[0015] The technical solution of the present invention will be further described below through specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0016] As shown in Figs. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a current collecting member including a main structure 1 and an extraction structure 2 for extracting a current. The main structure 1 is disposed at one end of the electrode assembly 100, and the main structure 1 is parallel or substantially parallel to a side surface 105 of the electrode assembly and extends along the width direction of the electrode assembly 100. The main structure 1 and the extraction structure 2 are integrally formed, and the main structure 1 curves toward a direction away from the cover plate assembly 102 relative to the extraction structure 2. The tab portion 101 curves toward a side of the main structure 1 away from the electrode assembly 100 along one end of the main structure 1 in the width direction and is connected to the main structure 1. The main structure 1 further includes a protective member 13. The material of the protective member 13 includes at least one of polypropylene, ethylene phthalate, and polyimide. The protective member 13 covers the side of the main structure 1 close to the electrode assembly 100, curves along one end of the main structure 1 in the width direction, and wraps around a corner portion of the main structure 1 in the thickness direction.

[0017] In this embodiment, FIG. 1 shows the structure of the current collecting member, and the directions indicated by the arrows in FIG. 1 are the length, width, and thickness directions of the main structure 1. Please refer to FIG. 7 for a schematic diagram of the connection between the current collecting member and the electrode assembly 100. The electrode assembly 100 is a rectangular parallelepiped battery, and the directions indicated by the arrows in FIG. 7 are the length, width, and thickness directions of the electrode assembly 100. The main structure 1 of the current collecting member is disposed at one end in the length direction of the electrode assembly 100, and is parallel or substantially parallel to the side 105 of the electrode assembly. The lead-out structure 2 is connected to the cover plate assembly 102, and the main structure 1 is curved in a direction away from the cover plate assembly 102 relative to the lead-out structure 2 and extends along the width direction of the electrode assembly 100. The tab portion 101 led out from the electrode assembly 100 is curved around one side in the width direction of the main structure 1 and connected to the side of the main structure 1 away from the electrode assembly 100. It should be understood that, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, referring to Fig. 10, the directions indicated by the arrows in Fig. 10 are the length and thickness directions of the electrode assembly 100, respectively. The thickness direction of the main structure 1 is the same as the length direction of the electrode assembly 100. When the tab portion 101 is connected to the main structure 1, the side of the main structure 1 close to the electrode assembly 100 and the corners in the thickness direction of the main structure 1 will wear out part of the tab portion 101. In order to prevent the tab portion from being worn out and damaged over time, a protective member 13 is provided on the side of the main structure 1 close to the electrode assembly 100 and the corners in the thickness direction of the main structure 1. This can reduce wear between the tab portion 101 and the main structure 1 and effectively protect the tab. The protective member 13 may be a back adhesive layer or a polyester-based material.

[0018] Optionally, at least a portion of the outer edge of the main structure 1 facing away from the electrode assembly 100 is provided with a receiving groove 12, the receiving groove 12 extending along the length of the main structure 1. The ratio of the depth of the receiving groove 12 to the thickness of the main structure 1 is in the range of 1 / 10 to 2 / 3.

[0019] As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the outer edge of the main structure 1 in the length direction away from the electrode assembly 100 may be at least partially provided with a receiving groove 12. The receiving groove 12 can partially reduce the thickness of the edge of the main structure 1 and reduce the amount of material used. At the same time, when the tab portion 101 is bent around the main structure 1, the curved portion of the tab portion 101 and the total thickness of the main structure 1 can be reduced. Referring to FIG. 10, when the tab portion 101 is bent around the main structure 1, the outer edge of the main structure 1 in the length direction away from the electrode assembly 100 is provided with a receiving groove 12 (not shown in FIG. 10), so that the curved portion of the tab portion 101 along the length direction of the main structure 1 and the total thickness of the main structure 1 are reduced, and the energy density of the electrode assembly 100 can be improved. In some embodiments, the ratio of the depth of the receiving groove 12 to the thickness of the main structure 1 may be within a range formed by any two of 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, or 2 / 3, but the present invention is not limited thereto. If the depth of the accommodation groove 12 is too deep, both ends in the width direction of the main structure 1 become thin, which affects the structural strength of the main structure 1. If the depth of the accommodation groove 12 is too shallow, the thickness of the curved portion of the tab portion 101 along the thickness direction of the main structure 1 and the entire main structure 1 become too large.

[0020] Optionally, the protective member 13 at least partially covers the receiving groove 12. It should be understood that the protective member 13 serves the function of protecting the tab portion 101 and reducing wear between the tab portion 101 and the main structure 1. The protective member 13 has a certain thickness, and the groove depth of the receiving groove 12 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the protective member 13. In this way, after the protective member 13 covers the receiving groove 12, the protective member 13 does not protrude from the surface of the main structure 1, and therefore does not affect the overall size of the current collecting member in the thickness direction.

[0021] Optionally, a protective part 1011 is sleeve-connected onto the tab portion 101 , and one side of the protective part 1011 is attached to the side of the main structure 1 away from the electrode assembly 100 .

[0022] 7 and 10, the protective part 1011 is sleeved onto the tab portion 101, and the protective part 1011 is welded and joined to the side of the main structure 1 away from the electrode assembly 100. By not welding the tab portion 101 directly to the main structure 1, damage to the tab portion 101 is prevented.

[0023] Optionally, two sets of electrode assemblies 100 are installed. The tab portion 101 of one set of electrode assemblies 100 is pulled out in a direction away from the other set of electrode assemblies 100. The tab portions 101 of the two sets of electrode assemblies 100 are curved around both ends of the main structure 1 in the width direction, respectively.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the main structure 1 of this embodiment is connected to the tab portions 101 of the two electrode assemblies 100 correspondingly. The tab portions 101 of the two electrode assemblies 100 are curved around both ends in the width direction of the main structure 1, respectively. FIG. 10 of this embodiment shows the connection between the two electrode assemblies 100 and the main structure 1. The protective member 13 covers the side of the main structure 1 close to the electrode assembly 100, curves along both ends in the width direction of the main structure 1, and wraps around the two corners in the thickness direction. The two tab portions 101 at the same end of the two electrode assemblies 100 are connected and output through one current collecting member, which can reduce the number of current collecting members, improve the energy density of the electrode assembly 100, and reduce production costs. In another embodiment, a set of electrode assemblies 100 may be arranged, and the protective member 13 covers the side of the main structure 1 closer to the electrode assembly 100 and the corner portion of the main structure 1 on the curved side of the tab portion 101, but the present invention is not limited to the example of FIG. 10.

[0025] Optionally, the main structure 1 further comprises reinforcing ribs 11 , which extend along the length of the main structure 1 .

[0026] As shown in Fig. 3, the main structure 1 includes a reinforcing rib 11 in the longitudinal direction. The reinforcing rib 11 is disposed on the side of the main structure 1 away from the electrode assembly 100. The reinforcing rib 11 facilitates improving the structural strength of the main structure 1, and the shape of the reinforcing rib 11 may be a straight line, a wavy line, or other shapes or structures, etc., and is not limited to the shape shown in Fig. 3 of this embodiment.

[0027] The present embodiment further provides a battery including an electrode assembly 100, a cover plate assembly 102, and a current collecting member. The electrode assembly 100 includes a tab portion 101 extending from a side surface 105 of the electrode assembly 100, and the cover plate assembly 102 is installed on the upper surface of the electrode assembly 100. The cover plate assembly 102 includes a pole 103. The extension structure 2 is installed on the upper surface of the electrode assembly 100 and connected to the pole 103. The tab portion 101 is connected to the main structure 1.

[0028] As shown in Figs. 7 and 10, the main structure 1 of the current collecting member is parallel to the side surface 105 of the electrode assembly 100. The lead-out structure 2 is installed on the upper surface of the electrode assembly 100 and connected to a pole 103. The side of the main structure 1 close to the electrode assembly 100 and the corner portions in the thickness direction of the main structure 1 are both provided with protective members 13 (shown in Fig. 10). The tab portion 101 is curved along one end in the width direction of the main structure 1 and is connected to the side of the main structure 1 away from the electrode assembly 100. Wear between the current collecting member and the tab portion 101 of the battery is reduced, and the performance and life of the battery are significantly improved.

[0029] Optionally, the battery further includes a housing 104, which covers the outside of the two sets of electrode assemblies 100 and is fixedly connected to the cover plate assembly 102. As shown in Fig. 7, the above-mentioned battery further includes a housing 104, which is connected to the cover plate assembly 102 after covering the electrode assemblies 100, and mounts and protects the electrode assemblies 100 and other components.

[0030] The present embodiment further provides an electronic device including a plurality of the above-mentioned batteries, which has excellent performance, reduces wear between the tab portion 101 and the current collecting member, and has a long lifespan.
