The present invention further discloses a household decorative panel material that is antibacterial, antiviral, and emits negative oxygen ions, manufactured by the method for manufacturing a household decorative panel material that is antibacterial, antiviral, and emits negative oxygen ions.
[0015] This furniture is made from household decorative paneling material that has antibacterial and antiviral properties and emits negative oxygen ions.
[0016] Compared to the conventional technology, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:
[0017] In this invention, a household decorative panel material is synthesized using polyolefin resin and wood fibers as the main raw materials, and a variety of properties are achieved in the household decorative panel material by adding nanosilicon sheets, lubricants, antioxidants, flame retardants, coupling agents, and inorganic reinforcing fillers.
[0018] Nano-silicone sheets are obtained from natural inorganic bentonite or attapulgite, and their layers are peeled off into sheets using peeling technology. They contain a large amount of negative charge, and the negative charge exposed to the outside forms a strong adsorption force, adsorbing positively charged bacteria, viruses, or odors onto their surface. By utilizing the mechanism of adsorption and adhesion prevention of harmful molecules by natural silicone sheets, special effects such as environmental purification, antibacterial and antifungal properties, dust removal and deodorization, and UV protection can be achieved, and the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria can be effectively prevented, thereby purifying environmental quality. The addition of nano-silicone sheets can effectively improve the antiviral and antibacterial properties of household decorative paneling materials, and can also release a large amount of negative oxygen ions.
[0019] By adding flame retardants, the flame retardant properties of household decorative paneling can be effectively improved; by adding inorganic reinforcing fillers, the mechanical properties of household decorative paneling can be effectively improved; and by adding coupling agents, the compatibility and dispersion uniformity between each component can be effectively improved. [Table 3]
[0036] As can be seen from Tables 1, 2, and 3, the household decorative panel material manufactured in the present invention has good antiviral and antibacterial properties and can release a large amount of negative oxygen ions. The nanosilicon sheet is obtained from natural inorganic bentonite or attapulgite, and its layer is peeled off into a sheet form by peeling technology. It contains a large amount of negative charge, and the negative charge exposed to the outside forms a strong adsorption force, adsorbing positively charged bacteria, viruses or odors onto its surface. By utilizing the mechanism of adsorption and adhesion prevention of harmful molecules by the natural silicone sheet, special effects such as environmental purification, antibacterial and antifungal properties, dust removal and deodorization, and UV protection can be achieved, and the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria can be effectively prevented, thereby purifying environmental quality. Compared to Example 1, in Comparative Example 1, where the nanosilicon sheet was not added, the antiviral performance, antibacterial performance, and ability to release negative oxygen ions were all significantly reduced. In Comparative Example 2, the flame retardant 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide was not added, and there was no effect on the antiviral performance, antibacterial performance, and ability to release negative oxygen ions. In Comparative Example 3, the inorganic reinforcing filler glass fiber was not added, and there was no effect on the antiviral performance, antibacterial performance, and ability to release negative oxygen ions. In Comparative Example 4, the coupling agent γ-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane was not added, and the dispersibility of the nanosilicon sheet decreased, resulting in a slight decrease in antiviral performance, antibacterial performance, and ability to release negative oxygen ions.
[0037] (4) Flame retardancy: Referring to standard GB / T2406.1-2008 "Plastics - Measurement of combustion behavior by oxygen index method Part 1: Guidelines", the limiting oxygen index of the household decorative paneling manufactured in Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was measured, and the test results are shown in Table 4. [Table 4]
[0038] As can be seen from Table 4, the household decorative panel material manufactured in the present invention has good flame retardancy. The flame retardancy of the household decorative panel material can be effectively improved by adding a flame retardant. Compared to Example 1, in Comparative Example 1, no nanosilicon sheet was added, which mainly affected the antiviral performance, antibacterial performance and the ability to release negative oxygen ions, but had no clear effect on the flame retardancy. In Comparative Example 2, no flame retardant, 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, was added, and the flame retardancy was clearly reduced. In Comparative Example 3, no inorganic reinforcing filler, glass fiber, was added, and there was no clear effect on the flame retardancy. The mechanical properties of the household decorative paneling material can be effectively improved by adding an inorganic reinforcing filler. Compared to Example 1, in Comparative Example 1, no nanosilicon sheet was added, and since the nanosilicon sheet can help improve the mechanical properties of the paneling material as an inorganic material, the tensile strength was slightly reduced. In Comparative Example 2, the flame retardant 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide was not added, and there was no clear effect on the mechanical properties. In Comparative Example 3, the inorganic reinforcing filler, glass fiber, was not added, and the mechanical properties were clearly reduced. In Comparative Example 4, the coupling agent γ-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane was not added, and the dispersibility of the inorganic reinforcing filler decreased, resulting in a slight decrease in mechanical properties.
