Abstract
To provide a server device that contributes to more reliable evacuation of an evacuation-action-required person. A server device includes: a support-required-person determination unit; and an evacuation action control unit. The support-required-person determination unit controls to determine, from at least one or more support-required-persons on a support recipient list of a first supporter of a plurality of supporters, a first support-required-person for which the first supporter supports the evacuation action. The evacuation action control unit sends a support starting instruction including information related to the first support-required-person to a first terminal of the first supporter.
