Abstract

To provide a shot treatment device capable of detecting a phase and a rotation number of a rotation shaft.SOLUTION: A shot treatment device 1 performs shot treatment to an object W. The shot treatment device 1 comprises: a rotation table 5 on which an object W is mounted; a drive part 6 for rotating the rotation table 5; and a detection part 10. The rotation table 5 has a rotation shaft 11, and a first gear 7 fixed to the rotation shaft 11. The drive part 6 comprises a drive shaft 21, and a second gear 8 fixed to the drive shaft 21. The first gear 7 and second gear 8 are arranged to engage each other. The first gear 7 has a mark indicating a reference position of rotation.
