To perform obstacle handling processing according to operation speed of turning operation of a turning body.SOLUTION: An obstacle handling processing unit 31 of a construction machine 1 determines a level of operation speed of a turning body 3 during turning operation, performs predetermined obstacle handling processing on condition that an obstacle candidate is continuously detected in a detection object region a plurality of prescribed times in a situation that the operation speed is determined to be low, and performs the predetermined obstacle handling processing until the number of detection reaches the plurality of prescribed times on condition that the obstacle candidate is detected in the detection object region in a situation that the operation speed is determined to be high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
