Abstract

To provide a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of skin cancer or its precancerous lesions.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a cholecystokinin receptor antagonist as an active ingredient and used for the treatment of skin cancer or precancerous lesions thereof. Also provided is the pharmaceutical composition in which the cholecystokinin receptor antagonist is a CCKA receptor antagonist. Further provided is a method for screening a candidate compound for a therapeutic agent for skin cancer or precancerous lesions thereof. In the screening method, a substance having an antagonistic effect on cholecystokinin receptor is selected as the candidate compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
