[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and in particular, to a display panel and a display apparatus.
[0002] <Cross-Reference to Related Applications> The present invention claims priority to a Chinese patent application filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on August 29, 2024, with an application number of 202411204925.8 and a title of the invention of "Display Panel and Display Apparatus", the entire content of which is incorporated into the present disclosure by reference.
Background Art
[0003] With the continuous development of science and technology, display products such as mobile phones, tablets, notebook computers, and smart wearable devices are increasingly widely used in the life and work of a growing number of people, bringing great convenience to people's daily life and work, and becoming an indispensable and important tool for people.
[0004] For display products with a touch function, how to reduce or prevent the interference of other signals in the display products on touch signals and improve touch accuracy has become one of the technical problems that need to be solved urgently at the current stage.
Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] To solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a display panel and a display apparatus, which aim to reduce or prevent the interference of other signals on touch signals in the display panel and improve touch accuracy.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a display panel comprising a display area and a non-display area provided outside the display area, the non-display area including a stepped area and a non-stepped area, the stepped area including a wiring area and a functional area arranged along a first direction, the functional area being provided with binding pins, the display area and non-display area, the touch electrode and touch signal line electrically connected to the touch electrode, the touch signal line extending from the wiring area to the functional area and electrically connected to the binding pins, the portion of the touch signal line located in the functional area being a touch wire, the touch electrode and touch signal line, and a first signal line located in the functional area and configured to transmit an AC signal, wherein along a second direction, the first signal line and the touch wire at least partially overlap, the overlapping area of the first signal line and the touch wire is isolated by a first shield portion, the first shield portion is configured to receive a fixed potential signal, and the second direction is perpendicular to the light-emitting surface of the display panel.
[0007] In a second aspect, based on a similar inventive concept, the present disclosure further provides a display device comprising a display panel according to the first aspect. [Effects of the Invention]
[0008] Compared to the prior art, the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of this disclosure have the following advantages.
[0009] In the display panel and display device according to this disclosure, touch signal lines connected to touch electrodes are extended into a functional area and electrically connected to binding pins within the functional area. In addition to the touch signal lines, some other signal lines within the display panel (referred to as the first signal lines in this disclosure) are also brought into the functional area and electrically connected to other binding pins within the functional area. Here, the first signal lines include signal lines for transmitting AC signals in the functional area, such as signal lines for transmitting data signals and signal lines for transmitting clock signals. The signals transmitted by these signal lines are not constant DC signals, but changing AC signals. In the functional area, due to the large number of wires, the touch wiring and the first signal lines may overlap. However, since the signals transmitted on the first signal lines are AC signals, when the signals on the first signal lines change, the signals on the touch wiring also change due to coupling, which affects the accuracy of the touch signals transmitted on the touch wiring and thus affects the touch accuracy. Therefore, this disclosure introduces a first shield in the overlapping area between the first signal lines and the touch wiring. The signal on the first shield is a fixed-potential signal, and the first shield can shield the coupling signal between the first signal line and the touch wiring. This reduces or prevents the influence of signal changes on the first signal line on the touch signal on the touch wiring, which helps to improve touch accuracy. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0013] To achieve a clearer understanding of the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure, the technical solutions of the present disclosure are further described below. It is noted that the embodiments of the present disclosure and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other as long as no conflict arises.
[0014] In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may also be practiced in other forms than those described herein. It is obvious that the embodiments in this specification are not all of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
[0015] Figure 1 is a plan view of a display panel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, Figure 2 is a diagram showing the connection between a touch electrode T0 and a touch signal line X in a display panel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and Figure 3 is an enlarged view of area A in Figure 1. Referring to Figures 1 to 3, the display panel 100 according to the present disclosure comprises a display area AA and a non-display area A0 located outside the display area AA. The non-display area A0 includes a stepped area A1 and a non-stepped area A2. The stepped area A1 includes a wiring area Q1 and a functional area Q2 arranged along a first direction D1. Binding pins B0 are provided in the functional area Q2. The first direction D1 is the direction from the display area AA toward the stepped area A1. In any choice, the stepped area A1 is located on one side of the display area AA along the first direction D1, and the non-stepped area A2 can be considered as other frame areas in the display panel excluding the stepped area A1, including, for example, the left frame, the right frame, and the top frame.
[0016] The display panel 100 further comprises a touch electrode T0 and a touch signal line X electrically connected to the touch electrode T0, the touch signal line X extending from a wiring area Q1 to a functional area Q2 and electrically connected to a binding pin B0, the portion of the touch signal line X located in the functional area Q2 being the touch wiring X0. In any choice, the touch electrode T0 is a mutually capacitive touch electrode including a touch sensing electrode RX and a touch driving electrode TX, as shown in Figure 2, and the touch signal line X includes a touch signal line X1 connected to the touch driving electrode TX and a touch signal line X2 connected to the touch sensing electrode RX. In this embodiment, a solution is described as in which the touch signal line X1 extends from below the display area to a stepped area, and the touch signal line X2 extends from a non-stepped area to below the display area and further extends to the stepped area, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. In some other embodiments of the disclosure, the touch signal lines X1 and X2 may also pass directly below the display area and extend to the stepped area. In some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the touch electrode may further be implemented as a self-capacitive touch electrode, and the touch signal line is a signal line connected to the self-capacitive touch electrode.
[0017] The display panel further comprises a first signal line S1. The first signal line S1 is located in a functional area Q2 and is configured to transmit AC signals. The first signal line S1 is, for example, a signal line that supplies signals necessary for display to the circuitry within the display panel in order to realize a display function, and is at least one of the following signal lines: a data line, a clock signal line, a gate drive signal line, a light emission control signal line, etc.
[0018] Along the second direction, the first signal line S1 and the touch wiring X0 overlap at least partially, the overlapping region of the first signal line S1 and the touch wiring X0 is isolated by the first shielding portion 91, which is configured to receive a fixed potential signal, and the second direction is perpendicular to the light-emitting surface of the display panel.
[0019] Although Figures 1 and 2 illustrate a display panel having a rectangular structure as an example, this does not limit the actual shape of the display panel. In other embodiments of this disclosure, the display panel can be realized in any other feasible structure, such as a rounded rectangle or a circle. In any choice, the stepped region A1 of this disclosure further includes a bent region Q0, which is located between the wiring region Q1 and the functional region Q2, and the functional region Q2 is bent through the bent region Q0 toward the side opposite to the light-emitting surface of the display panel. The functional region Q2 is bent through the bent region Q0 toward the non-light-emitting surface of the display panel. This reduces the width of the lower bezel of the display panel and enables a narrow bezel effect. Note that the embodiments in Figures 1 and 3 show the solution when the display panel has not yet been bent.
[0020] In any choice, the display panel according to this embodiment may be a display panel employing organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display technology, i.e., an OLED display panel. For example, referring to Figures 4 and 5, Figure 4 is a diagram showing the pixel arrangement in a display panel according to an embodiment of this disclosure, and Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view of the display panel in the AA direction of Figure 4. It should be noted that the pixel arrangement structure shown in Figure 4 is schematic and does not limit the actual pixel arrangement configuration and number of pixels included in the display panel. Referring to Figure 5, the basic structure of the light-emitting element 30 of the OLED display panel comprises an anode 301, a light-emitting material layer 302, and a cathode 303. When a power supply provides an appropriate voltage, holes in the anode 301 and electrons in the cathode 303 combine in the light-emitting material layer 302, and light is emitted. Compared to thin-film field-effect transistor liquid crystal displays, OLED display panels have the characteristics of high visibility, high brightness, low power consumption, light weight, and thinness. Of course, in some other embodiments of the present invention, the display panel may be a display panel employing inorganic light-emitting diode display technology such as a Micro LED display panel or a Mini LED display panel, and this disclosure is not limited thereto.
[0021] Taking the display panels of Figures 4 and 5 as an example, the display layer 10 comprises a pixel definition layer 19 in which a plurality of pixel apertures are defined, and the light-emitting material layer 302 is located at least at the pixel apertures. Along the second direction D2, the anode 301 and cathode 303 are located on opposite sides of the light-emitting material layer 302, respectively, with the anode 301 located on the side of the cathode 303 toward the substrate 00. In any choice, a sealing layer 50 is further provided on the side of the cathode 303 away from the anode 301, and the touch electrode T0 is located on the opposite side of the sealing layer 50 from the cathode 303. In any choice, the sealing layer 50 includes a stacked first inorganic layer 51, an organic layer 52, and a second inorganic layer 53. The display panel further comprises a drive layer 40 provided between the substrate 00 and the display layer 10, the drive layer 40 is provided with a drive circuit that supplies a drive voltage to the display layer 10 to cause the display layer 10 to emit light, and the drive circuit comprises a plurality of transistors M0.
[0022] Continuing to refer to Figures 2 and 3, the touch signal line X connected to the touch electrode T0 is extended to the functional area Q2 and electrically connected to a binding pin B0 within the functional area Q2. In any choice, the binding pin B0 is used to bind to a driver chip, which may be, for example, a chip integrating a touch driver chip and a display driver chip. In addition to the touch signal line X, some other signal lines in the display panel (first signal lines S1 in this embodiment) are also brought out to the functional area Q2 and electrically connected to other binding pins B0 within the functional area Q2. The first signal lines S1 include signal lines for transmitting AC signals in the functional area Q2, such as signal lines for transmitting data signals and signal lines for transmitting clock signals, and the signals transmitted by these signal lines are not constant DC signals but changing AC signals. In functional area Q2, due to the large number of wires, the touch wiring X0 and the first signal line S1 may overlap. However, the signal transmitted on the first signal line S1 is an AC signal, and when the signal on the first signal line S1 changes, the signal on the touch wiring X0 also changes due to coupling, which affects the accuracy of the touch signal transmitted on the touch wiring X0 and thus affects the touch accuracy. Therefore, this disclosure introduces a first shielding section 91 in the overlapping area of the first signal line S1 and the touch wiring X0. The signal on the first shielding section 91 is a fixed-potential signal, and the first shielding section 91 can shield the coupling signal between the first signal line S1 and the touch wiring X0. This reduces or prevents the influence of signal changes on the first signal line S1 on the touch signal on the touch wiring X0, which helps to improve touch signal accuracy.
[0023] Note that in Figure 3, touch signal lines X1 and X2 are shown with different shades of color for touch signal line X. However, in reality, touch signal lines X1 and X2 shown in Figure 3 each contain multiple independent touch signal lines as shown in Figure 2. The way Figure 3 is presented is simply to more clearly reflect the arrangement of touch signal lines on the display panel.
[0024] Continuing with reference to Figure 3, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel further comprises a power signal line PX configured to supply a DC power signal to the display area AA. In the functional area Q2, the power signal line PX also serves as a first shield 91.
[0025] Taking an OLED display panel as an example, when a light-emitting element emits light due to a pixel driving circuit, both the pixel driving circuit and the light-emitting element are electrically connected to a power signal line PX, which includes a positive power signal line PVDD and a negative power signal line PVEE. In any choice, the negative terminal of the light-emitting element is connected to the negative power signal line PVEE, the positive terminal is connected to the pixel driving circuit, the pixel driving circuit is connected to the positive power signal line PVDD, and the signal transmitted on the power signal line PX is a constant DC power signal. For the specific structure of the pixel driving circuit, the structure of the relevant prior art can be referenced, and this disclosure is not limited thereto. In the display panel, the power signal line PX extends from the display area AA to the functional area Q2, and acquires the power signal via the functional area Q2 and transmits it to the display area AA. For example, the power signal line PX can be electrically connected to a flexible circuit board (FPC) in the functional area Q2, and the power signal can be acquired via the flexible circuit board (FPC). In functional area Q2, the present disclosure uses the power signal line PX as the first shielding section 91 to shield the coupling signal between the first signal line S1 and the touch wiring X0. This eliminates the need to introduce a new thin-film layer structure into functional area Q2 to fabricate the first shielding section 91, contributing to the simplification of the display panel manufacturing process and improvement of production efficiency.
[0026] Figure 6 is a top view of the touch signal line X, the power signal line PX, and the first signal line S1, and Figure 7 is a schematic diagram of the BB direction thin film layer in Figure 6. Referring to Figures 6 and 7, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel further comprises a substrate 00, the power signal line PX and the first signal line S1 are located on the same side of the substrate, and the display panel further comprises an organic insulating layer JY, the organic insulating layer JY is adjacent to the power signal line PX and is located on the side of the power signal line PX toward the substrate 00. The power signal line PX is provided with a plurality of through holes K, which penetrate the power signal line PX along the second direction D2, and the through holes K do not overlap with the first signal line S1.
[0027] The organic insulating layer JY in the display panel may be, for example, a flat layer, and the power signal line PX is located on the opposite side of the organic insulating layer JY from the substrate 00. To reduce the voltage drop of the power supply voltage signal, when forming the power signal line PX in the functional area Q2 of the display panel, if there is sufficient space, a wider line width power signal line PX, such as a planar structure, is usually provided. The organic insulating layer JY is made of organic material, and when the organic material is subjected to a high-temperature process, other substances such as water vapor are volatilized. If the organic insulating layer is covered with a large metal piece, the volatile substances of the organic insulating layer usually cannot penetrate dense metal layers such as the power signal line PX, causing bulging on the surface of the power signal line PX in individual areas and resulting in defects. Therefore, in this disclosure, multiple through holes K are provided in the power signal line PX, so that when the organic insulating layer generates volatile substances, the volatile substances can volatilize through the through holes K, thus preventing the problem of bulging on the power signal line PX due to the difficulty of volatilization of volatile substances. Furthermore, this disclosure is limited to the fact that the through-hole K does not overlap the first signal line S1 along the second direction D2, thereby preventing the signal of the first signal line S1 from passing through the through-hole K and being coupled to the touch wiring, and ensuring the signal shielding effect when the power signal line PX is also used as the first shield section 91.
[0028] Continuing to refer to Figure 3, in any embodiment of this disclosure, in the functional region Q2, the touch wiring X0 includes a main body ZT and a first branch FZ1, the main body ZT being electrically connected to the touch signal line X, and both ends of the first branch FZ1 being electrically connected to the main body ZT and the binding pin B0, respectively. If the signal lines connected to the touch electrode include touch signal lines X1 and X2, the touch wiring X0 corresponding to both touch signal lines X1 and X2 may include the main body ZT and the first branch FZ1.
[0029] Figure 3 shows a similarly filled-in first fan-out line SC1 and a second fan-out line SC2, but in practice, the first fan-out line SC1 and the second fan-out line SC2 include multiple independent signal lines, for example, see Figure 8, which shows a wiring diagram of data line DL in a display panel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Display area AA comprises data line DL, wiring area Q1 comprises a first fan-out line SC1 electrically connected to data line DL, and functional area Q2 comprises a second fan-out line SC2 electrically connected to the first fan-out line SC1, and along the second direction, the first branch FZ1 does not overlap with the second fan-out line SC2.
[0030] In this disclosure, when a touch wiring X0 is placed in the functional area Q2, the main body ZT of the touch wiring X0 is located on the display area AA side of the first branch FZ1. In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the main body ZT extends along the first direction D1, and the portion of the first branch FZ1 connected to the main body ZT extends along the third direction D3 and further extends to the position of the binding pin B0. Both the main body ZT and the first branch FZ1 are equipped with multiple touch signal lines X.
[0031] Referring again to Figures 3 and 8, the data line DL in display area AA is used to supply data signals to the corresponding pixel driving circuit of the light-emitting element. After being drawn out of display area AA, the data line DL is extended to the binding pin B0 in functional area Q2 via the first fan-out line SC1 and the second fan-out line SC2, respectively. In other words, the signals transmitted on the first fan-out line SC1 and the second fan-out line SC2 are also data signals. In functional area Q2, as an example of how to arrange the touch wiring X0 and the second fan-out line SC2, the first branch FZ1 of the touch wiring X0 is routed around the outside of the second fan-out line SC2. This prevents overlap between the first branch FZ1 and the second fan-out line SC2, prevents the problem of data signals transmitted on the second fan-out line SC2 affecting touch signals transmitted on the first branch FZ1, and improves the accuracy of touch signal transmission.
[0032] Continuing with reference to Figure 3, in any embodiment of this disclosure, the main body ZT and the second fan-out line SC2 do not overlap along the second direction D2. In this embodiment, since both the corresponding main body ZT and the first branch FZ1 of the touch wiring X0 do not overlap with the second fan-out line SC2, the data signal transmitted on the second fan-out line SC2 does not affect the coupling of the touch signal transmitted on the main body ZT and the first branch FZ1, thereby further improving the accuracy of touch signal transmission.
[0033] Continuing to refer to Figure 3, in any embodiment of this disclosure, in the functional region Q2, the main body ZT and the first branch FZ1 are located on both sides along the third direction D3 of the second fan-out line SC2. The third direction D3 intersects the first direction D1 and is perpendicular to the second direction. As a result, the main body ZT and the first branch FZ1 of the touch wiring X0 are routed around both sides of the second fan-out line SC2, avoiding the placement of the main body ZT and the first branch FZ1 in the region where the second fan-out line SC2 exists. This prevents the problem of signal coupling effects occurring due to the main body ZT and the first branch FZ1 overlapping with the second fan-out line SC2, and contributes to improving touch signal transmission accuracy. In any selection, referring to Figure 3, the touch signal line X further comprises lead-out sections YC connected to the touch signal line X of the display area AA and the main body ZT of the functional area Q2, respectively, the lead-out section YC is located in the wiring area Q1, and along the touch signal transmission direction, the lead-out section YC is located between the main body ZT and the touch electrode T0 of the display area AA. In this embodiment, by arranging the connection positions of the main body ZT and the lead-out section YC on both sides along the third direction D3 of the first fan-out line SC1, overlap between the main body ZT and the first fan-out line SC1 can be prevented.
[0034] Figure 9 is another enlarged view of region A in Figure 1, and is distinguished from Figure 3 by the difference in the connection position between the main body ZT and the lead-out YC. Referring to Figure 9, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, along the second direction (the direction perpendicular to the light-emitting surface of the display panel), the main body ZT overlaps with the second fan-out line SC2, and the first signal line S1 includes the second fan-out line SC2. The overlapping region of the main body ZT and the second fan-out line SC2 is isolated by the first shield 91.
[0035] In comparison with Figure 3, the connection position between the main body ZT and the pull-out section YC in the embodiment of Figure 9 is close to the center of the lower frame of the display panel, whereas the connection position between the main body ZT and the pull-out section YC in Figure 3 is close to the side edges of the lower frame of the display panel. In actual use, the connection position between the main body ZT and the pull-out section YC can be selected according to the actual situation. As shown in Figure 9, when the connection position between the main body ZT and the pull-out section YC is close to the center of the lower frame of the display panel, the main body ZT overlaps with the second fan-out line SC2. In this case, the first shield section 91 can be introduced into the overlapping area between the main body ZT and the second fan-out line SC2, and the first shield section 91 shields the signals of the main body ZT and the second fan-out line SC2, thereby preventing interference between the data signal on the second fan-out line SC2 and the touch signal on the main body ZT. If the main unit ZT overlaps with the second fan-out line SC2, the first branching section FZ1 can be routed around the second fan-out line SC2 to prevent overlap between the first branching section FZ1 and the second fan-out line SC2. This reduces the overlapping area between the touch wiring X0 and the second fan-out line SC2, thereby reducing signal interference between the two.
[0036] Furthermore, if the main unit ZT or the first branching unit FZ1 overlaps with other fan-out lines, the first shielding unit 91 can similarly be used to shield interference signals between the fan-out lines and the main unit ZT, thereby improving the transmission accuracy of touch signals.
[0037] Figure 10 is another enlarged view of area A in Figure 1, and is distinguished from Figure 3 in that the touch wiring X0 in the embodiment of Figure 10 further comprises a second branch FZ2. Referring to Figure 10, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel further comprises a test pin VT-P located in the functional area Q2. The touch wiring X0 further comprises a second branch FZ2 located in the functional area Q2. Both ends of the second branch FZ2 are electrically connected to the main body ZT and the test pin VT-P, respectively, and along the second direction D2, the second branch FZ2 does not overlap with the second fan-out line SC2.
[0038] This embodiment provides a solution for introducing a test pin VT-P in the functional area Q2. In the manufacturing process of the display panel, the functions of the display panel can be tested using the test pin VT-P before assembling the finished product. In this embodiment, the touch wiring X0 of the functional area Q2 is divided into two paths: a first branch FZ1 and a second branch FZ2. The first branch FZ1 is electrically connected to the binding pin B0, and the second branch FZ2 is electrically connected to the test pin VT-P. When the second branch FZ2 of the touch wiring X0 is connected to the test pin VT-P, the touch performance of the display panel can be tested using the test pin VT-P. In any choice, the test pin VT-P is located on the lower left and lower right edges of the functional area Q2. This prevents overlap between the second branch FZ2 and the second fan-out line SC2 when the second branch FZ2 is connected to the test pin VT-P, preventing the problem of data signals transmitted on the second fan-out line SC2 affecting touch signals transmitted on the second branch FZ2, and helping to improve the accuracy of touch signal transmission during the testing phase.
[0039] In this disclosure, the power signal line PX is connected to a flexible circuit board (FPC), and the power signal is obtained through the flexible circuit board (FPC). In any option, the test pin VT-P is located away from the binding pin B0 of the flexible circuit board, and when the second branch FZ2 is connected to the binding pin B0, the second branch FZ2 may extend through the area where the flexible circuit board (FPC) is located to the position of the test pin VT-P. In any option, after the test is completed, the test pin VT-P may be removed as needed. Of course, the test pin VT-P may also be retained as needed, and this disclosure is not particularly limited thereto.
[0040] Continuing to refer to Figure 10, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the non-stepped region A2 comprises a gate drive circuit (not shown, used to supply gate drive signals to a pixel circuit; for example, it may be located on the left and right edges of the display panel). The stepped region A1 comprises a drive signal fan-out line VSR-X electrically connected to the gate drive circuit, and the first signal line S1 comprises the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X. In the functional region Q2, the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X is located on both sides along a third direction D3 of the second fan-out line SC2. The third direction D3 intersects the first direction D1 and is perpendicular to the second direction. In the functional region Q2, along the second direction D2, the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X at least partially overlaps the second branch FZ2, and the overlapping region of the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X and the second branch FZ2 is isolated by the first shield 91. In the embodiments of this disclosure, the positive power supply signal line PVDD and the negative power supply signal line PVEE are shown with different shades, but this does not represent the specific thin film layers of each. Since both the positive power supply signal line PVDD and the negative power supply signal line PVEE can be used as the first shielding section 91, different first shielding sections 91 may appear in the schematic diagram corresponding to different shades.
[0041] Specifically, if the display panel is provided with a gate drive circuit that supplies gate drive signals to the pixel drive circuit, the gate drive circuit is located in a non-stepped area, for example, in the left and right bezel areas of the display panel. The gate drive circuit is electrically connected to the binding pin B0 via the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X in the stepped area, and because the gate drive circuit is located in the left and right bezel areas of the display panel, in order to simplify the wiring, the gate drive signal fan-out lines connected to the gate drive circuit can be located close to the left and right edges of the stepped area, i.e., on both sides along the third direction D3 of the second fan-out line SC2. This prevents overlap between the gate drive signal fan-out line and the second fan-out line SC2, and prevents signal interference problems between the two. When the second branch FZ2 of the touch wiring X0 is electrically connected to the test pin VT-P in the lower left or lower right area of the functional area Q2, the second branch FZ2 is also located near the left or right edge of the functional area Q2. As a result, the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X and the second branch FZ2 overlap, and in this case, the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X corresponds to the first signal line S1 in this disclosure, and the first shield section 91 can be introduced between the drive signal fan-out line VSR-X and the second branch FZ2, and the first shield section 91 shields both signals and helps prevent signal interference problems. In this embodiment, the first shield section 91 can also be used as the positive power supply signal line PVDD or the negative power supply signal line PVEE, and this disclosure is not particularly limited to this.
[0042] The embodiment shown in Figure 10 illustrates a solution in which the touch wiring X0 is branched from the main body ZT into a first branch FZ1 and a second branch FZ2, respectively, through the second branch FZ2 to achieve electrical connection with the test pin VT-P. In some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the connection between the touch wiring X0 and the test pin VT-P can also be achieved by other wiring methods. For example, referring to Figure 11, which is another enlarged view of area A in Figure 1, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel further comprises a test pin VT-P located in a functional area Q2. The test pin VT-P is located on the side of the binding pin B0 away from the first branch FZ1, and the touch wiring X0 further comprises an extension YS located in the functional area Q2, with both ends of the extension YS electrically connected to the binding pin B0 and the test pin VT-P, respectively.
[0043] The difference between the embodiment shown in Figure 11 and the embodiment shown in Figure 10 lies in the position of the test pin VT-P in the functional area Q2 and the method of connecting the touch wiring X0 to the test pin VT-P. In the embodiment shown in Figure 10, the test pin VT-P is located in the lower left and lower right areas of the functional area Q2, while in the embodiment shown in Figure 11, the test pin VT-P is located near the center line of the functional area Q2 below the binding pin B0. In the manufacturing process of the display panel, the position of the test pin VT-P can be set according to the actual situation. Referring to Figure 11, this embodiment describes the case where the test pin VT-P is located directly below the binding pin B0 as an example. In order to test the touch function, it is necessary to connect the touch wiring X0 to the test pin VT-P. In this embodiment, an extension YS is introduced, and the extension YS is drawn out from the binding pin B0 connected to the first branch FZ1 and extended directly to the position of the test pin VT-P, and does not need to be drawn out from the main body ZT. This configuration simplifies the complexity of wiring in the connection to touch wiring X0 and test pin VT-P, reduces wiring length, enables testing of touch functionality, and also simplifies the wiring process for the display panel.
[0044] In any choice, the test pin VT-P is located below the binding pin B0 and on the side of the flexible circuit board (FPC) away from the binding pin B0, and the extension YS, after being drawn from the binding pin B0, passes through the area where the flexible circuit board (FPC) is located and is electrically connected to the test pin VT-P. In any choice, after the test is complete, the test pin VT-P can be removed as needed. Of course, the test pin VT-P can also be retained as needed, and this disclosure is not specifically limited thereto.
[0045] Figure 12 shows the relative positional relationship between the touch wiring X0, the first signal line S1, and the first shielding portion 91 in the functional area Q2. Referring to Figure 12, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the functional area Q2 further comprises a test pin VT-P. In the functional area Q2, the touch wiring X0 comprises a body ZT, a first branch FZ1, and a second branch FZ2. The body ZT is electrically connected to the touch signal line in the wiring area. Both ends of the first branch FZ1 are electrically connected to the body ZT and the binding pin B0, respectively, and both ends of the second branch FZ2 are electrically connected to the body ZT and the test pin VT-P, respectively. Along the second direction, the body ZT, the first branch FZ1, and the second branch FZ2 all overlap with the first shielding portion 91.
[0046] In the embodiment shown in Figure 12, only the relative positions of the touch wiring X0, the first shield section 91, and the first signal line S1 in the functional area Q2 are shown, and other signal lines within the functional area Q2 are not shown. Also, in this embodiment, the touch wiring X0 is shown as a uniform solid color, but in reality, the touch wiring X0 includes multiple independent signal lines. Similarly, in this embodiment, the first signal line S1 is shown as a uniform solid color, but in reality, the first signal line S1 includes multiple independent signal lines, and the first signal line S1 may be, for example, the fan-out line corresponding to the data line DL, or another signal line that transmits an AC signal. Two branch sections, a first branch section FZ1 and a second branch section FZ2, are drawn out from the corresponding main body section ZT of the touch wiring X0, the first branch section FZ1 is used to electrically connect to the binding pin B0, and the second branch section FZ2 is used to electrically connect to the test pin VT-P. In any selection, the binding region where the binding pin B0 corresponding to the first branch FZ1 is located is used to electrically connect to the driver chip, the test pin VT-P is located below the flexible circuit board (FPC), the second branch FZ2 is electrically connected to the test pin VT-P by passing through the region where the flexible circuit board is located, and the power signal line PX is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board to obtain the power voltage signal via the flexible circuit board. In any selection, some of the signal lines of the first signal line S1 are also electrically connected to the test pin VT-P by passing through the region where the flexible circuit board is located, thereby realizing a test function.
[0047] In this embodiment, the first branch FZ1 and the second branch FZ2 of the touch wiring X0 overlap with the first signal line S1. In this case, along the second direction D2, the main body ZT, the first branch FZ1, and the second branch FZ2 all overlap with the first shield 91. In particular, the first shield 91 is provided in the overlapping areas of the first branch FZ1 and the first signal line S1, and the overlapping areas of the second branch FZ2 and the first signal line S1, to shield the touch wiring X0 from signal interference from the first signal line S1. The first shield 91 can also be used as at least one of the positive power supply signal line PVDD and the negative power supply signal line PVEE in the display panel. This embodiment provides a solution in which the negative power supply signal line PVEE is included in the first shield section 91 overlapping the main body section ZT and the second branch section FZ2, and the positive power supply signal line PVDD and the negative power supply signal line PVEE are included in the first shield section 91 overlapping the first branch section FZ1, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. In the actual manufacturing process, if the overlapping region is not included in the region where the positive power supply signal line PVDD and the negative power supply signal line PVEE exist, the signal shielding function can be achieved by extending the positive power supply signal line PVDD or the negative power supply signal line PVEE to the overlapping region by extending them, thereby eliminating the need to introduce a separate structure that functions as the first shield section 91 in the display panel, which helps to simplify the overall structure and manufacturing process of the display panel.
[0048] Figure 13 is a schematic diagram of the wiring of the main body ZT, the first branch FZ1, and the second branch FZ2 of the touch wiring X0 in the functional area Q2 of Figure 9, Figure 10, or Figure 11. This can be seen as a subdivision of the main body and branch located in the left-hand region of the functional area Q2 of Figure 9, Figure 10, or Figure 11, and as a symmetrically arranged structure in Figure 13 as a subdivision of the main body and branch located in the right-hand region of the functional area Q2, which will not be described further in this disclosure. Referring to Figures 10 and 13, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, a functional area Q2 comprises a binding pin B0 and a test pin VT-P, and a touch wiring X0 comprises a main line ZTX, a first branch line FZX1, and a second branch line FZX2, wherein the main line ZTX is electrically connected to a touch signal line X in the wiring area, the first branch line FZX1 is electrically connected to the main line ZTX and the binding pin B0, respectively, and the second branch line FZX2 is electrically connected to the main line ZTX and the test pin VT-P, respectively. The first branch line FZX1 and the main line ZTX are arranged on the same layer, while the second branch line FZX2 and the main line ZTX are arranged on different layers and electrically connected via the first line change hole K0. The first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 extend in different directions. In this embodiment, the case in which the first branch line FZX1 extends in the first direction and the second branch line FZX2 extends in the second direction will be explained as an example.
[0049] This embodiment schematically shows the subdivided wiring structure of touch wiring X0. The entire structure composed of multiple main lines ZTX can be considered as the main body ZT in the previously described embodiment, the entire structure composed of multiple first branch lines FZX1 can be considered as the arrangement of signal lines in a part of the first branch section FZ1 in the previously described embodiment, and the entire structure composed of multiple second branch lines FZX2 can be considered as the arrangement of signal lines in a part of the second branch section FZ2 in the previously described embodiment. Along the first direction D1, the end of the main line ZTX away from the display area AA includes a branch point (position of the first line change hole K0), from which two branch lines, the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2, are drawn. The first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 extend in different directions, the main line ZTX and the first branch line FZX1 are located in the same layer and can be manufactured in the same process, while the second branch line FZX2 and the main line ZTX are located in different thin film layers. At the branch point, the second branch line FZX2 is electrically connected to the main line ZTX via the first line change hole K0, so that the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 can extend toward corresponding pins in different thin film layers. Specifically, the first branch wire FZX1 extends to the area where the binding pin B0 is located, and the second branch wire FZX2 extends to the area where the test pin VT-P is located. This method of routing the first branch wire FZX1 and the second branch wire FZX2 on different layers helps to simplify the placement of touch wiring X0 in the functional area Q2 and can improve the production efficiency of the display panel.
[0050] Referring in conjunction with Figure 10 to Figure 13, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the main line ZTX and the first branch line FZX1 each extend along a first direction D1 and are arranged along a third direction D3, and the second branch line FZX2 is arranged along the first direction D1 and extends along the third direction D3, with the first direction D1 and the third direction D3 intersecting. The functional area Q2 includes a first center line ZX1 extending along the first direction D1, and on the same side of the first center line ZX1, along the third direction D3, the length of the main line ZTX gradually decreases and the length of the first branch line FZX1 gradually increases, with the first line change hole located between the main line ZTX and the first branch line FZX1.
[0051] In this embodiment, a solution is provided for gradually changing the length of the main line ZTX. Specifically, using the main line ZTX in the left region of the functional region Q2 as an example, the arrangement of the main line ZTX in the right region of the functional region Q2 is symmetrical to the arrangement of the main line ZTX in the left region, and the length of the main line ZTX tends to gradually decrease along the direction from the first center line of the functional region Q2 toward the left edge of the functional region Q2. That is, the closer it gets to the first center line ZX1 of the functional region Q2, the longer the main line ZTX becomes, and the closer the branching point on the main line ZTX (corresponding to the position of the first line changing hole K0) gets to the lower edge of the functional region Q2, the longer the corresponding first branch line FZX1 shows a change trend in the opposite direction to that of the main line ZTX. Thus, when drawing out the second branch line FZX2 along the third direction D3 at the branching point of each main line ZTX, the space between each second branch line FZX2 is separated by an insulating space. As a result, each second branch line FZX2 is placed on the same thin film layer, eliminating the need to provide different thin film layers for different second branch lines FZX2. This helps to simplify the overall thin film layer structure of the functional area Q2 in the display panel and reduces the difficulty of wiring the main and branch lines in the touch wiring X0.
[0052] Figure 14 is a top view of a second shield section 92 provided between a first branch line FZX1 and a second branch line FZX2. Referring again to Figure 13 in conjunction with Figure 14, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 overlap along a second direction, and the display panel further comprises a second shield section 92 located between the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2, the second shield section 92 being configured to receive a fixed potential signal.
[0053] When arranging the main line ZTX, the first branch line FZX1, and the second branch line FZX2 using the wiring structure shown in Figure 13, the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 are wired on different thin film layers, which can result in overlapping regions between them. If the overlapping first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 correspond to different touch wiring X0, the different touch signals transmitted by them may cause signal interference problems, affecting touch signal accuracy. Therefore, in this disclosure, a second shield section 92 is introduced between the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2. Since the second shield section 92 receives a fixed potential signal, it can shield the signals of the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2, helping to prevent signal interference problems and improving touch signal accuracy.
[0054] In the actual manufacturing process of the second shield portion 92, the second shield portion 92 may be introduced only in the overlapping region of the first branch wire FZX1 and the second branch wire FZX2, or the area of the second shield portion 92 may be enlarged based on that. For example, continuing to refer to Figures 13 and 14, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the second shield portion 92 extends along the first direction D1 and is arranged along the third direction D3, and along the second direction D2, the second shield portion 92 overlaps with the second branch wire FZX2 and is arranged in a one-to-one correspondence.
[0055] The second shield section 92 shown in Figure 14 not only covers the overlapping area of the first branch wire FZX1 and the second branch wire FZX2, but its area is further enlarged. Specifically, the top view structure of the second shield section 92 corresponds to the top view structure of the first branch wire FZX1, and in any choice, along the second direction, the projection of the second shield section 92 overlaps with that of the first branch wire FZX1, or the projection of the first branch wire FZX1 is located within the projection range of the second shield section 92. By arranging the second shield section 92 with the same structure as the wiring structure of the first branch wire FZX1, the structure of the second shield section 92 can be simplified. In the overlapping regions corresponding to the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2, by assigning the same second shield section 92 to overlapping regions located in the same column along the first direction D1, it becomes unnecessary to place different second shield sections 92 for different overlapping regions, thereby reducing the number of second shield sections 92 that actually correspond to the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2. Furthermore, the second shield section 92 is positioned to correspond to the overlapping regions of the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2, ensuring reliable shielding, and also contributing to the simplification of the manufacturing process of the second shield section 92.
[0056] Figure 15 is another top view of a second shield section 92 provided between a first branch line FZX1 and a second branch line FZX2. Referring together to Figures 14 and 15, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the second shield section 92 includes a first end DB1 and a second end DB2 facing each other along a first direction D1, the first end DB1 of each second shield section 92 being electrically connected, and the second end DB2 of each second shield section 92 being electrically connected.
[0057] Referring to Figure 15 in comparison to the embodiment shown in Figure 14, in this embodiment, the ends of each second shield section 92 are electrically connected. For example, the first end DB1 of each second shield section 92 is electrically connected to each other, and the second end DB2 of each second shield section 92 is electrically connected to each other. In this way, each second shield section 92 forms an integrated structure and is at the same potential. When a fixed potential signal is transmitted to the second shield section 92, it is only necessary to draw one signal interface from the entire second shield section 92, and there is no need to introduce different signal interfaces for different second shield sections 92. This simplifies the connection between the second shield section 92 and the fixed potential signal, which helps to simplify the wiring structure of the functional area Q2.
[0058] Figures 14 and 15 show a solution in which the second shield section 92 is configured to have the same structure as the first branch line FZX1. In other embodiments of this disclosure, the second shield section 92 can also be configured to have the same structure as the second branch line FZX2. For example, referring to Figures 16 and 17, Figure 16 is another schematic wiring diagram of the main body ZT, first branch section FZ1, and second branch section FZ2 of the touch wiring X0 in the functional area Q2, and Figure 17 is another top view of the second shield section 92 provided between the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2, wherein the second shield section 92 extends along a third direction D3 and is arranged along a first direction D1, and the length change trend of the second shield section 92 is the same as the length change trend of the second branch line FZX2. In any choice, along the second direction D2, the projection of the second shield section 92 and the projection of the second branch line FZX2 overlap, or the projection of the second branch line FZX2 lies within the projection range of the second shield section 92. In this case, among the multiple overlapping regions of the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2, the overlapping regions located in the same row along the third direction D3 correspond to the same second shield section 92. Therefore, it is not necessary to introduce a different second shield section 92 for each different overlapping region, reducing the number of second shield sections 92 and helping to simplify the manufacturing process of the display panel. In any choice, the ends of the second shield section 92 along the third direction D3 are electrically connected. This allows the second shield section 92 to also constitute an equipotential integrated structure, and only one signal interface is required to transmit a fixed potential signal to the second shield section 92, thus similarly helping to simplify the connection between the second shield section 92 and the fixed potential signal.
[0059] Referring appropriately to Figures 13 and 15, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel further comprises a power signal line PX configured to supply a DC power signal to the display area AA, and a second shielding unit 92 is electrically connected to the power signal line PX.
[0060] Referring to Figure 10, the power signal line PX in this disclosure may be a positive power signal line PVDD or a negative power signal line PVEE. In the actual manufacturing process, the second shield section 92 can be electrically connected to the positive power signal line PVDD or the negative power signal line PVEE, and a DC power signal, which is a fixed potential signal on the second shield section 92, can be supplied to the second shield section 92 via the positive power signal line PVDD or the negative power signal line PVEE. This eliminates the need to introduce a new fixed potential signal to the second shield section 92, which helps to simplify the number of signal terminals in the display panel and the structure of the display panel.
[0061] Figure 18 is a schematic diagram of the thin film layers of the functional region Q2 in the display panel according to the present disclosure. Referring to Figure 18, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel comprises a substrate 00 and a plurality of metal layers provided on one side of the substrate 00, with adjacent metal layers separated by insulating layers along a second direction D2. Along the direction from the substrate toward the light-emitting surface of the display panel, the metal layers include a first metal layer M1, a second metal layer M2, a third metal layer M3, a first touch metal layer TM1, and a second touch metal layer TM2. Referring to Figures 10, 13 to 17 together, in the functional region Q2, the main line ZTX and the first branch line FZX1 are located in the second touch metal layer TM2, the second branch line FZX2 is located in the third metal layer M3, the second shield portion 92 is located in the first touch metal layer TM1, the first shield portion 91 is located in the second metal layer M2, and the first signal line S1 is located on the substrate side of the first shield portion 91.
[0062] Note that the embodiment shown in Figure 18 only schematically shows the relative positional relationship of the first metal layer M1, the second metal layer M2, the third metal layer M3, the first touch metal layer TM1, and the second touch metal layer TM2 in the functional region Q2, and does not show the actual number of thin film layers in the functional region Q2. In some other embodiments of the present invention, other conductive thin film layers may be included between two adjacent metal layers, for example, a capacitor metal layer MC may be further provided between the first metal layer M1 and the second metal layer M2, and this disclosure is not specifically limited thereto. In this embodiment, the first metal layer M1, the second metal layer M2, the third metal layer M3, the first touch metal layer TM1, and the second touch metal layer TM2 are stacked along the direction toward the metal layers located on the same side from the substrate 00, with the first metal layer M1 being closest to the substrate and the second touch metal layer TM2 being furthest from the substrate.
[0063] Referring to Figure 5, in display area AA, the drive layer 40 comprises a plurality of transistors M0, the gates of the transistors are typically located in the first metal layer M1, the source electrodes s and drain electrodes d of the transistors are typically located in the second metal layer M2, the third metal layer M3 is used, for example, for arranging power signal lines PX, and the first touch metal layer TM1 and the second touch metal layer TM2 are used for arranging touch electrodes T0 and jumper lines between touch electrodes. Referring to Figure 18, since no transistors are provided in the corresponding wiring area of the functional area Q2, these metal layers can be used as wiring. In this embodiment, in the functional area Q2, the main line ZTX and the first branch line FZX1 are located in the second touch metal layer TM2, and the second branch line FZX2 is located in the third metal layer M3, and the main line ZTX and the second branch line FZX2 are electrically connected via connection holes that penetrate the insulating layer between the second touch metal layer TM2 and the third metal layer M3. In this case, the touch wiring X0 is not placed on the first touch metal layer TM1, and the second shielding portion 92 can be provided on the first touch metal layer TM1 such that it is located between the thin film layers where the first branch wire FZX1 and the second branch wire FZX2 are present. This shields the signals between the first branch wire FZX1 and the second branch wire FZX2, preventing signal interference between the first branch wire FZX1 and the second branch wire FZX2. In any choice, in the functional region Q2, the second metal layer M2 and the third metal layer M3 are used for arranging the power signal line PX. In this embodiment, if the second branch wire FZX2 is placed on the third metal layer M3, the power signal line PX is not provided in the region of the third metal layer M3 where the second branch wire FZX2 is placed. Furthermore, in this embodiment, when the second shield portion 92 is provided on the first touch metal layer TM1, the second shield portion 92 can be connected to the power signal line PX on the third metal layer M3 via a via hole. This eliminates the need to introduce a new fixed potential signal, which helps to simplify the structural design of the display panel.
[0064] The first signal line S1 in the functional region Q2 can be wired to the first metal layer M1, and of course, it can also be wired to the capacitor metal layer MC between the first metal layer M1 and the second metal layer M2, that is, the first signal line S1 is located on the substrate side of the second metal layer M2. In this case, the first shield portion 91 can be provided on the second metal layer M2, which corresponds to providing the first shield portion 91 between the thin film layer on which the touch wiring X0 is located and the thin film layer on which the first signal line S1 is located. Therefore, the first shield portion 91 exhibits a better signal shielding effect and can prevent the problem of the AC signal on the first signal line S1 affecting the signal on the touch wiring X0. In any selection, in the functional area Q2, the second metal layer M2 and the third metal layer M3 are used to arrange the power signal line PX. In this case, the power signal line PX in the second metal layer M2 can also be used as the first shielding section 91, eliminating the need to introduce a new thin film layer to provide the first shielding section 91, thus simplifying the thin film layer structure of the display panel.
[0065] Figure 19 is a schematic diagram of another thin film layer in the functional region Q2 of the display panel according to the present disclosure. Referring to Figure 19, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel comprises a substrate 00 and a plurality of metal layers provided on one side of the substrate 00, wherein adjacent metal layers are separated by insulating layers along a second direction D2. Along the direction from the substrate toward the light-emitting surface of the display panel, the metal layers include a first metal layer M1, a second metal layer M2, a third metal layer M3, a fourth metal layer M4, a first touch metal layer TM1, and a second touch metal layer TM2. In the functional region Q2, the main line ZTX and the first branch line FZX1 are located in the second touch metal layer TM2, the second branch line FZX2 is located in the third metal layer M3, the second shield portion 92 is located in the fourth metal layer M4, the first shield portion 91 is located in the second metal layer M2, and the first signal line S1 is located on the substrate side of the first shield portion 91.
[0066] The embodiment shown in Figure 19 is distinguished from Figure 18 by the introduction of a fourth metal layer M4 between the first touch metal layer TM1 and the third metal layer M3, and other similarities will not be repeated. In any choice, the fourth metal layer M4 is used to house the power signal line PX. Referring together to Figures 10, 13, and 19, in this embodiment, the main line ZTX and the first branch line FZX1 are similarly located on the second touch metal layer TM2, and the second branch line FZX2 is located on the third metal layer M3. Thus, between the thin film layers on which the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 are located, there are two metal thin film layers, the fourth metal layer M4 and the first touch metal layer TM1. In this case, the second shielding portion 92 can be provided on the fourth metal layer M4, and the power signal line PX on the fourth metal layer M4 can be used as the second shielding portion 92. This eliminates the need to introduce a new thin film layer or signal to the display panel for the second shielding portion 92, which helps to simplify the design of the display panel.
[0067] In this embodiment, the first signal line S1 in the functional region Q2 can be wired to the first metal layer M1, and of course, it can also be wired to the capacitor metal layer MC between the first metal layer M1 and the second metal layer M2, meaning that the first signal line S1 is located on the substrate side of the second metal layer M2. In this case, the first shield portion 91 can be provided on the second metal layer M2, which is equivalent to providing the first shield portion 91 between the thin film layer on which the touch wiring X0 is located and the thin film layer on which the first signal line S1 is located. As a result, the first shield portion 91 exhibits a better signal shielding effect and can prevent the problem of the AC signal on the first signal line S1 affecting the signal on the touch wiring X0. In any selection, in the functional region Q2, the power signal line PX can be distributed across the second metal layer M2, the third metal layer M3, and the fourth metal layer M4, which helps to reduce the voltage drop on the power signal line PX. In this case, the power signal line PX in the second metal layer M2 can also be used as the first shielding section 91, eliminating the need to introduce a new thin film layer to provide the first shielding section 91, thus simplifying the thin film layer structure of the display panel.
[0068] FIG. 20 is a schematic wiring diagram of the first branch line FZX1 at the boundary between the crossover line region KQ and the first region Q11, and FIG. 21 is a comparative schematic diagram corresponding to FIG. 20. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 20, a slope structure XP is formed at the boundary between the crossover line region KQ and the first region Q11, and in the embodiment shown in FIG. 21, no slope structure XP is formed at the boundary between the crossover line region KQ and the first region Q11. Referring to FIG. 20, FIG. 21, FIG. 10, and FIG. 13, in any embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel includes a substrate 00 and a plurality of metal layers disposed on one side of the substrate 00, and adjacent metal layers along the second direction D2 are separated by an insulating layer. Along the direction from the substrate toward the light-emitting surface of the display panel, the metal layers include a first metal layer M1, a second metal layer M2, a third metal layer M3, a first touch metal layer TM1, and a second touch metal layer TM2, and the first branch line FZX1 is located in the second touch metal layer TM2. The functional region Q2 includes a crossover line region, the first branch line FZX1 and the second branch line FZX2 overlap in the crossover line region KQ, in the crossover line region KQ, the distance between the insulating layer on the side of the first branch line FZX1 facing the substrate and the substrate is H1, the functional region Q2 includes a first region Q11 adjacent to the crossover line region, in the first region Q11, the distance between the insulating layer on the side of the first branch line FZX1 facing the substrate and the substrate is H2, and H1<H2. At the boundary between the crossover line region and the first region, the insulating layer adjacent to the first branch line FZX1 and located on the side of the first branch line FZX1 facing the substrate is provided with a slope structure XP, along the direction from the crossover line region toward the first region, the height of the slope gradually increases, and the first branch line FZX1 extends to the first region Q11 through the slope structure XP.
[0069] In this disclosure, in functional region Q2, the power signal line PX is distributed planarly across at least two thin film layers. For example, the power signal line PX is distributed across at least a second metal layer M2 and a third metal layer M3, and power signal lines PX located in the two metal layers and transmitting the same power signal are electrically connected. This reduces the overall impedance of the power signal line PX and reduces the voltage drop of the power signal transmitted by the power signal line PX. If the second branch line FZX2 is provided in the thin film layer where the power signal line PX originally existed, for example, if the second branch line FZX2 is provided in the jumper region of the third metal layer M3, then a strip-shaped second branch line FZX2 is provided in the jumper region of the third metal layer M3, rather than a planar power signal line PX. When an insulating layer is introduced on the side of the third metal layer M3 opposite to the substrate, in the jumper line region, the insulating layer fills at least the space between the strip-shaped second branch lines FZX2. However, in other regions (the first region which can be considered as another region adjacent to the jumper line region in the functional region Q2), the insulating layer is provided over the entire surface of the power signal line PX. As a result, the overall thickness of the insulating layer in the jumper line region becomes thinner than the thickness of the insulating layer in other regions. For example, referring to Figure 20, there is a difference in height at the boundary between the jumper line region KQ and the first region Q11. Since the thin film layer on which the first branch line FZX1 is located is situated above the insulating layer, if the first branch line FZX1 penetrates the jumper line region and extends further into the first region, there is a risk that the first branch line FZX1 may be cut depending on the location of the height difference. Therefore, referring to Figure 20, this disclosure provides a slope structure XP at the location of the elevation difference, and gradually increases the height of the slope along the direction from the crossover area to the first area, thereby enabling the first branch line FZX1 to transition smoothly from the crossover area to the first area, effectively preventing the problem of wire breakage.
[0070] Continuing to refer to Figure 20, in any embodiment of this disclosure, the angle between the slope and the base of the slope structure XP is α, where α ≤ 50°. Note that the smaller the angle between the slope and the base of the slope structure XP, the gentler the incline, which effectively prevents the problem of disconnection in the first branch line FZX1. In this disclosure, the angle between the slope and the base of the slope structure XP is set to 50° or less, allowing the first branch line FZX1 to transition smoothly into the first region, improving the reliable occupancy rate of the first branch line FZX1 at the boundary between the crossover region and the first region, and preventing the problem of disconnection.
[0071] When a slope structure XP is formed at the boundary between the crossover area and the first area, the upper surface of the slope of the slope structure XP may be a flat structure. In some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the upper surface of the slope of the slope structure XP may be set to a non-flat structure, for example, referring to Figures 22 and 23, where Figure 22 is a top view of the slope structure XP and the first branch line FZX1, and Figure 23 is a cross-sectional view in direction CC corresponding to the structure in Figure 22. In any embodiment of the present disclosure, the slope of the slope structure XP includes a plurality of recesses AX extending from the bottom to the top of the slope, the first branch line FZX1 overlapping the recesses AX along a second direction, and the width of the first branch line FZX1 is greater than the width of the recesses AX along a third direction D3.
[0072] Referring again to Figures 22 and 23, in this embodiment, recesses AX are introduced on the slope of the slope structure XP, and the recesses AX can be considered as a structure that is recessed from the slope to the bottom, and the recesses AX are a band-shaped structure that extends from the top to the bottom of the slope structure XP, and the width of the slope structure XP is smaller than the width of the first guy wire FZX1. When the first guy wire FZX1 extends in the slope structure XP, the first guy wire FZX1 covers at least two recesses AX, and the inside of the recesses AX is filled with at least a portion of the first guy wire FZX1. This improves the occupancy rate of the first guy wire FZX1 in the slope structure XP and helps prevent the problem of the first guy wire FZX1 breaking.
[0073] Figure 22 shows a method for forming a row of recesses AX on a slope structure XP, where each recess AX extends from the top to the bottom of the slope. In some other embodiments of the present disclosure, two or more rows of recesses AX can be formed on the slope, for example, referring to Figure 24, which is another top view of the slope structure XP and a first branch line FZX1. Compared to the embodiment shown in Figure 22, the recesses AX in Figure 24 are shorter in length, but the overall extension direction of the recesses AX is the same as that of the recesses AX in Figure 20, and when the first branch line FZX1 is formed on the slope of the slope structure XP, the recesses AX are similarly filled with the first branch line FZX1, improving the occupancy rate of the first branch line FZX1 on the slope.
