A bedridden hair washing and treatment mat for use under the head of a person who is bedridden or has difficulty maintaining a seated position, comprising an absorbent layer having water absorption properties and a waterproof layer provided on the underside of the absorbent layer, wherein the absorbent layer quickly absorbs and retains the water and washing solution generated during hair washing, and the waterproof layer prevents the liquid from penetrating the bedding or floor surface.
