Abstract

To provide a manufacturing method for a fiber-reinforced molded body that can suppress a division of each part when manufacturing the fiber-reinforced molded body having a complex three-dimensional shape.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a fiber-reinforced molded body having a core material containing reinforcing fibers and a matrix resin with embedded the core material includes: a fixing step R1 to fix a fiber assembly 14 as the core material along a peripheral surface 201 of a medium mold 20; and a taking-out step R2 to take out the fiber-reinforced molded body by dismantling, deforming or reducing the medium mold 20, after the fiber assembly 14 is embedded in the matrix resin. The medium mold 20 can have a recess 203 on the peripheral surface 201 that accommodates a thickness of the fiber assembly 14. The peripheral surface 201 can have a protrusion 205 that engages a through hole 143 in the fiber assembly 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
