Abstract
To provide a radiographic imaging device which can insulate the heat from a subject and suppress the back scattering ray.SOLUTION: A radiographic imaging device 1 comprises: a sensor board 12; a conversion layer 14; a heat insulation member 62; and a top plate 120B. In the sensor board 12, a plurality of pixels 30 that accumulate electric charges generated according to the radiation are formed in a pixel region 35 of a flexible substrate 11. The conversion layer 14 is provided on a surface where the pixel of the substrate 11 is formed and converts the radiation into light. The heat insulation member 62 is provided on a surface opposite to the surface on the sensor board 12 side of the conversion layer 14 and contains hollow silica. A top plate 120B is provided on a surface opposite to the surface on the conversion layer 14 side of the heat insulation member 62 and reinforces the rigidity of the substrate 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
