Abstract

This specification relates to a two-layer electrolyte membrane comprising a first layer containing a polymer electrolyte in which particles of a recombination catalyst are dispersed, and a second layer containing a polymer electrolyte in which the recombination catalyst is not dispersed, wherein the thickness of the two-layer electrolyte membrane is 40 to 60 μm, and the concentration of the recombination catalyst in the first layer is 1 to 100 μg / cm³. 2 This paper describes a two-layer electrolyte membrane in which the two-layer electrolyte membrane is a single adhesive polymer film. It also describes a method for preparing a two-layer electrolyte membrane, a catalyst coating film for electrochemical devices containing a two-layer electrolyte membrane, and a fuel cell equipped with a catalyst coating film.
