500. However, it should be understood that the form of the base N500 is not limited to this, as long as it can be engaged with the carrier N400.

[0123] The carrier N400 is provided with at least one engagement structure N100, at least one unlocking structure N200, and at least one connecting member N300. The engagement structure N100 can be converted between a locked state and an unlocked state, engaging or disengaging the carrier N400 from the base N500. The unlocking structure N200 and the engagement structure N100 are located at different positions on the carrier N400. The connecting member N300 is connected to the engagement structure N100 and the unlocking structure N200, and the unlocking structure N200 can be operated by the connecting member N300 to convert the engagement structure N100 to an unlocked state, and by operating the unlocking structure N200, the engagement structure N100 can be converted to an unlocked state, which will be described in detail below.

[0124] The specific structure of the base N500 will be explained with reference to Figures 30 and 31.

[0125] For the sake of clarity, in this specification, the front-to-back direction of the base N500 is referred to as the longitudinal direction, the left-to-right direction of the base N500 is referred to as the lateral direction, and the up-to-down direction of the base N500 is referred to as the vertical direction. Note that the vertical direction, longitudinal direction, and lateral direction do not need to be strictly vertical or horizontal, and may have a predetermined angle of inclination, and the vertical direction, longitudinal direction, and lateral direction do not need to be perpendicular to each other. The base N500 includes at least one base bar N510 and an outer cover N520. The base bar N510 is fixed to the main pipe member N530 of the base N500, and is connected and fixed in a manner such as welding or locking to the main pipe member N530, for example. The engagement structure N100 includes an engagement hook N120, and when the carrier N400 engages with the base N500, the engagement hook N120 of the engagement structure N100 is connected to the base bar N510 (see Figure 41A). The outer cover N520 covers the top surface of the base N500 and forms at least one base engagement groove N540. In this embodiment, an engagement rod N410 (see Figure 29) is provided on the bottom surface of the carrier N400, and one base engagement groove N540 is provided on each of the lateral sides of each base bar N510, thereby accommodating the engagement rod N410 on the bottom surface of the carrier N400.

[0126] Referring to Figures 32 to 33, the situation in which the carrier N400 according to this application is applied to the cart N600 will be explained.

[0127] The frame of the cart N600 may be provided with a cart engagement groove N610 similar to the base engagement groove N540 of the base N500. The engagement rod N410 of the carrier N400 can engage with the cart engagement groove N610 so that the carrier N400 and the cart N600 are integrally coupled. In this embodiment, the cart N600 does not have a component for connecting to the engagement structure N100, but in other embodiments, the cart N600 may have a component similar to the base bar N510 for connecting to the engagement structure N100.

[0128] The carrier N400 according to this application will be further described with reference to Figures 34 to 36.

[0129] In this embodiment, the carrier N400 includes a housing N420, a first support tube N430, two second support tubes N440, and an engagement rod N410.

[0130] The housing N420 is roughly rectangular and has opposing top and bottom surfaces. The first support tube N430 is close to the top surface of the housing N420 and surrounds the periphery of the housing N420, thereby forming an annular structure that surrounds it along the lateral and vertical directions. Two second support tubes N440 are arranged along the lateral direction. Each second support tube N440 is U-shaped, connected to both sides of the first support tube N430, and surrounds the bottom surface of the housing N420. In this way, the first support tube N430 and the second support tubes N440 form a frame surrounding the housing N420.

[0131] The engaging rod N410 is installed below the bottom surface of the housing N420 and forms an annular shape along the circumference of the housing N420. As described above, the engaging rod N410 can engage with the base engaging groove N540 of the base N500 to fix the carrier N400 to the base N500. The engaging structure N100 is installed on the engaging rod N410 and can engage with the base bar N510 of the base N500 to lock it in place.

[0132] More specifically, the engagement structure N100 is positioned below the bottom surface of the carrier N400 and close to the longitudinal side of the carrier N400, while the unlocking structure N200 is positioned on the lateral side of the carrier N400 and close to the top surface of the carrier N400. In this way, the unlocking structure N200 is positioned in a location that is easily observed and operated by the user, improving the user experience. In contrast, in the prior art, the unlocking structure N200 is positioned near the engagement structure N100, inevitably located at the bottom of the carrier N400, or on the base N500, requiring the user to bypass the entire carrier N400 to access the unlocking structure N200, which is inconvenient for the user's observation and operation.

[0133] In this application, a single unlocking structure N200 can simultaneously control multiple engaging structures N100. As shown in Figure 35, the engaging structures N100 include a first engaging structure N101 and a second engaging structure N102, which are installed symmetrically along the longitudinal direction. The unlocking structure N200 includes a first unlocking structure N201, which is connected to the first engaging structure N101 and the second engaging structure N102 by two connecting members N300, and can be operated to simultaneously unlock the first engaging structure N101 and the second engaging structure N102. The specific structure of the unlocking structure N200 will be described in detail below with reference to its specific structure.

[0134] In this application, the carrier N400 may include a plurality of engagement groups formed by engagement structures N100 and unlocking structures N200, each engagement group including engagement structures N100 and unlocking structures N200 associated with each other. Continuing to refer to Figure 35, the first engagement structure N101, the second engagement structure N102, and the first unlocking structure N201 form one engagement group. The engagement structure N100 further includes a third engagement structure N103 and a fourth engagement structure N104, which are symmetrically arranged along the longitudinal direction, and the unlocking structure N200 includes a second unlocking structure N202. The second unlocking structure N202 is connected to the third engagement structure N103 and the fourth engagement structure N104, respectively, via two connecting members N300, and can be operated to simultaneously unlock the third engagement structure N103 and the fourth engagement structure N104. Therefore, the third engagement structure N103, the fourth engagement structure N104, and the second unlocking structure N202 form a separate engagement group. When the carrier N400 is engaged with the base N500, the engagement structure N100 in any of the engagement groups can connect to the engagement rod N410 of the base N500 (see Figure 31). In this way, the multiple engagement groups provide multiple positional options for engaging the carrier N400 with the base N500.

[0135] In this embodiment, the first engagement structure N101 and the second engagement structure N102 are located on one lateral side of the carrier N400, for example, the right side in Figure 35, while the third engagement structure N103 and the fourth engagement structure N104 are located on the other lateral side of the carrier N400, for example, the left side in Figure 35. Correspondingly, the first unlocking structure N201 is located at the center of one lateral side of the carrier N400, and the second unlocking structure N202 is located at the center of the other lateral side of the carrier N400. In other embodiments, the position of each engagement structure N100 can be flexibly set as needed.

[0136] Furthermore, the engagement structure N100 will be specifically described with reference to Figures 37 to 39. The engagement structure N100 includes a mounting member N110, an engagement hook N120, a rotating shaft N130, a first pin N140 (the rotating shaft N130 and the first pin N140 are shown in Figures 41A and 41B), a first elastic member N150, and a mounting seat N160.

[0137] The mounting seat N160 is attached to the engagement rod N410 of the carrier N400 and accommodates the mounting member N110 at least partially. The mounting member N110 is inserted into the mounting seat N160 and accommodates the engagement hook N120, the rotating shaft N130, the first pin N140 (see Figures 41A and 41B), and the first elastic member N150. More specifically, the mounting member N110 has a hollow structure and the engagement hook N120 is housed within the mounting member N110.

[0138] The mounting member N110 includes a rotating shaft hole N111, a guide hole N112, and an engagement hole N113. The rotating shaft hole N111 penetrates the mounting member N110 along the lateral direction, and the rotating shaft N130 of the engagement structure N100 (see Figures 41A and 41B) is installed in the rotating shaft hole N111. The engagement hook N120 rotates around the rotating shaft N130, that is, the engagement hook N120 swings around its lateral axis. The first elastic member N150 is installed around the rotating shaft N130, and in this embodiment, the first elastic member N150 is a torsion spring, and both ends of it abut against the inner wall of the mounting member N110 and the engagement hook N120, respectively, and are installed to bias the engagement hook N120 to the locked position (details will be described below). The guide hole N112 is an elongated hole that penetrates the mounting member N110 along the lateral direction and extends along the vertical direction. The engagement hole N113 penetrates the mounting member N110 along the lateral direction and opens toward the bottom surface of the mounting member N110.

[0139] The engaging hook N120 includes a pivot end N121 and a hook portion N122 that are opposite to each other. The pivot end N121 is pivotally attached to the mounting member N110 via a rotation axis N130 (see Figures 41A and 41B). The hook portion N122 is pivotable about the pivot end N121. The engaging hook N120 includes a hook recess N125 formed between the hook portion N122 and the pivot end N121 and open to the outside. When the engaging hook N120 is locked, the hook recess N125 can lock onto the base bar N510 of the base N500 (see Figure 41A) to prevent mutual movement between the carrier N400 and the base N500. A circumferentially continuous slide groove N123 is further formed between the hook portion N122 and the pivot end N121, specifically a diagonally extending elongated groove. The first pin N140 is inserted into the slide groove N123 and can move within the slide groove N123, and when the first pin N140 moves within the slide groove N123, it can drive the swing of the engaging hook N120.

[0140] The mounting base N160 is fitted onto the outside of the mounting member N110 and includes two mounting holes N161, an engagement groove N163, and a cushion pad N162. The two mounting holes N161 are located on both sides of the mounting base N160 in the lateral direction, and the engagement rod N410 is inserted into the mounting base N160 on both sides in the lateral direction (specifically, through the side holes N164 on both sides), and two screw-like fastening members each secure the mounting base N160 to the engagement rod N410 through the two mounting holes N161. The engagement groove N163 is located on the bottom surface of the mounting base N160, and the engagement hole N113 of the mounting member N110 communicates with the engagement groove N163 and faces the outside of the engagement structure N100 through the engagement groove N163. The cushion pad N162 is installed on the bottom surface of the mounting base N160, so that the carrier N400 can be placed stably on the ground or a table after being detached from the base N500.

[0141] In this embodiment, the mounting member N110 and the mounting base N160 are two components assembled together, but in other embodiments, the mounting member N110 and the mounting base N160 may be a single component formed integrally.

[0142] In this embodiment, the connecting member N300 is a traction line and includes a cable N310, a cable sheath N320, a first end N330, and a second end N340 (see Figure 44). The cable sheath N320 is embedded in the carrier N400, and the cable N310 is installed inside the cable sheath N320 and connected to the first end N330 and the second end N340. As a result, the movement of the first end N330 can be transmitted to the second end N340. In other embodiments, the connecting member N300 may be an integrally molded elastic strip or the like, and is not limited to the description in this embodiment.

[0143] Referring to Figure 39, the first end N330 of cable N310 is connected to the engagement structure N100, and the first end N330 is fitted onto the first pin N140 to drive the linear movement of the first pin N140.

[0144] The specific structure and operation of the engagement structure N100 will be explained with reference to Figures 40 to 41B.

[0145] The first pin N140 is installed within the mounting member N110 so as to be linearly movable, specifically, it is installed in the guide hole N112 (see Figure 39) of the mounting member N110 and moves along the guide hole N112. The first pin N140 is inserted into the slide groove N123 of the engagement hook N120, and the linear movement of the first pin N140 causes the engagement hook N120 to swing between a locked position (Figure 41A) and an unlocked position (Figure 41B).

[0146] Figure 41A shows that the carrier N400 is engaged with the base N500 and the engagement structure N100 is in a locked state. At this time, the base bar N510 of the base N500 is housed in the engagement hole N113 and, if the engagement hook N120 is in a locked state, the hook recess N125 of the engagement hook N120 is joined to the base bar N510 in accordance with the position of the engagement hole N113.

[0147] When a user needs to unlock the unlocking structure N100, the user pulls the connecting member N300 via the unlocking structure N200, thereby driving the first end N330 of the connecting member N300 to move linearly relative to the mounting member N110 by driving the first pin N140, specifically upward along the vertical direction. At this time, the first pin N140 slides along the slide groove N123 and simultaneously drives the engaging hook N120 to rotate upward, i.e., in the counterclockwise direction in Figures 41A and 41B, disengaging the hook recess N125 of the engaging hook N120 from the base bar N510, and thus the engaging structure N100 reaches the unlocked state shown in Figure 41B, and the carrier N400 can be disengaged from the base N500.

[0148] The specific structure of the unlocking structure N200 will be described with reference to Figures 42 to 43B. The unlocking structure N200 includes an operating member N210, a second pin N220, a third pin N240, and a second elastic member N230.

[0149] The operating member N210 is mounted in the form of a block-shaped handle and can be operated from outside the carrier N400 to move between an initial state (Figure 43A) and a pressed state (Figure 43B) along the vertical direction. The operating member N210 has an operating member groove N211 extending along the vertical direction and at least one diagonal groove N212 extending along the diagonal direction.

[0150] The second pin N220 is installed within the unlocking structure N200 so as to be able to move linearly (specifically laterally) and is inserted into the oblique groove N212 of the operating member N210, thereby converting the vertical movement of the operating member N210 into the lateral movement of the second end N340 of the connecting member N300. A sliding groove (not shown) extending laterally is provided within the first support tube N430 to guide the lateral movement of the second pin N220. The third pin N240 is fixed to the carrier N400 and is inserted into the operating member groove N211 of the operating member N210, guiding the operating member N210 to move along the vertical direction. The second end N340 of the connecting member N300 is fitted onto the second pin N220. Thus, when the operating member N210 moves to a pressed state, the oblique groove N212 of the operating member N210 drives the second pin N220 to move linearly, pulling the second end N340 of the connecting member N300. Furthermore, the first end N330 of the connecting member N300 drives the engagement structure N100 to move to an unlocked state.

[0151] The two second pins N220 are inserted into the two diagonal grooves N212 of the operating member N210 on their respective longitudinal sides and are connected to the second ends N340 of the two connecting members N300. Thus, the operating member N210 can drive the two connecting members N300 simultaneously, thereby allowing one unlocking structure N200 to simultaneously unlock the two engaging structures N100.

[0152] The second elastic member N230 biases the operating member N210 toward its initial state so that the operating member N210, which is not subjected to external force, is in its initial state. More specifically, the second elastic member N230 is a coil spring, one end of which abuts against the inner wall of the first support tube N430 of the housing N420, and the other end abuts against the top surface of the operating member N210, biasing the operating member N210 downward toward its initial state.

[0153] As described above, this application provides a carrier having an engagement structure and an unlocking structure, the engagement structure and the unlocking structure being located at different positions on the carrier. Furthermore, the specific structure of the carrier of this application is advantageous in terms of its force-bearing stability and can prevent deformation and overturning of the carrier.
