Abstract

To provide an information processor capable of determining the state of a thermally conductive material located between a semiconductor device and a radiator.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a semiconductor device; a radiator; a thermally conductive material located between a semiconductor device and a radiator; a calculation unit; and a determination unit. The calculation unit calculates the thermal resistance between the semiconductor device and the heat-dissipation environment based on the temperature of the semiconductor device, the temperature of the heat-dissipation environment including the radiator, and the power consumption of the semiconductor device. The determination unit determines the state of the thermally conductive material based on a comparison result compared the thermal resistance with a reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
