Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a handpiece head configured to discharge a drug solution stored therein to the outside when pressurized by an external force, and a liquid jet injection apparatus including the same. BACKGROUND ART
[0002] In general, techniques for accelerating a liquid to cut a target object or inject the liquid into a target object are widely used. A typical example is an ultrahigh-pressure cutting method called waterjet cutting. A waterjet is equipment that injects water or an abrasive mixture compressed at ultrahigh pressure onto the surface of a target object through an orifice and a nozzle to cut the target object into a desired shape.
[0003] Meanwhile, a syringe is generally used to inject a drug solution into a tissue. The structure of the syringe is composed of a needle part to be inserted into the tissue, a cylinder filled with the drug solution, and a piston inserted into the cylinder to move. Such a syringe is configured to inject the drug solution filled in the tissue by moving the drug solution with the piston.
[0004] Although syringes are efficient drug solution delivery means, risks of needle-borne infection, fear of needles, inconvenience in use and the like have been pointed out, and accordingly, researches on needle-free syringes have been continuously conducted in recent years.
[0005] As an example of a needle-free syringe, it is possible to implement a drug solution delivery apparatus that can stably deliver a drug solution while continuously supplying the drug solution instead of an abrasive mixture by configuring an energy source capable of pressurizing a piston of a syringe cylinder and using an orifice and nozzle structure like a waterjet. At this time, the high-pressure waterjet stream is mixed with an externally supplied mixture and passes through the nozzle at a very high speed. By using this, it is possible to realize a structure in which the waterjet is controlled to operate only at a specific moment, and the drug solution is sequentially supplied from the outside according to a corresponding operation procedure.
[0006] On the other hand, needleless syringes also use a method where strong air pressure is used to compress air, and then pressure is applied to the piston of the cylinder, injecting the drug solution filled in the cylinder into the skin. In this conventional method, an elastic member is provided that forms a membrane between the drug solution filled in the cylinder and the piston. In other words, in conventional needleless syringes, the kinetic energy of the piston pressurized by compressed air is transferred to the elastic member rather than the drug solution, and the drug solution is effectively injected by the deformation of the elastic member that pressurizes the drug solution.
[0007] With the structure of conventional needleless syringes, the kinetic energy of the piston is transmitted to the drug solution via an elastic member. Even after the syringe has been in use for a period of time, or even when the syringe is not in use, changes in the elastic force of the elastic member that occur depending on the time of manufacture can cause a decrease in the accuracy of the energy transmission amount via the piston. As a result, the reliability of the accuracy of drug solution administration may decrease with conventional needleless syringes. [Overview of the Initiative] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]
[0008] The objective is to provide a handpiece head configured to more stably maintain the magnitude of the external force transmitted to the drug solution for dispensing the drug solution, and a liquid jet injection device equipped therewith. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] To achieve the object of the present invention, a handpiece head according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: an inlet chamber part coupled to a handpiece body and having a chemical solution filling space inside; a feeder part connected to the inlet chamber part and formed to supply chemical solution to the chemical solution filling space; a piston attached inside the inlet chamber part and configured to push out the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution filling space when pressurized by an external force; an elastic support member formed to elastically support the piston; and an outlet chamber part coupled to the inlet chamber part and configured to discharge the chemical solution when pressurized by the piston, wherein the end of the piston limits a part of the chemical solution filling space.
[0010] According to one example of the present invention, the end of the piston may be formed to be in contact with the liquid medicine filled in the liquid medicine-filled space.
[0011] According to one example of the present invention, the outlet chamber portion includes an outlet chamber body coupled to the inlet chamber body of the inlet chamber portion and having a chemical discharge valve mounting groove and a chemical discharge port communicating with the chemical discharge valve mounting groove, and a chemical discharge valve attached to the chemical discharge valve mounting groove, wherein the chemical discharge valve may be formed to be in contact with the chemical filled in the chemical filled space.
[0012] According to one example of the present invention, the chemical solution discharge valve may be positioned to face the end of the piston, with the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution-filled space in between.
[0013] According to one example of the present invention, the inlet chamber portion includes an inlet chamber body detachably formed on the handpiece body and having a piston mounting groove and a chemical injection valve mounting groove that communicate with the chemical solution filling space at different positions, respectively, and a chemical injection valve attached to the chemical injection valve mounting groove, and the feeder portion may be arranged to correspond to the chemical injection valve.
[0014] According to one example of the present invention, the piston may include a piston head exposed to the outside of the inlet chamber and formed to transmit external forces, a piston rod extending from the piston head, the end of which limits the liquid-filled space and which has at least one O-ring groove, and an O-ring attached to the O-ring groove.
[0015] According to one example of the present invention, the elastic support member may be formed to surround the piston rod and to be supported by the piston head and the piston mounting groove, respectively, which are opposite each other.
[0016] According to one example of the present invention, the elastic support member may have a ring shape with a hollow portion in which the piston rod is housed.
[0017] A liquid jet injection device according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a handpiece body and a handpiece head coupled to the handpiece body, the handpiece body including a cylinder portion comprising a cylinder, a casing surrounding the cylinder, and a hammer housed inside the cylinder and formed to be movable between one end and the other end of the cylinder, a control valve portion configured to selectively open and close an intake passage connecting a compressed air generating portion that generates compressed air supplied to the inside of the cylinder and one end of the cylinder, and an exhaust passage connecting one end of the cylinder to the outside, and a pressurizing portion comprising a pressurizing member facing an opening formed at the other end of the cylinder and coupled to the inlet chamber portion, wherein when the hammer collides with the pressurizing member, the pressurizing member pressurizes the piston.
[0018] According to one example of the present invention, a filling section is provided between the casing and the cylinder, which communicates with the other end of the cylinder and is filled with compressed air when the intake passage is opened. The hammer is configured to move from one end of the cylinder to the other end when the intake passage is opened, and then, when the exhaust passage is opened, it moves from the other end of the cylinder to the one end by the compressed air that has been compressed and filled in the filling section. [Effects of the Invention]
[0019] The effects of the present invention obtained by the above solution are as follows.
[0020] The handpiece head includes an inlet chamber section having a chemical solution filling space, a feeder section for supplying the chemical solution to the chemical solution filling space in the inlet chamber section, a piston mounted inside the inlet chamber section that, when pressurized by an external force, pushes out the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution filling space, an elastic support member positioned in the piston's movement path and elastically supporting the piston, and an outlet chamber section connected to the inlet chamber section that discharges the chemical solution when pressurized by the piston. Here, the end of the piston is formed to limit a portion of the chemical solution filling space.
[0021] With this configuration of the handpiece head, the piston that transmits the external force for discharging the drug solution to the drug solution filled in the drug solution space is configured to directly pressurize the drug solution filled in the drug solution space. In other words, the handpiece head of the present invention does not include a separate configuration between the end of the piston and the drug solution space to transmit the external force of the piston to the drug solution space. As a result, the external force applied to the piston for discharging the drug solution can be directly transmitted to the drug solution space.
[0022] As a result, by making the magnitude of the external force applied by the piston in the liquid medicine filling space constant, it is possible to provide a handpiece head that has high reliability in terms of administration dose accuracy of the liquid medicine, and a liquid jet injection apparatus including the same, compared to a handpiece head that further includes a separate structure between the piston and the liquid medicine filling space. In addition, by reducing the loss of energy transmitted to the liquid medicine by the piston, it is possible to provide a handpiece head having high energy transmission efficiency, and a liquid jet injection apparatus including the same. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

Figure 5 is a conceptual diagram showing a part of the liquid jet injection device 100 shown in Figure 2 separated. Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view along line AA shown in Figure 5. Figure 4(a) shows the drug discharge valve 145b and drug injection valve 141c in a closed state, and Figure 4(b) shows the drug discharge valve 145b and drug injection valve 141c in an open state.
[0028] Referring to Figures 1 to 6, the liquid jet injection device 100 includes a handpiece body 100a and a handpiece head 140.
[0029] The handpiece body 100a is formed to generate an external force for discharging the chemical solution and transmit it to the handpiece head 140, which is used for filling and discharging the chemical solution. A more detailed description of the handpiece body 100a will be given later.
[0030] The handpiece head 140 includes an inlet chamber part 141, a feeder part 142, a piston 143, an elastic support member 144, and an outlet chamber part 145.
[0031] The inlet chamber section 141 is coupled to the handpiece body 100a and has a chemical solution filling space 141a inside. The inlet chamber section 141 may also include an inlet chamber body 141b and a chemical solution injection valve 141c.
[0032] The inlet chamber body 141b is detachably formed on the handpiece body 100a and may include a piston mounting groove 141b1 and a chemical injection valve mounting groove 141b2 that communicate with the chemical filling space 141a at different positions. The inlet chamber body 141b is formed to house a piston 143 inside. The piston 143 may be formed to be movable forward and backward while surrounded by the inlet chamber body 141b.
[0033] Here, the chemical injection valve 141c may be configured to be attached to the chemical injection valve mounting groove 141b2. In this case, the feeder section 142 may be positioned to correspond to the chemical injection valve 141c. The chemical injection valve 141c may be formed to selectively open and close the chemical injection port of the inlet chamber body 141b based on the pressure difference.
[0034] The feeder section 142 may be connected to the inlet chamber section 141 and configured to supply the drug solution to the drug solution filling space 141a. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 1, a syringe may be connected to the feeder section 142, which is configured to hold the drug solution and to supply the contained drug solution to the feeder section 142.
[0035] The piston 143 is mounted inside the inlet chamber 141 and is configured to push out the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution space 141a when pressurized by an external force. At this time, the end of the piston 143 may be configured to be in direct contact with the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution space 141a of the inlet chamber 141. The external force applied to the piston 143 may be generated by a high-pressure hammer air system, a laser system, or a magnetic system.
[0036] The piston 143 may also include a piston head 143a, a piston rod 143b, and an O-ring 143c.
[0037] The piston head 143a may be exposed to the outside of the inlet chamber 141 and formed to transmit external forces.
[0038] The piston rod 143b extends from the piston head 143a, its end confining the chemical filling space 141a, and may have at least one O-ring groove 143b1 as shown in Figure 2.
[0039] The O-ring 143c may be configured to be attached to the O-ring groove 143b1. The O-ring 143c may consist of a first O-ring 143c1 and a second O-ring 143c2. The first and second O-rings 143c1 and 143c2 may be made of the same material or different materials. In this case, the O-ring groove 143b1 may consist of first and second O-ring grooves 143b1a and 143b1b, which are formed to correspond to the first and second O-rings 143c1 and 143c2, respectively.
[0040] On the other hand, conventionally, it has been recognized that there are no hygiene problems only when the drug solution filling space 141a and the piston 143 do not come into direct contact and are provided with a separate component such as an elastic membrane. In contrast, in the present invention, the O-ring 143c may be configured to perform the role of the elastic membrane.
[0041] Furthermore, the piston 143 may be made of, for example, a plastic material that is harmless to the human body.
[0042] The elastic support member 144 may be formed to elastically support the piston 143.
[0043] Furthermore, the elastic support member 144 may be formed to surround the piston rod 143b and be supported by the opposing piston head 143a and piston mounting groove 141b1, respectively. This allows the elastic support member 144 to remain stably positioned in a predetermined location inside the inlet chamber portion 141 without detaching.
[0044] Furthermore, the elastic support member 144 is interposed between the piston head 143a and the piston mounting groove 141b1, and can provide elastic force to the piston 143 to return it to its original position after it has been moved by collision with the pressurizing member 131.
[0045] Furthermore, the elastic support member 144 may be formed to have a ring shape with a hollow portion 144a in which the piston rod 143b is housed.
[0046] The outlet chamber section 145 may be connected to the inlet chamber section 141 and configured to discharge the chemical solution to the outside by pressurization of the piston 143. For example, the outlet chamber section 145 may include an outlet chamber body 145a and a chemical solution discharge valve 145b. Here, the chemical solution discharge valve 145b may be configured to come into contact with the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution filling space 141a.
[0047] The outlet chamber 145 may be connected to the inlet chamber 141 and configured to discharge the liquid chemical to the outside by pressurizing the piston 143.
[0048] The outlet chamber body 145a is connected to the inlet chamber body 141b of the inlet chamber section 141 and may be equipped with a chemical discharge valve mounting groove 145a1 and a chemical discharge port 145a2 that communicates with the chemical discharge valve mounting groove 145a1.
[0049] The chemical solution discharge valve 145b may be attached to the chemical solution discharge valve mounting groove 145a1.
[0050] Here, the chemical solution discharge valve 145b may be configured to come into contact with the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution-filled space 141a. Alternatively, the chemical solution discharge valve 145b may be formed to restrict another portion of the chemical solution-filled space 141a.
[0051] Furthermore, the chemical discharge valve 145b may be formed to restrict another portion of the chemical filling space 141a. The chemical discharge valve 145b may be formed to selectively open and close the chemical discharge port 145a2 of the outlet chamber body 145a based on the pressure difference, as shown in Figure 4.
[0052] Furthermore, the chemical solution discharge valve 145b may be positioned to face the end of the piston 143, with the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution filling space 141a in between.
[0053] Furthermore, fluids such as chemical solutions need to move stably in a single direction from inlet to outlet. Check valves are very commonly used to block or control the flow of fluid in a particular direction. Various types of check valves are commercially available and readily accessible, and can be selectively applied considering the fluid flow direction, pressure, material, etc.
[0054] Here, the end of the piston 143 facing the chemical solution filling space 141a is configured to limit a portion of the chemical solution filling space 141a. In other words, there is no separate configuration between the end of the piston 143 and the chemical solution filling space 141a to transmit the external force of the piston 143 to the chemical solution filling space 141a.
[0055] According to the configuration of the head 140 described above, the piston 143 that transmits the external force for discharging the chemical solution to the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution-filled space 141a of the inlet chamber 141 is configured to directly pressurize the chemical solution filled in the chemical solution-filled space 141a. In other words, the handpiece head 140 does not include a separate configuration between the end of the piston 143 and the chemical solution-filled space 141a to transmit the external force of the piston 143 to the chemical solution-filled space 141a. As a result, the external force applied to the piston 143 for discharging the chemical solution can be directly transmitted to the chemical solution-filled space 141a. For example, if the magnitude of the external force applied to the piston 143 is 100%, the piston 143 of the present invention can stably transmit 85% or more of the energy to the chemical solution-filled space 141a.
[0056] As a result, by maintaining a constant magnitude of the external force applied in the drug solution filling space 141a by the piston 143, it is possible to provide a handpiece head 140 and a liquid jet injection device 100 equipped therewith that have higher reliability in terms of drug solution dosage accuracy compared to a conventional handpiece head 140 that includes a separate configuration between the piston 143 and the drug solution filling space 141a. Furthermore, by reducing the energy loss transmitted to the drug by the piston 143, it is possible to provide a handpiece head 140 and a liquid jet injection device 100 equipped therewith that have high energy transfer efficiency.
[0057] The following provides a more detailed explanation of the handpiece body 100a, which transmits external force to the head 140.
[0058] The handpiece body 100a is coupled to the head 140 and forms the part that the user holds by hand when using the liquid jet injection device 100. The handpiece body 100a is also configured to transmit external force for dispensing the drug solution to the head 140. The handpiece body 100a includes a cylinder section 110, a control valve section 120, and a pressurizing section 130.
[0059] The cylinder section 110 comprises a cylinder 111, a casing 112, and a hammer 113.
[0060] The cylinder 111 extends in one direction. Inside the cylinder 111, there is a space formed between one end and the other of the cylinder 111, through which the hammer 113 can move. The cylinder 111 may be formed in a cylindrical shape, with both ends open, or with only the other end open. However, the shape of the cylinder 111 is not limited to a cylindrical shape; it may be formed in the shape of another polygonal column with a space inside for the movement of the hammer 113.
[0061] The casing 112 is positioned outside the cylinder 111 and is formed to surround the cylinder 111.
[0062] The hammer 113 is housed inside the cylinder 111a and is formed to be movable between one end and the other end of the cylinder 111. The hammer 113 may be formed to correspond to the inner surface of the cylinder 111. For example, if the shape of the cylinder 111 is cylindrical, the shape of the hammer 113 may also be cylindrical. The opposing surfaces of the cylinder 111 and the hammer 113 are formed to correspond to each other, allowing the hammer 113 to move stably and guided inside the cylinder 111.
[0063] The control valve section 120 may be configured to selectively open and close the intake passage 161 and the exhaust passage 162.
[0064] The intake passage 161 forms a passage through which compressed air flows into the inside of the cylinder 111. The intake passage 161 is configured to connect a compressed air generating unit 11 that generates compressed air with one end of the cylinder 111. That is, one side of the intake passage 161 is in communication with the compressed air generating unit 11, and the other side is in communication with one end of the cylinder 111. The compressed air generating unit 11 may be equipped with a pressure valve 11a that adjusts the pressure of the compressed air supplied to the inside 111a of the cylinder 111.
[0065] The exhaust passage 162 forms a passage connecting one end of the cylinder 111 to the outside of the cylinder 111. The outside of the cylinder 111 may be an atmospheric environment.
[0066] A connecting passage 163 may be provided between the intake passage 161 and the exhaust passage 162. The connecting passage 163 communicates with the interior 111a of the cylinder 111 and the intake passage 161, and also communicates with the interior 111a of the cylinder 111 and the exhaust passage 162.
[0067] The control valve unit 120 can control the connection passage 163 to selectively communicate with either the intake passage 161 or the exhaust passage 162. That is, when the control valve unit 120 connects the connection passage 163 to the intake passage 161, it may be configured to close the communication between the connection passage 163 and the exhaust passage 162. Conversely, when the control valve unit 120 connects the connection passage 163 to the exhaust passage 162, it may be configured to close the communication between the connection passage 163 and the intake passage 161.
[0068] The control valve unit 120 can open and close the intake passage 161 and the exhaust passage 162 depending on whether or not power is applied. For example, the control valve unit 120 may be configured to connect the intake passage 161 and the connecting passage 163 when power is applied, and to connect the exhaust passage 162 and the connecting passage 163 when power is cut off.
[0069] The pressurizing section 130 includes a pressurizing member 131 facing an opening formed at the other end of the cylinder 111. The pressurizing section 130 may also include a pressurizing section cover 132 that surrounds at least a portion of the pressurizing member 131.
[0070] The head 140 is connected to the pressurizing section 130 and is formed to discharge the liquid medicine stored inside to the outside by a piston 143 which is pressurized when the hammer 113 collides with the pressurizing member 131.
[0071] The cylinder section 110, the pressurizing section 130, and the head 140 may be formed to be separable from each other, and may be provided as a single-use configuration for purposes such as diversifying injection methods and preventing infection.
[0072] On the other hand, a filling section 150 is provided between the casing 112 and the cylinder 111.
[0073] The filling section 150 communicates with the other end of the cylinder 111 and forms a space into which compressed air is compressed and filled when the intake passage 161 is opened.
[0074] Furthermore, the filling section 150 may be formed to surround a portion of the side surface of the cylinder 111. For example, the filling section 150 may be formed only on the lower part of the cylinder 111, excluding the upper part, relative to the liquid jet injection device 100 shown in Figure 2 of the cylinder 111. This allows for a wider variety of shapes and / or arrangements of the filling section 150, enabling the design of the liquid jet injection device 100 to be realized in a wider range of forms. However, the filling section 150 may be formed to surround the entire side surface of the cylinder 111, rather than just a portion of it.
[0075] Here, the hammer 113 may be configured to return to one end of the cylinder 111 from the other end when the exhaust passage 162 is opened, by the compressed air which is configured to be compressed within the casing 112 when the intake passage 161 is opened.
[0076] More specifically, the hammer 113 is configured to move from one end to the other end of the cylinder 111 when the intake passage 161 is opened, and then, when the exhaust passage 162 is opened, it moves from the other end to the one end of the cylinder 111 by the compressed air that has been compressed and filled into the filling section 150.
[0077] For example, when the intake passage 161 is opened, the hammer 113 moves to the other end of the cylinder 111 by the compressed air supplied to one end of the cylinder 111 and collides with the pressurizing member 131.
[0078] Alternatively, the hammer 113 may be configured to move to one end of the cylinder 111 when the exhaust passage 162 is opened while the hammer 113 is moved to the other end of the cylinder 111, and the compressed air that has been compressed and filled into the filling section 150 is pushed by the airflow discharged to the outside of the cylinder 111 via the exhaust passage 162 due to the pressure difference between the inside 111a of the cylinder 111 and the outside, thereby moving to one end of the cylinder 111.
[0079] On the other hand, the liquid jet injection device 100 may include a control unit 12 that performs control functions such as a control valve unit 120 and a compressed air generation unit 11. The control unit 12 may also include a display module (not shown) for a user interface.
[0080] On the other hand, a partition plate 123 may be provided between the other end of the cylinder 111 and the pressurizing member 131, as shown in Figure 6.
[0081] The partition plate 123 may be provided with a connecting portion 123a.
[0082] The connecting portion 123a is formed to connect the opening formed at the other end of the cylinder 111 with the filling portion 150.
[0083] Furthermore, the communication portion 123a of the partition plate 123 may include a first hole 123a1 that communicates with an opening formed at the other end of the cylinder 111, and a second hole 123a2 that communicates with the first hole 123a1 and the filling portion 150.
[0084] According to the structure of the first and second holes 123a1 and 123a2, even without providing a separate hole structure to connect the opening formed at the other end of the cylinder 111 with the filling portion 150, a flow path for compressed air can be formed between the opening formed at the other end of the cylinder 111 and the filling portion 150 via the first and second holes 123a1 and 123a2, with a thickness equal to the thickness of the connecting portion 123a.
[0085] On the other hand, the pressurizing member 131 is formed to face the opening formed at the other end of the cylinder 111 and to collide with the hammer 113. A pressurizing member seal 131a for sealing the pressurizing member 131 may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the pressurizing member 131.
[0086] On the other hand, the casing 112 facing one end of the cylinder 111 may be provided with a magnetic material 112a having magnetic force. Here, the hammer 113 may be formed to be coupled to the magnetic material 112a by magnetic force. This allows the hammer 113 to stably maintain its initial position after it has moved back to its initial position when the hammer 113 moves from the other end of the cylinder 111 to the one end.
[0087] Furthermore, at least one of the two opposing surfaces of the magnetic material 112a and the hammer 113 may be provided with a hammer cushion 113a formed to absorb the impact when the magnetic material 112a and the hammer 113 collide with each other.
[0088] The operation process of the liquid jet injection device 100 will be explained below with reference to Figures 7 to 11.
[0089] Figure 7 is a conceptual diagram showing the state of the liquid jet injection device 100 shown in Figure 2 before the intake passage 161 is opened. Figure 8 is a conceptual diagram showing the state of the liquid jet injection device 100 shown in Figure 7 after the intake passage 161 is opened and the hammer 113 moves from one end to the other end of the cylinder 111. Figure 9 is a conceptual diagram showing the state of the liquid jet injection device 100 shown in Figure 8 after the hammer 113 has moved to the other end of the cylinder 111 and struck the pressurizing member 131, causing the pressurizing member 131 to move a certain distance due to the impact. Figure 10 is a conceptual diagram showing the state of the liquid jet injection device 100 shown in Figure 9 after the hammer 113 has struck the pressurizing member 131 and the exhaust passage 162 is opened, causing the hammer 113 to move towards one end of the cylinder 111. Figure 11 is a conceptual diagram showing the state of the liquid jet injection device 100 shown in Figure 10 after the hammer 113 has moved to one end of the cylinder 111 and returned to its initial position.
[0090] Referring to Figures 7 to 11, compressed air generated in the compressed air generation unit 11 is supplied to the interior 111a of the cylinder 111, and the air pressure from the compressed air supplied to the interior 111a of the cylinder 111 causes the hammer 113 to move forward. In this way, the air pressure energy is first converted into kinetic energy, the kinetic energy is secondarily converted into collision energy by the collision between the hammer 113 and the pressurizing member 131, the collision energy from the collision between the pressurizing member 131 and the piston 143 is again converted into kinetic energy in a tertiary manner, and the chemical liquid filled inside the head 140 is pressurized and discharged through the outlet chamber 145. Subsequently, when the exhaust passage 162 is opened, the compressed air that was compressed and filled into the filling unit 150 is discharged through the exhaust passage 162, and the force of the compressed air attempting to be discharged returns the hammer 113 to its initial position.
[0091] More specifically, referring to Figure 7, in the initial state of the liquid jet injection device 100, as shown in Figure 8, when the intake passage 161 is opened via the control valve section 120, compressed air generated in the compressed air generation section 11 is supplied to the interior 111a of the cylinder 111 via the intake passage 161. The compressed air supplied to the interior 111a of the cylinder 111 also moves the hammer 113 from one end of the cylinder 111 to the other end. At this time, compressed air is compressed and filled into the filling section 150 formed between the cylinder 111 and the casing 112.
[0092] Next, referring to Figure 9, the hammer 113 moves to the other end of the cylinder 111 by compressed air and collides with the pressurizing member 131. The impact energy between the hammer 113 and the pressurizing member 131 is transmitted to the piston 143, pushing it out. At this time, the piston 143, having received the impact energy, is converted into high-speed micro-motion by the elastic support member 144, pressurizing and pushing out the liquid chemical inside the head 140 toward the outlet chamber 145. Subsequently, the liquid chemical discharge valve 145b is pressurized and opened, causing the liquid chemical inside the head 140 to be discharged to the outside through the outlet chamber 145.
[0093] Next, referring to Figure 10, after the piston 143 has been pressurized, negative pressure is generated inside the head 140, and the drug injection valve 141c, which is located between the feeder section 142 (which connects to an external drug storage device, not shown) and the inside of the head 140, opens, and the drug is filled due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the head 140. After the drug is filled, when the negative pressure inside the head 140 is removed, the drug injection valve 141c automatically closes. At the same time, the drug discharge valve 145b is closed, which prevents the drug discharged through the outlet chamber section 145 of the head 140, as well as blood from the wound, from flowing back into the head.
[0094] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 10, the hammer 113 returns to its initial position through a process in which it is pushed by the force of compressed air being expelled through the exhaust passage 162 from the filling section 150 formed between the cylinder 111 and the casing 112. Alternatively, the hammer 113 may return to its initial position partially through the impact repulsion force generated after the hammer 113 collides with the pressurizing member 131.
[0095] Finally, as shown in Figure 11, the hammer 113 returns to its initial position and can be stably maintained in that initial position by the magnetic material 112a positioned opposite one end of the cylinder 111.
[0096] The above description is merely illustrative, and various modifications may be made by persons with ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains, without departing from the scope and technical idea of the described embodiments. The above embodiments may be implemented individually or in any combination.
