Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a stator assembly for a three-phase brushless motor. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 describes the structure of a stator for a three-phase motor. The stator described in Patent Document 1 has 12 teeth arranged at intervals of a predetermined angle (30°). Four of the 12 teeth are used for each of the U phase, V phase, and W phase. The teeth are arranged in a circular pattern (e.g., counterclockwise) in the following order: U1 teeth for U phase, U2 teeth for U phase, V1 teeth for V phase, V2 teeth for V phase, W1 teeth for W phase, W2 teeth for W phase, U3 teeth for U phase, U5 teeth for U phase, V3 teeth for V phase, V4 teeth for V phase, W3 teeth for W phase, and W4 teeth for W phase.

[0003] A linear conductor for the U phase is wound around the teeth that make up the U phase, a linear conductor for the V phase is wound around the teeth that make up the V phase, and a linear conductor for the W phase is wound around the teeth that make up the W phase.

[0004] Among the multiple teeth constituting the U phase, the linear conductors for the U phase of non-adjacent teeth are connected by a U phase crossover wire (conductor), among the teeth constituting the V phase, the linear conductors for the V phase of non-adjacent teeth are connected by a V phase crossover wire (conductor), and among the teeth constituting the W phase, the linear conductors for the W phase of non-adjacent teeth are connected by a W phase crossover wire (conductor). The linear conductors for the U phase, the linear conductors for the V phase, and the linear conductors for the W phase are connected to a neutral point at a predetermined position of the ring-shaped structure in which the multiple teeth are arranged.

[0005] The crossover wires of each layer are hooked onto a plurality of pins provided on the structure, the plurality of pins being shaped to protrude from the top surface of the structure and spaced apart along an annular shape. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 2012-253978 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] However, in the configuration shown in Patent Document 1, there are inevitably locations where conductors with a potential difference cross each other, such as where a W-phase crossover wire (conductor) crosses a conductor connecting a V-phase linear conductor to a neutral point. This reduces the insulation reliability of the stator. In addition, pins are required to connect the windings, making it difficult to reduce the height.

[0008] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENTS Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a stator assembly which is thin and has high insulation reliability. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The stator assembly of the present invention comprises a stator core having a ring-shaped back yoke and a plurality of teeth extending toward a ring-shaped central axis, an insulator made of an insulating material and arranged to sandwich the stator core from above and below, and a coil conductor wound around a portion of the insulator covering the plurality of teeth.

[0010] The plurality of teeth include first teeth and second teeth for each of the U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase, and the teeth of each phase are arranged in sequence and repeatedly along a ring.

[0011] The coil conductor has a coil conductor for each of phases U, V, and W. The coil conductor for each phase is connected in the following order: terminal wiring conductor, first teeth conductor wound around the first teeth, crossover conductor, second teeth conductor wound around the second teeth, and neutral point connecting conductor.

[0012] The terminal wiring conductor is connected to the conductor for the first tooth on the upper side of the insulator. The crossover conductor is arranged above the insulator arranged in the stator core and along the outer side of the teeth of the other phase.

[0013] The neutral point connecting conductor is connected to the second teeth conductor on the lower side of the insulator.

[0014] In this configuration, the portion of the coil conductor of each phase on the control signal application terminal side (opposite the neutral point), and the portion connecting the coil conductor wound around multiple teeth and the portion connecting the coil conductor of each phase to the neutral point are separated by the stator core and insulator, thereby preventing conductors with large potential differences from coming close to each other. Effect of the Invention

[0015] According to the present invention, a stator assembly with high insulation reliability can be realized. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0020] One end of U-phase coil 101U is connected to U-phase AC input terminal 102U, one end of V-phase coil 101V is connected to V-phase AC input terminal 102V, and one end of W-phase coil 101W is connected to W-phase AC input terminal 102W.

[0021] The other end of U-phase coil 101U, the other end of V-phase coil 101V, and the other end of W-phase coil 101W are connected to neutral point 103.

[0022] This circuit configuration realizes a Y-connection (star connection) for the motor.

[0023] (Structure of the stator assembly) Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the stator assembly according to the first embodiment. Fig. 3 is a top view of the stator assembly according to the first embodiment. Fig. 4 is a bottom view of the stator assembly according to the first embodiment. Fig. 5 is a developed side view of the stator assembly according to the first embodiment.

[0024] As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the stator assembly 10 includes a stator core 21, an insulator 30, a bus bar conductor 70, and a plurality of coil conductors (coil conductor 410, coil conductor 510, and coil conductor 610).

[0025] The stator core 21 includes a back yoke and a plurality of teeth (teeth 221, teeth 222, teeth 223, teeth 224, teeth 225, and teeth 226).

[0026] The back yoke is a magnetic material. For example, specifically, the back yoke is formed by laminating a plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets, which are soft magnetic materials. The back yoke is annular with a predetermined width and height.

[0027] The teeth (teeth 221, teeth 222, teeth 223, teeth 224, teeth 225, and teeth 226) are magnetic. The teeth are arranged inside the back yoke, that is, on the central axis side of the ring formed by the back yoke. The teeth are columnar bodies extending from the inner wall surface of the back yoke toward the central axis. The teeth are arranged at a predetermined angular interval. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the teeth 221, teeth 222, teeth 223, teeth 224, teeth 225, and teeth 226 are arranged in this order at angular intervals of about 60° counterclockwise when viewed from above and clockwise when viewed from below. The teeth are formed, for example, of the same material as the back yoke.

[0028] As a result, the stator core 21 is composed of the back yoke and the multiple teeth, which are made of the same material.

[0029] The insulator 30 is made of an insulating material. The insulator 30 is disposed so as to sandwich the stator core 21 from above and below. More specifically, the insulator 30 includes an upper cover 31 and a lower cover 33. The upper cover 31 covers the stator core 21 from the upper surface side to a predetermined height on the side surface. The lower cover 33 covers the stator core 21 from the lower surface side to a predetermined height on the side surface.

[0030] The insulator 30 includes a plurality of flanges. More specifically, the upper cover 31 of the insulator 30 includes a plurality of flanges (flange 311, flange 312, flange 313, flange 314, flange 315, and flange 316). The plurality of flanges (flange 311, flange 312, flange 313, flange 314, flange 315, and flange 316) are disposed in portions of the upper cover 31 that overlap the back yoke of the stator core 21.

[0031] The multiple flanges (flange 311, flange 312, flange 313, flange 314, flange 315, and flange 316) are shaped to protrude from the upper surface of upper cover 31 (the surface opposite to the surface that abuts against the back yoke of stator core 21) and are plate-shaped along the inner circumferential edge of the back yoke of stator core 21.

[0032] The multiple flanges are arranged in a portion where the back yoke and the multiple teeth are connected in the stator core 21. More specifically, flange 311 is arranged in a portion where the back yoke and teeth 221 are connected, flange 312 is arranged in a portion where the back yoke and teeth 222 are connected, and flange 313 is arranged in a portion where the back yoke and teeth 223 are connected. Flange 314 is arranged in a portion where the back yoke and teeth 224 are connected, flange 315 is arranged in a portion where the back yoke and teeth 225 are connected, and flange 316 is arranged in a portion where the back yoke and teeth 226 are connected.

[0033] Flange 311 has recess 3110 that divides it into two, flange 312 has recess 3120 that divides it into two, and flange 313 has recess 3130 that divides it into two. Flange 314 has recess 3140 that divides it into two, flange 315 has recess 3150 that divides it into two, and flange 316 has recess 3160 that divides it into two.

[0034] The insulator 30 includes a plurality of protrusions. More specifically, the upper cover 31 of the insulator 30 includes a plurality of protrusions (protrusion 321, protrusion 322, protrusion 323, protrusion 324, protrusion 325, and protrusion 326). The plurality of protrusions protrude from an upper surface of the upper cover 31 (a surface opposite to a surface that abuts against the back yoke of the stator core 21). The plurality of protrusions are disposed outward from the plurality of flanges.

[0035] In a side view of insulator 30, the multiple protrusions are arranged so as to overlap portions of the recesses of the multiple flanges. More specifically, protrusion 321 overlaps portions of recess 3110 of flange 311, protrusion 322 overlaps portions of recess 3120 of flange 312, and protrusion 323 overlaps portions of recess 3130 of flange 313. Protrusion 324 overlaps portions of recess 3140 of flange 314, protrusion 325 overlaps portions of recess 3150 of flange 315, and protrusion 326 overlaps portions of recess 3160 of flange 316.

[0036] 3 and 4, the insulator 30 has a through hole 391, a through hole 392, and a through hole 393. The through holes 391, 392, and 393 penetrate the insulator 30 (the upper cover 31 and the lower cover 33) from the upper surface to the lower surface.

[0037] A recess 290 is formed outside a portion of the stator core 21 where the back yoke and the multiple teeth are connected, and through holes 391, 392, and 393 are formed in a portion of the insulator 30 located in the recess 290. More specifically, the through hole 391 is formed in the insulator 30 in the recess 290 in the portion where the back yoke and the teeth 221 in the stator core 21 are connected, the through hole 392 is formed in the insulator 30 in the recess 290 in the portion where the back yoke and the teeth 222 in the stator core 21 are connected, and the through hole 393 is formed in the insulator 30 in the recess 290 in the portion where the back yoke and the teeth 223 in the stator core 21 are connected.

[0038] The busbar conductor 70 is an annular flat plate having a predetermined width. When viewed from above or below, the busbar conductor 70 overlaps the back yoke of the stator core 21. The busbar conductor 70 is disposed on a surface of the lower cover 33 of the insulator 30, i.e., on a surface of the stator core 21 opposite to the side that abuts against the back yoke.

[0039] Each of the plurality of coil conductors is made up of a single conductor, and is configured by a terminal wiring conductor, a plurality of teeth conductors, a crossover conductor, and a neutral point connecting conductor.

[0040] More specifically, the coil conductor 410 is made of a single conductor and includes, as functional parts, a terminal wiring conductor 411, a first tooth conductor 41, a crossover conductor 412, a second tooth conductor 42, and a neutral point connecting conductor 413. The coil conductor 510 is made of a single conductor and includes, as functional parts, a terminal wiring conductor 511, a first tooth conductor 51, a crossover conductor 512, a second tooth conductor 52, and a neutral point connecting conductor 513. The coil conductor 610 is made of a single conductor and includes, as functional parts, a terminal wiring conductor 611, a first tooth conductor 61, a crossover conductor 612, a second tooth conductor 62, and a neutral point connecting conductor 613.

[0041] (Specific Arrangement (Routing) of the Coil Conductor 410) More specifically, the coil conductor 410 is arranged as follows.

[0042] The terminal wiring conductor 411 is inserted through the through hole 391 and routed from the lower side to the upper side of the back yoke of the stator core 21. Furthermore, the terminal wiring conductor 411 passes over the upper surface of the portion of the insulator 30 that overlaps the back yoke of the stator core 21, passes through the recess 3110, is led to the tooth 222 side of the tooth 221, and is connected to the first tooth conductor 41.

[0043] The first tooth conductor 41 is wound around the tooth 221 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. An end of the first tooth conductor 41 opposite to the side connected to the terminal wiring conductor 411 is routed along the side end of the flange portion 311 on the tooth 226 side, to the upper surface side of the portion where the insulator 30 overlaps the back yoke of the stator core 21. This end is connected to the crossover conductor 412.

[0044] The crossover conductor 412 is routed to the tooth 222 side through the outer surface of the flange 311 and the upper surface of the protrusion 321. The crossover conductor 412 is routed in a substantially arc shape along the outer surfaces of the flange 312 and the flange 313, similar to the shape of the back yoke of the stator core 21, to the portion of the flange 313 side of the flange 314. The crossover conductor 412 is inserted from the outer surface of the portion of the flange 314 on the flange 313 side through the recess 3140, led to the tooth 225 side of the tooth 224, and connected to the second tooth conductor 42.

[0045] The conductor 42 for the second teeth is wound around the teeth 224 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. An end of the conductor 42 for the second teeth opposite to the side connected to the crossover conductor 412 is drawn below the teeth 224 and connected to the neutral point connecting conductor 413.

[0046] The neutral point connecting conductor 413 is routed to a position between the teeth 224 and 225 of the bus bar conductor 70, and is connected to the bus bar conductor 70 by a conductive bonding material or the like.

[0047] (Specific Arrangement (Routing) of the Coil Conductor 510) More specifically, the coil conductor 510 is arranged as follows.

[0048] The terminal wiring conductor 511 is inserted through the through hole 392 and routed from the lower side to the upper side of the back yoke of the stator core 21. Further, the terminal wiring conductor 511 passes over the upper surface of the portion of the insulator 30 that overlaps the back yoke of the stator core 21, passes through the recess 3120, is led to the tooth 223 side of the tooth 222, and is connected to the first tooth conductor 51.

[0049] The first tooth conductor 51 is wound around the tooth 222 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. An end of the first tooth conductor 51 opposite to the side connected to the terminal wiring conductor 511 is routed along the side end of the flange portion 312 on the tooth 221 side, to the upper surface side of the portion where the insulator 30 overlaps the back yoke of the stator core 21. This end is connected to the crossover conductor 512.

[0050] Crossover wire conductor 512 is routed to the tooth 223 side through the outer surface of flange 312 and the upper surface of protrusion 322. Crossover wire conductor 512 is routed in a substantially arc shape along the outer surfaces of flange 313 and flange 314 to the portion of flange 315 on the flange 314 side, similar to the shape of the back yoke of stator core 21. Crossover wire conductor 512 is inserted from the outer surface of the portion of flange 315 on the flange 314 side through recess 3150, led to the tooth 226 side of tooth 225, and connected to second tooth conductor 52.

[0051] The conductor 52 for the second teeth is wound around the teeth 225 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. An end of the conductor 52 for the second teeth opposite to the side connected to the crossover conductor 512 is drawn below the teeth 225 and connected to the neutral point connecting conductor 513.

[0052] The neutral point connecting conductor 513 is routed to a position between the teeth 225 and the teeth 226 of the bus bar conductor 70, and is connected to the bus bar conductor 70 by a conductive bonding material or the like.

[0053] (Specific Arrangement (Routing) of the Coil Conductor 610) More specifically, the coil conductor 610 is arranged as follows.

[0054] The terminal wiring conductor 611 is inserted through the through hole 393 and routed from the lower side to the upper side of the back yoke of the stator core 21. Further, the terminal wiring conductor 611 passes over the upper surface of the portion of the insulator 30 that overlaps the back yoke of the stator core 21, passes through the recess 3130, is led to the tooth 224 side of the tooth 223, and is connected to the first tooth conductor 61.

[0055] The first tooth conductor 61 is wound around the tooth 223 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. An end of the first tooth conductor 61 opposite to the side connected to the terminal wiring conductor 611 is routed along the side end of the flange portion 313 on the tooth 222 side, to the upper surface side of the portion where the insulator 30 overlaps the back yoke of the stator core 21. This end is connected to the crossover conductor 612.

[0056] The crossover conductor 612 is routed to the tooth 224 side through the outer surface of the flange 313 and the upper surface of the protrusion 323. The crossover conductor 612 is routed in a substantially arc shape along the outer surfaces of the flange 314 and the flange 315 to the flange 315 side portion of the flange 316, similar to the shape of the back yoke of the stator core 21. The crossover conductor 612 is inserted from the outer surface of the flange 315 side portion of the flange 316 through the recess 3160, and is led to the tooth 221 side of the tooth 226, and is connected to the second tooth conductor 62.

[0057] The conductor 62 for the second teeth is wound around the teeth 226 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. An end of the conductor 62 for the second teeth opposite to the side connected to the crossover conductor 612 is drawn below the teeth 226 and connected to the neutral point connecting conductor 613.

[0058] The neutral point connecting conductor 613 is routed to a position between the teeth 226 and the teeth 221 of the bus bar conductor 70, and is connected to the bus bar conductor 70 by a conductive bonding material or the like.

[0059] In this configuration, for example, teeth 221 and teeth 224 are set as teeth for a U phase, and coil conductor 410 is set as a coil conductor for a U phase. Teeth 222 and teeth 225 are set as teeth for a V phase, and coil conductor 510 is set as a coil conductor for a V phase. Teeth 223 and teeth 226 are set as teeth for a W phase, and coil conductor 610 is set as a coil conductor for a W phase. In this way, stator assembly 10 can achieve the circuit (wiring) shown in FIG. 1 above.

[0060] In this configuration, the portions of the coil conductors that run between the teeth are routed to the back yoke of the stator core 21 and the upper surface of the insulator 30, and the portions that connect the teeth to the neutral point are routed from the teeth through the inside of the back yoke to the lower surface of the back yoke of the stator core 21 and the insulator 30. The portions of the coil conductors from the terminals to the teeth are arranged through the outer surface to the upper surface of the insulator 30. This prevents portions of the coil conductors with large potential differences from being close to each other. Therefore, the stator assembly 10 can achieve high insulation reliability.

[0061] In addition, in this configuration, the crossover line conductor 412 passes over the upper surface side of the protrusion 321, and the terminal wiring conductor 411 passes over the side surface side of the protrusion 321, so that the crossover line conductor 412 and the terminal wiring conductor 411 can be separated by a predetermined distance. The crossover line conductor 512 passes over the upper surface side of the protrusion 322, and the terminal wiring conductor 511 passes over the side surface side of the protrusion 322, so that the crossover line conductor 512 and the terminal wiring conductor 511 can be separated by a predetermined distance. The crossover line conductor 612 passes over the upper surface side of the protrusion 323, and the terminal wiring conductor 611 passes over the side surface side of the protrusion 323, so that the crossover line conductor 612 and the terminal wiring conductor 611 can be separated by a predetermined distance.

[0062] This prevents both ends of the conductor for the first teeth 41 from coming into contact when they cross over, thereby preventing them from approaching each other. Similarly, it prevents both ends of the conductor for the first teeth 51 from coming into contact when they cross over, thereby preventing them from approaching each other, and it also prevents both ends of the conductor for the first teeth 61 from coming into contact when they cross over, thereby preventing them from approaching each other. Therefore, the stator assembly 10 can achieve even higher insulation reliability.

[0063] In this configuration, the crossover conductor 412 and the crossover conductor 512 run parallel to each other in the section from the flange 312 to the end of the flange 313 on the flange 312 side. The crossover conductor 412, the crossover conductor 512, and the crossover conductor 612 run parallel to each other in the section from the flange 313 to the part of the flange 314 on the flange 313 side. The crossover conductor 512 and the crossover conductor 612 run parallel to each other in the section from the part of the flange 314 on the flange 315 side to the part of the flange 315 on the flange 314 side. In this way, the multiple coil conductors constituting different phases are routed parallel to each other, but are all the ends of the teeth conductors. The potential difference between the ends of the teeth conductors is smaller than the potential difference between the start and end of each tooth conductor. Therefore, even if there are locations where the tooth conductors run parallel to one another, no insulation problems arise, and the stator assembly 10 can achieve even higher insulation reliability.

[0064] In this configuration, the terminal wiring conductor 411, the terminal wiring conductor 511, and the terminal wiring conductor 611 are routed from the upper surface side to the lower surface side of the stator core 21 and the insulator 30 through the through holes 391, 392, and 393 of the insulator 30. This allows the application terminal for the drive signal to be disposed on the lower surface side of the stator assembly 10. Therefore, the application terminal for the drive signal can be disposed away from the crossover conductors of the multiple coil conductors.

[0065] At this time, by inserting the terminal wiring conductors 411, 511, and 611 through the through holes 391, 392, and 393, the stator assembly 10 can suppress short-circuiting between the terminal wiring conductors 411, 511, and 611 and the stator core 21.

[0066] (How to assemble the stator assembly 10) The stator assembly 10 having the above-mentioned configuration is assembled, for example, as shown below. Figures 6(A), 6(B), 6(C), and 6(D) are top views showing each state of the manufacturing process of the stator assembly according to the first embodiment. Note that in Figures 6(A), 6(B), 6(C), and 6(D), reference numerals are omitted as appropriate to make the drawings easier to see, and reference numerals not shown in Figures 6(A), 6(B), 6(C), and 6(D) will be explained with reference to Figure 4.

[0067] (1) A stator core 21 consisting of a back yoke and a plurality of teeth is prepared, and an insulator 30 is attached to the core.

[0068] 6A, the coil conductor 610 (terminal wiring conductor 611) is inserted into the through hole 393 and the recess 3130, and is guided to the tooth 223. The coil conductor 610 (first tooth conductor 61) is wound around the tooth 223 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween.

[0069] (3) As shown in Fig. 6(B), the coil conductor 610 (crossover conductor 612) is routed along flange 313, flange 314, flange 315, and the flange 315 side portion of flange 316, and is led to the tooth 226 through the recess 3160. The coil conductor 610 (second tooth conductor 62) is wound around the tooth 226 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. The coil conductor 610 (neutral point connection conductor 613) is led out to the underside of the tooth 226.

[0070] (4) The coil conductor 510 is wound around the adjacent tooth 222 on the opposite side to the side from which the crossover conductor 612 is drawn out with respect to the tooth 223 around which the coil conductor 610 is wound. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 6(C) , the coil conductor 510 (terminal wiring conductor 511) is inserted through the through hole 392, passed through the recess 3120, and guided to the tooth 222. The coil conductor 510 (first tooth conductor 51) is wound around the tooth 222 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween.

[0071] (5) As shown in Fig. 6(C), the coil conductor 510 (crossover conductor 512) is routed along flange 312, flange 313, flange 314, and the flange 314 side portion of flange 315, and is led to tooth 225 through recess 3150. The coil conductor 510 (second tooth conductor 52) is wound around tooth 225 with insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. The coil conductor 510 (neutral point connection conductor 513) is led to the underside of tooth 225.

[0072] (6) The coil conductor 410 is wound around the adjacent tooth 221 on the opposite side to the side from which the crossover conductor 512 is drawn out with respect to the tooth 222 around which the coil conductor 510 is wound. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 6(D) , the coil conductor 410 (terminal wiring conductor 411) is inserted through the through hole 391, passed through the recess 3110, and guided to the tooth 221. The coil conductor 410 (first tooth conductor 41) is wound around the tooth 221 with the insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween.

[0073] (7) As shown in Fig. 6(D), the coil conductor 410 (crossover conductor 412) is routed along flange 311, flange 312, flange 313, and the flange 313 side portion of flange 314, and is led through recess 3140 to tooth 224. The coil conductor 410 (second tooth conductor 42) is wound around tooth 224 with insulator 30 sandwiched therebetween. The coil conductor 410 (neutral point connection conductor 413) is led out to the underside of tooth 224.

[0074] (8) The coil conductor 410 (neutral point connecting conductor 413 ), the coil conductor 510 (neutral point connecting conductor 513 ), and the coil conductor 610 (neutral point connecting conductor 613 ) are connected to the bus bar conductor 70 .

[0075] That is, the coil conductor 410, the coil conductor 510, and the coil conductor 610 constituting each phase are wound in sequence in a ring shape. In this case, the teeth around which the first tooth conductor of each phase is wound are the teeth on the opposite side to the side on which the line conductor is wired from the first tooth conductor of another phase to the second tooth conductor of the other phase, with respect to the teeth around which the first tooth conductor of the other phase is already wound. This makes it possible to easily and reliably wind the coil conductor of each phase, even in a configuration in which the crossover line conductors of each phase run parallel to each other and the tooth conductors of each phase are arranged in sequence in a ring shape.

[0076] By using such an assembly method, the stator assembly 10 having the above-mentioned configuration can be easily assembled.

[0077] [Second embodiment] A stator assembly according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0078] Fig. 7 is a perspective view of a stator assembly according to the second embodiment. As shown in Fig. 7, a stator assembly 10A according to the second embodiment is different from the stator assembly 10 according to the first embodiment in that a plurality of protruding portions are omitted. The other configurations of the stator assembly 10A are the same as those of the stator assembly 10, and a description of similar parts will be omitted.

[0079] Even with this configuration, the stator assembly 10A can prevent the points with the largest voltage difference in the multiple coil conductors that make up each phase from being close to each other, thereby achieving high insulation reliability.

[0080] In the above description, an embodiment using 3 phases×2 teeth and coil conductors is shown, however, the above configuration such as routing of the crossover conductors can also be applied to an embodiment using 3 phases×m=N teeth and coil conductors (m and N are natural numbers).
