Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an integrated revenue sharing platform, and more particularly to a system and method for sharing revenue among users based on quantified and / or qualified emotional data of the corresponding users. [Background technology]

[0002]

[0002] Traditionally, word-of-mouth marketing / advertising of a business is based on referrals given by existing users to new users. Furthermore, organizations use business models to financially reward users for successfully referring other users to use the business's products / services. These business models are beneficial for organizations and users who participate in the referral program. However, most of the revenue sharing methods are based on the total amount or sales of products referred. Furthermore, existing revenue sharing methods prioritize and motivate absolute product sales before the actual needs of customers. In addition, existing revenue sharing systems and methods do not consider the emotional state of users to provide any incentives or revenues. Also, existing systems and methods financially reward users that may generate negative cooperation among users. Most of the existing systems and methods in the medical field do not utilize digital referral programs to financially reward users for referrals.

[0003]

[0003] U.S. Patent No. 10,120,413 B2 filed by Aimone et al. discloses a training device having an input device and a wearable computing device having a biosignal sensor and a display for providing an interactive VR environment to a user. The biosignal sensor receives biosignal data from a user. The biosignal sensor includes an electroencephalogram sensor. VR may provide a computer simulation experience that replicates, creates, or augments an environment that simulates a physical presence in a real-world or non-real-world location. However, the training device disclosed in the Aimone et al. reference does not directly reinforce or motivate the user to encourage others to interact with the training device.

[0004]

[0004] U.S. Patent No. 9,983,670 B2 filed by Coleman et al. discloses a training method for enabling users to learn how to control their brainwaves to enable use of a BCI. The method reduces the learning curve for using the BCI. The method identifies characteristics of the user's brain state to determine the user's cognitive or emotional state, regardless of the user's ability to control the BCI. However, the training method disclosed in the Coleman et al. reference is ineffective because it does not encourage or reward other potential users to adopt the disclosed training method.

[0005]

[0005] Therefore, there is a need for a system and method that strongly motivates users to introduce the system to other potential users. Since the system must support the health and wellness of the users, the system needs to be persuasive and supported by a powerful revenue sharing financial model. There is a need to reinforce healthy behaviors that are measured and rewarded based on the quantified and qualified emotion data collected for each user. There is also a need for a system and method for sharing revenue among users based on the quantified and qualified emotion data of the corresponding users. Furthermore, there is a need for a system and method for sharing revenue among users based on the optimal experience of the users from a product or platform. Furthermore, there is a need for a system and method for motivating users based on the user's emotion improvement, the user's positive mental state, and the user's emotion score.

[0006]

[0006] Therefore, in light of the above, there is a long felt need in the industry to address the above-mentioned shortcomings and deficiencies.

[0007]

[0007] Further limitations and disadvantages of the conventional and conventional approaches will become apparent to those skilled in the art through a comparison of the described system with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as described in the remainder of this application and with reference to the drawings. In some embodiments, the actions include, but are not limited to, accessing the platform and purchasing a product. In some embodiments, a potential user performs an action by clicking on a referral.

[0043]

[0045] The first calculation module 208 calculates an individual subtotal score for each user using the quantified and qualified emotional data over a time interval. From this, an individual total score for each user using the qualified emotional data, quantified emotional data, and other health data over a time interval is calculated by the first calculation module 208. The time interval can be a week or a month or a year, and these total scores can be calculated periodically, for example monthly.

[0044]

[0046] The nth calculation module 210 calculates at least one subtotal score based on calculations performed on each user's referrals and a number of related referrals corresponding to each user, and calculates one or more subtotals based on a number of other parameters. The nth calculation module 210 calculates a subtotal score for each user based on the data of the individual users on the platform. In an embodiment, the nth calculation module 210 identifies all the referred users connected to each user and calculates a score for each based on the set parameters. For example, this may include a number of first generation referrals, a number of second generation referrals, a number of third generation referrals, and a number of nth generation referrals. Once the related referred users are identified, different calculations may be used to determine a score for each identified referred user. For example, a third generation referral may be multiplied with a smaller weight than a first generation referral. The nth calculation module 210 also calculates other types of subtotal scores based on the user's data or actions. The final calculation module 214 combines the individual subtotal scores calculated by the first calculation module with one or more subtotal scores calculated by the nth calculation module to obtain a single score for each user. A variety of sequences of operations may be used to perform this calculation.

[0045]

[0047] The revenue sharing module 212 determines a pool of revenue that is allocated for sharing among users and drawn from one or more corporate or third-party revenue streams. The amount may be a portion, a percentage, or some calculated amount derived from one or more revenue streams. The revenue sharing module 212 may use different calculation methods or formulas for different revenue streams. The calculation also considers only revenue from a particular time period. For example, the calculation may be performed weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly. The total revenue over this period would then be divided among eligible users based on further parameters.

[0046]

[0048] Further, the revenue sharing module 212 distributes a predefined amount of money to each user based on multiple parameters. This may reward users who perform better on the platform (have higher individual scores). Higher scores may be achieved by presenting / generating healthier physiological data, i.e., consistent healthier behaviors and habits results. Further, the revenue sharing module 212 may set rewards such that users receive the most credit for referring users to the platform. New users who sign up through down-chain referrals (second, third, or nth level referrals) may be given less credit.

[0047]

[0049] 3 illustrates a flowchart 300 of a method for distributing revenue among multiple users based on at least one of quantified and qualified emotion data of corresponding users according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the referral module facilitates users associated with the referrals to establish communication with each other. In some embodiments, the number of actions includes accessing the platform and purchasing the product. In some embodiments, the potential user performs the action by clicking on the referral.

[0050]

[0052] The method includes calculating 312, through a first calculation module, an individual subtotal score for each user using the quantified emotion data and the qualified emotion data over a time interval. The method includes calculating 314, through an nth calculation module, at least one subtotal score based on calculations performed on each user's referrals and a number of related referrals corresponding to each user, and calculating one or more subtotals based on a number of other parameters. The nth calculation module calculates a subtotal score for each user based on the data of the individual user on the platform. In an aspect, the method identifies all referred users connected to each user and calculates a score for each based on set parameters. For example, this may include a number of first generation referrals, a number of second generation referrals, a number of third generation referrals, and a number of nth generation referrals. Once related referred users are identified, different calculations may be used to determine a score for each identified referred user. For example, third generation referrals may be multiplied with a smaller weight than first generation referrals. The nth calculation module also calculates other types of subtotal scores based on the user's data or actions. The method includes, through a final calculation module, a step 316 of combining the individual subtotal scores calculated by the first calculation module with one or more subtotal scores calculated by the nth calculation module to obtain a single score for each user. Various sequences of operations may be used to perform this calculation.

[0051]

[0053] The method includes generating 318 revenue through a revenue sharing module when potential users perform a number of actions related to the platform and the product. The method includes distributing 320 a predefined amount of money through the revenue sharing module to each user based on a number of parameters. The parameters comprise at least one of the user's calculated emotion data score and a calculation involving scores of other users present in the user's network on the platform.

[0052]

[0054] Thus, the present system and method provides a revenue sharing and rewards based platform whereby users of the present wearable user devices can generate revenue for themselves based on a number of predefined parameters, and further, the revenue sharing and rewards based platform financially rewards users for optimal utilization of the system.

Claims

1. 1. A computer-implemented method for sharing revenue among users of a computing platform, comprising: receiving biorhythm data of a user from a wearable device, where the biorhythm data is collected via a sensor integrated into the wearable device; deriving emotion data from said biorhythm data; determining an emotion subtotal score for the user from the emotion data, wherein the emotion subtotal score is higher when the user submits or produces healthier biorhythm data than previously; sending introductions over a communications network to a plurality of potential users for performing a plurality of actions on the computing platform, wherein the plurality of actions includes accessing the computing platform; calculating at least one subtotal score based on the calculations performed on the referrals for each user; combining the subtotal scores for each user based on the individual user's data on the computing platform to form a referral subtotal score; receiving the referral subtotal scores of a plurality of referred users, where the plurality of referred users establish communication with the user; determining a revenue score based on the sentiment subtotal score and the referral subtotal score; attributing a portion of the revenue of the computing platform to the user based on the revenue score; A method comprising:

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of referred users is organized by the generation of each referral, and the weight of the referral subtotal score is increased the closer the generation of each referral from the user.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the emotion subtotal score for the user is calculated over a time interval.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the revenue score of the user is adjusted higher than before.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the biorhythm data is received in response to a request from an administrator of the computing platform.
