Abstract

To provide a heater, a liquid discharging device and a printer that can reduce variation in blown air temperature.SOLUTION: A heater comprises: air blowing means 421 for blowing air through an air blowing port 431 onto a sheet material P to which liquid has been applied; and heating means 422 which is arranged outside of a flow channel member 430 forming a flow channel for air due to the air blowing means 421, and includes infrared irradiation means 441 for heating the sheet material P. In the heater, when a direction along the longer direction of the flow channel member 430 is the longer direction, heat absorptivity of an end 430b in the longer direction of the flow channel member 430 is higher than heat absorptivity of a central part 430a including a center in the longer direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
