Abstract

To provide a connector that can be fitted with a mating connector and achieves multi-layer waterproofing through tight coupling. [Solution] The connector comprises a first housing (1), a second housing (2), a third housing (3), a first contact module, and a second contact module. The first housing includes a first body (11) and a second body (12) connected to each other. The second body includes adjacent first and second surfaces (122). A step is formed between the first and second surfaces, thereby defining a recess between the first and second bodies. The second housing includes a second housing body and two extending arms. The third housing includes a third housing body, two first hollow bodies (32), and two second hollow bodies (33). The first and second contact modules are disposed within the third housing. When the first housing and the separator are coupled to each other, the connector (100) stably mates with a mating connector.
