Abstract

To provide a release film that allows a release layer to be uniformly applied and formed on a base film, and also excels in releasability from the release target layer.SOLUTION: A release film has a base film, and a release layer comprising an aqueous coating composition that has been reacted and solidified. The aqueous coating composition comprises water, reactive silicone, a silane coupling agent, a platinum catalyst, and a surfactant.
