Fluid control valve and valve timing change device

Abstract

To prevent interference with a spool caused by excessively reducing a diameter of an annular leaf spring in a fluid control valve.SOLUTION: A fluid control valve V includes: a bottomed cylindrical sleeve 70 including an inflow port 74 through which a fluid flows in, communication ports 75 and 76 communicating with the outside so as to pass the fluid, a cylindrical inner peripheral surface 72 around a shaft line S, and an annular groove 72a formed in a region facing the inflow port on the inner peripheral surface; an annular leaf spring 100 formed to include an overlap region 100c in which a long leaf spring is bent annularly and one end-side region and the other end-side region are partially overlapped so as to open / close the inflow port, and disposed in the annular groove so as to reduce a diameter; a spool 80 which is disposed in a freely slidable manner on the inner peripheral surface within the sleeve and opens / closes the communication ports; and groove bottom parts 101a and 102a of slits 101 and 102 as diameter reduction regulation portions for regulating reduction of the diameter of the annular leaf spring 100 in excess of a predetermined inner diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
