[0019] 1 provides a flowchart of a form data processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The form data processing method according to the present disclosure includes a step S101 of displaying a field screening interface in response to a trigger operation of a specific control associated with a specified form.
[0020] In some examples, the designated form may be an online form or a non-online form, where a non-online form is an offline spreadsheet. In some examples, an online form generally refers to a form stored on a server rather than a specific terminal, allowing a user to log in to view the online form on a different terminal. In some examples, each candidate field name in the field screening interface is a predefined field name present in at least one data system, and has an association relationship with a field name that corresponds to a padded column in the designated form. In some examples, the at least one data system may refer to a server in which data is stored, a productized data management system, or a data file, such as a spreadsheet, in which data is stored.
[0021] In some embodiments, the form is usually composed of rows and columns, and a padded column refers to a column that is pre-padded with corresponding data (e.g., product name). In some embodiments, each candidate field name in the field screening interface has an association relationship with a field name corresponding to a padded column in the specified form, for example, if the padded column is a mobile phone product, such as model numbers of various mobile phones, the candidate field names in the field screening interface are fields related to mobile phone products, such as parameters related to mobile phones, such as memory, screen size, screen resolution, etc. Thus, when the field name corresponding to the padded column (e.g., product name, etc.) is changed, the candidate field name in the field screening interface is changed accordingly. For example, if the padded column is a skin care product, each candidate field name in the field screening interface is a field related to skin care products, such as expiration date, main ingredient, etc.
[0022] The method of the present disclosure further includes a step S102 of adding the selected field name to the designated form in response to a field name selection operation on the field screening interface. In some embodiments, the field name selection operation on the field screening interface may include an input or check operation of the corresponding field name, etc. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a schematic diagram of a designated form in some embodiments is shown, in which the padded column is the first column, and the field names corresponding to the padded column are the model numbers of home appliances (e.g., product 1, product 2, etc.), and the selected field names (e.g., control vendor, power, price, etc.) are added to the designated form in response to the field name selection operation on the field screening interface.
[0023] The method of the present disclosure further includes a step S103 of supplementing the designated form with the padded column data and data corresponding to each field name. In some embodiments, the supplemented data is data from at least one data system. As shown in FIG. 2, the designated form is supplemented with the padded column data (product 1, product 2, etc.) and data corresponding to each field name (controller, power, price, etc.).
[0024] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in response to the trigger operation of a specific control related to the specified form, a field screening interface is displayed, and in response to a field name selection operation on the field screening interface, the selected field name is added to the specified form, and the data of the padded column and the data corresponding to each field name are supplemented to the specified form, so that the information can be directly supplemented to the specified form in the browser or client, and the workload of downloading and editing files can be reduced. A normal operation is to download and combine corresponding data from each data system, and the method of the present disclosure automatically obtains data from at least one data system through the trigger operation of a specific control, etc., and supplements the obtained data to the specified form, thereby greatly reducing the workload of editing and organizing related data.
[0025] 3 is a schematic diagram of a field screening interface in some embodiments. As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the field screening interface further includes an insert start column input control. In some embodiments, the step of adding the selected field name to the specified form includes adding the selected field name to the specified form from the input insert start column. For example, if the insert start column determined on the field screening interface is column B, the selected field name "Controlling Agent" is added to column B of the specified form, and if the insert start column determined on the field screening interface is column H, the selected field name "Controlling Agent" is added to column H of the specified form. This allows the user to add the corresponding field name to a column specified by the user.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the field screening interface further includes a field search control. In some embodiments, the form data processing method further includes, in response to information entered into the field search control, displaying a field name matching the entered information, where the displayed field name is a field name existing in at least one data system. For example, if some field names are not displayed in the current field screening interface, they can be searched and displayed in the search control. For example, when "size" is entered in the field search control, a field name "dimension" matching the entered information "size" is displayed, and the field name "dimension" is a field name existing in at least one data system. By setting the field search control in the field screening interface, the user can more easily search and select the corresponding field name.
[0027] In some embodiments, the form data processing method further includes updating data in the specified form in response to a data update request operation and displaying the changed data in a distinctive manner. In some embodiments, data information in the data system may be updated over time, so that the data information in the specified form needs to be updated. This allows the data supplement step to be repeated and the updated data to be overwritten on the previous data, thereby achieving the effect of data update. This allows the data update of the specified form of the present disclosure to be performed based on the previous version, which is very convenient for performing data update. In some embodiments, if the updated data is different from the previous data, the corresponding cell or the updated data is displayed distinctively (e.g., marked). That is, if the updated data is different from the data of the previous version, the data of the corresponding cell is also changed at that time. By displaying the cell or the updated data distinctively, the user can be informed of which data has been changed, which facilitates data processing by the user. In some embodiments, the distinctive display or marking can include changing the font color and / or highlighting the background mark. Existing form data update methods usually require re-downloading from the data system and then reintegrating the data. By adopting the method disclosed herein, data can be updated based on the previous version and the changed data can be displayed distinctly, greatly facilitating the user's data processing.
[0028] In some embodiments, the specific control is a browser plug-in, and the form data processing method is performed by the plug-in. In some embodiments, a specified form (e.g., an online form) is displayed in the browser in real time, and the form data processing method is realized by the browser plug-in, which can greatly facilitate the form data processing and improve the form data processing efficiency.
[0029] In some embodiments, before the step of displaying the field screening interface, the form data processing method further includes the steps of obtaining field names corresponding to the padded columns from the specified form and sending a query request including the obtained field names to the server. In some embodiments, for similar data information, field names used in different data systems may be different, and before making a data query corresponding to the corresponding field names from each data system, a query request including the obtained field names can be sent to the server to obtain specific expressions of the corresponding field names in each data system. Then, a field name query request result is received as feedback from the server. In some embodiments, the field name query request result is obtained by the server querying based on a pre-stored field name mapping list, and the field name mapping list stores a mapping relationship of each field name in at least one system. The field name mapping list enables a query of corresponding field names in multiple different data systems using similar field names corresponding to the padded columns obtained from the specified form.
[0030] In some embodiments, the padded column of the specified form is a pre-designated column or the first column. Usually, the first column is padded with the corresponding information first, but of course, any pre-designated column may be designated as the padded column.
[0031] In some embodiments, before the data of the padded columns and the data corresponding to each field name are supplemented to the specified form, the form data processing method further includes sending a data query request including the data of the padded columns and each field name in the form to a server. For example, when querying the power of product 1, a data query request including product 1 and the field name "power" is sent to a server, and the corresponding data query request result is queried from the server from the server. Then, the data query request result is received as feedback from the server. In some embodiments, the data query request result is obtained by the server querying based on the data of at least one data system. Therefore, the method of the present disclosure can automatically receive the corresponding data query request result from the server, and can improve the data query efficiency.
[0032] In some embodiments, triggering a particular control associated with a given form includes triggering a particular control (e.g., a plug-in) in a browser on an online form page, which is typically the case for online forms.
[0033] In some embodiments, the trigger operation of the specific control related to the specified form includes an operation of inputting an indication of an offline spreadsheet in the specific control to trigger the specific control. This also applies to normal forms, such as Excel forms. For example, by installing a corresponding applet or client, an indication of an offline spreadsheet is input in the specific control of the applet or client, and the spreadsheet to be operated is determined, and then the specific control is triggered to perform subsequent data completion or update, etc.
[0034] In the following, in order to better understand the embodiment of the present disclosure, the above-mentioned form data processing method will be described in conjunction with FIG. 4. As shown in FIG. 4, the data of the padded column (e.g., product number) and the field name input or selected by the user are received, and a data query request is sent to the server, where the data query request includes the data of the padded column of the online form and the field name selected by the user. Then, the server obtains the field name existing in the corresponding data system from the field name mapping list based on the field name, and maps the corresponding field name to the field name of the corresponding other system based on the field name mapping list, and enters into the data access layer. The data information (e.g., data source A, data source B, and data source C) obtained from each data system (e.g., system A, system B, and system C) is returned to the data access layer. Then, the corresponding data information output from the server is received, and the corresponding data information is supplemented to the cells corresponding to the data of the padded column and each field name of the specified form.
[0035] In some embodiments, to clearly show the execution steps of the server in the embodiments of the present disclosure, please refer to FIG. 5, which illustrates a schematic architecture of the server. In some embodiments, the server includes an access layer, an aggregation layer, a query layer, and a data layer, in which the access layer receives a data query request sent by a browser plug-in (or client, applet), and after receiving the data query request, performs service authentication for the data query request, determines whether or not data information acquisition is permitted, restricts the flow when the real-time access volume to the server exceeds a first preset value, restricts the data transfer volume with the aggregation layer, and suspends the reception of the data query request when the real-time access volume exceeds a second preset value. The access layer may also be provided with a cache for temporarily storing the data query request. In the aggregation layer, after receiving the target object related to the target information from the access layer and the preset information type to be searched, a unified entity information query language is provided based on the GraphQL protocol. The aggregation layer has a resolver that analyzes the information acquisition request and generates an information query statement of a source paragraph and a condition paragraph. The specific generation method is the same as that described above. The information query statement is transferred to the query layer. In the query layer, the information query statement is analyzed, information authentication is first performed, and it is determined whether the user has the authority to obtain information related to other preset systems. If the user has the authority, the query layer connects to other systems through a connection port that can access other systems (e.g., information repositories) to obtain information related to the target information stored in other systems. Different preset systems may adopt different databases, such as MySQL databases, SheetDB databases, etc., and different databases require different connectors, so that the MySQL You can use the SheetDB Provider or SheetDB Provider to connect to the corresponding database, or you can use the remote login method to connect to other preset systems. In this case, RPC (Remote Procedure Call Protocol The Connector is used to call the algorithm service via the authentication file License and password Passport to obtain related information. In some embodiments, the server obtains information related to the target information from other systems, and then transmits it to a first plug-in of the browser to enable aggregate display on the browser. In some embodiments, the server transmits information related to the target information obtained from other systems to a first plug-in of the browser of the terminal, and performs information aggregation of the related information obtained by the first plug-in, thereby facilitating the user's browsing.
