Abstract

To provide a method for video processing.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of determining that an affine motion mode is applied to a first video block about first conversion between a first video block of a first picture of a video and a bitstream of the video; constituting a motion candidate list including at least one constituted motion candidate generated on the basis of time motion information about the first video block; and deriving a prediction sample on the basis of the motion candidate list and executing the first conversion. A position at which the time motion information is derived is restricted so as to be within the range of the first subpicture of the first picture, and a subpicture coding mode in which the video picture is divided into a plurality of subpictures is effective to the first picture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
