[0002] This application relates to the field of vehicle technology, and particularly to seats and vehicles.
Background Art
[0003] The vehicle seat is the only component that directly contacts the human body throughout the entire process of a passenger using the vehicle. With the development of the vehicle industry and the increasing frequency of vehicle use by users, users' requirements for driving and riding experiences are becoming increasingly high. Therefore, how to improve the comfort of the seat is a technical problem for those skilled in the art.
Summary of the Invention
Means for Solving the Problems
[0004] This application provides a seat and a vehicle that improve the driving and riding experiences.
[0005] According to a first aspect, this application provides a seat. The seat includes an interior layer, a foam layer, and a framework support layer. The foam layer is positioned between the interior layer and the framework support layer. The interior layer includes a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a leather material, a polyurethane material, a polyvinyl chloride material, or a woven material. The second layer is a first sponge. The foam layer includes a third layer and a fourth layer. The third layer includes a second sponge. The fourth layer includes a foam.
[0006] The braiding material can be optionally selected from, for example, cotton, flax, plant fibers, synthetic fibers, or wool.
[0007] Optionally, the foam in the fourth layer may be foamed resin, polyethylene foam, etc.
[0008] In the aforementioned solution, the interior layer includes a first layer using a soft surface material, where a soft sponge (i.e., the first sponge) is compounded with the surface material of the first layer, and a soft second sponge is further placed within a foam layer beneath the interior layer, thereby achieving a suitable soft feel on the seat surface. Furthermore, a foam is placed beneath the second sponge. The foam may be, for example, foamed resin or polyethylene foam, and may provide appropriate support, thereby improving the comfort of the seat.
[0009] In possible implementations, the third layer is closer to the interior layer than the fourth layer, and the foam hardness of the second sponge is lower than that of the foam itself.
[0010] In the aforementioned solution, the interior layer is a laminated layer that can come into contact with the user. Compared to the fourth layer, the third layer is closer to the interior layer, and the second sponge in the third layer is designed to have a lower foam hardness and be softer, thereby providing the user with a softer feel of the sheet's surface. Furthermore, the foam in the fourth layer is designed to have a higher foam hardness to provide strong support, and the support foam beneath the second sponge can provide even more support.
[0011] In possible implementations, the foam hardness of the first sponge is lower than that of the second sponge.
[0012] In the aforementioned solution, the second layer is closer to the user. Therefore, the first sponge in the second layer is softer than the second sponge in the third layer, which allows the user to have a good riding experience.
[0013] In possible implementations, the foam layer further comprises a fifth layer, the fifth layer comprising a three-dimensional plastic braided fabric.
[0014] Optionally, the fifth layer is positioned between the third and fourth layers.
[0015] In the aforementioned solution, the foam layer includes a three-dimensional plastic braided fabric to provide both strong support and breathability.
[0016] In possible implementations, the interior layer or foam layer further comprises a sixth layer, the sixth layer comprising a heating pad.
[0017] In the aforementioned solution, a heating pad is added to the seat to provide a heating service to the user, thereby improving the user experience.
[0018] In possible implementations, the foam layer further comprises a seventh layer, the seventh layer comprising a massage air bladder.
[0019] In the aforementioned solution, a massage air bladder is added to the seat to provide a massage service to the user, thereby improving the user experience.
[0020] In possible implementations, the seat includes a backrest. The backrest includes an interior layer, a foam layer, and a frame support layer. The frame support layer of the backrest includes an eighth layer and / or a ninth layer, the eighth layer including lumbar support, and the ninth layer including backrest springs.
[0021] In the aforementioned solution, lumbar support and / or backrest springs are added to the backrest to provide the user with strong support, thereby improving the user experience.
[0022] In a possible implementation form, the seat includes a seat cushion. The seat cushion includes an interior layer, a foam layer, and a framework support layer. The framework support layer of the seat cushion includes a suspension spring.
[0023] In the above solution, the suspension spring is added to the seat cushion to provide strong support to the user, thereby improving the user experience.
[0024] In a possible implementation form, the foam in the fourth layer is arranged in the side wing area of the seat, and the second sponge in the third layer is arranged in the middle area surrounded by the side wing area.
[0025] In the above solution, the soft second sponge is arranged in the area where it contacts the human body (the middle area of the backrest and the seat cushion), ensuring the soft touch in the area where it contacts the human body. In the side wing area that provides the support function, the foam with a high foam hardness is arranged to achieve the appropriate wrapping performance of the seat. Thereby, when the vehicle is turning, the outer side of the thigh and the side of the body are wrapped, thereby providing an appropriate lateral support force to the user.
[0026] According to a second aspect, the present application provides a vehicle. The vehicle includes a seat according to any one of the first aspect and the possible implementation forms of the first aspect.

[Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0028] In embodiments of this application, “multiple” means two or more. In embodiments of this application, “and / or” is used to describe a relationship between related objects and represents three relationships that may exist independently. For example, A and / or B could mean: only A exists, only B exists, or both A and B exist. Description modes used in embodiments of this application, such as “at least one of a1, a2, ..., and an,” include cases where any one of a1, a2, ..., and an exists alone, and also include any combination of any multiple of a1, a2, ..., and an. Each case may exist alone. For example, description modes such as “at least one of a, b, and c” are used and include cases where there is a single a, a single b, a single c, a combination of a and b, a combination of a and c, a combination of b and c, or a combination of a, b, and c.
[0029] In this application, terms such as "first," "second," etc., are used to distinguish the same or similar items that have essentially the same effect and function. It should be understood that there is no logical or temporal order dependency between "first," "second," and "n," and that neither the number nor the order of execution is limited. In the following description, terms such as "first," "second," etc., are used to describe various elements, but it should be further understood that these elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are simply used to distinguish one element from another.
[0030] In the embodiments of this application, unless otherwise specified or unless there is a logical inconsistency, the terminology and / or descriptions between embodiments are consistent and may be mutually referenced, and technical features of different embodiments may be combined into new embodiments based on their internal logical relationships.
[0031] Vehicle seat comfort refers to the seat performance that provides the user with a comfortable and pleasant riding experience, as well as convenient and safe operating conditions. Generally, seat comfort includes static comfort, dynamic comfort, and operational comfort. Static comfort refers to the degree of seating comfort in a stationary state. Dynamic comfort refers to the degree of comfort according to the subjective perception of the driver or user inside the vehicle while the vehicle is in motion. Operational comfort refers to the convenience of the driver or user inside the vehicle when operating various functional components.
[0032] The three elements of perceived seat comfort include seat softness, seat enveloping ability, and seat support. Regarding seat softness, the soft tactile feel of the seat is fundamental to seat comfort. Factors influencing seat softness mainly include the hardness of the seat interior materials and foam materials. Regarding seat enveloping ability, this is mainly expressed by the seat's side wing design. Proper side wing design allows the seat to properly cradle the outer thighs and sides of the body when the vehicle is turning, thereby providing the user with appropriate lateral support. Regarding seat support, seat support needs to provide separate support for the back, waist, and legs to reduce user fatigue.
[0033] For example, Figure 1 shows a conventional laminated structure of a seat. A conventional laminated structure of a seat may include a leather or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) layer, a foam layer, a support backrest spring layer, a frame layer, and a seat back panel (the seat back panel may be covered with interior trim). Conventional laminated structures of seats have not been able to adequately meet the requirements for seat softness and support performance. This structure provides comfort by simply using foam under the leather or PVC layer, so a single layer of foam cannot adequately meet the user's requirements for the seat, resulting in the seat being too hard or too soft. If the seat is too hard, it cannot meet the user's requirements for softness. If the seat is too soft, it cannot meet the user's requirements for support performance.
[0034] To adequately meet user demands for seat comfort, one embodiment of this application provides a seat. The seat has a highly comfortable laminated structure. The laminated structure allows the seat to have a soft tactile feel to the seated occupant, while also maintaining the desired support performance of the seat. This avoids the discomfort caused by the seat collapsing due to insufficient support, thereby providing a good comfort effect when the occupant is seated.
[0035] The seat provided in this embodiment of the present application includes a backrest and a seat cushion. For example, Figure 2 is an exemplary diagram of seat 100. It can be seen that seat 100 includes a backrest 110 and a seat cushion 120.
[0036] The seat backrest and seat cushion provided in this embodiment of the present application are laminated structures, both including an interior layer, a foam layer, and a frame support layer. For example, Figure 3 shows an exemplary laminated structure 300 of a seat. The laminated structure 300 of the seat includes an interior layer 310, a foam layer 320, and a frame support layer 330. The interior layer 310 is the top layer of the laminated structure 300 of the seat and is the layer that comes into direct contact with the user. The foam layer 320 is an intermediate layer of the laminated structure 300 of the seat and is primarily configured to meet the user's requirements for softness, with further consideration given to the user's requirements for support performance. See the description below for details. Details are not described here. The frame support layer 330 is the bottom layer of the laminated structure 300 of the seat (optionally, the frame support layer 330 may be covered with the interior) and is primarily configured to provide strong support. In other words, the foam layer 320 is positioned between the interior layer 310 and the frame support layer 330.
[0037] For possible implementations, please refer to Figure 4, for example. From Figure 4, it can be seen that the interior layer 310 may include a first layer 3101 and a second layer 3102. The foam layer 320 may include a third layer 3201 and a fourth layer 3202.
[0038] For example, the first layer 3101 includes leather, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, or braided material. The polyurethane material may be, for example, a water-based polyurethane (PU) material. The braided material may be, for example, cotton, flax, plant fiber, artificial fiber, or wool. This is not limited to the embodiments of this application. For example, the thickness of the first layer 3101 may be, for example, 1 to 3 millimeters (mm). It will be understood that the thicknesses of each layer described in the embodiments of this application are merely examples and do not constitute a limitation to the embodiments of this application.
[0039] For example, the second layer 3102 includes the first sponge. For example, the first sponge may be, for example, a breathable sponge. In possible implementations, the second layer 3102 and the first layer 3101 may form the interior layer 310 in a composite layer manner. For example, the thickness of the second layer 3102 may be, for example, 3 to 15 mm.
[0040] For example, the third layer 3201 includes a second sponge. For example, the second sponge may be, for example, a high-elasticity sponge (also called a high-elasticity sponge). For example, the elasticity of the second sponge is higher than that of the first sponge. For example, the thickness of the third layer 3201 may be, for example, 10 to 30 mm.
[0041] For example, the fourth layer 3202 includes a foam. For example, the foam may be, for example, a support foam. The support foam may be, for example, a foamed resin or polyethylene foam. For example, the thickness of the fourth layer 3202 may be, for example, 20 to 50 mm. In the embodiments of this application, the foam may also be called a sponge.
[0042] In possible implementations, the amount of indentation in the fourth layer 3202 can reach 15% to 25%. For example, the amount of indentation can reach 20%.
[0043] In the implementation shown in Figure 4, the interior layer 310 includes a first layer using a soft surface material, and a breathable sponge with appropriate softness is compounded with the surface material of the first layer. Furthermore, a soft, highly elastic sponge is placed in the foam layer 320 beneath the interior layer 310, thereby achieving an appropriate soft feel on the seat surface. A support foam is placed beneath the highly elastic sponge to provide appropriate support, thereby improving the comfort of the seat.
[0044] In possible implementations, the material of the third layer 3201 and the material of the fourth layer 3202 may be, for example, polyurethane (PUR) material. Compared to the fourth layer 3202, the third layer 3201 is closer to the interior layer 310. The foam hardness of the second sponge in the third layer 3201 is lower than that of the foam in the fourth layer 3202 in order to provide the user with a good soft feel of the sheet surface. For example, a soft, highly elastic sponge is closer to the interior layer 310 in order to provide the user with a good soft feel of the sheet surface. Furthermore, a support foam having high foam hardness beneath the highly elastic sponge can provide further support.
[0045] In possible implementations, the material of the second layer 3102 and the material of the third layer 3201 may be, for example, PUR material. The foam hardness of the first sponge in the second layer 3102 may be less than the foam hardness of the second sponge in the third layer 3201. In this implementation, since the second layer 3102 is closer to the user, the first sponge in the second layer 3102 is softer than the second sponge in the third layer 3201, thereby allowing the user to have a good riding experience.
[0046] For possible implementations, please refer to Figure 5, for example. It can be seen from Figure 5 that the foam layer 320 further includes a fifth layer 3203.
[0047] For example, the fifth layer 3203 may be a three-dimensional plastic braided fabric (3D Muller). The three-dimensional plastic braided fabric has a good breathability effect and can therefore improve the breathability of the sheet. For example, the thickness of the fifth layer 3203 may be, for example, 10 to 30 mm.
[0048] In possible implementations, as shown in Figure 5, the fifth layer 3203 is positioned between the third layer 3201 and the fourth layer 3202.
[0049] In possible implementations, the positions of the fourth layer 3202 and the fifth layer 3203 in Figure 5 may be interchangeable. The positions of the two layers may be specifically arranged based on the actual application. This is not limited to the embodiments of this application.
[0050] For possible implementation configurations, please refer to Figure 6, for example. It can be seen from Figure 6 that the laminated sheet structure 300 may further include a sixth layer. The sixth layer includes a heating pad. For example, the thickness of the sixth layer may be, for example, 1 to 3 mm.
[0051] For example, the sixth layer may be located within the interior layer 310. See the sixth layer 3103 in Figure 6(a). Alternatively, for example, the sixth layer may be located within the foam layer 320. See the sixth layer 3204 in Figure 6(b). If the sixth layer 3204 is located within the foam layer 320, it may be located close to the interior layer 310 to ensure good heat delivery to the user.
[0052] For possible implementations, please refer to Figure 7, for example. Figure 7 shows an example in which the sixth layer is placed on the foam layer 320. The same applies to placing the sixth layer on the interior layer 310. Further details are not provided. It can be seen from Figure 7 that the foam layer 320 may further include a seventh layer 3205.
[0053] For example, the seventh layer 3205 includes a massage air bladder. As shown in Figure 7, the seventh layer 3205 is positioned close to the inner layer 310 to provide the user with a good massage function. For example, the thickness of the seventh layer 3205 may be, for example, 5 to 10 mm.
[0054] In possible implementations, the amount of indentation in the portion including the interior layer 310, the third layer 3201, and the seventh layer 3205 can reach 60% to 75%. For example, the amount of indentation can reach 70%.
[0055] In possible implementations, the positions of the seventh layer 3205 and the third layer 3201 in Figure 7 may be interchangeable. The positions of the two layers may be specifically arranged based on the actual application. This is not limited to the embodiments of this application.
[0056] For possible implementations, please refer to Figure 8, for example. Figure 8 shows an example of a laminated structure 800 of a seat backrest. For the interior layer 810 included in the laminated structure 800 of the seat backrest, please refer to the interior layer 310 and its possible implementations shown in any one of Figures 4 to 7, for example. For the foam layer 820 included in the laminated structure 800 of the seat backrest, please refer to the foam layer 320 and its possible implementations shown in any one of Figures 4 to 7, for example.
[0057] The frame support layer 830 included in the laminated structure 800 of the seat backrest may include an eighth layer 8301, a ninth layer 8302, a tenth layer 8303, and an eleventh layer 8304.
[0058] For example, the eighth layer 8301 includes a lumbar support. For example, the lumbar support may be, for example, an electrically adjustable pneumatic lumbar support. For example, the thickness of the eighth layer 8301 may be, for example, 5 to 7 mm.
[0059] For example, the ninth layer 8302 includes a backrest spring. For example, the thickness of the ninth layer 8302 may be, for example, 3 to 7 mm.
[0060] For example, the tenth layer 8303 includes a steel frame. For example, the thickness of the tenth layer 8303 may be, for example, 25 to 35 mm.
[0061] The eleventh layer 8304 includes, for example, a seat back panel. For example, the thickness of the eleventh layer 8304 may be, for example, 3 to 5 mm.
[0062] The eighth layer 8301, the ninth layer 8302, the tenth layer 8303, and the eleventh layer 8304 can provide greater support to prevent the seat from collapsing or becoming severely deformed when the user is seated. Furthermore, the electrically adjustable pneumatic lumbar support of the eighth layer 8301 can also protect the user's lumbar spine and reduce fatigue while driving.
[0063] In possible implementations, the eighth layer 8301 and / or the ninth layer 8302 may be removed from the frame support layer 830. In other words, the frame support layer 830 may not be provided with electrically adjustable pneumatic lumbar support and / or backrest springs to reduce costs.
[0064] For possible implementations, please refer to Figure 9, for example, to facilitate understanding of the aforementioned layered structure of the backrest. Figure 9 is an illustrative diagram of a possible physical layered structure of the backrest. In the physical layered structure, leather / water-based PU is the first layer 3101, breathable sponge is the second layer 3102, comfortable high-elasticity sponge is the third layer 3201, support foam resin is the fourth layer 3202, the electric heating system is the sixth layer 3103 or sixth layer 3204, the electric massage system is the seventh layer 3205, the ventilation system is the fifth layer 3203, the electrically adjustable lumbar support is the eighth layer 8301, the high-strength support backrest spring is the ninth layer 8302, and the high-strength steel frame is the tenth layer 8303. It should be understood that the structure shown in Figure 9 is merely an example. In certain implementations, more or fewer layers may be included and specifically arranged based on the actual application requirements. This is not limited to the embodiments of this application.
[0065] For possible implementations, please refer to Figure 10, for example. Figure 10 shows an example of a laminated seat cushion structure 1000. For the interior layer 1010 included in the laminated seat cushion structure 1000, please refer to the interior layer 310 and its possible implementations shown in any one of Figures 4 to 7, for example. For the foam layer 1020 included in the laminated seat cushion structure 1000, please refer to the foam layer 320 and its possible implementations shown in any one of Figures 4 to 7, for example. The frame support layer 1030 included in the laminated seat cushion structure 1000 may include suspension springs to provide support to the user. For example, the thickness of the suspension springs may be, for example, 3 to 7 mm.
[0066] For possible implementations, see, for example, Figure 11. The seat provided in this embodiment of the present application includes a side wing region and an intermediate region, as shown in Figure 11, the intermediate region being surrounded by the side wing region. In a particular implementation, the support foam in the fourth layer 3202 may be located in the side wing region of the seat. The high-elasticity sponge in the third layer 3201 may be further located in the intermediate region. In this implementation, the soft high-elasticity sponge is located in the area that comes into contact with the human body (the intermediate region of the backrest and seat cushion) to ensure a soft feel in the area that comes into contact with the human body. In the side wing region that provides support, the support rigid foam is located to achieve the proper enveloping performance of the seat, so that the outer thighs and sides of the body are enveloped when the vehicle is turning, thereby providing the user with appropriate lateral support. For a more intuitive presentation of the materials used in the side wing region and the intermediate region, see, for example, Figure 12.
[0067] The structure shown in Figure 12(a) includes a highly elastic sponge. This structure may be placed in the middle region of the seat, for example, as shown in Figure 12(b). Furthermore, as shown in Figure 12(b), support foam is placed in the side wing region of the seat to provide support, achieving proper cradle performance of the seat, so that the outer thighs and sides of the body are cradled when the vehicle is turning, thereby providing the user with appropriate lateral support.
[0068] In conclusion, the sheet provided in the embodiments of this application has the following advantages:
[0069] For appropriate surface softness, a soft material (see description of the first layer 3101) is used as the material for the seat interior, a breathable sponge with appropriate softness is compounded with the surface material, and a comfortable, highly elastic sponge is placed beneath the laminated layers of the seat interior. The extremely soft surface material, the soft breathable sponge, and the highly elastic sponge all contribute to the surface softness.
[0070] To ensure the seat provides a supportive feel during long journeys, appropriate support foam (e.g., foamed resin) is placed beneath the comfortable, highly elastic sponge, and a strong support 3D Müller ventilation layer system is also incorporated. Highly elastic support suspension springs and a high-strength steel frame are used to provide supportive force to prevent the seat from collapsing or severely deforming when an occupant is seated.
[0071] To meet comfort requirements such as ventilation, heating, and massage, separate comfort layers for ventilation, heating, and massage are sequentially arranged within the laminated layers of the sheet.
