Abstract
To mainly make a structure of a floor area where a unit bath is installed to be simplest, further, to make it possible to install the unit bath in its finished state by sliding it manually inside a building unit in a factory.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a building unit 1 in which a living room floor 17 and a unit bath 15 are installed in a floor frame 8 having a metal floor girder 6, and a plurality of metal floor small beams 11-13. The floor small beams 11 under the living room floor 17 are arranged vertically. The floor small beams 12, 13 under the unit bath 15 are arranged horizontally at a lower position within a height range 21 of the floor girder 6. Between the floor girder 6 and the horizontally oriented floor small beam 13, one or more wooden auxiliary joists 22 are installed. The auxiliary joists 22 are secured with the end 22a on the floor small beam 13 side, which is thinner than the end 22b on the floor girder 6 side, within a height range 23 of the floor small beam 13, abutting the side 13c of the floor small beam 13 from a side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
