For example, Patent Document 1 describes a technique for removing dust that adheres to the heat transfer tubes of a waste heat boiler using a dust removal device. Patent Document 2 proposes a treatment device for mercury-containing materials that heat-treats mercury-containing dust to remove mercury. The treatment device in Patent Document 2 includes a screw conveyor that transports kiln dust and the like supplied from a hopper, an externally heated kiln that indirectly heats the mercury-containing dust supplied from the screw conveyor, and a sieving device that sieves the mercury-removed dust and grinding media discharged from the externally heated kiln. It is proposed that the mercury-removed dust obtained by the sieving device is used as a cement raw material, and the remaining grinding media is returned to the hopper by a conveying device. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2014-126329 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2019-51494 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In cement manufacturing facilities, due to factors such as equipment costs and layout, solids may have to be transported within the facility. A belt conveyor is an example of a solids transport means with low equipment costs. However, the dust adhering from the heat transfer tube as in Patent Document 1 and the heat-treated dust as in Patent Document 2 are very hot and dry, so if they are transported as they are by a belt conveyor, the heat resistance and dust generation of the belt conveyor may become a problem. On the other hand, if hot dust is mixed with water to cool it, water vapor will be generated by the heat, and there is a concern that a large amount of dust will be ejected and scattered together with the water vapor.

[0005] In view of this, the present disclosure provides a dust treatment device capable of smoothly cooling dust so as to enable stable transport. Also, a cement clinker manufacturing device including such a dust treatment device and capable of stably manufacturing cement clinker. Also, a cement clinker manufacturing method capable of stably manufacturing cement clinker. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The present disclosure provides a dust treatment device comprising: a mixing section that mixes dust used in a cement manufacturing facility with a water-containing fluid to generate water vapor; a flow path into which the fluid containing dust and water vapor from the mixing section flows; a sprinkling section that sprinkles water into the flow path; and a recovery section that recovers a slurry produced in the flow path, the slurry containing dust and water from the sprinkling section.

[0007] The above dust treatment device includes a mixing section that mixes dust with a water-containing fluid, and therefore can smoothly cool high-temperature dust and transport it while suppressing dust generation. In addition, the water spray section sprays water into the flow path into which the water vapor generated in the mixing section and the dust-containing fluid flow, so that the flow path can be prevented from being blocked and the mixing section can be operated stably. In the flow path, the dust entrained by the water vapor smoothly becomes a slurry, and can be collected as a slurry in the collection section. In this way, even if the dust is at a high temperature, the above dust treatment device can smoothly cool the dust and stably transport it as dust or as a slurry.

[0008] The water sprinkler unit preferably has a plurality of outlets for spouting water into the flow path, whereby dust entrained in the water vapor can be sufficiently converted into a slurry and collected.

[0009] The water sprinkler unit is preferably configured to eject water in the form of a spray into the flow path, thereby enabling water to be sprinkled over a wide area within the flow path, so that dust entrained in the water vapor can be sufficiently slurried and collected.

[0010] The flow channel preferably has a sloped portion that is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, which makes it possible to prevent the slurry generated in the flow channel from stagnating and to smoothly discharge the slurry from the flow channel.

[0011] The dust introduced into the mixing section may have a temperature of 150° C. or more. The dust treatment device preferably includes a supply section for spraying a water-containing fluid inside the mixing section. By including such a supply section, the dust can be smoothly cooled even in the mixing section.

[0012] The dust introduced into the mixing section preferably includes dust recovered from an exhaust heat power generation device that generates power using dust-containing exhaust gas as a heat source. High-temperature dust is recovered from the exhaust heat power generation device, but even such high-temperature dust can be cooled sufficiently smoothly. Therefore, the dust recovered from the exhaust heat power generation device can be cooled and transported stably.

[0013] The dust introduced into the mixing section preferably includes dust with reduced volatile components obtained by heating dust containing volatile components to reduce the volatile components. Even if the dust with reduced volatile components after heating is at a high temperature, the dust processing device can sufficiently and smoothly cool such dust. Therefore, the dust with reduced volatile components can be stably transported.

[0014] The present disclosure provides a cement clinker manufacturing apparatus including any one of the dust treatment devices described above. Since such a cement clinker manufacturing apparatus includes any one of the dust treatment devices described above, it is possible to stably manufacture cement clinker.

[0015] The present disclosure provides a method for producing cement clinker using the above-mentioned cement clinker production apparatus. Since the method uses the above-mentioned cement clinker production apparatus, the method can stably produce cement clinker. Effect of the Invention

[0016] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a dust treatment device capable of smoothly cooling dust and stably transporting the dust even when the dust is at a high temperature. In addition, it is possible to provide a cement clinker manufacturing device capable of stably manufacturing cement clinker by including such a dust treatment device. In addition, it is possible to provide a cement clinker manufacturing method capable of stably manufacturing cement clinker by using such a cement clinker manufacturing device. [0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings as needed. However, the following embodiment is merely an example for explaining the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention to the following content.

[0019] The dust treatment device according to one embodiment treats dust used in a cement manufacturing facility. Examples of dust used in a cement manufacturing facility include dust generated in various devices in the cement manufacturing facility, and dust accepted as a powdered raw material and auxiliary material in the cement manufacturing facility. Specifically, examples of dust include dust recovered in an exhaust heat power generation device (exhaust heat boiler) provided in the cement manufacturing facility, clinker dust generated in a cement kiln or the like and collected in a chlorine bypass device, dust obtained as coarse powder in a classifier or the like in a chlorine bypass facility, dust collected in an electric dust collector, dust captured and collected in a bag filter, and coal ash and incineration ash accepted as a type of cement raw material.

[0020] 1, the dust treatment device 100 treats dust recovered by an exhaust heat power generation device 61 that uses exhaust gas generated in a cement production facility as a heat source. An example of the exhaust gas is exhaust gas discharged from a suspension preheater in a cement clinker production device.

[0021] The dust treatment device 100 comprises a mixing section 10 that mixes dust recovered in an exhaust heat power generation device 61 with a water-containing fluid to generate water vapor, a flow path 20 into which the fluid containing dust and water vapor derived from the mixing section 10 flows, a sprinkling section 30 that sprinkles water into the flow path 20, and a recovery section 40 that recovers a slurry produced in the flow path 20 that contains dust and water from the sprinkling section 30.

[0022] The dust is introduced into the mixing section 10 from the inlet 11. The temperature of the dust when introduced into the mixing section 10 may be, for example, 120°C or higher, or 150°C or higher. Such high-temperature dust is usually dry, so if it is transported directly on a belt conveyor, dust will be generated. A supply section 35 is connected to the mixing section 10, and the supply section 35 sprays a water-containing fluid inside the mixing section 10. In the mixing section 10, the water-containing fluid from the supply section 35 is mixed with the dust, and the dust is cooled. By cooling the high-temperature dust in this manner, the dust can be transported with high safety.

[0023] The mixing section 10 may be, for example, a kneader equipped with an internal stirring mechanism. In the mixing section 10, the dust is cooled by mixing with a water-containing fluid. In the mixing section 10, the dust cooled to, for example, 100° C. or less is discharged from an outlet 13 of the mixing section 10 and transported by a belt conveyor 12. The moisture concentration of the dust discharged from the mixing section 10 may be higher than that before it was introduced into the mixing section 10. This can suppress dust generation.

[0024] When the dust cooled in the mixer 10 is used as a cement raw material, the dust may be transported by the belt conveyor 12, for example, to a raw material silo, or to a blending section where cement raw materials are blended. The dust transported by the belt conveyor 12 is cooled more sufficiently than when it was collected by the exhaust heat power generation device 61. This allows the dust to be transported with high safety. Therefore, by using the dust processing device 100, it is possible to transport the dust with reduced equipment costs.

[0025] In the mixing section 10, water vapor is generated because dust exceeding 100°C comes into contact with water. By releasing the water vapor through the flow path 20 connected to the mixing section 10, the internal pressure of the mixing section 10 increases, suppressing the blowing out of water vapor and dust from the outlet 13 and the like. At this time, the water vapor flows into the flow path 20 connected to the mixing section 10 while carrying the dust. The fluid containing water vapor and dust flows through the flow path 20. The flow path 20 includes a pipe 21 through which the fluid containing water vapor and dust flows. Since the fluid flowing into the flow path 20 contains water vapor, the dust contains moisture and is likely to adhere to the inner wall of the pipe 21 constituting the flow path 20. Once such dust adheres to the inner wall, the dust attached to the inner wall may dry due to the high-temperature fluid that flows in later, forming a strong attachment. Even if the dust does not dry, the dust may continue to adhere and grow, which may cause blockage. If the flow path 20 is blocked, the internal pressure of the mixing section 10 increases, causing water vapor and dust to be blown out from the outlet 13, etc. In this case, the operation of the mixing section 10 must be stopped, and accordingly, the operation of the exhaust heat power generation device 61 must be adjusted, resulting in a large loss in the amount of power generation.

[0026] Therefore, the pipe 21 constituting the flow path 20 in this example is connected to the water sprinkler unit 30, which sprinkles water inside the pipe 21 (flow path 20). As a result, the dust that flows into the flow path 20 from the mixing unit 10 is captured by the water and becomes a slurry. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the adhesion of dust inside the pipe 21 (flow path 20). The slurry generated in the pipe 21 is collected in the collection unit 40 via the slurry discharge flow path 42 connected to the pipe 21 (flow path 20). The collection unit 40 may be a container such as a tank. The slurry collected in the collection unit 40 may be mixed with the water-containing fluid sprayed from the supply unit 35 to the mixing unit 10, or may be sprayed into the feed chute of the raw material mill. As a result, the dust contained in the slurry can be used as a cement raw material. In addition, by using the collected slurry in the mixing unit 10 or the feed chute of the raw material mill, the industrial water used in these facilities can be reduced.

[0027] FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an example of a connection between the water sprinkler unit 30 and the flow path 20. A fluid 50 containing dust and water vapor flows from left to right through the pipe 21 constituting the flow path 20. The water sprinkler unit 30 includes a water sprinkler pipe 32 that spouts water 54. The water sprinkler pipe 32 is inserted into a through hole formed in the upper part of the pipe 21 constituting the flow path 20. An outlet 34 is formed at the tip of the water sprinkler pipe 32, and the water 54 is spouted from the outlet 34 into the inside of the flow path 20 (pipe 21). Industrial water can be used as the water 54. The water 54 may contain a small amount of liquid components other than water.

[0028] The water 54 discharged from the outlet 34 collides with the water vapor and dust particles 51 contained in the fluid 50 flowing through the flow path 20. As a result, the water vapor is cooled and condensed, and flows down to the lower part of the pipe 21. The dust particles 51 also fall to the lower part of the pipe 21 due to contact with the discharged water. In this way, a slurry 53 containing dust particles 51 and water is generated at the lower part of the pipe 21. The mechanism of generation of the slurry 53 is not particularly limited, and for example, water generated by condensing water vapor may adhere to the dust particles 51 and flow down to become the slurry 53. When the dust particles 51 have a temperature higher than 100° C., the water 54 may also be vaporized once. Thereafter, the temperature of the water 54 decreases as it flows through the pipe 21, and the water 54 may become a part of the slurry 53.

[0029] The water sprinkler unit 30 sprinkles water 54 in a spray form from the outlet 34 into the pipe 21 that constitutes the flow path 20. This allows the water to be sprinkled in fine particles over a wide area within the pipe 21, making it easier for the water to come into contact with the dust. Therefore, the dust entrained in the water vapor can be sufficiently turned into a slurry. A spray nozzle may be used for the outlet 34. The shape of the water 54 sprayed from the outlet 34 may be a cone shape or a fan shape.

[0030] 2, the spray angle θ1 of the spray when viewed in a vertical cross section passing through the discharge port 34 and cutting along the longitudinal direction of the pipe 21 may be 30° or more, 40° or more, or 50° or more. This allows the dust particles 51 contained in the fluid 50 to be sufficiently contacted with the water 54. From the viewpoint of promoting the flow of the slurry 53, the spray angle θ1 of the spray may be less than 90°.

[0031] The sprinkler pipe 32 is inclined with respect to the piping 21. The angle θ2 between the flow direction (x direction) of the fluid 50 in the piping 21 and the longitudinal direction (y direction) of the sprinkler pipe 32, measured in a direction rotating vertically downward (clockwise in FIG. 2) with the flow direction (x direction) of the fluid 50 as a reference, may be, for example, 5 to 90°. This angle θ2 is preferably 5 to 70°, more preferably 10 to 60°, and further preferably 15 to 45°. This improves the fluidity of the slurry 53 by the sprinkler pipe 32 from the discharge port 34, and the slurry 53 can be sufficiently smoothly discharged from the discharge port 24. In addition, the flow of the fluid 50 can be prevented from being blocked.

[0032] The pipe 21 forms a gradient section 22 that is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane. In this manner, the flow path 20 has the gradient section 22, which can prevent the slurry 53 from stagnation. The gradient section 22 (pipe 21) has an inclination angle θ3 with respect to the horizontal plane of preferably 5° or more, more preferably 10° or more, and further preferably 15° or more. This allows the slurry 53 to flow smoothly by the action of gravity and be discharged from the outlet 24. The inclination angle θ3 is preferably 45° or less, and more preferably 30° or less. This allows the slurry 53 to flow in a wide range in the pipe 21, which makes it easier for the slurry and dust to come into contact with each other. This makes it easier to collect the dust.

[0033] From the viewpoint of promoting the flow of the slurry 53, the inclination angle (θ2+θ3) of the sprinkler pipe 32 with respect to the horizontal plane may be less than 90°, preferably 10 to 80°, or may be 20 to 70°.

[0034] At the lower end of the pipe 21, an outlet 24 is formed for discharging the slurry 53 from the pipe 21. The slurry 53 flows from the outlet 24 into the slurry discharge flow passage 42 shown in FIG. 1 and is collected in the collection section 40. The flow passage 20 of this example has, as the gradient section 22, the pipe 21 that is inclined so as to become lower from the upstream to the downstream with the flow direction of the fluid 50 as a reference, but is not limited thereto. For example, the flow passage 20 may have a gradient section that is inclined so as to become higher from the upstream to the downstream with the flow direction of the fluid 50 as a reference. As a result, the slurry 53 generated in the flow passage 20 may be returned to the mixing section 10, or an outlet may be provided in the flow passage between the mixing section 10 and the pipe 21 so that the slurry can be collected in the collection section 40.

[0035] As shown in Fig. 2, the flow path 20 may have a through hole 26 and a lid 27 that covers the through hole 26. For example, when the amount of the slurry 53 discharged from the outlet 24 decreases, the lid 27 is removed from the pipe 21 to open the through hole 26, and the presence or absence of blockage in the inside of the flow path 20 can be inspected. The outlet 24 is preferably formed on the upper side of the pipe 21. This allows the lid 27 to be removed from the through hole 26 and the inside of the flow path 20 to be inspected while the dust treatment device 100 is continuing to operate. A nozzle for spraying high-pressure water may be inserted from the through hole 26 to wash away dust particles 51 adhering to the inner wall of the pipe 21 and the remaining slurry 53 with the high-pressure water.

[0036] The pipe 21 that constitutes the flow path 20 and to which the water sprinkling unit 30 is connected is not limited to a straight pipe shape, and may have a bent portion such as an L-shape or a U-shape. If the flow path that transports the fluid 50 containing dust particles 51 has a bent portion, the dust particles 51 tend to adhere to the bent portion, which may cause blockage. However, since the water sprinkling unit 30 is connected to the pipe 21 of this example, adhesion of the dust particles 51 is suppressed. Even if the dust particles 51 adhere, they can be made to flow by water sprinkling and discharged from the outlet 24. If a through hole 26 is provided at or near the bent portion, even if the dust particles 51 adhere to the bent portion or the slurry 53 remains, they can be easily removed.

[0037] The flow path 20 has a riser pipe 23 downstream of the pipe 21. A fluid 55 (second fluid) obtained by removing at least a part of the dust particles 51 from a fluid 50 (first fluid) flows through the pipe 23 downstream of the pipe 21 and is introduced into a downstream device (e.g., an electric dust collector, etc.). The fluid 55 has a lower dust concentration and a lower temperature than the fluid 50. As shown in FIG. 1, the fluid 55 may be merged with an exhaust gas from an exhaust heat power generation device 61 and introduced into an electric dust collector (EP). In the riser pipe 23, the water vapor remaining in the fluid 55 may be cooled and condensed by passing through the pipe, and may be discharged from the outlet 24 as a slurry 53 containing the dust particles 51.

[0038] A suction fan may be connected to the downstream side of the rising pipe 23. The flow of the fluid 50 and the fluid 55 in the flow path 20 can be promoted by sucking in the gas with this suction fan. A flow rate measuring unit for the slurry 53 may be provided in the outlet 24 to detect the presence or absence of adhesion of dust particles 51 in the flow path 20 or the degree of adhesion, the presence or absence or the degree of retention of the slurry 53, or the presence or absence or the degree of blockage by the dust particles 51 or the slurry 53, according to the measured flow rate. In addition, a pressure measuring unit may be provided in the mixing unit 10 to detect the degree of adhesion, retention, or blockage of the dust or slurry 53 in the flow path 20 according to the pressure measured in the mixing unit 10.

[0039] It is preferable that the tip of the sprinkler pipe 32 does not protrude from the inner wall of the flow path 20 (piping 21) into the inside of the flow path 20. This can prevent the sprinkler pipe 32 from interfering with the flow of the fluid 50 in the flow path 20. Also, it can prevent dust particles 51 from adhering to the sprinkler pipe 32. The base end side of the sprinkler pipe 32 may be connected to a pump that supplies water, or to a pipe that supplies industrial water. Also, water may be supplied from a tank located at an elevated position by utilizing head pressure. This allows the sprinkler pipe 32 to continuously sprinkle water inside the flow path 20.

[0040] In FIG. 2, only one sprinkler pipe 32 is shown, but as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of sprinkler pipes 32 may be provided. This provides a plurality of water outlets 34 in the pipe 21, and even if the length of the pipe 21 is long, the slurry 53 can be sufficiently smoothly discharged from the outlet 24. The pipe 21 may also be provided with a plurality of outlets 24. For example, if an inclined pipe and a rising pipe, each inclined so that the downstream side is lower than the horizontal plane, are alternately arranged, and an outlet 24 is provided at the connection between the inclined pipe and the rising pipe, the transport distance of the fluid 50 (fluid 55) can be sufficiently long. That is, the transport distance of the fluid 50 (fluid 55) through the flow path 20 can be sufficiently long.

[0041] When viewed along the flow direction of the fluid 50 (fluid 55), the interval between adjacent sprinkler pipes 32 (outlets 24) along the flow direction may be, for example, 0.5 to 10 m, or 2 to 7 m. When three or more sprinkler pipes 32 (outlets 24) are provided, the interval between adjacent sprinkler pipes 32 (outlets 24) along the flow direction does not have to be uniform. It may be appropriately adjusted in consideration of the presence or absence of bends, the state of dust adhesion, etc.

[0042] In the dust processing device 100, the fluid containing the water vapor generated by contacting the high-temperature dust with water in the mixing section 10 and the dust entrained in the water vapor can be sufficiently cooled by spraying water from the water spraying section 30. Then, the dust contained in the fluid is collected as a slurry. This sufficiently prevents the clogging of the flow path by the dust and the slurry containing the dust. Therefore, by providing the dust processing device 100, the high-temperature dust can be smoothly cooled to prevent dust generation, and the dust and slurry 53 can be transported stably with high safety.

[0043] Fig. 3 is a diagram showing another example of a dust treatment apparatus. When dust containing volatile components is heated, dust with reduced volatile components is obtained. Here, mercury-containing dust is taken as an example of dust containing volatile components for explanation. In the dust treatment apparatus 101, dust (reduced mercury dust) obtained by reducing mercury from mercury-containing dust in a heating device 63 that heats the mercury-containing dust is introduced into a mixing section 10. Meanwhile, the gas containing mercury separated from the dust in the heating device 63 flows through a bag filter 82, a cooling tower 84, and an adsorption tower 86 filled with activated carbon. In this way, mercury is recovered.

[0044] In the dust treatment device 101, dust (reduced mercury dust) having a temperature of, for example, 300° C. or higher is introduced into the mixing section 10. Such high-temperature dust is also sufficiently cooled in the mixing section 10. Therefore, by treating high-temperature dust in the dust treatment device 101, the dust can be transported with high safety. The device configuration after the mixing section 10 of the dust treatment device 101 may be the same as that of the dust treatment device 100. Since the description of the dust treatment device 100 is applicable here, the overlapping description will be omitted. In this example, the dust cooled in the mixing section 10 and transported by the belt conveyor 12 may be used as a cement raw material as in the above example, or may be mixed with gypsum in cement clinker to obtain a cement composition. In addition, although mercury-containing dust is given as an example of a volatile component, other volatile components may be used. For example, chlorine-containing dust may be used. When chlorine-containing dust is used, chlorine is separated from the dust by the heating device 63. The chlorine in the separated chlorine-containing gas is condensed and solidified into dust by cooling. The dust containing concentrated chlorine thus obtained can be collected using a bag filter.

[0045] Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a schematic diagram of an example of a cement clinker manufacturing apparatus equipped with the dust treatment device 100. The cement clinker manufacturing apparatus 150 in Fig. 4 includes a preheating and calcining section 70 in which cement raw materials are introduced and which preheats and calcines the cement raw materials, a calcination section 90 in which the preheated and calcined cement raw materials are calcined to obtain cement clinker, and a cooling section 91 (clinker cooler) in which the cement clinker obtained in the calcination section 90 is cooled. The preheating and calcining section 70 includes four cyclones C1, C2, C3, and C4 (preheaters) and a calciner 72.

[0046] The kiln end 92 of the cement kiln 96 and the calciner 72 of the preheating calcination section 70 are connected by a rising duct 74. An extraction port 81 for extracting the kiln exhaust gas flowing through the kiln end 92 and the rising duct 74 is provided between them (at the boundary). A flow path 89 of the chlorine bypass section 80 is connected to the extraction port 81. By providing the chlorine bypass section 80, the cement clinker manufacturing apparatus 150 can reduce the volatile components in the calcination section 90.

[0047] In the chlorine bypass section 80, the extracted gas extracted from the extraction port 81 is cooled in the cooling section 83. By cooling, volatilized chlorine content such as KCl and NaCl in the cement clinker manufacturing apparatus 150 is precipitated. A suction fan 87 is provided downstream of the dust collection section 85, and the chlorine content precipitated in the cooling section 83 is collected in the dust collection section 85 as clinker dust. The dust collection section 85 may be, for example, a bag filter. In this way, the chlorine content in the cement clinker manufacturing apparatus 150 is reduced. The position where the extraction port 81 is set is not particularly limited, and may be the rising duct 74 or the kiln butt 92.

[0048] The cement raw material introduced from the connection part between the cyclone C1 and the cyclone C2 of the preheating and calcining part 70 may contain the dust discharged from the mixing part 10 of the dust treatment device 100 and the solid content (dust) obtained by drying the slurry 53 recovered in the recovery part 40. Such cement raw material flows through the cyclone C1, the cyclone C2, the cyclone C3, the rising duct 74, the calciner 72, and the cyclone C4, and reaches the kiln end 92 of the cement kiln 96. In the cement kiln 96, the preheated and calcined cement raw material is heated by the combustion of the burner 94 provided on the rear end side of the cement kiln 96 to become cement clinker. The obtained cement clinker is cooled by the cooling gas in the clinker cooler of the cooling part 91. After being cooled in the clinker cooler, the cement clinker is discharged from the cement clinker manufacturing device 150.

[0049] On the other hand, exhaust gas is discharged from the preheating calcination section 70. This exhaust gas flows through a flow path 71 and is introduced into the exhaust heat power generation device 61. In the exhaust heat power generation device 61, power is generated by utilizing the heat of the exhaust gas. Since the exhaust gas contains dust, the dust adheres to, for example, the heat transfer tube of the exhaust heat power generation device 61. The adhered dust is detached from the heat transfer tube by, for example, hammering, and is introduced into the dust processing device 100. The dust and slurry discharged from the dust processing device 100 may be mixed with other raw materials in a blending device that blends cement raw materials, and then crushed in a raw material mill, and the crushed cement raw materials may be introduced into the preheating calcination section 70. The exhaust gas from the exhaust heat power generation device 61 is introduced into the electric dust collector 65 together with the exhaust gas (fluid 55) from the dust processing device 100.

[0050] Since the cement clinker manufacturing apparatus 150 includes the dust processing device 100, it is possible to prevent blockage of the pipe through which the water vapor containing dust flows and generation of dust during dust transportation. In addition, since the dust can be sufficiently cooled, the dust can be transported with high safety. Therefore, equipment troubles and the like are suppressed and the working environment is improved. Therefore, the cement clinker manufacturing apparatus 150 can continuously and stably manufacture cement clinker.

[0051] The cement clinker production apparatus 150 may include a heating device 63 and a dust treatment device 101 as shown in Fig. 3 instead of or in addition to the exhaust heat power generation device 61. This allows dust (reduced volatile component dust) obtained by reducing the volatile components of the volatile component-containing dust that contains volatile components to be used as a cement raw material.

[0052] The method for producing cement clinker according to one embodiment can be performed using a cement clinker production apparatus 150. The method for producing cement clinker includes a step of cooling dust in the mixing section 10 of the dust treatment device 100 (101), a preheating and calcining step of preheating and calcining the cement raw material containing the dust in the preheating and calcining section 70, a firing step of firing in the firing section 90, and a cooling step of cooling the fired product in the cooling section 91. The cement raw material used in the method for producing cement clinker may contain dust obtained by drying the slurry 53 obtained in the dust treatment device 100 (101). In this case, the method may include a step of spraying water on the fluid 50 containing the dust and water vapor generated in the mixing section 10, a step of recovering a slurry containing the dust and water obtained by the spraying step, and a step of recovering dust from the recovered slurry. The step of recovering the dust from the slurry may be carried out by introducing the cooling fluid containing the slurry from the supply section 35 into the mixing section 10, or by spraying the slurry together with water into the input chute of a raw material mill used to grind the cement raw material.

[0053] This manufacturing method can be performed using a cement clinker manufacturing apparatus 150 including the dust treatment device 100, or a modified example thereof. Therefore, the above-described description of the cement clinker manufacturing apparatus and the dust treatment device is also applied to the cement clinker manufacturing method of this embodiment.

[0054] In the above-mentioned method for producing cement clinker, cement clinker is produced by a cement clinker production apparatus equipped with the dust treatment device 100 (101). Therefore, cement clinker can be produced stably. In addition, since dust can be efficiently used as a cement raw material, cement clinker can be produced at low cost.

[0055] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. [Explanation of symbols]
