Abstract

To provide an information terminal which can fix a lid tightly and remove the lid easily.SOLUTION: An information terminal includes: an apparatus case 1 having a battery container 10 with an opening unit 10a; and a battery lid 8 attached to the apparatus case 1 to close the opening unit 10a. The battery lid 8 has a supporting frame 33 which is inserted between an inner wall surface 30 of a battery container 10 and an engagement piece 31 separate from the inner wall surface 30 by a predetermined distance and is engaged with the engagement piece 31. The supporting unit 33 has an engagement protrusion 33a protruding to the engagement piece 31. The engagement protrusion 33a has a removal inclination surface 33b protruding to the engagement piece 31 less in a position closer to the opening unit 10a of the battery container 10 and further from the bottom surface of the battery container 10. It thus becomes possible to attach the battery lid 8 to the battery container 10 and to easily remove the battery lid 8 by relatively sliding the inner surface of an engagement hole 31a along the removal inclination surface 33b of the engagement protrusion 33a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
