Abstract

This information-providing system is, for example, equipped with a detection unit (22) and a provision unit (24). The detection unit (22) detects the number of elevator users on each of a plurality of floors between which it is possible to move by using an elevator. The provision unit (24) provides building information pertaining to one or more of the plurality of floors on the basis of the number of people detected by the detection unit (22). The present disclosure makes it possible to effectively use information pertaining to users moving via elevator.
