[0019] With reference to Figures 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides an atomizing spray head 100, which includes a nozzle 110, a nozzle holder 120, and a pressing drive member 133. The nozzle 110 is provided with an atomization outlet 111. The nozzle holder 120 is detachably connected to the nozzle 110, and in combination with the nozzle 110, forms a housing chamber that communicates with the outside through the atomization outlet 111. The nozzle 110 or the nozzle holder 120 is provided with a gas inlet 123 that communicates with the housing chamber. The housing chamber is configured to accommodate the liquid storage bottle 400, and the gas inlet 123 is configured to connect to the gas supply member 210. Inside the liquid storage bottle 400, a liquid storage chamber 412 for storing liquid and a liquid outlet 411 that communicates the liquid storage chamber 412 with the outside are provided. The effective volume of the housing chamber is larger than the volume of the liquid storage bottle 400, so that a gas flow passage communicating the gas inlet 123 and the liquid outlet 411 is formed between the liquid storage bottle 400 and the chamber wall of the housing chamber. The liquid outlet 411 is not higher than the atomization outlet 111, and the gas supply flow flows toward the liquid extruded from the liquid outlet 411, thereby dispersing the liquid in a spray form. The pressing drive member 133 can move the piston 420 in the liquid storage bottle 400 toward the liquid outlet 411, so as to push the liquid in the liquid storage bottle 400 out from the liquid outlet 411 of the liquid storage bottle 400. The liquid is extruded from the liquid outlet 411, and is ejected from the atomization outlet 111 in the form of spray under the action of the air flow, or forms a spray outside the atomization outlet 111 to directly act on the human body or other working areas. The piston 420 may be fixed to the pressing drive member 133 as the output end of the pressing drive member 133, so that the pressing drive member 133 moves inside the liquid storage bottle 400 at the same time when the pressing drive member 133 operates. Alternatively, the piston 420 may be slidably installed inside the liquid storage bottle 400 as a component of the liquid storage bottle 400, and when the output end of the pressing drive member 133 abuts against the piston 420, the piston 420 is pushed to move.

[0020] The above-described atomizing spray head 100 presses the piston 420 in the liquid storage bottle 400 by the pressing drive member 133, and the piston 420 is pushed to move the liquid in the direction of the liquid outlet 411, so that compared with the case where the liquid is extruded by a fluid pump, the extrusion amount of the liquid can be accurately controlled without being affected by the density of the liquid.

[0021] To prevent the entire liquid storage bottle 400 from moving together with the pressing drive member 133 when the pressing drive member 133 presses the liquid storage bottle 400 and affecting the liquid extrusion effect, the liquid storage bottle 400 can be detachably and fixedly connected to the nozzle holder 120 by using a connection method such as screwing or insertion.

[0022] Referring to Figure 3 and Figure 4, in one embodiment, the nozzle holder 120 is provided as a cylindrical structure with both axial ends open, an external thread is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the first end of the nozzle holder 120, an internal thread is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the nozzle 110, and the nozzle 110 and the nozzle holder 120 are threadedly connected by the mutually fitted external thread and internal thread. In addition, an insertion ring 121 having a gap with the inner peripheral wall of the nozzle holder 120 is installed inside the second end of the nozzle holder 120, and the liquid storage bottle 400 can be inserted and fitted into the nozzle holder 120 through the insertion ring 121, thereby fixing the liquid storage bottle 400 in the accommodation chamber and preventing the entire liquid storage bottle 400 from moving together with the pressing drive member 133 and affecting the extrusion effect.

[0023] In some embodiments, the end face of the first end of the nozzle 110 remote from the pressing drive member 133 is provided in a conical shape, the atomization outlet 111 is provided on the end face of the first end of the nozzle 110, the liquid outlet 411 of the liquid storage bottle 400 accommodated in the accommodation chamber is arranged coaxially with the atomization outlet 111 and inserted into the atomization outlet 111, the end of the liquid storage bottle 400 where the liquid outlet 411 is provided is also arranged in a conical shape, which improves the speed when the airflow is ejected from the atomization outlet 111.

[0024] In some embodiments, a plurality of first position limiting protrusions 112 are provided on the inner surface of the end face of the first end of the nozzle 110 at intervals along the circumferential direction. When the liquid storage bottle 400 is inserted into the insertion ring 121, the first position limiting protrusions 112 come into contact with the liquid storage bottle 400, improving the stability of the liquid storage bottle 400. At the same time, the spaced-apart first position limiting protrusions 112 form a gap between the end face of the first end of the nozzle 110 and the liquid storage bottle 400, ensuring the patency of the gas flow path. On the other hand, a plurality of second position limiting protrusions 122 are provided on the inner circumferential wall of the nozzle holder 120 at intervals along the circumferential direction. The second position limiting protrusions 122 also come into contact with the liquid storage bottle 400, improving the stability of the liquid storage bottle 400 and forming a gap between the nozzle holder 120 and the liquid storage bottle 400, ensuring the patency of the gas flow path. In order to ensure the sealing of the gas flow path, gaskets 170 are provided on the outside of the insertion ring 121 and between the nozzle 110 and the nozzle holder 120. However, the gasket 170 on the outside of the insertion ring 121 does not affect the airflow of the gas inlet 123.

[0025] In some embodiments, the end face of the second position limiting projection 122 facing the nozzle 110 is provided as an inclined surface to act as a guide when the liquid storage bottle 400 is inserted into the nozzle holder 120, thereby reducing the difficulty of inserting the liquid storage bottle 400 into the nozzle holder 120.

[0026] Referring to Figures 2 and 3, the atomizing spray head 100 includes a pressing component 130 comprising a pressing drive member 133, a screw 131, and a screw sleeve 132. The pressing drive member 133 transmits power to the piston 420 via the screw 131 and screw sleeve 132, which are fitted together, using a reduction motor. The screw sleeve 132 is fitted onto the screw 131 and, as the screw 131 rotates, moves the piston 420 as the output end of the pressing drive member 133. The reduction motor is connected to the screw 131 and rotates it. The cooperation between the screw 131 and the screw sleeve 132 converts the rotational motion of the reduction motor into linear motion, improving the accuracy of quantitative extrusion of liquid from the liquid outlet 411. Optionally, to avoid interference between the screw 131 and the piston 420, the screw sleeve 132 is fitted onto the first end of the screw 131, and the screw 131 does not protrude from the screw sleeve 132 in the direction of movement of the screw sleeve 132.

[0027] In other embodiments, the pressing drive member 133 may employ a linear drive structure such as an air cylinder or an electric cylinder.

[0028] To determine the position of the screw sleeve 132 and, consequently, the position of the piston 420, the atomizing spray head 100 further includes a monitoring component 140 electrically connected to the pressing drive member 133, the monitoring component 140 including a first monitoring member 141 stationary relative to the nozzle holder 120, the first monitoring member 141 being configured to monitor whether the screw sleeve 132 is in an initial position or an end position, when the screw sleeve 132 is in the initial position, the liquid storage bottle 400 can be placed in the storage chamber, and when the screw sleeve 132 is in the end position, the piston 420 makes full contact with the inner surface of the first end face of the bottle body 410, i.e., the liquid in the liquid storage bottle 400 is completely pushed out. When the screw sleeve 132 is in the initial position, the liquid storage bottle 400 that can be placed in the storage chamber refers to a new liquid storage bottle 400 containing a predetermined amount of liquid.

[0029] In one embodiment, the first monitoring member 141 may be a Hall switch, and the screw sleeve 132 includes a magnet 180 for triggering the Hall switch, and two Hall switches are provided spaced apart along the direction of movement of the piston 420, and when the magnet 180 faces one of the two Hall elements that is relatively far from the housing chamber, a first sensing signal can be generated, at which point the screw sleeve 132 is in the initial position; when the magnet 180 faces one of the two Hall elements that is relatively closer to the housing chamber, a second sensing signal can be generated, at which point the screw sleeve 132 is in the final position.

[0030] In other embodiments, the first monitoring member 141 may be a distance sensor. When the distance sensor detects that the relative distance between the screw sleeve 132 and a point on the nozzle holder 120, or the relative distance between the screw sleeve 132 and a point that is stationary relative to the nozzle holder 120, is within a first predetermined range, it generates a first sensing signal, at which point the screw sleeve 132 is in its initial position. When the distance sensor detects that the relative distance between the screw sleeve 132 and a point on the nozzle holder 120, or the relative distance between the screw sleeve 132 and a point that is stationary relative to the nozzle holder 120, is within a second predetermined range, it generates a second sensing signal, at which point the screw sleeve 132 is in its end position.

[0031] In one embodiment, the monitoring component 140 further includes a second monitoring member 142 installed on the screw sleeve 132 and moving together with the screw sleeve 132, the second monitoring member 142 being configured to monitor whether the screw sleeve 132 is in contact with the piston 420, in which case the piston 420 is a component of the liquid storage bottle 400, the liquid storage bottle 400 includes a bottle body 410 and the piston 420, the liquid outlet 411 is installed at the first end of the bottle body 410, the piston 420 is installed in a sealed and slidable manner within the bottle body 410, and the output end of the pressing drive member 133 can penetrate the bottle body 410 from the second end of the bottle body 410 and contact the piston 420.

[0032] In one embodiment, the second monitoring member 142 may also be a Hall switch, and the liquid storage bottle 400 includes a magnet 180 for triggering the second monitoring member 142, the Hall switch being located inside the screw sleeve 132 and at one end of the screw sleeve 132 close to the piston 420 to improve signal sensitivity, the magnet 180 being fitted to one end of the piston 420 closer to the screw sleeve 132, and when the Hall switch generates a third sensing signal, the screw sleeve 132 comes into contact with the piston 420. In other embodiments, the second monitoring member 142 may be a distance sensor.

[0033] In order to prevent the gas supply member 210, which communicates with the containment chamber, from operating and preventing liquid from being pushed out of the liquid outlet 411, the gas supply member 210 can only be activated when its activation key is pressed, provided that the Hall switch, which acts as the second monitoring member 142, satisfies the requirement of generating a third sensing signal.

[0034] In order to protect the pressing drive unit 133, in one embodiment the atomizing spray head 100 further includes a housing 150 and an internal bracket 160, the second end of the nozzle holder 120 is fixedly inserted into the housing 150 and the second end of the nozzle holder 120 is located outside the housing 150, the reduction motor is fixed into the housing 150 by the internal bracket 160 and the output end of the pressing drive member 133 is inserted into the nozzle holder 120 and can press the liquid in the liquid storage bottle 400.

[0035] Simultaneously, the atomizing spray head 100 further includes a control circuit board 190 electrically connected to a pressing drive member 133 and a monitoring component 140, both of which are located within the housing 150. The control circuit board 190 is configured to control the opening and closing and output end direction of the pressing drive member 133, and an activation button for the gas supply member 210 is also located on the control circuit board 190, meaning the control circuit board 190 can also control the opening and closing and power of the gas supply member 210. The output end of the pressing drive member 133, i.e., the screw sleeve 132, can penetrate the housing 150 and push and move the piston 420. Optionally, a position limiting groove may be provided on the outer circumferential wall of the nozzle holder 120, and the nozzle holder 120 may be fitted into the open end of the housing 150 via the position limiting groove.

[0036] In this embodiment of the present invention, the atomizing spray head 100 forms a containment chamber having an atomizing outlet 111 by installing a nozzle 110 and a nozzle holder 120, and a liquid storage bottle 400 containing liquid can be fixed inside the containment chamber. The pressing drive member 133 presses the liquid storage bottle 400 located inside the containment chamber, pushing the liquid out from the liquid outlet 411 of the liquid storage bottle 400, and a spray is formed by the dispersion effect of the airflow circulating inside the containment chamber. Compared to the power provided by a fluid pump, the pressing drive member 133 can accurately control the amount of liquid extruded without being affected by the density of the liquid.

[0037] This embodiment further provides an atomizer comprising a main body 200 and an atomizing spray head 100 as in any of the embodiments described above, wherein a gas supply member 210 is installed inside the main body 200 and connected to the atomizing spray head 100 via an air duct 300, and the gas supply member 210 is connected to a control circuit board 190 via a cable, the first end of the air duct 300 is connected to the outlet of the gas supply member 210, and the second end of the air duct 300 communicates with a containment chamber via a gas inlet 123. Optionally, to prevent the air duct 300 from being exposed from the housing 150, the gas inlet 123 is provided on the end face of the second end of the nozzle holder 120, and the gas supply member 210 includes a vacuum pump, by which a gas flow is rapidly blown into the containment chamber through the gas duct 300 and flows through the gas flow passage to the gas outlet 411.

[0038] To easily adjust the angle and relative position between the liquid outlet 411 and the human body or other work area, the air duct 300 employs a flexible tube so that the housing 150 can move relative to the main body 200, and the shape and size of the housing 150 are set to be such that a person can grasp it with their hand, for example, the housing 150 is set to be cylindrical. Optionally, the air duct 300 may be formed integrally with a cable connecting the gas supply member 210 and the control board 190.

[0039] In the embodiment of this invention, the atomizer uses an extrusion drive member to press a piston inside the liquid storage bottle, thereby enabling precise control of the liquid extrusion amount in the atomizing spray head, which is not affected by the density of the liquid, and thus achieving quantitative extrusion.
