Abstract

To provide a lamination type coil component excellent in high frequency property.SOLUTION: A lamination type coil component 1 comprises: a lamination body 10 in which a plurality of insulation layers 31, 35a, and 35b are laminated, and builds a coil 30 therein; and external electrodes 21 and 22 that are electrically connected to the coil. A coil conductor 32 laminated together with the insulation layer is electrically connected. The lamination body includes: end surfaces 11 and 12 that face each other in a length direction x; and main surfaces 13 and 14 that face each other in a height direction y. An external electrode covers at least a part of each end surface. A lamination direction and a coil shaft-direction of the lamination body are parallel to a first main surface. A distance DC between the adjacent coil conductors in the lamination direction is 4 μm or more and 8 μm or less. The coil conductor includes a line part and a land part. The land parts of the adjacent coil conductors adjacent in the lamination direction are connected each other via a via conductor. The width of the line part is 30 μm or more and 50 μm or less, and an inner diameter of the coil conductor is 50 μm or more and 100 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
