Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] (Cross-Reference to Related Applications) This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed on April 17, 2024 with application number 202410463649.0, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present application relates to the field of automation, and in particular relates to a storage apparatus for integrated packaging boxes.

BACKGROUND ART

[0003] In the dry film transfer process, due to the limitations of transfer technology, the products after transfer are individually discharged. In order to ensure the convenience of product collection and packaging, existing automation lines add a lid closing structure as appropriate to collect the transferred products.

[0004] With the development of the transfer industry, the types of packaging boxes to be transferred are gradually increasing. In particular, when transferring an integrated packaging box among packaging boxes, the integrated packaging box has a lid, a folded portion, and a box body, and before component supply, the integrated packaging box is stored in a stacking manner. Specifically, the stacking method for the integrated packaging boxes is that a plurality of lids and a plurality of box bodies are stacked separately from each other.

[0005] In particular, since the depth of the box body is much larger than the depth of the lid, it is difficult to stack the box bodies with large depth only by inertia and self-weight. In order to stack the box bodies, it is necessary to use an external force to fit the box body of one integrated packaging box between the box bodies of adjacent integrated packaging boxes. For this reason, a step of stacking while pressing against each other is added in the storage process, which increases the storage time of the integrated packaging boxes, making it difficult to improve production efficiency due to the limitation of storage speed.

[0006] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides the following technical solutions.

[0007] The storage device for an integrated packaging box according to this application comprises a component storage assembly and a transport assembly, The component storage assembly comprises a component reversal unit, a guide rod unit, and a drive unit, the component reversal unit having a circulation line, bottom trays being placed at intervals along the circulation line, and an integrated packaging box being placed between two adjacent bottom trays. The transport assembly includes a component pallet unit, a component storage assembly is installed upstream of the component pallet unit, and an integrated packaging box is stacked at the upstream end of the component pallet unit. Here, the drive unit is used to transport the integrated packaging boxes between the bottom trays one by one to the transport assembly by driving the circulation line. The guide rod unit is equipped with a guide rod, and the bottom tray has a relief groove for housing the guide rod. The guide rod extends toward the conveying assembly, and the direction of the guide rod's extension is positioned at an angle to the feed direction of the circulation line.

[0008] In one embodiment, the circulation line comprises a drive wheel, a driven wheel, and a conveyor chain. The drive wheels are connected to the drive unit, the drive wheels and driven wheels are connected by a conveyor chain, and the bottom tray is attached to the conveyor chain. Driven by the drive unit, some of the bottom trays attached to the conveyor chain move along the feed direction.

[0009] In one embodiment, the guide rod includes a first segment, an arc segment, and a discharge segment, the first segment, the arc segment, and the discharge segment being connected sequentially. The arc-shaped segments are arranged parallel to the conveyor chain. The extension direction of the discharge segment is positioned at an angle to the feed direction.

[0010] In one embodiment, the extending direction of the initial segment is positioned perpendicular to the extending direction of the discharge segment.

[0011] In one embodiment, a transition segment is provided between the arc-shaped segment and the discharge segment, and the transition segment extends in an arc shape.

[0012] In one embodiment, a stacking station and an extrusion station are provided above the member pallet unit, with the stacking station located near the upstream end of the pallet unit. The transport assembly further comprises a counting unit and a material sorting unit, the counting unit being installed at the stacking station and the material sorting unit being located between the stacking station and the extrusion station.

[0013] In one embodiment, the counting unit comprises a fixed plate, an encoder, a rotating shaft, and a gear, the encoder being mounted on the fixed plate, one end of the rotating shaft being connected to the encoder, and the other end of the rotating shaft being connected to the gear. [0015] In one embodiment, the system further comprises a push-up assembly, the push-up assembly being located on one side of the extrusion station. The upward direction of the push-up assembly is positioned perpendicular to the extending direction of the guide rod.

[0016] In one embodiment, the angle between the extending direction of the guide rod and the feeding direction of the circulation line is acute. [Effects of the Invention]

[0017] This application has the following beneficial technical effects.

[0018] In this application, the extension direction of the guide rod is positioned at an angle to the feed direction of the circulation line, causing the distance between the guide rod and the circulation line to gradually widen. As a result, an integrated packaging box located between two adjacent bottom trays is supported by the guide rod and detaches from the two adjacent bottom trays. At the same time, if the integrated packaging box upstream has not yet detached from the bottom tray, it continues to be restricted by the bottom tray, so the integrated packaging box constantly moves forward along the extension direction of the guide rod due to the push of the bottom tray. The upstream integrated packaging box pushes out the integrated packaging box that has detached from the bottom tray, pushing the entire integrated packaging box forward. At the same time, the frictional resistance generated when the integrated packaging box that has detached from the bottom tray moves forward is utilized to narrow the distance between the two adjacent integrated packaging boxes that have detached from the bottom tray, thereby enabling the lids and boxes to be stacked. Compared to conventional methods that required pressurization by a stacking device to stack integrated packaging boxes, this application achieves automatic stacking during the flow process, reducing the stacking process and improving production efficiency. [0026] Embodiments of this application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0027] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, in some embodiments of this application, the present application provides a storage device for integrated packaging boxes. The device comprises a component storage assembly 1, a transport assembly 2, and a push-up assembly 3. The component storage assembly 1 and the push-up assembly 3 are positioned at both ends of the transport assembly 2, respectively. Here, the component storage assembly 1 is used to transport integrated packaging boxes 41 one by one to the transport assembly 2, delivering a certain number of integrated packaging boxes 41 near the push-up assembly 3. The push-up assembly 3 pushes a certain number of integrated packaging boxes 41 into a fixed position for storage. To facilitate storage and warehousing, a certain number of integrated packaging boxes 41 need to be stacked to form a packaging box group. Specifically, the stacking method involves stacking the lids and boxes of the integrated packaging boxes 41, respectively.

[0028] In this proposed technology, the process by which the component storage assembly 1 transports the integrated packaging boxes 41 one by one can be further realized by stacking adjacent integrated packaging boxes 41. The transport assembly 2 includes a component pallet unit 23. The component storage assembly 1 is installed upstream of the component pallet unit 23, and the integrated packaging boxes 41 are stacked at the upstream end of the component pallet unit 23.

[0029] Specifically, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the component storage assembly 1 comprises a component reversal unit 11, a guide rod unit 12, and a drive unit 14. The component reversal unit 11 has a circulation line 111, on which bottom trays 112 are placed at intervals, and an integrated packaging box 41 is placed between two adjacent bottom trays 112. The drive unit 14 is used to drive the circulation line 111, thereby transporting the integrated packaging boxes 41 one by one between the bottom trays 112 to the transport assembly 2. Exemplarily, the bottom trays 112 move toward the transport assembly 2 along a first linear direction.

[0030] The guide rod unit 12 is equipped with a guide rod 121, and as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the bottom tray 112 is provided with a relief groove 1121 for housing the guide rod 121. The bottom tray 112 has a bottom 1122 and a top 1123 at opposite ends, with the bottom 1122 attached to the circulation line 111 and the top 1123 positioned away from the circulation line 111. The relief groove 1121 penetrates the bottom tray 112 and extends to the top 1123, and the guide rod 121 is located within the relief groove 1121.

[0031] The guide rod 121 extends toward the transport assembly 2, and its extension direction is positioned at an angle to the feed direction of the circulation line 111 (i.e., the first linear direction). Along the extension direction of the guide rod 121, the distance between the guide rod 121 and the circulation line 111 gradually increases, and at least the guide rod 121 on the side closer to the member pallet unit 23 becomes flush with the top 1123 of the bottom tray 112. The integrated packaging box 41, located between the two bottom trays 112, moves along the circulation line 111 and is also restricted by the guide rod 121, so that the integrated packaging box 41 moves along the extension direction of the guide rod 121, and the integrated packaging box 41 changes its position relative to the bottom tray 112 on which it is placed.

[0032] In this proposed technology, the drive unit 14 drives the circulation line 111, causing the bottom tray 112 to move relative to the guide rod 121, and the distance between the guide rod 121 and the circulation line 111 to gradually increase along the direction of extension of the guide rod 121. During operation of the circulation line 111, as the bottom tray 112 approaches the member pallet unit 23, the guide rod 121 approaches the top 1123 of the bottom tray 112, meaning that the position of the guide rod 121 in the relief groove 1121 of each bottom tray 112 is different. To avoid interference between the guide rod 121 and the moving bottom tray 112, the relief groove 1121 is designed to penetrate the bottom tray 112 and extend to the top 1123.

[0033] Based on the integrated packaging box storage device provided above, as the integrated packaging box 41 moves along the circulation line 111, the integrated packaging box 41 is always positioned above the guide rod 121. As the integrated packaging box 41 gradually approaches the transport assembly 2, the amount by which the integrated packaging box 41 protrudes from the top 1123 of the bottom tray 112 gradually increases, until the integrated packaging box 41 is completely detached from the bottom tray 112. While the integrated packaging box 41 on the upstream side is still detached from the bottom tray 112, it is still restricted by the bottom tray 112 and continues to move forward along the extending direction of the guide rod 121, driven by the bottom tray 112. On the other hand, once the integrated packaging box 41 is completely detached from the bottom tray 112, it is no longer subjected to the upward force of the bottom tray 112, and therefore it becomes difficult for it to continue moving forward unless an external force is applied. As the integrated packaging box 41 that has not completely detached from the bottom tray 112 continues to move forward, the integrated packaging box 41 that has completely detached from the bottom tray 112 comes to a stop, the upstream integrated packaging box 41 pushes the integrated packaging box 41 that has detached from the bottom tray 112 forward. As the entire integrated packaging box 41 is pushed forward, the frictional resistance generated when the integrated packaging box 41 that has detached from the bottom tray 112 moves forward can be used to narrow the gap between two adjacent integrated packaging boxes 41 that have detached from the bottom tray 112, thereby making it possible to stack the lids and boxes. Compared to the conventional method of stacking two integrated packaging boxes 41 by applying a pressing force to the integrated packaging box, this application achieves automatic stacking in the flow process, reducing the stacking process by applying an external pressing force. As the integrated packaging box 41 moves forward, the interaction of the pushing force and frictional force is used to automatically press and stack the integrated packaging box 41, improving production efficiency.

[0034] In the above proposed technology, the integrated packaging box 41 located on the upstream side is the integrated packaging box 41 located near the end of the circulation line 111 that is farther from the transport assembly 2. The integrated packaging box 41 located on the upstream side is situated between two bottom trays 112 and is constantly moving forward due to the action of the bottom trays 112. The direction of forward movement is the transport direction of the integrated packaging box 41, specifically the direction in which the circulation line 111 moves toward the transport assembly 2.

[0035] Furthermore, in this proposed technology, the circulation line 111 comprises a drive wheel 1111, a driven wheel 1112, and a transport chain 1113. The drive wheel 1111 is connected to the drive unit 14, the drive wheel 1111 and the driven wheel 1112 are connected by the transport chain 1113, and the bottom tray 112 is attached to the transport chain 1113.

[0036] Specifically, the drive wheels 1111 and the driven wheels 1112 are connected by a conveyor chain 1113, and the conveyor chain 1113 is tension-supported by the drive wheels 1111 and the driven wheels 1112, so that a portion of the conveyor chain 1113 is arranged in a straight line. Along the direction of motion of the conveyor chain 1113, the downstream end of the straight segment of the conveyor chain 1113 is located near the conveyor assembly 2. Exemplarily, the conveyor chain 1113 is a reverse-toothed chain, and it transmits power by meshing with the drive wheels 1111 and the driven wheels 1112. Because the conveyor chain 1113 is a reverse-toothed chain, noise generated during the operation of the drive wheels 1111, the driven wheels 1112, and the conveyor chain 1113 can be reduced. The bottom tray 112 is uniformly arranged on the surface opposite to the surface on which the teeth of the conveyor chain 1113 are installed. The bottom 1122 of the bottom tray 112 is fixedly connected to the transport chain 1113, so that the bottom tray 112 is installed perpendicular to the transport chain 1113 at an angle of 90° or approximately 90°.

[0037] The spacing between two adjacent bottom trays 112 is greater than the depth of the box body of the integrated packaging box 41, and does not exceed the combined depth of the upper box body and lid of the integrated packaging box 41. The two adjacent bottom trays 112 restrict the box body and lid of the integrated packaging box 41 from closing, thus affecting the stacking effect.

[0038] In this proposed technology, the extension direction of the guide rod 121 is positioned at an angle to the linear segment of the conveyor chain 1113, and the guide rod 121 is located above the linear segment. Driven by the drive unit 14, the bottom tray 112 on a portion of the conveyor chain 1113 (i.e., the linear segment) moves along the feeding direction (i.e., the first linear direction).

[0039] Furthermore, the guide rod 121 includes an initial segment 1211, an arc-shaped segment 1212, and a discharge segment 1214, which are connected sequentially. The arc-shaped segment 1212 is positioned parallel to the transport chain 1113, and the extending direction of the discharge segment 1214 is positioned at an angle to the feed direction.

[0040] Specifically, the arc-shaped segment 1212 is positioned parallel to the conveyor chain 1113 corresponding to the driven wheel 1112, and the arc-shaped segment 1212 is positioned concentrically with the driven wheel 1112. The distance between the arc-shaped segment 1212 and the conveyor chain 1113 corresponding to the driven wheel 1112 is the same. The integrated packaging box 41 is fed from the side of the circulation line 111 closer to the driven wheel 1112, between the two corresponding bottom trays 112. The guide rod 121 covers the conveyor chain 1113 from the time the integrated packaging box 41 enters the circulation line 111 until it exits the circulation line 111.

[0041] The extending direction of the initial segment 1211 is positioned perpendicular to the extending direction of the discharge segment 1214. The guide rod unit 12 also includes a mounting base 122. The initial segment 1211 is mounted through the mounting base 122, and the mounting base 122 is attached to a support holder of the circulation line 111, thereby fixing the position of the guide rod 121.

[0042] More specifically, a transition segment 1213 is provided between the arc-shaped segment 1212 and the discharge segment 1214, and the transition segment 1213 extends in an arc shape. This is to ensure a stable transition of the integrated packaging box 41 from the arc-shaped segment 1212 to the discharge segment 1214. The transition segment 1213 is placed between the arc-shaped segment 1212 and the discharge segment 1214 to allow for a smooth transition between the arc-shaped segment 1212 and the discharge segment 1214 through the transition segment 1213. Exemplarily, both ends of the transition segment 1213 are positioned to be in contact with the arc-shaped segment 1212 and the discharge segment 1214, respectively.

[0043] In some embodiments of this application, as shown in Figures 2 and 7, the component storage assembly 11 further includes a guide unit 13 and side plates 15. Here, the guide unit 13 is located above the bottom tray 112 of at least the corresponding linear segment and is installed parallel to the extending direction of the discharge segment 1214, and is used to restrict the vertical position of the integrated packaging box 41. The side plates 15 are installed separately on both sides of the circulation line 111, and the side plates 15 are located on both sides of the bottom tray 112 to restrict the horizontal position of the integrated packaging box 41.

[0044] Preferably, the guide unit 13 is located above the circulation line 111 and includes an arc-shaped guide segment and a linear guide segment, the arc-shaped guide segment corresponding to the position of the transport chain 1113 where the driven wheel 1112 is located, and the linear guide segment corresponding to the position of the transport chain 1113 where the linear segment is located. This allows the guide unit 13 to restrict the vertical position of the integrated packaging box 41 after it has been fed into the circulation line 111, preventing the integrated packaging box 41 from shifting vertically.

[0045] Simultaneously, as shown in Figures 1 and 4, a stacking station 231 and an extrusion station 232 are provided above the member pallet unit 23, with the stacking station 231 located near the upstream end of the member pallet unit 23. The transport assembly 2 further comprises a counting unit 21 and a member sorting unit 22. The counting unit 21 is installed in the stacking station 231, and the member sorting unit 22 is located between the stacking station 231 and the extrusion station 232. The side plate 15 extends into the stacking station 231, and the counting unit 21 is attached to the side plate 15. The member sorting unit 22 may also be attached to the side plate 15. For clarity, the guide unit 13 extends into the stacking station 231, and the counting unit 21 and / or the member sorting unit 22 are attached to the guide unit 13.

[0046] In this proposed technology, the counting unit 21 is electrically connected to the material sorting unit 22. As the integrated packaging boxes 41 move along the material pallet unit 23, each integrated packaging box 41 passes through the counting unit 21, and the counting unit 21 counts the number of integrated packaging boxes 41. After the counting unit 21 counts a certain number of integrated packaging boxes 41, the material sorting unit 22 separates the stacked integrated packaging boxes 41 and sends the separated number of integrated packaging boxes 41 to the extrusion station 232 for storage. The counting unit 21 may be an electronic counter or a mechanical counter, and the electronic counter may also be an infrared counter, in which case each time an integrated packaging box 41 passes through infrared light and blocks the infrared light, it is counted as one integrated packaging box 41.

[0047] Furthermore, the counting unit 21 may be a mechanical counter. Specifically, the counting unit 21 includes a fixed plate 211, an encoder 212, a rotating shaft 213, and a gear 214. The encoder 212 is mounted on the fixed plate 211. In this proposed technology, the fixed plate 211 is fixedly connected to the side plate 15, and the fixed plate 211 protrudes from the side plate 15. The encoder 212 is mounted on the portion of the fixed plate 211 that protrudes from the side plate 15. One end of the rotating shaft 213 is connected to the encoder 212, and the gear 214 is mounted on the other end of the rotating shaft 213. The teeth of the gear 214 are fitted between the flaps of two stacked integrated packaging boxes 41, and as the stacked integrated packaging boxes 41 move toward the extrusion station 232, the gear 214 rotates. Rotating the gear 214 by a certain angle is counted as one integrated packaging box 41.

[0048] In the above embodiment, the flap portion of the integrated packaging box 41 rotates the gear 214 to perform counting, while the integrated packaging box 41 receives rotational resistance generated by the rotation of the rotating shaft 213 relative to the encoder 212. The frictional force generated by the movement of the integrated packaging box 41 on the member pallet unit 23 and the resistance generated when the counting unit 21 rotates work together to form two opposing forces: the thrust applied by the bottom tray 112 to the integrated packaging box 41. These forces press the integrated packaging box 41 at the stacking station 231, thereby stacking the integrated packaging boxes 41 and improving the stacking effect between the integrated packaging boxes 41.

[0049] Furthermore, the material sorting unit 22 is equipped with a lead screw and a cylinder, the lead screw moves the cylinder along the extending direction of the guide rod 121, and the power output end of the cylinder is insertable between two stacked integrated packaging boxes 41. The counting unit 21 controls the operation of the material sorting unit 22, and when the counting unit 21 has counted a certain number of integrated packaging boxes 41, the material sorting unit 22 separates the two stacked integrated packaging boxes 41 and drives the separated integrated packaging boxes 41 to the extrusion station 232. Specifically, the power output end of the cylinder is insertable between two stacked integrated packaging boxes 41, the lead screw moves the cylinder toward the extrusion station 232, and the power output end of the cylinder moves a certain number of integrated packaging boxes 41 toward the extrusion station 232. The direction in which the lead screw moves the cylinder coincides with the direction in which the integrated packaging boxes 41 move in the stacking station 231, and the speed at which the lead screw moves the cylinder is greater than the speed at which the integrated packaging boxes 41 move in the stacking station 231, thereby allowing the cylinder to separate some of the integrated packaging boxes 41 from the stacked integrated packaging box group. To make this clearer, a separation device to assist in the separation of the integrated packaging boxes 41 can also be installed at the power output end of the cylinder. For example, a device that uses airflow turbulence to blow air between two integrated packaging boxes 41 to assist in the separation of the integrated packaging boxes 41 can be used, thereby improving the separation efficiency of the integrated packaging boxes 41.

[0050] Furthermore, the push-up assembly 3 is installed on one side of the extrusion station 232, and is positioned so as to be on one side in the direction in which the integrated packaging box 41 moves on the member pallet unit 23. The push-up direction of the push-up assembly 3 is positioned perpendicular to the extending direction of the guide rod 121 and / or the direction in which the integrated packaging box 41 moves on the member pallet unit 23.

[0051] The storage device for an integrated packaging box according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the angle between the extending direction of the guide rod 121 and the feeding direction of the circulation line 111 is acute. More specifically, the guide rod 121 extends on a horizontal plane, and the feeding direction of the circulation line 111 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane. The range of the angle α between the extending direction of the guide rod 121 and the feeding direction of the circulation line 111 is 15° to 40°, which reduces the feed gradient of the circulation line 111 and increases the number of integrated packaging boxes 41 limited by the bottom tray 112. By adjusting the position in which the integrated packaging boxes 41 are limited by the bottom tray 112, the guide unit 13 and the side plate 15, the integrated packaging boxes 41 can be stacked in an accurate position after they have detached from the bottom tray 112.
