Abstract

Suitable methods and reagents are applied for in vitro diagnostic assays, including quantitative immunohistochemical assays, using anti-globo-H antibodies and / or binding fragments thereof. The methods involve detecting globo-H expression levels in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) cancer tissue using a visualization system. Globo-H expression can be determined by using a tumor scoring system that indicates partial or complete staining at any intensity.
