Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a unit room for a plumbing facility, and more particularly to a unit room for a plumbing facility that is assembled by joining a plurality of building materials together in a watertight manner. [Background technology]

[0002] Unit rooms for water-related facilities such as unit baths and unit-type shower rooms are generally manufactured by a knock-down method in which building materials such as flooring, wall materials, and ceilings are manufactured in advance at a factory, and these building materials are transported to a construction site and assembled there. Unlike general living rooms, such unit rooms for water-related facilities require reliable waterproofing, and the joints between each building material, such as flooring and wall materials, must be watertight. In conventional unit rooms for water-related facilities such as unit baths, in order to ensure the watertightness of the joints between flooring and wall materials, it is common to join the building materials together at the construction site and then apply a silicone adhesive to the joints to ensure the watertightness of the joints.

[0003] Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-317502 (Patent Document 1) describes a method for installing an equipment unit and a modular building with an equipment unit installed. In this equipment unit installation method, a hot-melt type sealant that is heated and softened is applied to the gap between the equipment unit and the surrounding building components, and the gap between the equipment unit and the surrounding building components is sealed by this sealant.

[0004] JP 2016-50431 A (Patent Document 2) describes a method for sealing between the floor and wall of a bathroom washing area. In this sealing method, a wall that forms the vertical wall surface of the bathroom is inserted into a groove provided in the floor of the bathroom washing area, and caulking material is injected into the gap between the groove and the wall through a caulking material supply nozzle. When the caulking material hardens, the gap between the floor and the wall is sealed, ensuring watertightness. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 10-317502 [Patent Document 2] JP 2016-50431 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, sealing with caulking material applied at the assembly site is difficult to completely control, and there is a problem that watertightness cannot be reliably ensured. For example, sealing with caulking material at the assembly site may not be able to ensure sufficient watertightness due to forgetting to apply caulking material, applying an insufficient amount of caulking material, or lack of skill of the installer. In addition, in the assembly of unit rooms for water-related equipment, high skill is required of the installer who applies caulking material to ensure reliable watertightness, and there is also a problem that there is a shortage of installers with sufficient skill.

[0007] On the other hand, packing can be used to ensure watertightness of the joints of the building materials that make up the unit room for water-related equipment. If the packing is manufactured in advance at a factory, watertightness can be achieved simply by inserting it into the gaps between the building materials at the assembly site, and there is little dependence on the skill of the installer.

[0008] However, to obtain watertightness using a packing, it is necessary to secure a sufficient crush allowance for the packing so that the packing can be pressed with sufficient force against the building material to be joined. However, since buildings in which unit rooms for water-related equipment are to be constructed have relatively large dimensional and shape errors, the gaps between the building materials that make up the unit room generally vary widely. It is difficult to fill such widely varying gaps while still securing a sufficient crush allowance for the packing. For this reason, the current situation is that packing cannot be used as is to seal parts of unit rooms for water-related equipment that require high watertightness.

[0009] In addition, to ensure watertightness of the joints of the building materials that make up the unit room for wet equipment, it is possible to use an adhesive such as butyl rubber. When sealing with an adhesive material such as butyl rubber, it is not necessary to secure a large crushing allowance like with packing to ensure watertightness, and it is possible to easily fill the gap and ensure watertightness. For example, it is possible to attach a butyl rubber tape to the joints of the building materials, peel off the release paper of the butyl rubber tape at the assembly site of the unit room for wet equipment, and adhere the building materials to each other with the butyl rubber.

[0010] However, when assembling building materials at an assembly site, positioning is rarely completed in one go, and it is common to adjust the position while temporarily assembling the building materials together, and then finally join the building materials together. However, when butyl rubber is used to adhere building materials together, it is difficult to peel off the parts that have been adhered together once, and it is not possible to adjust the position after the temporary assembly. In addition, if the parts that have been adhered together are forcibly peeled off, the adhesive layer of the butyl rubber is destroyed, and there is a risk that sufficient watertightness cannot be ensured when they are re-adhered. For this reason, adhesives such as butyl rubber are rarely used to seal building materials that make up unit rooms for water-related facilities.

[0011] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a unit room for a water-related facility that can ensure reliable watertightness without requiring any special skills from the installer, and a manufacturing method thereof. [Means for solving the problem]

[0012] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a unit room for plumbing facilities which is assembled by joining multiple building materials together in a watertight manner, comprising a first building material having a linear watertight adhesive layer formed at a joint where it is joined to another building material, and a second building material having a joint which is watertightly and re-adherable to the first building material, wherein the watertight adhesive layer is configured such that after the first building material and the second building material are once adhered to each other via the watertight adhesive layer, when the adhesion between the first building material and the second building material is peeled off, the entire watertight adhesive layer remains on the first building material side.

[0013] In the present invention thus configured, a linear watertight adhesive layer is formed at the joint of the first building material. The joint of the second building material is watertightly and re-adhesively adhered to the joint of the first building material via the watertight adhesive layer. The watertight adhesive layer is configured so that when the first building material and the second building material are adhered to each other and the adhesive is removed, the entire watertight adhesive layer remains on the first building material side.

[0014] According to the present invention configured in this way, the first and second building materials are watertightly joined by the watertight adhesive layer formed at the joint of the first building material, so that the watertightness of the building materials can be reliably controlled without relying on construction at the assembly site. In addition, since the first and second building materials are adhered by the watertight adhesive layer, watertightness can be ensured simply by the contact between the joint of the watertight adhesive layer and the second building material, and there is no need to provide a large crushing allowance for the watertight adhesive layer. Therefore, watertightness can be reliably ensured.

[0015] Furthermore, since the joint between the watertight adhesive layer and the second building material is watertight and re-adhesive, the second building material that has been adhered once can be peeled off from the watertight adhesive layer and its position adjusted during the assembly of the unit room for water-related equipment. That is, even if the watertight adhesive layer formed at the joint of the first building material is adhered to the joint of the second building material and then the joint between the first building material and the second building material is peeled off, the watertight adhesive layer remains on the first building material side without being destroyed and can be re-adhered. Therefore, during the assembly of the unit room for water-related equipment, the position of the building materials can be adjusted even after the first building material and the second building material have been adhered once.

[0016] In the present invention, the adhesive strength between the watertight adhesive layer and the first building material is preferably set to be stronger than the adhesive strength between the watertight adhesive layer and the second building material. According to the present invention thus configured, the adhesive strength between the watertight adhesive layer and the first building material is set to be stronger than the adhesive strength between the watertight adhesive layer and the second building material. Therefore, when the first and second building materials that have been joined together are peeled off, the entire watertight adhesive layer can be reliably left on the first building material side, and sufficient watertightness can be ensured even when re-adhesion is performed.

[0017] In the present invention, the watertight adhesive layer preferably comprises a strong adhesive layer that is adhered to the joint of a first building material, and a weak adhesive layer that is formed on the strong adhesive layer and is to be adhered to the joint of a second building material, and the adhesive strength of the strong adhesive layer is stronger than the adhesive strength of the weak adhesive layer.

[0018] According to the present invention thus configured, the watertight adhesive layer is provided with a strong adhesive layer and a weak adhesive layer, so that the adhesive strength of the watertight adhesive layer to the first building material can be made stronger than the adhesive strength to the second building material, and when the adhesive is peeled off, the watertight adhesive layer can be left on the first building material side without fail. Furthermore, by providing a strong adhesive layer and a weak adhesive layer, the adhesive strength of the watertight adhesive layer to the first building material and the adhesive strength to the second building material can be easily set.

[0019] In the present invention, preferably, the watertight adhesive layer is formed by applying a heated and liquefied adhesive in a continuous line shape to the joint of the first building material, and is watertightly and re-adherably adhered to the joint of the second building material after the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer has dropped to room temperature, and the adhesive strength between the first building material and the watertight adhesive layer is stronger than the adhesive strength between the second building material and the watertight adhesive layer.

[0020] In the present invention thus configured, a watertight adhesive layer is formed by applying a heated and liquefied adhesive to the joint of the first building material. After the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer thus formed is lowered to room temperature, the joint of the second building material is watertightly adhered to the watertight adhesive layer, thereby joining the first and second building materials. In addition, the watertight adhesive layer is configured such that, after the first and second building materials are once adhered to each other via the watertight adhesive layer, when the adhesion between the first and second building materials is peeled off, the entire watertight adhesive layer remains on the side of the first building material.

[0021] According to the present invention configured in this way, the first and second building materials are watertightly joined by the watertight adhesive layer formed at the joint of the first building material, so that the watertightness of the building materials can be reliably controlled without relying on construction at the assembly site.

[0022] Furthermore, since the joint between the watertight adhesive layer and the second building material is watertight and re-adhesive, the second building material that has been adhered once can be peeled off from the watertight adhesive layer and its position adjusted during the assembly of the unit room for water-related equipment.

[0023] In the present invention, the watertight adhesive layer is preferably formed by applying a heated and liquefied adhesive in a continuous line shape to the joint of the first building material, and is watertightly and re-adherably adhered to the joint of the second building material after the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer has dropped to room temperature, and a first contact area between the joint of the first building material and the watertight adhesive layer is set larger than a second contact area between the joint of the second building material and the watertight adhesive layer.

[0024] In the present invention configured in this manner, the watertight adhesive layer formed by applying a continuous line of heated and liquefied adhesive to the joint of the first building material has the property that its adhesive strength becomes stronger the larger the area of contact with the joint of the first building material and the second building material. Therefore, by utilizing the characteristics of the watertight adhesive layer and setting the first contact area between the joint of the first building material and the watertight adhesive layer larger than the second contact area between the joint of the second building material and the watertight adhesive layer, the adhesive strength of the first contact area can be made stronger than the adhesive strength of the second contact area, making it possible to make the second building material easier to peel off from the watertight adhesive layer than the first building material.

[0025] Therefore, after the first building material and the second building material are adhered together via the watertight adhesive layer, when the adhesion between the first building material and the second building material is peeled off, the entire watertight adhesive layer can remain on the side of the first building material without breaking, thereby preventing it from coming off together with the second building material. Therefore, when assembling building materials for a unit room for plumbing facilities, even if it becomes necessary to shift the relative positions of the first and second building materials that have been adhered together via the watertight adhesive layer, there is no need to reapply the watertight adhesive layer to the joints of each building material, thereby improving workability.

[0026] In addition, for example, there is no need to adjust the first building material to which the watertight adhesive layer has been applied in the factory, and it is only necessary to remove the adhesive from the first building material and assemble the second building material in the correct position, which makes it easier to assemble the unit room for plumbing equipment and improves assembly performance. As a result, it is possible to provide a unit room for plumbing facilities that does not require any special skills from the installer and that can ensure reliable watertightness.

[0027] In the present invention, preferably, the watertight adhesive layer is formed by applying a heated and liquefied adhesive in a continuous line shape to the joint of the first building material, and is adhered watertightly and re-adherably to the watertight adhesive layer at the joint of the second building material after the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer has dropped to room temperature, the joint of the first building material being provided with a strong adhesive region that maintains adhesion to the watertight adhesive layer, and the joint of the second building material being provided with a weak adhesive region that allows it to be peeled off from the watertight adhesive layer.

[0028] In the present invention configured in this manner, a strong adhesive region that maintains adhesion with the watertight adhesive layer is provided at the joint of the first building material, and a weak adhesive region that allows the joint of the second building material to be peeled off from the watertight adhesive layer is provided, thereby making it possible to create a difference (strength or weakness) in the adhesion between the watertight adhesive layer and the two building materials.

[0029] As a result, after the first and second building materials are adhered together via the watertight adhesive layer, when the adhesion between the first and second building materials is peeled off, the strong adhesive area at the joint of the first building material allows the adhesion between the first building material and the watertight adhesive layer to be maintained, while the weak adhesive area at the joint of the second building material allows the second building material to be peeled off from the watertight adhesive layer, so that the entire watertight adhesive layer remains on the side of the first building material without breaking, preventing it from coming off along with the second building material.

[0030] Therefore, when assembling building materials for a unit room for plumbing facilities, even if it becomes necessary to shift the relative positions of the first and second building materials that have been adhered together via the watertight adhesive layer, there is no need to reapply the watertight adhesive layer to the joints of each building material, thereby improving workability.

[0031] In addition, for example, there is no need to adjust the first building material to which the watertight adhesive layer has been applied in the factory, and it is only necessary to remove the adhesive from the first building material and assemble the second building material in the correct position, which makes it easier to assemble the unit room for plumbing equipment and improves assembly performance.

[0032] Furthermore, the weak adhesive area of the second building material reduces the force required to peel the watertight adhesive layer from the second building material, thereby expanding the options for adhesives that can be used to make up the watertight adhesive layer. As a result, it is possible to provide a unit room for plumbing facilities that does not require any special skills from the installer and that can ensure reliable watertightness.

[0033] In the present invention, the watertight adhesive layer is preferably formed by applying a heated and liquefied adhesive in a continuous line shape to the joint of the first building material, and is characterized in that a detachment prevention portion is provided at the joint of the second building material, which is watertight and re-adheres to the watertight adhesive layer after the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer has dropped to room temperature, and which prevents the watertight adhesive layer from detaching from the joint of the first building material.

[0034] In the present invention configured in this manner, after the first building material and the second building material are adhered together via the watertight adhesive layer, when the adhesion between the first building material and the second building material is peeled off, the anti-detachment section provided at the joint of the first building material prevents the watertight adhesive layer from detaching from the joint of the first building material, so that the entire watertight adhesive layer remains on the side of the first building material without breaking, thereby preventing it from coming off together with the second building material.

[0035] Therefore, when assembling building materials for a unit room for plumbing facilities, even if it becomes necessary to shift the relative positions of the first and second building materials that have been adhered together via the watertight adhesive layer, there is no need to reapply the watertight adhesive layer to the joints of each building material, thereby improving workability.

[0036] In addition, for example, there is no need to adjust the first building material to which the watertight adhesive layer has been applied in the factory, and it is only necessary to remove the adhesive from the first building material and assemble the second building material in the correct position, which makes it easier to assemble the unit room for plumbing equipment and improves assembly performance. As a result, it is possible to provide a unit room for plumbing facilities that does not require any special skills from the installer and that can ensure reliable watertightness.

[0037] In the present invention, preferably, one of the first and second building materials is a floor material constituting a unit room for plumbing facilities, and the other of the first and second building materials is a plurality of wall materials that are adhered to the floor material, and these wall materials are adhered onto a continuous watertight adhesive layer formed on the floor material.

[0038] In a unit room for a water-related facility, the joint between the floor material and the wall material is the part that is most likely to be wet and requires high watertightness. According to the present invention configured as described above, the floor material and the wall material are watertightly joined by the watertight adhesive layer, so that the watertightness of the unit room for a water-related facility can be reliably guaranteed.

[0039] In addition, since multiple wall materials are adhered to the continuous watertight adhesive layer formed on the floor material, when an attempt is made to peel one wall material off the watertight adhesive layer of the floor material, the watertight adhesive layer is held down by the weight of the adjacent wall material, which further reduces the risk of the watertight adhesive layer peeling off from the floor material when peeling the wall material off from the floor material.

[0040] In the present invention, the first building material is preferably a frame material that stands up from the floor material of a unit room for plumbing facilities, and the second building material is preferably a plurality of wall materials that are connected to each other via the frame material.

[0041] According to the present invention configured in this manner, the watertight adhesive layer is formed on the frame material side, which is the first building material, so that the building material is easier to handle than if the watertight adhesive layer was formed on the wall material side, and the workability of assembling a unit room for plumbing facilities can be improved.

[0042] The present invention also provides a manufacturing method for a unit room for wet-related equipment, which is assembled by joining multiple building materials together in a watertight manner, and is characterized by having a watertight adhesive layer forming process in which a heated and liquefied adhesive is applied in a continuous line shape to the joint of a first building material to be joined to another building material, thereby forming a watertight adhesive layer at the joint of the first building material; a hardening process in which the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer formed in the watertight adhesive layer forming process is lowered to room temperature to stabilize the shape of the watertight adhesive layer so that the watertight adhesive layer exhibits elasticity and shape restorability; and an assembly process in which, at the site where the unit room for wet-related equipment is assembled, the watertight adhesive layer formed at the joint of the first building material and the joint of the second building material are watertightly and re-adherently adhered to each other, thereby joining the first building material and the second building material, thereby assembling the unit room for wet-related equipment.

[0043] In the present invention configured as described above, in the watertight adhesive layer forming step, the adhesive that has been heated and liquefied is applied in a continuous line shape to the joint of the first building material, forming a watertight adhesive layer. Next, in the curing step, the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer formed in the watertight adhesive layer forming step is lowered to room temperature, whereby the shape of the watertight adhesive layer becomes stable, and the watertight adhesive layer exhibits elasticity and shape restorability. Furthermore, in the assembly step, the watertight adhesive layer formed on the first building material and the joint of the second building material are adhered watertightly and re-adhesively, and the first building material and the second building material are joined.

[0044] According to the present invention configured as described above, in the watertight adhesive layer forming step, a watertight adhesive layer is formed in advance at the joint of the first building material, and the first building material and the second building material are joined watertight by this watertight adhesive layer, so that the watertightness of the building materials can be reliably controlled. In addition, since the first building material and the second building material are adhered by the watertight adhesive layer, watertightness can be ensured simply by the contact of the joint between the watertight adhesive layer and the second building material, and there is no need to provide a large crushing allowance for the watertight adhesive layer. Therefore, watertightness can be reliably ensured.

[0045] Furthermore, since the joint between the watertight adhesive layer and the second building material is watertight and re-adhesive, the second building material that has been adhered once can be peeled off from the watertight adhesive layer and its position adjusted during the assembly of the unit room for the water-related equipment. That is, the watertight adhesive layer formed at the joint of the first building material by applying the liquefied adhesive strongly adheres to the first building material, and adheres more strongly to the joint of the second building material that has been adhered after the hardening process. Therefore, even if the joint between the first building material and the second building material is peeled off after the watertight adhesive layer is adhered to the joint of the second building material, the watertight adhesive layer is not destroyed and remains on the first building material side, and can be adhered again.

[0046] In addition, preferably, the watertight adhesive layer forming step is carried out in a manufacturing plant for unit rooms for plumbing facilities. According to this, since the watertight adhesive layer formation process is carried out in a manufacturing plant for unit rooms for wet-area equipment, the watertight adhesive layer can be formed on the first building material under sufficient quality control, thereby ensuring watertightness. Effect of the Invention

[0047] According to the unit room for wet-area facilities and the method for manufacturing the unit room for wet-area facilities of the present invention, no special skills are required from the installer, and reliable watertightness can be ensured. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0049] Next, a unit room for plumbing facilities according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view that typically illustrates a unit room for plumbing facilities according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 1, the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities includes a floor material 2, a plurality of wall materials 4, a frame 6, and a ceiling material 8. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities is a unit bath further including a bathtub 10. The unit room 1 for plumbing facilities may also be a shower room that does not include a bathtub 10. In this embodiment, the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities is in the shape of a substantially rectangular box. The floor material 2, the wall material 4, the frame 6, and the ceiling material 8 are all building materials that form the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities, and the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities is constructed by assembling these building materials.

[0051] The flooring material 2 is a member that constitutes the underside of the unit room 1 for water-related facilities. The flooring material 2 is installed on the bathroom installation surface (e.g., the floor of a building) via a plurality of support legs 12 having a height-adjustable structure. The unit room 1 for water-related facilities shown in FIG. 1 is equipped with a bathtub 10, so the flooring material 2 is provided in a portion of the underside of the unit room 1 for water-related facilities where the bathtub 10 is not provided. In the case of a unit room 1 for water-related facilities that does not have a bathtub 10, the flooring material is provided on the entire underside of the unit room 1 for water-related facilities.

[0052] The multiple wall materials 4 are panel-like members provided on the outer periphery 2a of the floor material 2 and the outer periphery 10a of the bathtub 10, respectively, and constitute the four side surfaces of the unit room 1 for water-related facilities. Each wall material 4 and the floor material 2, and each wall material 4 and the bathtub 10 are joined watertightly. In this embodiment, each side surface of the unit room 1 for water-related facilities is formed of multiple wall materials 4, but each side surface may be formed of a single wall material. A door frame (not shown) is attached to one of the sides of the unit room 1 for water-related facilities, and access to the unit room 1 for water-related facilities can be provided through a door (not shown) attached to this door frame.

[0053] The frames 6 and 36 are columnar frame materials attached to rise from the outer periphery 2a of the floor material 2 and the outer periphery 10a of the bathtub 10. Each frame is provided between adjacent wall materials 4 and configured to connect adjacent wall materials 4 to each other. That is, the frame 6 is disposed between two wall materials 4 arranged in a straight line in the unit room 1 for water-related equipment, and adjacent wall materials 4 are watertightly joined via these frames 6. The frame 36 is disposed between two wall materials 4 arranged at right angles at the corner of the unit room 1 for water-related equipment, and joins these wall materials 4 watertightly.

[0054] The ceiling material 8 is a panel-like member provided on top of each of the frames 6, 36 and on top of each of the wall materials 4, and forms the upper surface of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities. In other words, the ceiling surface of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities is formed by joining the outer periphery of the ceiling material 8 to the upper edges of each of the wall materials 4. Note that in this embodiment, the ceiling surface of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities is formed by two ceiling materials 8, but the ceiling surface can also be formed by a single ceiling material 8.

[0055] The bathtub 10 is a member formed by integral molding into a bathtub of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is installed on the bathroom installation surface (for example, the floor of a building) via support legs 12. In this embodiment, the bathtub 10 is installed on one side of the unit room 1 for water-related equipment, and is arranged so that the outer edge of the bathtub 10 contacts one side wall surface of the unit room 1 for water-related equipment and approximately half of the side walls on both sides of that side wall surface. In addition, a bath apron 10b is provided at the boundary between the bathtub 10 and the floor material 2, covering the side surface of the bathtub 10 facing the floor material 2. The outer edge of the bathtub 10 is watertightly joined to the wall material 4 arranged along it, and the bath apron 10b and the wall material 4. Depending on the structure of the bathtub 10, the bath apron 10b may not be provided.

[0056] Next, a detailed configuration of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities will be described with reference to Figs. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a flooring material 2 used in a unit room 1 for a plumbing facility. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the flooring material 2 taken along line III-III in FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a lower end of a frame 6 used in a unit room 1 for a plumbing facility. FIG. 5 is a side view showing a lower end of a frame 6 used in a unit room 1 for a plumbing facility. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a ceiling material 8 used in a unit room 1 for a plumbing facility. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the ceiling material 8 used in a unit room 1 for a plumbing facility taken along line VII-VII in FIG. 6.

[0057] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3(a), the flooring material 2 has a flooring material main body 14 and a first adhesive layer 16, which is a watertight adhesive layer provided on the outer periphery 2a of the flooring material 2. In this embodiment, the flooring material main body 14 has a floor surface 14a and a groove portion 18. The floor surface 14a is exposed in the space surrounded by each wall material 4 and is a portion actually used by users as a washing area. The groove portion 18 is provided along the outer edge of the floor surface 14a. In other words, the groove portion 18 is provided on the outer periphery of the flooring material main body 14. In this embodiment, the groove portion 18 is provided along the entire three sides that are not adjacent to the bathtub 10 out of the four sides (outer periphery) of the floor surface 14a.

[0058] As shown in FIG. 3(a), the groove portion 18 has a first inner side surface 18a, a second inner side surface 18b, and an inner bottom surface 18c. The inner bottom surface 18c is recessed downward from the floor surface 14a. The first inner side surface 18a is provided on one end side of the inner bottom surface 18c on the floor surface 14a side. The first inner side surface 18a extends upward from the inner bottom surface 18c toward the floor surface 14a. In other words, the first inner side surface 18a connects one end of the inner bottom surface 18c and one end of the floor surface 14a. The second inner side surface 18b is provided on the other end side of the inner bottom surface 18c. The second inner side surface 18b extends upward from the other end of the inner bottom surface.

[0059] The first adhesive layer 16 is provided on the outer periphery of the flooring body 14, and in this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is provided on the inner bottom surface 18c of the groove portion 18 so as not to protrude upward from the groove portion 18. In this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is provided, for example, continuously along the groove portion 18 over the entire three sides that are not adjacent to the bathtub 10 among the four sides (outer edges) of the floor surface 14a. The first adhesive layer 16 is provided so as to be located between the flooring body 14 and the wall material 4 when assembling the unit room 1 for water-related facilities. As a modified example, the first adhesive layer can be composed of two layers, a strong adhesive layer 16a and a weak adhesive layer 16b, as shown in FIG. 3(b). The properties and forming method of the first adhesive layer will be described later.

[0060] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the frame 6, which is a frame material, has a frame body 20 and a second adhesive layer 22, which is a watertight adhesive layer provided on the side of the frame body 20 (the surface facing the inside of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities). Note that, although the structure of the lower end of the frame 6 will be described below, the upper end of the frame 6 is also configured in the same way. The frame body 20 has a first joiner 20a and a second joiner 20b. In this embodiment, the first joiner 20a is made of metal, and the second joiner 20b is made of resin.

[0061] The first joiner 20a is an elongated member with a roughly gate-shaped cross section, formed by bending a thin plate, and is attached so that the open side of the gate faces the inside of the unit room 1 for water-related equipment (Fig. 19). Furthermore, in the first joiner 20a, the legs on both sides of the gate-shaped cross section are folded back inward. The second joiner 20b is an elongated member with a shallow gate-shaped cross section, and is attached so that the open side of the gate faces the inside of the unit room 1 for water-related equipment. The second joiner 20b is attached to the inside of the hollow structure of the first joiner 20a. As shown in Fig. 5, the lower end of the second joiner 20b protrudes downward from the lower end of the first joiner 20a. The lower end of the joiner is not limited to the lower surface of the joiner, but also includes, for example, the surface of the joiner in an area within 30 mm above the lower surface of the joiner.

[0062] Moreover, the frame 36, which is a frame material arranged at the corners of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities, has a different shape from the frame 6 arranged at the sides (FIG. 20). This frame 36 is also composed of a first metal joiner 36a and a second resin joiner 36b, and a second adhesive layer 22 is arranged inside the second joiner 36b. The first joiner 36a is formed by bending a thin metal plate, and is configured with a roughly hexagonal cross section so that the second joiner 36b can be arranged opposite the corners of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities. The second joiner 36b is an elongated member with a shallow gate-shaped cross section, and is attached so that the open side of the gate-shaped part faces the inside of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities.

[0063] In the frame 6, the second adhesive layer 22 is provided on the side of the frame main body 20, and the second adhesive layer 22 is provided inside the hollow structure of the second joiner 20b. The second adhesive layer 22 is provided continuously along the second joiner 20b over the entire inside of the hollow structure of the second joiner 20b in the up-down direction. As shown in FIG. 5, the lower end 22a of the second adhesive layer 22 protrudes downward from the lower end of the second joiner 20b (the lower end of the frame main body 20). Similarly, the upper end (not shown) of the second adhesive layer 22 protrudes upward from the upper end of the second joiner 20b (the upper end of the frame main body 20: not shown). In the frame 36, the second adhesive layer 22 is also provided on the side of the frame main body, and the second adhesive layer 22 is provided inside the hollow structure of the second joiner 32b. The properties and the method of forming the second adhesive layer 22 will be described later. The frames 6, 36 may be composed of only the first joiners 20a, 36a.

[0064] 6 and 7, the ceiling material 8 has a ceiling material main body 24 and a third adhesive layer 26 which is a watertight adhesive layer provided on the outer periphery of the ceiling material main body 24. In this embodiment, the ceiling material 8 is formed from two ceiling material main bodies 24, and the third adhesive layer 26 is provided on three sides of these ceiling material main bodies 24 which are joined to the wall material 4.

[0065] 7, a connecting member 28 is attached to the periphery of the ceiling material main body 24. The connecting member 28 is provided with a first receiving portion 28a and a second receiving portion 28b, and the first receiving portion 28a is a recessed portion recessed in the front-rear or left-right direction and is configured to receive and fit into the periphery of the ceiling material main body 24. The second receiving portion 28b is a recessed portion formed to open downward and is configured to receive and fit into the upper end of the wall material 4 and the upper end of the frame 6.

[0066] The third adhesive layer 26 is provided on the outer periphery of the ceiling material main body 24. In this embodiment, the third adhesive layer 26 is provided on the downward facing surface of the second receiving portion 28b. The third adhesive layer 26 is provided continuously over the entire upper surface of the second receiving portion 28b along the outer periphery of the ceiling material main body 24. The third adhesive layer 26 is provided so as to be positioned between the ceiling material main body 24 and the wall material 4, and between the ceiling material main body 24 and the frame 6 when assembling the plumbing equipment unit room 1.

[0067] In this embodiment, the third adhesive layer 26 is provided on the ceiling material 8, but the third adhesive layer 26 is provided as necessary and can be omitted. When the third adhesive layer 26 is not provided on the ceiling material 8, the ceiling material 8 may be provided with another watertight member such as a packing.

[0068] Next, a method for manufacturing a unit room for plumbing facilities according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Fig. 8 is a flow chart showing a method for manufacturing a unit room for a plumbing facility of this embodiment. Fig. 9 is an explanatory diagram showing each step of the method for manufacturing a unit room for a plumbing facility of this embodiment. Fig. 10 is an explanatory diagram showing the formation and protection procedure of the adhesive layer in the method for manufacturing a unit room for a plumbing facility of this embodiment.

[0069] In the method for manufacturing a unit room for a plumbing facility according to the embodiment of the present invention, first, the building materials constituting the unit room described above, such as the floor material 2, wall material 4, frame 6, and ceiling material 8, and the bathtub 10, are manufactured in a manufacturing factory. Next, the manufactured building materials are transported to a construction site for a house or the like, and assembled at the construction site to complete the unit room for a plumbing facility.

[0070] In step S1 of the flowchart shown in Fig. 8, building materials such as the floor material 2, wall material 4, frame 6, and ceiling material 8 are assembled as a building material preparation step. For example, as shown in section (A) of Fig. 9, the floor material 2 is assembled and prepared by attaching the floor surface 14a to the floor material main body 14.

[0071] Next, in step S2, as a watertight adhesive layer forming step, a heated and liquefied adhesive is applied in a continuous line shape to the joint of the building material to be joined with another building material, thereby forming a watertight adhesive layer at the joint of the building material. In this embodiment, the application of the adhesive is performed by moving a nozzle that continuously extrudes the liquefied adhesive in a manufacturing factory along the joint of the building material by a robot arm, as shown in section (B) of FIG. 9. That is, the liquefied adhesive is applied in a continuous line shape to the groove portion 18 of the floor material 2 manufactured as shown in section (A) of FIG. 10, thereby forming a first adhesive layer 16, which is a watertight adhesive layer, as shown in section (B) of FIG. 10. Note that in this embodiment, as shown in section (B) of FIG. 10, the adhesive is also applied in a continuous line shape to the corner portion of the building material such as the floor material 2. That is, the first adhesive layer 16 is formed by continuously applying the adhesive along multiple sides that sandwich the corner portion of the floor material, so that it is formed as a seamless continuous watertight adhesive layer even at the corner portion.

[0072] In this embodiment, for example, for the joint between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4, an adhesive that has been heated and liquefied is applied to the groove portion 18, which is the joint, of the floor material 2, which is the first building material, to form a first adhesive layer 16 (FIG. 3). Note that at this time, the first adhesive layer 16 is applied so as not to protrude from the groove portion 18. Furthermore, when assembling the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities, the lower end, which is the joint, of the wall material 4, which is the second building material, is adhered to the first adhesive layer 16 provided in the groove portion 18 of the floor material 2, and the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are joined together.

[0073] Similarly, the adhesive that has been heated and liquefied is applied in a continuous line shape to the inside of the second joiner 20b of the frame 6, thereby forming a second adhesive layer 22, which is a watertight adhesive layer, on the second joiner 20b, which is the joint. In addition, in the joint between the frame 6 and the wall material 4, the frame 6 on which the second adhesive layer 22 is formed acts as the first building material, and the wall material 4 joined thereto acts as the second building material. Similarly, the second adhesive layer 22 is also formed on the frame 36. Furthermore, the adhesive that has been heated and liquefied is applied in a continuous line shape to the inside of the second receiving portion 28b of the ceiling material 8, thereby forming a third adhesive layer 26, which is a watertight adhesive layer, on the second receiving portion 28b, which is the joint. In the joint between the ceiling material 8 and the wall material 4, the ceiling material 8 on which the third adhesive layer 26 is formed acts as the first building material, and the wall material 4 joined thereto acts as the second building material.

[0074] Furthermore, in step S3, as a curing step, the temperature of each adhesive layer formed in the watertight adhesive layer forming step of step S2 is lowered to room temperature, for example, to about 20 to 25°C. This curing step causes each adhesive layer to exhibit elasticity and shape restorability, and the shape of the adhesive layer is stabilized. In this embodiment, it takes a relatively short time for the liquefied adhesive applied to the building material such as the floor material 2 to drop to room temperature. For this reason, as shown in column (C) of FIG. 9, the temperature of the adhesive layer drops to room temperature during the storage period and transportation period until the building material such as the floor material 2 after the application of the adhesive is sent to the next process in the manufacturing plant. Therefore, in this embodiment, the storage period and transportation period of the building material after the watertight adhesive layer forming step function as a curing step.

[0075] Next, the watertight adhesive layer formed by the watertight adhesive layer forming step and the curing step will be described. The first adhesive layer 16 formed by the watertight adhesive layer forming step and the curing step is adhered to the floor material 2 to which the heated adhesive has been applied, and is also adhered to the wall material 4 when it comes into contact with these building materials during assembly. Similarly, the second adhesive layer 22 and the third adhesive layer 26 are also adhered to the frames 6, 36 and the ceiling material 8, respectively, and are also adhered to the wall material 4 during assembly.

[0076] Here, "adhesion" is a phenomenon commonly seen in high-viscosity liquids, which does not change state and sticks tightly to the surface by applying only a slight pressure for a short time, blocking or filling gaps (exhibiting sealing properties). Adhesives are also called pressure-sensitive adhesives. Note that adhesives are materials that do not completely dry out even over time and always have adhesive properties, and are completely different from so-called adhesives, which dry out completely over time and essentially lose their adhesive properties (the adhesive properties approach zero). For example, silicone caulking agents used to seal common bathrooms lose their adhesive properties when dry (hardened), so they are classified as adhesives.

[0077] Furthermore, the first, second, and third adhesive layers formed through the watertight adhesive layer forming step and the curing step have elasticity and shape restoring ability. That is, having elasticity and shape restoring ability means that the compression set of each adhesive layer after compressing and deforming it and removing the load is, for example, 20% or less (JIS K 6254:2016). The compression set of each adhesive layer may be the same or different from each other.

[0078] In the present specification, the "compression set" is a value obtained, for example, by the following method. A cylindrical sample with a diameter of 27 mm and a thickness of 20 mm is prepared, and this sample is compressed to a thickness of 50% (10 mm) and left at high temperature (about 80°C) for a predetermined time. Thereafter, the compression is released and the dimension of the sample in the thickness direction is measured. The rate of change in the dimension of the sample in the thickness direction can be obtained as the compression set.

[0079] In this embodiment, the first, second, and third adhesive layers adhere building materials such as the floor material 2, the wall material 4, the frame 6, and the ceiling material 8 in a watertight and re-adhesive manner. Here, "re-adhesive" means that, for example, when the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 provided with the first adhesive layer 16 are once joined via the first adhesive layer 16 and then the wall material 4 is peeled off from the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 remains on the side of the floor material 2 (the building material on which the adhesive was first applied) without being destroyed, and the first adhesive layer 16 remaining on the floor material 2 still retains its adhesiveness. Therefore, even if the wall material 4 is peeled off from the floor material 2 to adjust the position of the wall material 4 after the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are joined by the first adhesive layer 16, the wall material 4 can be adhered to the floor material 2 again and joined.

[0080] In this way, in order to bond the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 with the first adhesive layer 16 in a "re-adhesive" manner, the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer 16 and the floor material 2 must be stronger than the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4. Furthermore, the tensile strength of the first adhesive layer 16 itself must be stronger than these adhesive forces. By satisfying these conditions, when the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 bonded with the first adhesive layer 16 are peeled off, the interface between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 that are adhered to each other peels off, and the first adhesive layer 16 remains on the floor material 2 without being destroyed, making it possible to re-adhere. On the other hand, when building materials bonded with a silicone caulking agent used in general bathroom seals are peeled off from each other, the building material and the caulking agent do not usually peel off from each other, and the layer of the silicone caulking agent is destroyed.

[0081] In this embodiment, in the watertight adhesive layer forming step, the adhesive that has been heated and liquefied is applied to the flooring material 2. As a result, the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the flooring material 2 is stronger than the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 that has been adhered after the temperature has been lowered to room temperature through the curing step. In addition, by forming the surfaces of the joints of the building materials that form the adhesive layer, such as the grooves 18 of the flooring material 2, from a material with a relatively low melting point, the adhesive that has been applied in a liquefied state by heating is fused to the surface of the building material, and the adhesive strength between the adhesive layer and the building material can be further strengthened.

[0082] Similarly, when the floor material 2 and the frame 6 are joined via the first adhesive layer 16, when they are peeled off, the first adhesive layer 16 remains on the floor material 2 side and can be re-adhesive. The second adhesive layer 22 is formed by applying a liquefied adhesive to the frame 6. Therefore, when the wall material 4 and the frame 6 are joined via the second adhesive layer 22, when they are peeled off, the second adhesive layer 22 remains on the frame 6 side and can be re-adhesive. The third adhesive layer 26 is formed by applying a liquefied adhesive to the ceiling material 8. Therefore, when the wall material 4 and the ceiling material 8 are joined via the third adhesive layer 26, when they are peeled off, the third adhesive layer 26 remains on the ceiling material 8 side and can be re-adhesive. Also, when the frame 6 and the ceiling material 8 are joined via the third adhesive layer 26, when they are peeled off, the third adhesive layer 26 remains on the ceiling material 8 side and can be re-adhesive.

[0083] In this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16, the second adhesive layer 22, and the third adhesive layer 26 are composed of, for example, an elastic hot melt manufactured by Aica Kogyo Co., Ltd. By using an elastic hot melt as an adhesive, the elastic hot melt is heated and liquefied in a manufacturing plant, applied, then cooled to form a shape, and then an installer can connect each component to each other at the site with the adhesive layer. That is, it becomes possible to connect each building material to each other at the site with the adhesive layer while suppressing the adhesive from changing shape at the site or during transportation to the site. This makes it possible to easily ensure watertightness at the site and improve workability.

[0084] The first adhesive layer 16, the second adhesive layer 22, and the third adhesive layer 26 may also be composed of a gel (gel-like substance) having adhesiveness and elasticity. The compositions of the first adhesive layer 16, the second adhesive layer 22, and the third adhesive layer 26 may be the same as or different from each other.

[0085] In this embodiment, a hot melt composition containing hydrogenated paraffin process oil, high molecular weight styrene block copolymer, polyphenylene ether resin, or modified polyphenylene ether resin is used as the adhesive, to which a tackifier resin and an antioxidant have been added. The adhesive is heated and liquefied, and then applied in a continuous linear form to the building material to form the first, second, and third adhesive layers.

[0086] As the tackifier resin, terpene resin, terpene phenol resin, rosin and hydrogenated rosin resin, petroleum resin and hydrogenated petroleum resin can be used. As the antioxidant, a copper-based antioxidant, a copper salt-based antioxidant, a copper halide-based antioxidant, a phosphorus-based antioxidant, a phenol-based antioxidant, a hindered amine-based antioxidant, a hindered phenol-based antioxidant, a sulfur-based antioxidant, a lactone-based antioxidant, an aromatic amine, a metal deactivator consisting of a chelating agent, etc. can be used. Furthermore, it is preferable to add about 2.5 to 30 parts by weight of the tackifier resin to 100 parts by weight of the hot melt composition, and the adhesive strength of each adhesive layer can be adjusted by adjusting the content of the tackifier resin.

[0087] In this embodiment, the adhesive layer is heated and liquefied to apply to the first building material such as the floor material 2, so that the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer to the first building material is stronger than that of the second building material such as the wall material 4. In contrast, as a modified example, as shown in FIG. 3(b), the adhesive layer can be formed of two layers, a strong adhesive layer 16a and a weak adhesive layer 16b, so that the adhesive strength to the first building material can be stronger than that of the second building material. That is, the adhesive for forming the strong adhesive layer 16a is first applied to the first building material such as the floor material 2, and after this adhesive layer has hardened to a certain extent, an adhesive for forming the weak adhesive layer 16b is applied on this layer. As a result, the strong adhesive layer 16a adheres to the first building material, and the weak adhesive layer 16b formed on the strong adhesive layer 16a adheres to the second building material during assembly.

[0088] In this way, by forming the adhesive layer with two layers, the strong adhesive layer 16a and the weak adhesive layer 16b, the adhesive strength to the first building material can be made stronger than the adhesive strength to the second building material. Since the adhesive strength between the strong adhesive layer 16a and the weak adhesive layer 16b is stronger than the adhesive strength between the strong adhesive layer 16a and the first building material, even if the first building material and the second building material that have been once joined are peeled off, the two adhesive layers will not be broken. In addition, the adhesive strength of the strong adhesive layer 16a and the weak adhesive layer 16b can be set by changing the amount of the tackifier resin added to the hot melt composition that constitutes the adhesive. In this way, by forming the adhesive layer with two layers, the adhesive strength to the first building material and the adhesive strength to the second building material can be easily set. In addition, the second adhesive layer 22 and the third adhesive layer 26 can also be formed with two layers, that is, a strong adhesive layer and a weak adhesive layer.

[0089] Next, in step S4 of FIG. 8, as a watertight adhesive layer protection step, a masking tape 30, which is a cover for covering the adhesive layer formed in the watertight adhesive layer formation step of step S3, is attached to the building material. That is, as shown in (C) of FIG. 10, the masking tape 30 is attached so as to cover the groove portion 18 of the floor material 2 to which the liquefied adhesive has been applied. This makes it possible to prevent dust or the like from adhering to the surface of the first adhesive layer 16 formed in the groove portion 18, which would reduce the adhesive strength of the first adhesive layer 16. In addition, by attaching the masking tape 30, it is possible to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from being damaged by accidentally touching the first adhesive layer 16 during transportation or the like. Similarly, the masking tape 30 is attached to the frame 6 so as to cover the second adhesive layer 22 formed on the frame 6, and the masking tape 30 is attached to the ceiling material 8 so as to cover the third adhesive layer 26 formed on the ceiling material 8.

[0090] In this embodiment, the watertight adhesive layer protection step is performed after the curing step of step S3, but the watertight adhesive layer protection step may be performed before the curing step (i.e., before the temperature of the adhesive drops to room temperature) or in parallel with the curing step. Furthermore, the watertight adhesive layer protection step may be performed at any time after the watertight adhesive layer formation step and before the assembly step of step S5. Alternatively, the watertight adhesive layer protection step may be omitted. Also, in this embodiment, masking tape 30 is used as a cover that covers the adhesive layer, but any member that can cover the adhesive layer can be used as the cover.

[0091] Next, in step S5, as an assembly process, the building materials with the adhesive layer formed at the joint portion are adhered to the joint portion of the other building materials in a watertight and re-adhesive manner, thereby joining the building materials together to assemble the unit room 1 for the water-related equipment. That is, first, the floor material 2 and the frame 6 are adhered to each other via the second adhesive layer 22, and are joined together. Note that, before joining the floor material 2 and the frame 6, as shown in (D) of FIG. 10, the masking tape 30 applied in the watertight adhesive layer protection process of step S4 is peeled off to expose the first adhesive layer 16. Next, the frame 6 and the wall material 4 are adhered to each other via the second adhesive layer 22, and the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are adhered to each other via the first adhesive layer 16, and are joined together. Finally, the ceiling material 8 and the wall material 4, and the ceiling material 8 and the frame 6 are adhered to each other via the second adhesive layer 22, and the manufacturing of the unit room 1 for the water-related equipment is completed.

[0092] Next, the assembly process will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12 are perspective views for explaining the assembly procedure of the unit room 1 for a water-related facility. FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a state of breaking along the line XIV-XIV in FIG. 13. FIGS. 15 and 16 are perspective views for explaining the assembly procedure of the unit room 1 for a water-related facility. FIG. 17 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a typical connection portion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 of the unit room 1 for a water-related facility. FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view showing a typical behavior of the first adhesive layer 16 when the wall material 4 once adhered to the floor material 2 is re-adhered. FIGS. 19 and 20 are enlarged cross-sectional views showing a typical connection portion between the wall material 4 and the frame 6 of the unit room 1 for a water-related facility. FIG. 21 is a perspective view for explaining the assembly procedure of the unit room 1 for a water-related facility. Fig. 22 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a typical connection between the frame 6 and the ceiling material 8 of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities. Fig. 23 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a typical connection between the wall material 4 and the ceiling material 8 of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities.

[0093] First, as shown in FIG. 11, the flooring material 2 is installed on the bathroom installation surface via the support legs 12 having a height-adjustable structure. The flooring material 2 has a flooring material body 14 and a first adhesive layer 16 provided on the outer periphery of the flooring material body 14. The masking tape 30 protecting the first adhesive layer 16 of the flooring material 2 is removed when the first adhesive layer 16 is adhered to other building materials. The bathtub 10 is installed on the bathroom installation surface via the support legs 12. In this example, the first adhesive layer 16 is also provided on the outer periphery 10a of the bathtub 10. Furthermore, a bath apron 10b is attached to the boundary between the bathtub 10 and the flooring material 2.

[0094] Next, as shown in Fig. 12, frames 6, 36 are attached to the peripheral edge of the flooring 2 and the outer periphery 10a of the bathtub 10. Each frame 6, 36 has a frame body 20 and a second adhesive layer 22 provided on the side of the frame body 20. When the frames 6, 36 are attached, the lower ends of the second adhesive layers 22 provided on the frames 6, 36, respectively, are adhered to the first adhesive layer 16 provided on the flooring 2.

[0095] As shown in Figs. 13 and 14, first, when the frame 6 is placed at a predetermined position on the flooring 2, the lower end of the second adhesive layer 22 provided on the frame 6 comes into contact with the first adhesive layer 16 of the flooring 2, and the second adhesive layer 22 and the first adhesive layer 16 are adhered to each other. Similarly, when the frame 36 is placed at a corner of the flooring 2, the lower end of the second adhesive layer 22 provided on the frame 36 comes into contact with the first adhesive layer 16 of the flooring 2, and the second adhesive layer 22 and the first adhesive layer 16 are adhered to each other. The first adhesive layer 16 and the second adhesive layer 22 close the gap between the flooring main body 14 and the frame main body 20, making them watertight. That is, at the portion where the first adhesive layer 16 provided on the flooring 2 and the second adhesive layer 22 provided on the frames 6 and 36 intersect, these adhesive layers self-weld to each other, so that watertightness between them is automatically ensured. In contrast, if packings were used instead of the first and second adhesive layers, watertightness would not be ensured at the intersections between the packings, and so application of silicone caulking would be necessary. In this way, in the unit room 1 for water-related equipment of this embodiment, it is possible to omit the application of silicone caulking or the like at the assembly site.

[0096] Next, as shown in Fig. 15, the wall material 4 is attached onto the floor material 2, onto the bathtub 10, and to the frame 6. At this time, the first adhesive layer 16 provided on the floor material 2 is adhered to the lower end of the wall material 4, and the second adhesive layer 22 provided on the frame 6 is adhered to the side end of the wall material 4. At this time, as shown in Fig. 16, the lower end of the wall material 4 is fitted into a groove 18 provided on the outer periphery of the floor material main body 14. As a result, the first adhesive layer 16 provided in the groove 18 is adhered to the lower end of the wall material 4.

[0097] 16, the wall material 4 is connected to the frame 6 by fitting a side end of the wall material 4 into a first joiner 20a of the frame 6. Similarly, the wall material 4 is connected to the frame 36 by fitting a side end of the wall material 4 into a first joiner 36a (not shown in FIG. 16) of the frame 36. As a result, the second adhesive layer 22 provided on the second joiner 20b of the frame 6 and the second joiner 36b of the frame 36 are adhered to the side end of the wall material 4.

[0098] That is, as shown in Fig. 17, when the wall material 4 is placed on the groove portion 18 of the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 provided on the floor material 2 comes into contact with the lower end of the wall material 4. As a result, the upper surface of the first adhesive layer 16 is elastically deformed by the load of the wall material 4 so as to conform to the lower end surface of the wall material 4, and the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 are tightly adhered to each other. The first adhesive layer 16 closes the gap between the floor material main body 14 and the wall material 4, making it watertight.

[0099] In addition, after the wall material 4 is adhered to the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 that have been adhered once can be peeled off and re-adhered in order to correct the position of the wall material 4. FIG. 18 is a diagram that shows a schematic diagram of the behavior of the first adhesive layer 16 at this time. First, as shown in (A) of FIG. 18, when the wall material 4 is placed on the groove portion 18 of the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 is elastically deformed as shown in (B) and the lower end surface of the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16 are adhered without any gaps. At this time, since the thickness of the first adhesive layer 16 changes due to elastic deformation, even if the floor material 2 or the wall material 4 is distorted, the gap between them is filled. Next, when the wall material 4 is pulled up from the floor material 2 in order to correct the position of the wall material 4, the first adhesive layer 16 is stretched while still adhering to the wall material 4 as shown in (C) of FIG. 18. In this way, because the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are adhered via the first adhesive layer 16, even if the floor material 2 is deflected by the action of a load, no gap will be formed between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4, and watertightness will be maintained. In contrast, if a packing were used instead of the adhesive layer, when the floor material deflects and the packing's crushing allowance is lost, a gap will be formed between the packing and the wall material, and watertightness may be compromised.

[0100] When the wall material 4 is further pulled up, as shown in (D) of FIG. 18, the interface between the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16 peels off, and the first adhesive layer 16 is restored to its shape before being adhered to the wall material 4 due to its shape restoring property. As described above, the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer 16 and the floor material 2 is stronger than the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4. Therefore, when the wall material 4 is pulled up, the interface between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 peels off, and the first adhesive layer 16 remains on the floor material 2 side. In addition, the breaking strength of the first adhesive layer 16 itself is greater than the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 and the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer 16 and the floor material 2. Therefore, as shown in (C) of FIG. 18, when the first adhesive layer 16 is stretched, the first adhesive layer 16 itself is not broken. Furthermore, since the first adhesive layer 16 still retains its adhesiveness even after the wall material 4 has been peeled off, the wall material 4 can be re-adhered.

[0101] Thus, in this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 that adheres the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is formed on the side of the floor material 2, and the workability of assembly is improved compared to when the first adhesive layer is formed on the side of the wall material. That is, if the first adhesive layer is formed on the lower end of the wall material, the first adhesive layer of the wall material is likely to be mistakenly adhered to an unintended position of the floor material during assembly, making it difficult to handle the wall material. In addition, if the first adhesive layer remains on the side of the wall material when the wall material is peeled off from the floor material after being adhered once, it becomes difficult to handle the wall material. Furthermore, when one of the multiple wall materials 4 adhered to the floor material 2 is peeled off from the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 is held down by the wall material 4 adjacent to the wall material 4 to be peeled off. Therefore, the risk of the first adhesive layer 16 peeling off from the floor material 2 can be further reduced.

[0102] Furthermore, when the wall material 4 is placed on the floor material 2, the side edges of the wall material 4 are adhered and joined to the frames 6 and 36, respectively, via the second adhesive layer 22. That is, two wall materials 4 arranged side by side on one side of the floor material 2 are connected via the frame 6 provided between them. Furthermore, two wall materials 4 arranged adjacent to each other with a corner of the floor material 2 in between are connected via the frame 36 provided between them.

[0103] Thus, in this embodiment, the second adhesive layer 22 that adheres the frames 6, 36 to the wall material 4 is formed on the frame 6, 36 side, improving the workability of assembly compared to when the second adhesive layer is formed on the frame side. That is, the frame is a long, thin columnar member, and is easier to handle than the wall material 4, which is a large, panel-like member. Therefore, even if the second adhesive layer 22 is formed on the frame 6, 36, the workability is not significantly deteriorated. On the other hand, if the second adhesive layer were formed on the wall material side, it would be difficult to handle the wall material.

[0104] FIG. 19 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which two wall materials 4 arranged side by side are connected via a frame 6. As shown in FIG. 19, the wall material 4 has a base material 32 and a steel plate 34 provided on the inside of the unit room 1 for water-related equipment with respect to the base material 32. The base material 32 is formed of gypsum board or the like, and the steel plate 34 is attached to the surface of the base material 32 on the inside of the unit room 1 for water-related equipment for reinforcement. In addition, the ends of the steel plate 34 protrude from the base material 32 on both the left and right sides, and are provided with folded parts 34a on the back side. The folded parts 34a of the two wall materials 4 arranged adjacently are butted against each other, and these folded parts 34a are received inside the frame 6.

[0105] That is, each of the folded portions 34a of the two wall materials 4 is fitted into the first joiner 20a of the frame 6 so as to push the first joiner 20a apart. The tip of each of the fitted folded portions 34a faces the second joiner 20b arranged inside the first joiner 20a and contacts the second adhesive layer 22 provided inside the second joiner 20b. As a result, the second adhesive layer 22 is elastically deformed, and the tip of each folded portion 34a is adhered to the second adhesive layer 22 without any gaps, and each wall material 4 and the second adhesive layer 22 are watertightly joined. That is, even if water seeps in between the two wall materials 4 that are butted together, the water is stopped by the watertight joint between the tip of each folded portion 34a and the second adhesive layer 22, and water does not leak outside the unit room 1 for bathroom equipment. In addition, the two wall materials 4 attached to the frame 6 are not only adhered to the second adhesive layer 22, but also fixed by fitting each folded portion 34a into the inside of the first joiner 20a, thereby preventing the wall materials 4 from falling off.

[0106] 20 is a cross-sectional view showing two wall materials 4 arranged adjacent to each other across a corner of a unit room 1 for plumbing facilities, connected via a frame 36. As described above, the wall material 4 has a base material 32 and a steel plate 34 attached to the base material 32, and a folded portion 34a is provided at the end of the steel plate 34. The shape of this folded portion 34a is the same as that shown in FIG. 19, in which the wall materials 4 are joined together in a straight line. On the other hand, the frame arranged at the corner of the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities is a corner frame 36 having a different shape from that shown in FIG. 19.

[0107] This corner frame 36 also consists of a first joiner 36a and a second joiner 20b provided inside the first joiner 36a, and a second adhesive layer 22, which is a watertight adhesive layer, is adhered to the inside of the second joiner 36b. The second joiner 36b is oriented so as to face the corner of the plumbing equipment unit room 1, and the second adhesive layer 22 is provided on its inside so as to face the corner.

[0108] The folded portion 34a of each wall material 4 is fitted into the first joiner 36a, and the fitted folded portion 34a comes into contact with and adheres to the second adhesive layer 22, ensuring watertightness between each wall material 4 and the second adhesive layer 22. In the corner frame 36, the surface of the folded portion 34a that is folded at a right angle to the surface of the steel plate 34 abuts against the second adhesive layer 22, ensuring watertightness between this surface and the second adhesive layer 22.

[0109] Next, as shown in FIG. 21, the ceiling material 8 is attached on each frame 6, 36 and on each wall material 4. The ceiling material 8 has a ceiling material main body 24 and a third adhesive layer 26 provided on the outer periphery of the ceiling material main body 24. When attaching the ceiling material 8, the upper end of the second adhesive layer 22 provided on the frames 6, 36 is adhered to the third adhesive layer 26 provided on the ceiling material 8, and the third adhesive layer 26 is adhered to the upper end of the wall material 4. The second adhesive layer 22 and the third adhesive layer 26 close the gap between the ceiling material main body 24 and the frame main body 20, making it watertight. In addition, the third adhesive layer 26 closes the gap between the ceiling material main body 24 and the upper end of the wall material 4, making it watertight.

[0110] That is, as shown in Fig. 22, in a state where the ceiling material 8 is attached onto the frame 6, the upper end of the frame 6 is received in the second receiving portion 28b of the connection member 28 attached to the ceiling material main body 24. In this state, the upper end of the second adhesive layer 22 provided on the frame 6 adheres to the third adhesive layer 26 provided on the ceiling material 8. The second adhesive layer 22 and the third adhesive layer 26 close the gap between the ceiling material main body 24 and the frame main body 20, making it watertight. At this time, at least a part of the frame main body 20 may be in contact with the ceiling material 8.

[0111] 23, at the joint between the wall material 4 and the ceiling material 8, the third adhesive layer 26 provided on the ceiling material 8 adheres to the upper end of the wall material 4. That is, when the ceiling material 8 is attached on the wall material 4, the upper end of the wall material 4 is received in the second receiving portion 28b of the connecting member 28 attached to the ceiling material main body 24. The third adhesive layer 26 closes the gap between the upper ends of the ceiling material 8 and the wall material 4, making it watertight. In this manner, by attaching the ceiling material 8, the assembly of the unit room 1 for the plumbing facilities is completed.

[0112] According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the first adhesive layer 16, which is a watertight adhesive layer formed at the joint of the floor material 2, is used to watertightly join the floor material 2 and the wall material 4, which is the second building material, so that the watertightness of the building materials can be reliably controlled without relying on construction at the assembly site. In addition, the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are adhered to each other by the first adhesive layer 16 (FIG. 17), so that watertightness can be ensured simply by the contact of the joint between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4, and there is no need to provide a large crushing allowance for the first adhesive layer 16. This makes it possible to reliably ensure watertightness.

[0113] Furthermore, according to the unit room 1 for a water-related facility of this embodiment, the joint between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 is watertight and re-adhesively adhered, so that the wall material 4 that has been adhered once can be peeled off from the first adhesive layer 16 and its position adjusted during the assembly of the unit room 1 for a water-related facility. That is, even if the first adhesive layer 16 formed on the joint of the floor material 2 is adhered to the joint of the wall material 4 and then the joint between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, the first adhesive layer 16 is not destroyed but remains on the side of the floor material 2 and can be adhered again (sections (C) and (D) in FIG. 18). Therefore, during the assembly of the unit room 1 for a water-related facility, the position of the building materials can be adjusted even after the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 have been adhered once.

[0114] Furthermore, according to the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities of this embodiment, the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the floor material 2 is set to be stronger than the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4. Therefore, when the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 that have been joined together are peeled off, the first adhesive layer 16 can be left behind on the side of the floor material 2 without fail, and sufficient watertightness can be ensured even when re-adhesion is performed.

[0115] Furthermore, in the wet-related equipment unit room 1 of this embodiment, the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are joined in a watertight manner by the first adhesive layer 16 (FIG. 17). In the wet-related equipment unit room 1, the joint between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is the part that is most likely to be splashed with water and is therefore the part that requires high watertightness. In the wet-related equipment unit room 1 of this embodiment, the joining of the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 by the first adhesive layer 16 can reliably ensure the watertightness of the wet-related equipment unit room.

[0116] In addition, according to the unit room 1 for a water-related facility of this embodiment, since the first adhesive layer 16 is formed on the floor material 2, even if the wall material 4 is once adhered and then peeled off from the floor material, the first adhesive layer 16 does not remain on the wall material 4 side. Therefore, the wall material 4 peeled off from the floor material 2 does not adhere to an unintended building material, and the workability of assembling the unit room 1 for a water-related facility can be improved. In addition, since a plurality of wall materials 4 are adhered onto the continuous first adhesive layer 16 formed on the floor material 2, when one wall material 4 is to be peeled off from the first adhesive layer 16 of the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 is held down by the weight of another adjacent wall material 4. Therefore, the risk of the first adhesive layer 16 peeling off from the floor material 2 when peeling off the wall material 4 from the floor material 2 can be further reduced.

[0117] Furthermore, according to the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities of this embodiment, the second adhesive layer 22 is formed on the frame material, that is, the frames 6, 36 side (Figure 14), making it easier to handle the building materials than when the second adhesive layer 22 is formed on the wall material 4 side, and improving the workability of assembling the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities.

[0118] Furthermore, according to the unit room 1 for bathroom facilities of this embodiment, masking tape 30, which is a cover that covers the first adhesive layer 16, is attached to the floor material 2 (section (C) of Figure 10), so it is possible to prevent dust and the like from adhering to the surface of the first adhesive layer 16, which would reduce its adhesiveness, or to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from being accidentally deformed before its shape stabilizes.

[0119] Furthermore, according to the unit room 1 for bathroom facilities of this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is provided in the groove portion 18 of the flooring material 2 so as not to protrude from the groove portion 18 (Figure 3), thereby preventing the watertight adhesive layer from being accidentally damaged during transportation of the flooring material 2, etc.

[0120] According to the manufacturing method for a unit room for wet facilities of this embodiment, a first adhesive layer 16, which is a watertight adhesive layer, is formed in advance at the joint of the floor material 2, which is the first building material, in the watertight adhesive layer forming step (step S2 in FIG. 8), and the floor material 2 and the wall material 4, which is the second building material, are watertightly joined by this first adhesive layer 16, so that the watertightness of the building materials can be reliably controlled. In addition, since the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are adhered to each other by the first adhesive layer 16, watertightness can be ensured simply by the contact of the joint between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4, and there is no need to provide a large crushing allowance for the first adhesive layer 16. Therefore, watertightness can be reliably ensured.

[0121] In addition, according to the manufacturing method of the unit room for water-related equipment of this embodiment, the joint between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 is watertight and re-adhesively adhered, so that the wall material 4 that has been once adhered can be peeled off from the first adhesive layer 16 and adjusted in position during the assembly of the unit room for water-related equipment 1. That is, the first adhesive layer 16 formed at the joint of the floor material 2 by applying the liquefied adhesive is strongly adhered to the floor material 2, and is more strongly adhered to the joint of the wall material 4 that has been adhered after the curing process (step S3 in FIG. 8). Therefore, even if the joint between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off after the first adhesive layer 16 is adhered to the joint of the wall material 4, the first adhesive layer 16 is not destroyed and remains on the side of the floor material 2, and can be adhered again. Similarly, the joint between the frame 6, which is the first building material, and the wall material 4, which is the second building material, is also watertight and re-adhesively adhered by the second adhesive layer 22. Furthermore, the joint between the ceiling material 8, which is the first building material, and the wall material 4, which is the second building material, is also adhered by the third adhesive layer 26 in a watertight and re-adhesive manner.

[0122] Furthermore, according to the manufacturing method for a unit room for wet-related facilities of this embodiment, the watertight adhesive layer formation process (step S2 in Figure 8) is carried out in the manufacturing plant for the unit room for wet-related facilities 1, so that the first to third adhesive layers can be formed on the floor material 2, frame 6, and ceiling material 8 under sufficient quality control, thereby ensuring watertightness.

[0123] Furthermore, according to the manufacturing method for a unit room for wet facilities of this embodiment, in the watertight adhesive layer protection step (step S4 in FIG. 8), masking tape 30, which is a cover for covering each adhesive layer, is attached to the floor material 2, etc. This makes it possible to prevent dust, etc. from adhering to the surface of the adhesive layer formed in the watertight adhesive layer formation step, which would reduce the adhesiveness, or to prevent the adhesive layer from being erroneously deformed before its shape is stabilized.

[0124] Furthermore, according to the manufacturing method for a unit room for bathroom facilities of this embodiment, the adhesive is applied into the groove portion 18 of the flooring material 2 so as not to protrude from the groove portion 18 (Figure 3), which prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from being accidentally damaged during transportation of the flooring material 2, etc.

[0125] Next, a unit room for plumbing facilities according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Note that the same parts as those in the above-mentioned embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted. FIG. 24 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an end portion of a flooring material for a plumbing facility unit room according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 24, in this embodiment, the floor material main body 14 has a floor surface 14a and a groove portion 118, and a support member 119 is attached within this groove portion 118.

[0126] The support member 119 is an elongated, thin resin member that is attached in the groove 118 along the groove 118. The support member 119 has a bottom surface portion that is disposed on the inner bottom surface 118c of the groove 118 and side surfaces that extend upward from both ends of the bottom surface portion, whereby a recess 119a that opens upward is formed in the support member 119. The bottom surface portion of the support member 119 is bonded to the inner bottom surface 118c of the groove 118, and a first adhesive layer 16 is formed on the inside of the recess 119a. The first adhesive layer 16 is formed so as not to protrude upward from the groove 118 that receives the support member 119. Furthermore, when assembling a unit room for a water-related facility, the lower end of the wall material 4 is inserted into the groove 118, and the lower end of the inserted wall material 4 is received in the recess 119a of the support member 119. Since the first adhesive layer 16 is formed in the recess 119a of this support member 119, the lower end of the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16 are adhered to each other, thereby joining the floor material 2 and the wall material 4. Therefore, the support member 119 constitutes a joining portion of the floor material 2.

[0127] In this embodiment, a manufacturing method similar to that of the first embodiment described above is employed, but in the watertight adhesive layer forming step, the adhesive that has been heated and liquefied is applied to a resin support member 119 (FIG. 24) attached to the flooring 2. For this reason, the bonding strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the flooring 2 (support member 119) becomes stronger than the bonding strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 that has been bonded after the temperature has been lowered to room temperature through a curing step.

[0128] FIG. 25 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a schematic diagram of a connection portion between a floor material 2 and a wall material 4 of a bathroom facility unit room according to this embodiment. 25, when the wall material 4 is inserted into the groove 118 of the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 provided on the support member 119 in the groove 118 comes into contact with the lower end of the wall material 4. As a result, the upper surface of the first adhesive layer 16 is elastically deformed by the load of the wall material 4 so as to conform to the lower end surface of the wall material 4, and the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 are tightly adhered to each other. The gap between the floor material main body 14 and the wall material 4 is filled by this first adhesive layer 16, making it watertight.

[0129] According to the second embodiment of the present invention, the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are joined watertight by the first adhesive layer 16 formed on the support member 119, which is the joint of the floor material 2, which is the first building material, so that the watertightness of the building materials can be reliably controlled without relying on construction at the assembly site. In addition, since the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are adhered by the first adhesive layer 16, watertightness can be ensured simply by the contact of the joint between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4, and there is no need to provide a large crushing allowance for the first adhesive layer 16. Therefore, watertightness can be reliably ensured.

[0130] Furthermore, according to the unit room for a water-related facility of this embodiment, the joint between the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 is watertight and re-adhesively adhered, so that the wall material 4 that has been adhered once can be peeled off from the first adhesive layer 16 and its position adjusted during the assembly of the unit room for a water-related facility. That is, even if the first adhesive layer 16 formed on the joint of the floor material 2 is adhered to the joint of the wall material 4 and then the joint between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, the first adhesive layer 16 is not destroyed but remains on the side of the floor material 2 and can be adhered again. Therefore, during the assembly of the unit room for a water-related facility, the position of the building materials can be adjusted even after the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 have been adhered once.

[0131] Furthermore, according to the unit room for plumbing facilities of this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is fused to the support member 119 of the floor material 2, so that the first adhesive layer 16 is firmly bonded to the support member 119 which is the joint of the floor material 2. As a result, when the first adhesive layer 16 is once adhered to the joint of the building material of the wall material 4 and then the joint between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, the entire first adhesive layer 16 can be reliably left on the side of the floor material 2.

[0132] Furthermore, according to the unit room for bathroom facilities of this embodiment, the joints of the flooring material 2 are formed by support members 119 attached to the flooring material main body 14, which is the main body of the building material. This makes it possible to freely select the material of the flooring material main body 14 and the material of the support members 119 that form the joints, and enables the first adhesive layer 16 to be more firmly bonded to the joints of the flooring material 2.

[0133] Furthermore, according to the unit room for plumbing facilities of this embodiment, masking tape 30 (Figure 10), which is a cover that covers first adhesive layer 16, is attached to floor material 2, so that it is possible to prevent dust and the like from adhering to the surface of first adhesive layer 16, which would reduce its adhesiveness, or to prevent first adhesive layer 16 from being accidentally deformed before its shape stabilizes.

[0134] Furthermore, according to the unit room for bathroom facilities of this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is provided within the groove portion 118 of the flooring material 2 so as not to protrude from the groove portion 118, thereby preventing the watertight adhesive layer from being accidentally damaged during transportation of the flooring material 2, etc.

[0135] Next, a unit room for plumbing equipment according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Note that the description of the same configurations, actions, and effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiment will be partially omitted. Fig. 26A is an enlarged cross-sectional view of an end of a flooring material in a unit room for plumbing facilities according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 26B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a joint between a flooring material 2 and a wall material 4 in the unit room for plumbing facilities.

[0136] As shown in FIG. 26A, the groove portion 218, which is a wall-mounted recess, has a first inner side surface 218a, a second inner side surface 218b, and an inner bottom surface 218c. The inner bottom surface 218c is recessed downward from the floor surface 14a. The first inner side surface 218a is provided on one end side of the inner bottom surface 218c on the floor surface 14a side. The first inner side surface 218a extends upward from the inner bottom surface 218c toward the floor surface 14a. In other words, the first inner side surface 218a connects one end of the inner bottom surface 218c and one end of the floor surface 14a. The second inner side surface 218b is provided on the other end side of the inner bottom surface 218c. The second inner side surface 218b extends upward from the other end of the inner bottom surface 218c.

[0137] The first adhesive layer 16 is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the flooring body 14, and in this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is provided on the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218 so as not to protrude upward from the groove portion 218. In this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is provided, for example, continuously along the groove portion 218 over the entire three sides that are not adjacent to the bathtub 10 out of the four sides (outer edges) of the floor surface 14a. The first adhesive layer 16 is provided so as to be located between the flooring body 14 and the wall material 4 when assembling the unit room for plumbing facilities.

[0138] As shown in Figures 26A and 26B, an inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218, that is, the surface on which the first adhesive layer 16 is formed at the joint of the flooring main body 14, is provided with an uneven portion 218d. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 26B, when the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are joined together, the contact area A1, which is the first contact area between the uneven portion 218d of the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218 and the first adhesive layer 16, is set larger than the contact area A2, which is the second contact area between the lower end surface 4a, which is the joining portion of the wall material 4, and the first adhesive layer 16 (A1>A2).

[0139] That is, due to the uneven portion 218d of the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218, the contact area A1 between the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218 and the first adhesive layer 16 is larger than the contact area A2 between the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16. In this embodiment, the uneven portion 218d of the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218 is processed into an uneven shape so as to have a rougher surface roughness than the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4, but this is not limited to this form and other forms are also applicable.

[0140] For example, other forms of the uneven portion 218d may include a wedge-shaped unevenness, or an etching process or coating process may be performed to roughen the surface of the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218.

[0141] FIG. 27 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a schematic diagram of a connection portion between a floor material 2 and a wall material 4 of a unit room for plumbing facilities according to this embodiment. 27, when the wall material 4 is placed on the groove portion 218 of the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 provided on the floor material 2 comes into contact with the lower end portion of the wall material 4. As a result, the upper surface of the first adhesive layer 16 is elastically deformed by the load of the wall material 4 so as to conform to the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4, and the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 are tightly adhered to each other. The first adhesive layer 16 closes the gap between the floor material main body 14 and the wall material 4, making it watertight.

[0142] According to the unit room for plumbing facilities of the third embodiment of the present invention described above, the watertight adhesive layer (first adhesive layer 16) formed by applying heated and liquefied adhesive in a continuous line shape to the joint of the floor material 2 (the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218) has the property that the adhesive strength becomes stronger the larger the area of contact with the joint of the floor material 2 and the wall material 4.

[0143] Therefore, by utilizing such characteristics of the first adhesive layer 16, the contact area A1 between the uneven portion 218d of the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218 of the floor material 2 and the first adhesive layer 16 is set to be larger than the contact area A2 between the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16, so that the adhesive force of the contact area A1 can be made stronger than the adhesive force of the contact area A2. This makes it possible to make the wall material 4 easier to peel off from the first adhesive layer 16 than the floor material 2.

[0144] Therefore, after the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are once adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16, when the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, the entire first adhesive layer 16 can remain on the side of the floor material 2 without breaking, thereby preventing it from coming off together with the wall material 4.

[0145] Therefore, even if it becomes necessary to shift the relative positions of the floor material 2 and wall material 4 that have been adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16 when assembling the floor material 2 and wall material 4 of a unit room for plumbing facilities, there is no need to reapply the first adhesive layer 16 to each of the joints of the floor material 2 and the wall material 4, thereby improving workability.

[0146] Furthermore, for example, there is no need to adjust the flooring material 2 to which the first adhesive layer 16 has been applied in the factory, and it is only necessary to remove the adhesive from the flooring material 2 and assemble the wall material 4 in the correct position, which makes it easier to assemble the unit room for plumbing facilities and improves the ease of assembly. As a result, it is possible to provide a unit room for plumbing facilities that does not require any special skills from the installer and that can ensure reliable watertightness.

[0147] Furthermore, according to the unit room for bathroom facilities of this embodiment, by simply providing an uneven portion 218d on the surface (inner bottom surface 218c) on which the first adhesive layer 16 is formed in the groove portion 218 of the flooring material 2, the contact area A1 between the inner bottom surface 218c of the groove portion 218 of the flooring material 2 and the first adhesive layer 16 can be increased to be greater than the contact area A2 between the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16. As a result, by simply adding a simple structure to the groove portion 218 of the floor material 2, it is possible to improve the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 of the unit room for plumbing facilities.

[0148] In addition, unevenness similar to unevenness 218d of the joint (inner bottom surface 218c of groove portion 218) of the floor material 2 may also be provided on the joint (second joiner 20b) of the frame 6 or the joint (second receiving portion 28b) of the ceiling material 8. As a result, by simply adding a simple structure to the joint of the frame 6 (second joiner 20b) and the joint of the ceiling material 8 (second receiving portion 28b), it is possible to improve the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the frame 6 and ceiling material 8 of the unit room for plumbing equipment with the wall material 4.

[0149] Next, a unit room for plumbing equipment according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. Note that the description of the same configurations, actions, and effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiment will be partially omitted. FIG. 28 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an end portion of a flooring material for a plumbing facility unit room according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0150] As shown in FIG. 28, the joint of the wall material 4 that is joined to the groove portion 318, which is the joint of the floor material 2, i.e., the bottom surface (lower end surface 4a) of the wall material 4 and the surface of the side wall surface 4b extending upward from this lower end surface 4a, are coated with a release agent C1 (e.g., a silicone coating, a Teflon (registered trademark) coating, etc.). As a result, a strong adhesive region A3 is provided on the surface of the inner bottom surface 318c of the groove portion 318 of the floor material 2, to which the first adhesive layer 16 adheres with a relatively strong adhesive force.

[0151] On the other hand, the surfaces of the lower end surface 4a and the side wall surface 4b, which are the joints of the wall material 4, are provided with weak adhesive regions A4 which adhere with an adhesive strength weaker than that of the strong adhesive region A3 when in contact with the first adhesive layer 16. In this embodiment, a form in which a release agent C1 is coated on a portion of the lower end surface 4a and the side wall surface 4b of the wall material 4 as the weak adhesive area A4 of the wall material 4 is described. However, this is not limited to such a form, and the release agent C1 only needs to be coated on at least the bottom surface (lower end surface 4a) of the wall material 4.

[0152] Fig. 29 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a typical connection between a floor material 2 and a wall material 4 in a unit room for plumbing facilities according to this embodiment. Fig. 30 is a cross-sectional view showing a typical behavior of the first adhesive layer 16 when the wall material 4, which has been adhered once to the floor material 2, is re-adhered. As shown in Fig. 29, when the wall material 4 is placed on the groove portion 318 of the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 provided on the floor material 2 comes into contact with the lower end of the wall material 4. As a result, the upper surface of the first adhesive layer 16 is elastically deformed to conform to the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4 due to the load of the wall material 4, and the first adhesive layer 16 and the weak adhesive region A4 of the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4 are adhered with an adhesive force smaller than that of the strong adhesive region A3, so that they come into close contact and are watertight. In other words, the gap between the floor material main body 14 and the wall material 4 is closed by the first adhesive layer 16, making it watertight.

[0153] In addition, after the wall material 4 is adhered to the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 and the wall material 4 that have been adhered once can be peeled off and re-adhered in order to correct the position of the wall material 4. FIG. 30 is a diagram that shows a schematic diagram of the behavior of the first adhesive layer 16 at this time. First, as shown in (A) of FIG. 30, when the wall material 4 is placed on the groove portion 318 of the floor material 2, the first adhesive layer 16 is elastically deformed as shown in (B) and the lower end surface of the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16 are adhered without any gaps. At this time, since the thickness of the first adhesive layer 16 changes due to the elastic deformation, even if the floor material 2 or the wall material 4 is distorted, the gap between them is filled. Next, when the wall material 4 is pulled up from the floor material 2 in order to correct the position of the wall material 4, the first adhesive layer 16 is stretched while still adhering to the wall material 4 as shown in (C) of FIG. 30.

[0154] When the wall material 4 is further pulled up, as shown in section (D) of Figure 30, the interface between the weak adhesive area A4 (release agent C1) on the lower end surface 4a of the wall material 4 and the first adhesive layer 16 peels off, and the first adhesive layer 16, due to its shape restoring ability, is restored to almost the same shape as it was before it was adhered to the wall material 4.

[0155] As described above, the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the strong adhesive region A3 of the flooring 2 is stronger than the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the weak adhesive region A4 (release agent C1) of the walling 4. Therefore, when the walling 4 is pulled up, the interface between the first adhesive layer 16 and the walling 4 peels off, and the first adhesive layer 16 remains on the side of the flooring 2. In addition, the breaking strength of the first adhesive layer 16 itself is greater than the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the walling 4 and the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 16 and the flooring 2. Therefore, as shown in (C) of FIG. 30, when the first adhesive layer 16 is stretched, the first adhesive layer 16 itself is not broken. In addition, since the first adhesive layer 16 still retains its adhesiveness even after the walling 4 is peeled off, the walling 4 can be re-adhered.

[0156] According to the unit room for plumbing facilities of the fourth embodiment of the present invention described above, a strong adhesive region A3 that maintains adhesion with the first adhesive layer 16 is provided on the inner bottom surface 318c of the groove portion 318 of the floor material 2, and a weak adhesive region A4 that enables peeling from the first adhesive layer 16 is provided on the surfaces of the lower end surface 4a and side wall surface 4b of the wall material 4, thereby making it possible to create a difference in adhesion between the first adhesive layer 16 and the two building materials 2, 4.

[0157] As a result, after the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are once adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16, when the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the first adhesive layer 16 can be maintained by the strong adhesive area A3 on the inner bottom surface 318c of the groove portion 18 of the floor material 2.

[0158] Meanwhile, the weak adhesion regions A4 on the bottom end surface 4a and the side wall surface 4b of the wall material 4 enable the wall material 4 to be peeled off from the first adhesive layer 16, so that the entire first adhesive layer 16 can remain on the floor material 2 side without being broken, and it is possible to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from coming off together with the wall material 4. At this time, the weak adhesion regions A4 of the wall material 4 reduce the force applied when the first adhesive layer 16 is peeled off, so that the choice of adhesives constituting the first adhesive layer 16 is expanded.

[0159] Therefore, even if it becomes necessary to shift the relative positions of the floor material 2 and wall material 4 that have been adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16 when assembling the floor material 2 and wall material 4 of a unit room for plumbing facilities, there is no need to reapply the first adhesive layer 16 to each of the joints of the floor material 2 and the wall material 4, thereby improving workability.

[0160] Furthermore, for example, there is no need to adjust the flooring material 2 to which the first adhesive layer 16 has been applied in the factory, and it is only necessary to remove the adhesive from the flooring material 2 and assemble the wall material 4 in the correct position, which makes it easier to assemble the unit room for plumbing facilities and improves the ease of assembly. As a result, it is possible to provide a unit room for plumbing facilities that does not require any special skills from the installer and that can ensure reliable watertightness.

[0161] In addition, according to the unit room for water-related equipment of this embodiment, the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are once adhered to each other via the first adhesive layer 16 by a simple configuration of coating the lower end surface 4a and the side wall surface 4b of the wall material 4 with a release agent C1 such as silicone coating or Teflon (registered trademark) coating to provide a weak adhesive region A4. When the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off after the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are once adhered to each other via the first adhesive layer 16, the strong adhesive region A3 on the inner bottom surface 318c of the groove portion 318 of the floor material 2 can maintain the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the first adhesive layer 16. Meanwhile, the weak adhesive region A4 on the lower end surface 4a and the side wall surface 4b of the wall material 4 allows the wall material 4 to be peeled off from the first adhesive layer 16. Therefore, the entire first adhesive layer 16 can remain on the side of the floor material 2 without being broken, and it is possible to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from coming off together with the wall material 4. Therefore, by simply adding a simple configuration to the wall material 4, it is possible to improve the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 of the unit room for plumbing facilities.

[0162] Although a detailed explanation is omitted, similar to the strong adhesion area A3 of the joint of the floor material 2 (the inner bottom surface 318c of the groove portion 318), the joint of the frame 6 (the second joiner 20b) and the joint of the ceiling material 8 (the second receiving portion 28b) may also be made into a strong adhesion area A3, and the surface of the joint of the wall material 4 to which these frame 6 and ceiling material 8 are joined may be made into a weak adhesion area A4. As a result, by simply adding a simple configuration to the wall material 4, it is possible to improve the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the frame 6 and ceiling material 8 of the unit room for plumbing equipment with the wall material 4.

[0163] Next, a unit room for plumbing equipment according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described. Note that the description of the same configurations, actions, and effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiments will be partially omitted. FIG. 31 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an end portion of a flooring material for a unit room for plumbing facilities according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention.

[0164] As shown in FIG. 31, the groove portion 418 has a first inner side surface 418a, a second inner side surface 418b, and an inner bottom surface 418c. The inner bottom surface 418c is recessed downward from the floor surface 14a. The first inner side surface 418a is provided on one end side of the inner bottom surface 418c on the floor surface 14a side. The first inner side surface 418a extends upward from the inner bottom surface 418c toward the floor surface 14a. In other words, the first inner side surface 418a connects one end of the inner bottom surface 418c and one end of the floor surface 14a. The second inner side surface 418b is provided on the other end side of the inner bottom surface 418c. The second inner side surface 418b extends upward from the other end of the inner bottom surface.

[0165] 31, a support member 419 that supports the lower end of the wall material 4 is watertightly provided within groove 418, which is the joint of the floor material 2, along groove 418. This support member 419 is a concave member with a roughly U-shaped cross section, and forms a support recess with inner bottom surface 419a and first inner side surface 419b and second inner side surface 419c provided on one end side and the other end side, respectively.

[0166] The support member 419 further includes an anchor portion 419d that protrudes upward from the middle portion between the first inner side surface 419b and the second inner side surface 419c on the inner bottom surface 419a and has a wedge-shaped tip. The first adhesive layer 16 is formed on the inner bottom surface 419a of the support member 419, with the anchor portion 419d at the center.

[0167] Here, the anchor portion 419d of the support member 419 functions as a detachment prevention portion that prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from detaching from the joint of the floor material 2 (the support member 419 in the groove portion 418) so that when the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are once adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16 and the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, the entire first adhesive layer 16 remains on the support member 419 side in the groove portion 418 of the floor material 2 without breaking. This prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from separating from the support member 419.

[0168] According to the unit room 1 for plumbing facilities of the fifth embodiment of the present invention described above, after the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 are once adhered to each other via the first adhesive layer 16, when the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, the first adhesive layer 16 can be prevented from coming off from the support member 419 in the groove portion 418 of the floor material 2 by the anti-detachment portion (anchor portion 419d) provided at the joint of the floor material 2 (the support member 419 in the groove portion 418). This allows the entire first adhesive layer 16 to remain on the support member 419 side in the groove 418 of the floor material 2 without breaking, and prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from coming off together with the wall material 4.

[0169] Therefore, even if it becomes necessary to shift the relative positions of the floor material 2 and wall material 4 that have been adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16 when assembling the floor material 2 and wall material 4 of a unit room for plumbing facilities, there is no need to reapply the first adhesive layer 16 to each of the joints of the floor material 2 and the wall material 4, thereby improving workability.

[0170] Furthermore, for example, there is no need to adjust the flooring material 2 to which the first adhesive layer 16 has been applied in the factory, and it is only necessary to remove the adhesive from the flooring material 2 and assemble the wall material 4 in the correct position, which makes it easier to assemble the unit room for plumbing facilities and improves the ease of assembly. As a result, it is possible to provide a unit room for plumbing facilities that does not require any special skills from the installer and that can ensure reliable watertightness.

[0171] Furthermore, according to the unit room for plumbing facilities of this embodiment, a support member 419 having an anchor portion 419d that prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from separating is simply fixed to the floor material 2 in a watertight manner as a detachment prevention portion provided at the joint of the floor material 2, and after the floor material 2 and wall material 4 are once adhered to each other via the first adhesive layer 16, when the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, it is possible to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from detaching from the anchor portion 419d of the support member 419 in the groove portion 418 of the floor material 2. This allows the entire first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16 to remain on the floor material 2 side without being broken, and prevents it from coming off together with the wall material 4.

[0172] Therefore, simply by adding a simple anti-detachment portion (anchor portion 419d of support member 419) to the groove portion 418 of the floor material 2, it is possible to improve the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the floor material 2 and wall material 4 of the unit room for bathroom facilities.

[0173] Next, with reference to FIG. 32, a plumbing facility unit room 100 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 32 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a groove portion 518 of a floor material 2 of a bathroom facility unit room 100 according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention.

[0174] Here, in the unit room 100 for bathroom facilities according to this embodiment shown in Figure 32, the same parts as those in the unit room 1 for bathroom facilities according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention described above are given the same symbols, and their explanations are omitted. As shown in Figure 32, in the unit room 100 for bathroom facilities according to this embodiment, the structure of the support member 519 watertightly installed in the groove portion 518 of the floor material 2 differs from the structure of the support member 119 of the unit room 1 for bathroom facilities according to the second embodiment of the present invention described above.

[0175] That is, as shown in FIG. 32, in supporting member 519, first adhesive layer 16 is formed along the inner bottom surface 519a thereof. Further, anchor portions 519d protruding in pairs so as to face each other in the horizontal direction are provided as separation prevention portions on each of the first inner side surface 519b and the second inner side surface 519c of the support member 519. These anchor portions 519d are configured to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from being separated from the support member 519.

[0176] According to the unit room 100 for plumbing facilities of the sixth embodiment of the present invention described above, a support member 519 having an anchor portion 519d that prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from separating is simply fixed to the floor material 2 in a watertight manner as a detachment prevention portion provided at the joint of the floor material 2, and after the floor material 2 and wall material 4 are once adhered to each other via the first adhesive layer 16, when the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, it is possible to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from detaching from the anchor portion 519d of the support member 519 in the groove portion 18 of the floor material 2.

[0177] This allows the entire first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16 to remain on the floor material 2 side without being broken, and prevents it from coming off together with the wall material 4. Therefore, simply by adding a simple anti-detachment portion (anchor portion 519d of support member 519) to the groove portion 518 of the floor material 2, it is possible to improve the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the floor material 2 and wall material 4 of the unit room for bathroom facilities.

[0178] Next, with reference to FIG. 33, a unit room 200 for plumbing facilities according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 33 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a groove portion 618 of a floor material 2 of a bathroom facility unit room 200 according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention.

[0179] Here, in the unit room 200 for plumbing facilities according to this embodiment shown in Figure 33, the same parts as those in the unit room for plumbing facilities according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention described above are given the same symbols, and their explanations are omitted. As shown in Figure 33, the unit room 200 for bathroom facilities according to this embodiment has a different structure in that the support members 119, 419 of the unit rooms for bathroom facilities according to the second and fifth embodiments of the present invention described above are not provided within the groove portion 618 of the floor material 2.

[0180] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the structure in which the first adhesive layer 16 is formed directly on the inner bottom surface 618c of the groove portion 618 and then mechanically fastened by a fastening tool, a screw 619, differs from the second and fifth embodiments of the present invention described above.

[0181] 33, the screw 619 that mechanically fastens the first adhesive layer 16 to the inner bottom surface 618c of the groove portion 618 of the flooring material 2 is fastened so as to penetrate one side (the second inner surface 618b side) in the width direction (the same direction as the width direction between the first inner surface 618a and the second inner surface 618b of the groove portion 618) of the first adhesive layer 16. This allows the screw 619 to function as a separation prevention part that prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from separating from the groove portion 618 of the flooring material 2.

[0182] According to the unit room 200 for plumbing facilities of the seventh embodiment of the present invention described above, a detachment prevention portion is provided in the groove portion 618 of the floor material 2. This has a simple configuration in which the first adhesive layer 16 is mechanically fastened to the inner bottom surface 618c of the groove portion 618 of the floor material 2 with screws 619, and once the floor material 2 and wall material 4 have been adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16, when the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, it is possible to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from detaching from the groove portion 618 of the floor material 2. This allows the entire first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16 to remain on the floor material 2 side without being broken, and prevents it from coming off together with the wall material 4.

[0183] Therefore, simply by adding a simple anti-detachment portion (screw 619) to the groove portion 618 of the floor material 2, the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 of the unit room 200 for bathroom facilities can be improved. In addition, the process of mechanically fastening the first adhesive layer 16 to the inner bottom surface 618c of the groove portion 618 with the screws 619 is preferably performed in a factory after the watertight adhesive layer forming process S2 (FIG. 8) or after the curing process S3 (FIG. 8).

[0184] Next, with reference to FIG. 34, a unit room 300 for plumbing facilities according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 34 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a groove portion 718 of a floor material 2 of a bathroom facility unit room 300 according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention.

[0185] Here, in the unit room 300 for plumbing facilities according to this embodiment shown in Figure 34, the same parts as those in the unit room for plumbing facilities according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention described above are given the same symbols, and their explanations are omitted. As shown in Figure 34, the unit room 300 for bathroom facilities according to this embodiment has a different structure in that the support members 119, 419 of the unit rooms for bathroom facilities according to the second and fifth embodiments of the present invention described above are not provided within the groove portion 718 of the floor material 2.

[0186] In addition, in this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 16 is formed directly on the inner bottom surface 718c of the groove portion 718, and then mechanically fastened by a fastening device, a screw 719, which is similar to the screw 619 in the seventh embodiment of the present invention described above. However, the structure differs from that of the seventh embodiment of the present invention described above in that the screw 719 is fastened so as to penetrate approximately the center of the first adhesive layer 16 in the width direction (the same direction as the width direction between the first inner surface 718a and the second inner surface 718b of the groove portion 718).

[0187] That is, as shown in Figure 34, the screw 719 that mechanically fastens the first adhesive layer 16 to the inner bottom surface 718c of the groove portion 718 of the flooring 2 is fastened so as to penetrate approximately the center of the first adhesive layer 16 in the width direction, and is capable of functioning as a detachment prevention part that prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from detaching from the groove portion 718 of the flooring 2. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 34, when the screw 719 mechanically fastens the first adhesive layer 16 to the inner bottom surface 718c of the groove portion 718 of the flooring material 2, the head 719a of the screw 719 fastens the first adhesive layer 16 in a state where it is embedded in the first adhesive layer 16.

[0188] According to the unit room 300 for bathroom facilities according to the above-mentioned eighth embodiment of the present invention, the first adhesive layer 16 can be fastened to the inner bottom surface 718c of the groove portion 718 of the floor material 2 with the head 719a of the screw 719 embedded in the first adhesive layer 16. Therefore, the adhesive portion of the first adhesive layer 16 and the inner bottom surface 718c of the groove portion 718 of the flooring 2 are not separated by the screws 719, thereby preventing the watertightness between the first adhesive layer 16 and the flooring 2 from being compromised.

[0189] Next, with reference to FIG. 35, a plumbing facility unit room 400 according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 35 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a groove portion 818 of a floor material 2 of a bathroom facility unit room 400 according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention.

[0190] Here, in the unit room 400 for plumbing equipment according to this embodiment shown in Figure 35, the same parts as those in the unit room for plumbing equipment according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention described above are given the same symbols, and their explanations are omitted. As shown in FIG. 35, in the unit room 400 for plumbing equipment according to this embodiment, the structure of the support member 819 that is watertightly installed in the groove portion 818 of the floor material 2 differs from the structure of the support member 419 of the unit room for plumbing equipment according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention described above.

[0191] In this embodiment, the support member 819 has a recess formed by the first inner side surface 819a, the second inner side surface 819b, and the inner bottom surface 819c. Furthermore, within the recess of this support member 819, the first adhesive layer 16 is formed directly on the inner bottom surface 819c, and then mechanically fastened by a fastening device, a screw 820, which is a different structure from the structures of the fifth to eighth embodiments.

[0192] That is, as shown in Figure 35, the screw 820 that mechanically fastens the first adhesive layer 16 to the inner bottom surface 819c of the support member 819 in the groove portion 818 of the flooring 2 is fastened so as to penetrate approximately the center of the first adhesive layer 16 in the width direction, and is capable of functioning as a detachment prevention part that prevents the first adhesive layer 16 from detaching from the support member 819 in the groove portion 818 of the flooring 2.

[0193] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 35, when the screw 820 mechanically fastens the first adhesive layer 16 to the inner bottom surface 818c of the groove portion 818 of the flooring material 2, the head 820a of the screw 820 fastens the first adhesive layer 16 in a state where it is embedded in the first adhesive layer 16.

[0194] According to the unit room 400 for bathroom facilities of the ninth embodiment of the present invention described above, a detachment prevention portion is provided in the groove portion 818 of the floor material 2. This has a simple configuration in which the first adhesive layer 16 is mechanically fastened to the inner bottom surface 819c of the support member 819 in the groove portion 818 of the floor material 2 with screws 820, and once the floor material 2 and wall material 4 have been adhered together via the first adhesive layer 16, when the adhesion between the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 is peeled off, it is possible to prevent the first adhesive layer 16 from detaching from the support member 819 in the groove portion 818 of the floor material 2.

[0195] This allows the entire first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16 to remain on the floor material 2 side without being broken, and prevents it from coming off together with the wall material 4. Therefore, simply by adding a simple anti-detachment section (support member 819, screw 820) to the groove portion 818 of the floor material 2, the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the floor material 2 and the wall material 4 of the unit room 400 for bathroom facilities can be improved.

[0196] Although a detailed explanation will be omitted, the joint (second joiner 20b) of the frame 6 (Figure 4) and the joint (second receiving portion 28b) of the ceiling material 8 (Figure 7) may also be provided with a separation prevention portion similar to the separation prevention portions 119, 419d, 519, 519d, 619, 719, 820 of the joint (groove portion) of the floor material 2 in the second to ninth embodiments.

[0197] As a result, by simply adding a simple structure to the joint of the frame 6 (second joiner 20b) and the joint of the ceiling material 8 (second receiving portion 28b), it is possible to improve the workability and ease of assembly when assembling the frame 6 and ceiling material 8 of the unit room for plumbing equipment with the wall material 4.

[0198] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, various modifications can be made to the above-mentioned embodiment. In particular, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the joints between the floor material and the wall material, between the frame and the wall material, and between the ceiling material and the wall material are all watertightly joined using a watertight adhesive layer, but it is also possible to apply a seal using a watertight adhesive layer to some of these joints, for example, only between the floor material and the wall material, or both between the floor material and the wall material and between the frame and the wall material. Furthermore, it is also possible to use silicone or other caulking in combination with the joints that have been secured to be watertight by the watertight adhesive layer. In addition, the groove portion can be provided on the upper surface of the bank portion formed around the floor material. Furthermore, the first adhesive layer 16 can be provided without attaching the support member 19 to the groove portion (wall-mounted recess) 18. In addition, the present invention can be configured by combining multiple embodiments described above.

[0199] In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the present invention has been applied to the manufacture of a unit bath, which is a unit room for plumbing facilities. However, as a modified example, the unit room for plumbing facilities of the present invention can also be applied to a shower room, as shown in FIG.

[0200] In the modified example shown in Figure 36, the plumbing facility unit room of the present invention is applied to a shower room 900. The shower room 900 is composed of a floor material 902, a wall material 904, a frame 906 connecting the wall material 904, and a ceiling material 908. A door 904a is provided on one side of the shower room 900, allowing access to and from the shower room 900. In this modified example as well, the floor material 902, the frame 906, and the ceiling material 908 function as the first building material, and the wall material 904 functions as the second building material.

[0201] The flooring material 902 is a roughly rectangular panel-shaped member, and a first adhesive layer 916, which is a watertight adhesive layer, is formed continuously around the entire periphery of the outer periphery. Frames 906 are provided at the four corners of the flooring material 902, and a second adhesive layer 922, which is a watertight adhesive layer, is formed on each frame 906. Furthermore, a panel-shaped wall material 904 is disposed on the outer periphery of the flooring material 902, and the flooring material 902 and the wall material 904 are adhered watertight and re-adhesively via the first adhesive layer 916. Furthermore, the side edges of these wall materials 904 are adhered watertight and re-adhesively to the frame 906 via the second adhesive layer 922, respectively. Similarly to the wall material 904, the door frame of the door 904a is adhered to the floor material 902 and the frame 906 via a first adhesive layer 916 and a second adhesive layer 922, respectively, in a watertight and re-adhesive manner.

[0202] Furthermore, the ceiling material 908 is a roughly rectangular panel-like member, and a third adhesive layer 926, which is a watertight adhesive layer, is formed continuously around the entire outer periphery of the ceiling material 908. The ceiling material 908 is adhered to the upper edges of each wall material 904 and the upper ends of each frame 906 via the third adhesive layer 926 in a watertight and re-adhesive manner.
