Abstract

A holding device (1) for automated stopcock actuation includes a base (2) and a driver (3) rotatably received in the base (2). The holding device (1) has a receptacle (4) configured to removably receive at least a portion of a stopcock (A) and to enable the driver (3) to engage and actuate a handle (B) of the stopcock (A) received in the receptacle (4) upon rotation of the driver (3), and a first securing member (5) configured to selectively secure the stopcock (A) in the receptacle (4).
