Abstract
Provided is a decorative sheet that is minimally glossy and is smooth by touch. A decorative sheet (1) comprises a substrate layer (2) and a surface protection layer (5) which is provided on one surface of the substrate (2). The surface protection layer (5) has, on the surface thereof, a structure of projections and recesses, which includes multiple ridge sections each protruding like a ridge. The structure of projections and recesses of the surface protection layer (5) has a protruding mountain part height Rpk of less than 3.5 μm. An absorption spectrum of the surface protection layer (5) as determined by Fourier infrared spectroscopic analysis shows that the ratio I1095 / I1725, which is the ratio between the maximum value I1095 in the wave number range from 1085 to 1105 cm-1 and the maximum value I1725 in the wave number range from 1715 to 1735 cm-1, is at least 0.65.
