To suppress adhesion of a medicament to a wing in an absorbent article which has the medicament and a wing.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a thin and long body which has a liquid permeable top sheet on a surface side, a liquid impermeable back sheet on a back side, and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet and a pair of wings respectively extending from side edges of the body. The absorbent body has a medicament in an intermediate area extending in a range where the wing is provided in a longitudinal direction in the body. A surface on the surface side of the body has first unevenness, and the wing has second unevenness meshing with the first unevenness on a surface on the surface side when the wing is expanded. A height of a projecting part of the second unevenness is higher than a height projecting part of the first unevenness, and the medicament is applied to an apex of the projecting part of the first unevenness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
