This disclosure provides a therapeutic combination of chimeric antigen receptor T cells that specifically bind to human STEAP2 (e.g., AZD0754) and an androgen receptor antagonist (e.g., enzalutamide). Methods for administering the combination to treat cancer (e.g., prostate cancer) are also provided.
