Abstract

To provide an information processing device and an information input system that increase the efficiency of an information input operation.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes an image interface, an input interface, and input terminal interface, a recognition unit, and a processor. The image interface obtains a display image including a processing target image that an external device causes a display to display. The input interface supplies a signal indicating input information for the display image, to the external device. The input terminal interface is connected to an input terminal including a display device and an input device. The recognition unit recognizes a character string in the processing target image included in the display image that is obtained by the image interface. The processor requests, when additional information is necessary for first input information that the recognition unit recognizes from the processing target image, the input terminal to input the first input information and additional information based on the processing target image; and supplies information indicating the first input information and additional information that are input by the input terminal, to the external device via the input interface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
